Description

[Technical Field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a hair wash composition or a fabric wash composition for head accessories. [Background technology]

[0002] A hydrophobic amphiphilic substance is a hydrophobic substance having both a hydrophilic group and a hydrophobic group in the molecule, and such hydrophobic amphiphilic substances, such as fatty acids and fatty alcohols, are known to form various molecular aggregates in aqueous solution. Shampoos having liquid crystal structures as such molecular aggregates have been known to have properties such as improving the stability of the composition and adhering active ingredients to the scalp. For example, a skin or hair cleansing product for personal care that has a stable viscosity is known, which uses a fatty acid acyl isethionate surfactant that foams well, is gentle on the skin, and has good emollient properties, and is blended with a surfactant liquid crystal inducer and a liquid crystal regulator (such as a fatty acid or a fatty alcohol) (Patent Document 1). Also known is a personal care composition that contains sodium cocoyl alanine, a glyceryl ester, an anti-dandruff agent, and a liquid carrier, is substantially free of sulfated surfactants, and is intended to gently cleanse the scalp and reliably deliver the anti-dandruff active substance to the scalp (Patent Document 2). Also known is a shampoo composition that contains (A) a cationic surfactant, (B) an oil that does not contain silicon atoms, and (C) a cleansing surfactant, and that contains a liquid crystal structure in which specific components are dispersed in a specific blend ratio, and that reduces the squeaky feeling that occurs on hair when rinsing (Patent Document 3). [0003] [Patent Document 1] Special Publication No. 2010-513621 [Patent Document 2] Special Publication No. 2023-549165 [Patent Document 3] International Publication No. 2004 / 45568 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004]

[0003] Hair wash compositions are generally desired to have high detergency, but improving the detergency may remove essential components and oils from hair during washing, which may cause dryness and brittleness of hair. To address this issue, a technique of incorporating a hydrophobic care component such as an oil agent to suppress dryness and brittleness of hair is also known. However, incorporating a hydrophobic care component may result in poor storage stability, such as separation of the components in the hair wash composition, reduced foaming ability, or a poor usability, such as an unpleasant washing sensation during hair washing or a squeaky feeling during rinsing. Even in the compositions containing fatty acids and the like and employing a liquid crystal structure described in the above patent documents, when the compositions were used to wash hair, they were insufficient in terms of storage stability, foaming properties during hair washing, and usability such as smoothness during hair washing and rinsing, making commercialization extremely difficult.

[0005] Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a hair wash composition or a head accessory fiber wash composition which has excellent storage stability, exhibits good foaming properties during washing when applied to hair or fibers for head accessories such as wigs, and also has an excellent feel during use, such as smoothness during washing and rinsing. [Means for solving the problem]

[0006] The present inventors have found that the above-mentioned problems can be solved by providing a hair wash composition that contains a hydrophobic amphiphilic substance containing a predetermined component, a surfactant including an anionic surfactant, and water, and that preferably has a lamellar liquid crystal structure. That is, the present invention provides the following components (A) to (C): (A) a hydrophobic amphiphilic substance comprising a fatty acid (A1) having 16 or less carbon atoms, a fatty alcohol (A2) having 16 or less carbon atoms, and a monoglyceryl fatty acid (A3) having an acyl group having 16 or less carbon atoms; (B) a surfactant containing an anionic surfactant (B1), and (C) Water; The present invention relates to a hair wash composition or a fabric wash composition for head accessories, which contains the components (A1), (A2), and (A3) in a total content of 3 mass% or more and preferably has a lamellar liquid crystal structure. [Effects of the Invention]

[0007] The hair wash composition or the fiber cleanser composition for head accessories of the present invention can provide a hair wash composition or a fiber cleanser composition for head accessories that has excellent storage stability, exhibits good foaming properties during washing when applied to hair or fibers for head accessories such as wigs, and also has an excellent feel during use, such as smoothness during washing and rinsing. [Figure 2] 1 shows scattering patterns obtained by analyzing the hair wash composition or the fabric wash composition for head accessories of Example 3 by wide-angle and small-angle X-ray diffraction (XRD). [Figure 3] 1 is a polarizing microscope photograph of the hair wash composition or the fabric wash composition for head accessories of Example 3. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0009] [Hair cleansing composition or fabric cleansing composition for head accessories] The hair wash composition or the fiber wash composition for head accessories of the present invention comprises the following components (A) to (C): (A) a hydrophobic amphiphilic substance comprising a fatty acid (A1) having 16 or less carbon atoms, a fatty alcohol (A2) having 16 or less carbon atoms, and a monoglyceryl fatty acid (A3) having an acyl group having 16 or less carbon atoms; (B) a surfactant containing an anionic surfactant (B1), and (C) Water; wherein the total content of component (A1), component (A2), and component (A3) is 3 mass% or more. The hair wash composition or the fiber cleanser composition for head accessories of the present invention, having the above-mentioned constitution, is a hair wash composition or a fiber cleanser composition for head accessories that has excellent storage stability, foams well during washing when applied to hair or fibers for head accessories such as wigs, and also has an excellent feel during use, such as smoothness during washing and rinsing.

[0010] <Definition> In the present invention, the hair wash composition and the fiber wash composition for head accessories will hereinafter be collectively referred to simply as "hair wash composition". In this specification, the term "headwear product" refers to, for example, hair wigs, hairpieces, weaving, hair extensions, braided hair, hair accessories, doll hair, and the like. In this specification, the term "fiber for head accessories" refers to fibers used in the head accessories. In the present invention, "cleaning when applied to hair or fibers for head accessories such as wigs" will hereinafter be simply referred to as "hair washing." In the present invention, "hair" primarily refers to human hair, but also includes hair cut off from the human head, as well as fibers for head accessories. In the present invention, "comprises component X" or "contains component X" also means "composed of component X." In the present invention, the storage stability at −5° C., room temperature (RT: 25° C.), 50° C., and the AFS cycle test (Accelerated Four Seasons Cycle Test) is used as an index of "storage stability." If the storage stability passes all of the conditions, the composition can be suitably used as a hair wash composition under various usage environments, such as low and high temperatures, and environments with temperature changes. In the present invention, the combing force (combing load) during hair washing and rinsing is used as an index of "feel in use." A hair wash composition that is easy to comb and smooth both during hair washing and rinsing can be suitably used as a hair wash composition.

[0011] The reason why the hair wash composition of the present invention having the above-described structure exhibits the effects of the present invention is not clear, but is presumed to be as follows. The hair wash composition of the present invention contains, as component (A), a hydrophobic amphiphilic substance including a fatty acid (A1) having 16 or less carbon atoms, a fatty alcohol (A2) having 16 or less carbon atoms, and a monoglyceryl fatty acid (A3) having an acyl group having 16 or less carbon atoms; and further contains, as component (B), a surfactant including an anionic surfactant (B1), and as component (C), water. It is known that surfactants and long-chain fatty acids are usually key components for forming a liquid crystal structure. However, the present inventors have found that by further incorporating a fatty alcohol having 16 or fewer carbon atoms and a fatty acid glyceryl having an acyl group having 16 or fewer carbon atoms into a fatty acid having 16 or fewer carbon atoms, stability is maintained while dispersibility upon dilution tends to be improved. This is thought to be because the liquid crystal structure changes from that of conventional compositions, resulting in a different form and maintaining stability, while the structure collapses upon dilution, improving dispersibility. As a result, it is presumed that the foam properties change, producing rich foam that is less likely to break, improving foam retention, and also improving smoothness upon washing and rinsing, thereby improving the ease of running fingers through the hair. The liquid crystal structure of the hair wash composition of the present invention is thought to preferably have a lamellar liquid crystal structure.

[0012] The hair wash composition of the present invention is applicable to hair, including fibers for head accessories as described above, and is particularly preferably applicable to hair. Furthermore, regenerated collagen fibers may be post-processed or post-treated. Filaments are preferred as the form of regenerated collagen fibers. Filaments are generally removed from bobbins or boxes. In addition, filaments emerging from the drying process in the regenerated collagen fiber production process can also be used directly.

[0013] Examples of synthetic fibers include fibers containing a synthetic resin as a main component. From the viewpoints of improving foaming properties, cleansing properties, and smoothness during hair washing and rinsing, as well as obtaining a stable lamellar liquid crystal structure, deionized water or distilled water is preferred as component (C). However, tap water or groundwater sterilized with hypochlorous acid or the like may also be used as long as the stability of the lamellar liquid crystal structure of the present invention is not impaired.

[0040] <Lamellar liquid crystal structure> The hair wash composition of the present invention is a composition that contains the above-mentioned components (A) to (C) and preferably has a lamellar liquid crystal structure as described above. As described above, amphiphilic substances such as surfactants having hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups in the molecule can self-assemble in an aqueous or oily medium, with the hydrophilic groups and hydrophobic groups facing each other to form molecular aggregates such as micelles or liquid crystals. In the present invention, by blending water with component (A) and component (B), a lamellar liquid crystal structure is formed in which bilayer membranes made of component (B) are layered with water interposed between them. The formation of this lamellar liquid crystal structure is thought to exhibit a separation-inhibiting effect, particularly in compositions blended with insoluble components, and to improve the storage stability of the hair wash composition. In a hair wash composition containing components (A) to (C), by containing all of components (A1) to (A3) and setting the contents thereof in the composition within the above-mentioned ranges, a lamellar liquid crystal structure is stably formed. Furthermore, by selecting the types and total contents of components (A1) to (A3), the combination with component (B), and the ratio of components (A) to (C), it is possible to adjust the foaming ability, foam quality, foam retention, and smoothness during hair washing and rinsing.

[0041] Whether or not a hair wash composition has a lamellar liquid crystal structure can be determined by small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) and wide-angle small-angle X-ray scattering (XRD). More specifically, the composition is subjected to SAXS measurement and XRD measurement, and the angle formed by the repeating plane of the structural body contained in the composition and the X-ray is defined as θ (°), and in the scattering pattern obtained, the horizontal axis represents the scattering angle 2θ, and the vertical axis represents the intensity. If peak separation is unclear, the peaks are split using a Gaussian function, and the liquid crystal structure can be identified from the peak pattern. For example, if multiple peaks are observed at positions that are integer ratios in the SAXS dispersion pattern, it can be confirmed that a layered structure is formed. Furthermore, if there is no clear peak near 20° in the XRD dispersion pattern (the peak enclosed by the dashed line in Figure 2), it can be confirmed that the packing of the alkyl chains is in a liquid crystal state. Taking these factors into consideration, it can be determined that a lamellar liquid crystal structure is formed. SAXS and XRD measurements can be specifically performed by the methods described in the Examples.

[0057] <Viscosity> Approximately 100 mL of the hair wash composition obtained in each example was filled into a 110 mL transparent glass container, sealed, and allowed to stand at 30°C for at least 1 hour, after which the viscosity was measured using a Brookfield viscometer TVM (TV-10, manufactured by Toki Sangyo Co., Ltd.) (rotor No. 3, 12 rpm, 1 minute later). When the viscosity was too high to be measured using the above device, the viscosity was measured using a Brookfield viscometer TVR with a helical stand (TVB-10, manufactured by Toki Sangyo Co., Ltd.) (rotor TC, 10 rpm, 1 minute later).

[0058] <ph> The pH of the hair wash composition obtained in each example was measured at 25°C using a pH meter (F-51, manufactured by Horiba, Ltd.) For measuring the pH of the hair wash composition, an aqueous dispersion obtained by diluting the hair wash composition with purified water to 5% was used.

[0059] <Storage stability> Approximately 100 mL of the hair wash composition obtained in each example was filled into a 110 mL transparent glass bottle, sealed, and stored for one week at -5°C, room temperature (RT: 25°C), and 50°C. The appearance was then visually observed and evaluated according to the following evaluation criteria. The AFS cycle test (Accelerated Four Seasons Cycle Test) was conducted by filling 30 g of each hair wash composition into a screw tube (volume: 50 mL), sealing it, and subjecting it to a temperature cycle test. The temperature cycle test consisted of a 6-hour cycle with a temperature change of 40°C. The first cycle started from 0°C to 40°C, the second cycle from -1°C to 39°C, the third cycle from -2°C to 38°C, and so on, with the temperature changing by 1°C each time. After 168 hours, the minimum temperature reached -28°C, and from there the minimum temperature increased by 1°C each time toward 0°C. After two weeks (336 hours), the screw tube was removed, and the state of layer separation of the composition was visually evaluated and rated according to the following criteria. For each condition, an A or B rating is considered a pass. [Evaluation criteria] A: No separation B: Slight separation (less than 5% of the volume), but no problem C: Separation (more than 5% of volume)

[0060] <Foaming when washing hair> A 15 g tress of healthy hair (5 cm wide x 30 cm long) was lathered with 1.5 g of each hair wash composition for 30 seconds (approximately 50 times), and then all the foam was collected and the volume was measured. In this specification, a sufficient amount of foam is considered to be acceptable if it is 180 mL or more.

[0061] <Feeling of use> (Smoothness after washing) A 15g tress of healthy hair (5cm wide x 30cm long) was lathered with 1.5g of each hair wash composition for 30 seconds (approximately 50 times), detangled, and combed 10 times. The average combing force for each time was recorded as the numerical value of smoothness during hair washing, and is shown in Tables 1 to 4. The combing force was measured by placing a 25 cm long hair bundle in a combing force measuring device (Utsunomiya Seiki Co., Ltd., "KOT-0303"), passing a comb (10 pins, 2 mm in diameter, spaced 4 mm apart in a straight line) through the top of the hair bundle, and measuring the load (gf) applied when the comb was passed through to the ends at 27.2 cm / sec. The load was measured at 250 points at equal intervals (1 mm intervals) on the 25 cm long hair bundle, and the maximum value was taken as the "combing force." This operation was performed 10 times, and the average value was used to evaluate the "combing force." The smaller the combing load, the smoother the combing, and a value of 600 gf or less is considered to be a pass mark for excellent smoothness during hair washing.

[0062] (Smoothness when rinsing) A 15g tress of healthy hair (5cm wide x 30cm long) was lathered with 1.5g of each example hair cleanser composition for 30 seconds (approximately 50 times), then rinsed with 40°C warm water for 20 seconds, detangled, and combed 10 times. The average combing force for each time was recorded as the numerical value for smoothness during rinsing, and is shown in Tables 1 to 4. The combing force was measured in the same manner as for the smoothness during shampooing. The smaller the combing load, the smoother the combing. During rinsing, a combing force of 850 gf or less is considered to be a pass mark for excellent smoothness.

[0063] [Examples 1 to 26, Comparative Examples 1 to 9] (Preparation and Evaluation of Hair Wash Compositions) According to the formulations shown in Tables 1 to 4, first, components (B) to (D) and other water-soluble components (lactic acid, citric acid, sodium hydroxide) were added to water, and the mixture was heated to 70°C and mixed to obtain a mixture of uniformly dissolved water-soluble components. Next, separately, components (A), (E), and other oil-soluble components (excluding fragrance) were mixed, heated to 60°C, and mixed to obtain a mixture of oil-soluble components. The temperature of each of these mixtures was adjusted to 50°C. Next, while maintaining this temperature, the oil-based component mixture was gradually added to the water-soluble component mixture with stirring, and after uniform mixing, the mixture was cooled to 25°C to obtain a hair wash composition having a lamellar liquid crystal structure. The volatile fragrance was added during the cooling process when the temperature fell below 40°C.

[0064] The hair wash compositions obtained in each example were evaluated for storage stability, foaming ability, and smoothness during hair washing and rinsing using the methods described above. The results are shown in Tables 1 to 4. The blending amount (mass %) of each component shown in the table is the amount of active ingredient.

[0070] Tables 1 to 4 show that the hair wash compositions of the present invention (Examples 1 to 24) were excellent in storage stability, foaming ability, and smoothness during hair washing and rinsing. On the other hand, the comparative examples, which did not contain or contained only a small amount of the component (A), which is essential in the present invention, were insufficient in at least storage stability, foaming ability, and smoothness during hair washing and rinsing.

[0071] The scattering pattern obtained by SAXS analysis of the hair wash composition of Example 3 is shown in Figure 1, and the scattering pattern obtained by XRD analysis is shown in Figure 2. Since multiple peaks in the scattering pattern obtained by SAXS analysis were observed at positions that were integer ratios (Figure 1), and since there was no clear peak in the vicinity of 20° in XRD (Figure 2), it was determined that the hair wash composition of Example 3 had a lamellar liquid crystal structure. Furthermore, the hair wash composition of Example 3 was set on a slide glass and observed using a polarizing microscope (ECLIPSE E800, manufactured by Nikon Corporation). The results are shown in Figure 3. A glossy layered structure was also confirmed in Figure 3, confirming the presence of a lamellar liquid crystal structure. The other Examples were also confirmed to have a lamellar liquid crystal structure. [Industrial Applicability]

[0072] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a hair wash composition that has excellent storage stability, good foaming properties during hair washing, and an excellent feel during use, such as smoothness during hair washing and rinsing.< / ph>
