[0018] A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be briefly described below, illustrating the operation of the present invention with reference to the drawings.

[0019] The solar panel installation device according to the present invention is installed on a roof 50 on which a plurality of roofing sheets 52 are laid in layers with the eaves-side ends of the roofing sheets 52 exposed.

[0020] Specifically, for example, the first connecting portion 2 is fastened to a roof panel 52 laid at an appropriate position, and the eave side end of a roof panel 52 laid on the ridge side other than the roof panel 52 to which the first connecting portion 2 is fastened is inserted into this first connecting portion 2, then the second connecting portion 3 is fastened to a roof panel 52 laid at an appropriate position (other than the roof panel 52 to which the first connecting portion 2 is fastened), and the eave side end of a roof panel 52 laid on the ridge side other than the roof panel 52 to which the second connecting portion 3 is fastened is inserted into this second connecting portion 3, and then the third connecting portion 4 is fastened to a roof panel 52 laid at an appropriate position (other than the roof panel 52 to which the second connecting portion 3 is fastened), thereby completing the installation of the solar panel installation device according to the present invention to the roof 50. A solar panel 60 is attached to the solar panel installation device according to the present invention installed on the roof 50.

[0021] Therefore, in the present invention, the first connecting portion 2, the second connecting portion 3, and the third connecting portion 4 that are attached to the roof panel material 52 are integrally formed with the plate-shaped main body 1, so the number of parts is small and handling is extremely easy, and furthermore, due to the integrated structure, the strength is excellent, so that the solar panel 60 can be easily and firmly installed on the roof 50, and further, due to the simple structure, it is low cost and has excellent suitability for mass production. [Example]

[0022] Example 1 A specific embodiment 1 of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[0023] This embodiment is a solar panel installation device for installing solar panels 60 on a roof 50 in which a plurality of roofing sheets 52 are laid one on top of the other with the eaves-side ends of the roofing sheets 52 exposed.

[0024] In this embodiment, the roof 50 (see Figure 14) is constructed by laying multiple roof board materials 52 (such as asphalt shingles or fiberglass shingles) in sequence from the eaves side to the ridge side on roof structural material 51 consisting of rafters 51a that are spanned from the ridge beam to the eaves beam according to the roof slope, and sheathing boards 51b that are arranged on top of the rafters 51a and have a waterproof sheet 51c attached to their upper surface. However, the roof 50 is not limited to this type of roof, and any roof 50 that can lay multiple roof board materials 52 and to which the solar panel installation device of this embodiment can be fastened with fastening members 20 (screws or nails) is sufficient.

[0025] 1 to 3, this embodiment is formed from an appropriate metal member and has a plate-like main body 1 with a panel mounting surface 1a on the upper surface for mounting a solar panel 60 (a thin flexible film panel or a flexible panel having flexibility, which will be described later), and this plate-like main body 1 is rectangular with a predetermined length (900 mm) and a predetermined width (430 mm), and its surface is flat and set to an area corresponding to the area of one solar panel 60, which will be installed in the required number depending on the amount of power required. Note that the plate-like main body 1 may be made of synthetic resin, and the size is not limited to the above.

[0026] In addition, the eaves side end (front end in the longitudinal direction) of the underside of the plate-shaped body 1 has a first connecting portion 2 that is integrally formed in a bent state toward the rear and is fastened to the roof panel material 52 and has an L-shaped shape in side view, and the central portion (central portion in the longitudinal direction) of the underside of the plate-shaped body 1 has a second connecting portion 3 that is integrally formed in a bent state toward the rear and is fastened to the roof panel material 52 and has an L-shaped shape in side view, and the ridge side end (rear end in the longitudinal direction) of the plate-shaped body 1 has a third connecting portion 4 that is integrally formed in a bent state toward the rear and is fastened to the roof panel material 52 and has an L-shaped shape in side view.

[0027] The first connecting portion 2 is formed by bending the entire left and right width of the eaves side end of the plate-like main body 1 as shown in Figures 1 to 3, and is composed of a front plate 2'' hanging down from the plate-like main body 1 and a lower plate 2' connected to this front plate 2'' and extending towards the ridge side. As mentioned above, when the plate-like main body 1 is made of synthetic resin, the first connecting portion 2 is integrally formed by molding.

[0028] In addition, the first connecting portion 2 is configured to have an insertion space into which the eaves side end of the roof member 52 is inserted and arranged (inserted and locked) taking into account the thickness of the roof member 52, and the eaves side end of the roof panel material 52 inserted and arranged in this first connecting portion 2 is overlapped with the upper part of the lower panel 2'.

[0029] A pair of fastening holes 2a are provided in the front-to-rear direction in the center of the lower plate 2' in the left-to-right direction for fastening to the roof panel material 52 via a fastening member 20, and an opening 5 for fastening work is provided at a predetermined position on the surface of the plate-shaped main body 1 opposite these fastening holes 2a, allowing the fastening member 20 to be inserted.

[0030] Therefore, when fastening the fastening member 20 using the fastening hole 2a in the center in the left-right direction of the lower panel 2', the fastening member 20 can be placed from the fastening work opening 5 into the fastening hole 2a and fastened to the roof panel material 52 and roof structural material 51 (for example, sheathing board 51b and rafter 51a), and when the eaves side end of the roof material 52 is inserted and arranged into the first connecting portion 2 with the fastening member 20 fastened to the fastening hole 2a, the upper part of the fastening portion is covered, preventing water leakage from the fastening portion.

[0031] In addition, when viewed in a plane, the lower plate 2' is arranged so that its left and right side portions protrude outward from the left and right side edges of the plate-like main body 1, and a pair of fastening holes 2a are provided in the front-to-rear direction on each of the left and right side portions of this lower plate 2'.

[0032] Therefore, the lower panel 2' can be fastened to the roof panel material 52 and the roof structural material 51 (for example, a sheathing board 51b where there are no rafters 51a) using the fastening holes 2a provided on the left and right sides thereof, and when the fastening member 20 is fastened to the fastening hole 2a and the eaves side end of the roof member 52 is inserted and arranged into the first connecting portion 2, the upper part of the fastening portion is covered, thereby preventing water leakage from the fastening portion.

[0033] Furthermore, the first connecting portion 2 is configured so that it can be arranged overlapping the third connecting portion 4 described later in other solar panel installation devices, and when this first connecting portion 2 is arranged overlapping the third connecting portion 4, the fastening holes 2a provided in the center and left and right side portions of the first connecting portion 2 are aligned in the vertical direction with the fastening holes 4a provided in the center and left and right end portions of the third connecting portion 4 to form matching holes.

[0034] As shown in Figures 1 to 3, the second connecting part 3 is formed by punching out the central part of the plate-like main body 1 (the central part in the front-to-back and left-to-right directions) into a square shape facing downward and bending it, and is composed of a front plate 3" hanging down from the plate-like main body 1 and a lower plate 3' connected to this front plate 3" and extending towards the ridge side. As with the first connecting part 2, when the plate-like main body 1 is made of synthetic resin as mentioned above, the first connecting part 2 is integrally formed by molding.

[0035] In addition, the second connecting portion 3 is configured to have an insertion space into which the eaves side end of the roof member 52 is inserted and arranged (inserted and locked) taking into account the thickness of the roof member 52, and the eaves side end of the roof panel material 52 inserted and arranged in this second connecting portion 3 is overlapped with the upper part of the lower panel 3'.

[0036] This lower plate 3' has a pair of fastening holes 3a in the front-to-rear direction for fastening to the roof panel material 52 via fastening members 20, and at a predetermined position on the surface of the plate-like main body 1 opposite these fastening holes 3a, there is a fastening work opening 6 which allows the fastening members 20 to be inserted.

[0037] Therefore, when fastening the fastening member 20 using the fastening hole 3a in this lower panel 3', the fastening member 20 can be placed from the fastening work opening 6 into the fastening hole 3a and fastened to the roof panel material 52 and roof structural material 51 (e.g., sheathing boards and rafters), and when the eaves side end of the roof material 52 is inserted and arranged into the second connecting portion 3 with the fastening member 20 fastened to this fastening hole 3a, the upper part of the fastening portion is covered, preventing water leakage from the fastening portion.

[0038] The third connecting portion 4 is formed by bending the entire left and right width of the ridge side end of the plate-like main body 1 as shown in Figures 1 to 3, and is composed of a front plate 4'' hanging down from the plate-like main body 1 and a lower plate 4' connected to this front plate 4'' and extending toward the ridge side. As with the first connecting portion 2 and the second connecting portion 3, when the plate-like main body 1 is made of synthetic resin as mentioned above, the first connecting portion 2 is integrally formed by molding.

[0039] The height of the front panel 4" that constitutes this third connecting portion 4 is greater than the thickness of the roof panel material 52, and is configured to be approximately the same as the height of the front panel 2" of the first connecting portion 2.

[0040] Therefore, when a pair of solar panel installation devices are connected side by side in a front-to-back manner as described below, if the first connecting portion 2 of the rear solar panel installation device is arranged overlapping the third connecting portion 4 of the front solar panel installation device, the upper surfaces (panel mounting surfaces 1a) of the front and rear solar panel installation devices will be approximately flush with each other.

[0041] Furthermore, a pair of fastening holes 4a are provided in the front-rear direction at the center in the left-right direction of the lower plate 4' of the third connecting portion 4.

[0042] Therefore, the fastening member 20 can be used to fasten the roof panel material 52 and the roof structural material 51 (for example, sheathing boards 51b and rafters 51a) using the fastening hole 4a in the center of the left-right direction of the lower panel 4', and when the fastening member 20 is fastened to this fastening hole 4a and the eaves side end of the roof member 52 is arranged on the third connecting portion 2, the upper part of the fastening portion is covered, preventing water leakage from the fastening portion.

[0043] In addition, when viewed in plan, the lower plate 4' is arranged so that its left and right side portions protrude outward from the left and right side edges of the plate-like main body 1, and a pair of fastening holes 4a are provided in the front-to-rear direction on each of the left and right side portions of this lower plate 4'.

[0044] Therefore, the lower panel 4' can be fastened to the roof panel material 52 and the roof structural material 51 (for example, a sheathing board 51b where no rafters 51a exist) using the fastening holes 4a provided on the left and right sides thereof, and when the fastening member 20 is fastened to the fastening hole 4a and the eaves side end of the roof member 52 is arranged on the third connecting portion 4, the upper part of the fastening portion is covered, thereby preventing water leakage from the fastening portion.

[0045] In addition, the third connecting portion 4 is configured so that the first connecting portion 2 of another solar panel installation device can be arranged overlappingly, and when the first connecting portion 2 is arranged overlappingly on this third connecting portion 4, the fastening holes 2a provided in the center and left and right ends of the first connecting portion 2 are aligned in the vertical direction with the fastening holes 4a provided in the center and left and right ends of the third connecting portion 4 to form matching holes.

[0046] In addition, in this embodiment, the formation positions of the first connecting portion 2, the second connecting portion 3 and the third connecting portion 4 formed on the plate-like main body 1 are set to positions corresponding to the installation positions of the above-mentioned multiple roof members 52 when they are installed sequentially from the eaves side to the ridge side.

[0047] Reference numeral 1b denotes reinforcing ribs that are bent downward and hang down from the left and right side edges of the plate-like body 1.

[0048] A method for installing solar panels 60 on roof 50 using the solar panel installation device of this embodiment configured as described above will now be described. Note that this embodiment is a case in which a pair of solar panel installation devices (one plate-shaped main body 1 and the other plate-shaped main body 1) are lined up in the front-to-rear direction of roof 50 and connected together to be installed on roof 50, but it goes without saying that one solar panel installation device may be installed alone on roof 50 as in Example 2 described below.

[0049] First, when laying multiple roof board materials 52 sequentially from the eaves side to the ridge side on a roof structural material 51 of a building (a sheathing board 51b with a waterproof sheet 51c attached to its upper surface) so that parts of the roof board materials 52 overlap each other with the eaves side ends of the roof board materials 52 exposed, a first connecting portion 2 of one plate-shaped body 1 is placed on top of one roof board material 52 laid in an appropriate position, and the fastening holes 2a of this first connecting portion 2 are used to fasten the roof board material 52 and roof structural material 51 with fastening members 20 (screws) (the fastening member 20 using the central fastening hole 2a is fastened to the sheathing board 51b and rafters 51a, and the fastening members 20 using the fastening holes 2a on the left and right sides are fastened to the sheathing board 51b where no rafters 51a exist) (see Figure 4). At this time, when fastening the fastening member 20 to the fastening hole 2a in the center in the left-right direction, the fastening member 20 is placed and fastened through the fastening work opening 5. The position of the first connecting portion 2 when arranging one plate-shaped body 1 on this one roof panel material 52 is the position where the front end of the other roof panel material 52 to be inserted and arranged into the first connecting portion 2 laid in a state overlapping the one roof panel material 52 is arranged (the position where the eaves side end portion of the one roof panel material 52 is normally exposed).

[0050] Next, roof boards 52 are successively laid below one plate-like body 1 up to at least the position where roof board 52 is arranged below second connecting portion 3 so as to cover the fastening portion by inserting roof board 52 laid on the ridge side of roof board 52 to which first connecting portion 2 is fastened into first connecting portion 2, and fastening members 20 (screws) are used to fasten roof board 52 and roof structural member 51 (sheathing board 51b and rafters 51a) using fastening holes 3a of second connecting portion 3 (see FIG. 5). At this time, when fastening member 20 is fastened to fastening hole 3a, fastening member 20 is placed through fastening work opening 6 and fastened.

[0051] Next, roof panel materials 52 are successively laid below one plate-shaped body 1 up to at least the position where roof panel material 52 is arranged below the third connecting portion 4 so as to cover the fastening portion by inserting and arranging roof panel materials 52 that are laid closer to the ridge than the roof panel material 52 to which the second connecting portion 3 is fastened into the second connecting portion 3, and the first connecting portion 2 of another plate-shaped body 1 is arranged overlapping the third connecting portion 4 of one plate-shaped body 1, and the roof panel material 52 and the fastening members 20 (screws) are fastened using matching holes that match the fastening holes 2a and 4a (the fastening members 20 using the central matching holes are fastened to the sheathing boards 51b and rafters 51a, and the fastening members 20 using the matching holes on the left and right sides are fastened to the sheathing boards 51b where no rafters 51a exist).

[0052] Next, roof panel material 52 is laid on the ridge side of roof panel material 52 to which third connecting portion 4 is fastened to the third connecting portion 4 of one plate-shaped body 1 (roof panel material 52 is inserted and arranged on the ridge side of roof panel material 52 to which first connecting portion 2 is fastened to the first connecting portion 2 of another plate-shaped body 1) so as to cover the fastening portion, and roof panel materials 52 are laid successively below the other plate-shaped bodies 1 at least up to the position where roof panel material 52 is arranged below second connecting portion 3 (see Figure 6).

[0053] Next, the roof panel 52 and the roof structural member 51 (sheathing board 51b and rafter 51a) are fastened with fastening members 20 (screws) using the fastening holes 3a of the second connecting portions 3 of the other plate-like bodies 1. At this time, when fastening the fastening members 20 to the fastening holes 3a, the fastening members 20 are placed through the fastening work openings 6 and fastened.

[0054] Next, roof panel material 52 is inserted and arranged on the ridge side of roof panel material 52 to which second connecting portion 3 is fastened into second connecting portion 3 of other plate-like body 1, and roof panel material 52 is sequentially laid below other plate-like body 1 so as to cover the fastening portion, at least up to the position where roof panel material 52 is arranged below third connecting portion 4.

[0055] Next, the roof panel material 52 and roof structural material 51 are fastened with fastening members 20 (screws) using the fastening holes 4a of the third connecting portion 4 of the other plate-shaped body 1 (the fastening members 20 using the matching holes in the center are fastened to the sheathing board 51b and rafters 51a, and the fastening members 20 using the matching holes on the left and right sides are fastened to the sheathing board 51b where there are no rafters 51a).

[0056] Next, roof panel material 52 is laid on the ridge side of roof panel material 52 to which third connecting portion 4 is fastened to the third connecting portion 4 of the other plate-shaped body 1, overlapping the roof panel material 52 to cover the fastening portion, and then roof panel materials 52 are laid sequentially toward the ridge side to construct roof 50, with solar panel installation device installed on roof 50 (see Figure 7), and solar panel 60 is attached to panel installation surface 1a of this solar panel installation device.

[0057] Here, a method for mounting the solar panel 60 on the panel mounting surface 1 of the solar panel installation device will be described.

[0058] Figure 8 shows a case where a flexible thin film panel (a structure in which a perovskite material, which is a power generating material, is applied to an extremely thin film made of plastic, poly, resin, etc. and then sealed) is used as the solar panel 60, and this film panel 60 is attached via an adhesive material 21 (a sealing material or double-sided tape that can be installed by peeling off the release paper) attached to the back side and a bonding material applied to the panel attachment surface 1.

[0059] 9 shows a case where a thin flexible panel (a structure in which a silicon-based power generating material is sealed in a resin-based (containing glass fiber, etc.) plate about 3 mm thick) is used as the solar panel 60, and this flexible panel 60 is attached using the above-mentioned adhesive material 21 and bonding material, and further by screwing screws 22 into any position on the plate-shaped main body 1. These screwing also provide a temporary fixing effect until the adhesive material 21 and bonding material are firmly fixed.

[0060] It is also possible to provide a solar panel installation device on the roof 50 with the solar panel 60 already attached.

[0061] Figure 10 shows a case in which a pair of solar panel installation devices (one plate-shaped body 1 and another plate-shaped body 1) are lined up and connected in the front-to-back direction of a roof 50, and multiple solar structures S, each with a solar panel 60 attached, are arranged side by side in the left-to-right direction of the roof 50, and each solar structure S is connected to each other by a cable 61 (PV cable) of the solar panel 60.

[0062] The above installation method is one example, and the number of solar panel installation devices and the method of attaching the solar panels 60 can be changed as appropriate. For example, as in Patent Application No. 2023-198959, the solar panels 60 can be attached in an erected state between solar panel installation devices installed at intervals on opposite sides of the roof 50.

[0063] Since this embodiment is configured as described above, the first connecting portion 2, the second connecting portion 3, and the third connecting portion 4 that are attached to the roof panel material 52 are integrally formed with the plate-shaped main body 1, which reduces the number of parts and makes it extremely easy to handle.Furthermore, due to the integrated structure, it has excellent strength, so that the solar panel 60 can be easily and securely installed on the roof 50.Furthermore, due to the simple structure, it is inexpensive and suitable for mass production.

[0072] Specifically, as shown in FIG. 11, the plate-like main body 1 has a rectangular shape with a predetermined length (2000 mm) and a predetermined width (900 mm).

[0073] In addition, the second connecting portions 3 provided on the plate-like main body 1 are formed as a pair by punching out two points in the center of the plate-like main body 1 (the center in the front-to-back direction, at positions a predetermined distance on each side from the center line in the left-to-right direction) into a square shape facing downward and bending them, as shown in Figure 11, and each second connecting portion 3 is composed of a front plate 3'' hanging down from the plate-like main body 1 and a lower plate 3' connected to this front plate 3'' and extended toward the ridge side.

[0074] In addition, the second connecting portion 3 is configured to have an insertion space into which the eaves side end of the roof member 52 is inserted and arranged (inserted and locked) taking into account the thickness of the roof member 52, and the eaves side end of the roof panel material 52 inserted and arranged in this second connecting portion 3 is overlapped with the upper part of the lower panel 3'.

[0075] This lower plate 3' has a pair of fastening holes 3a in the front-to-rear direction for fastening to the roof panel material 52 via fastening members 20, and at a predetermined position on the surface of the plate-like main body 1 opposite these fastening holes 3a, there is a fastening work opening 6 which allows the fastening members 20 to be inserted.

[0076] Therefore, when the fastening member 20 is used to fasten the roof panel 52 and the roof structural member 51 (for example, the sheathing board 51b and the rafters 51a) using the fastening hole 2a in the center in the left-right direction of the first connecting portion 2 (lower board 2'), when the fastening member 20 is used to fasten using the fastening hole 3a in this second connecting portion 3 (left and right lower boards 3'), the fastening member 20 can be placed into each fastening hole 3a from the fastening work opening 6 to fasten to the roof panel 52 and the roof structural member 51 (for example, the sheathing board 51b where no rafters 51a exist), and when the fastening member 20 is fastened to each fastening hole 3a, the eaves side end of the roof member 52 that is laid on the ridge side of the roof panel 52 to which the second connecting portion 3 is fastened is inserted into and arranged in the second connecting portion 3 with the fastening member 20 fastened to each fastening hole 3a, the upper part of the fastening portion is covered and water leakage from the fastening portion is prevented.

[0077] Figure 12 shows a case where one solar panel installation device according to this embodiment is installed alone on the roof 50 (when one solar panel 60 is attached), and Figure 13 shows a case where a pair of solar panel installation devices according to this embodiment (one plate-shaped body 1 and another plate-shaped body 1) are lined up and connected in the left-right direction of the roof 50 and installed on the roof 50 (when two solar panels 60 are attached lined up in the front-to-back direction of the roof 50).

[0078] The rest is the same as in Example 1.

[0079] The present invention is not limited to the first and second embodiments, and the specific configuration of each component can be designed as appropriate. [Explanation of symbols]
