Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to an air-cooled garment that takes in air outside the garment body into the garment body for cooling.
Background Art
[0002] Conventional air-cooled garments of this type have ventilation holes penetrating between the front and back surfaces of the garment body, and a fan is attached to these through-holes. When the garment body is washed, the fan is removed from the ventilation hole portion of the garment body and, after washing, is attached again to the ventilation hole portion. However, there has been a pointed criticism that the attachment and detachment of the fan is troublesome. Therefore, a pocket is provided on the surface side of the ventilation hole on the surface side of the garment body. When the garment body is washed, the fan is taken out from the pocket, and after washing, the fan is inserted again into the pocket (as prior art documents similar to this, for example, the following Patent Documents 1 and 2).

Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0004] In the above conventional example, when the garment body is washed, the fan is taken out from the pocket of the garment body and, after washing, the fan is simply reattached to the pocket. Therefore, the usability for attaching and detaching the fan is good. However, if a displacement occurs between the fan placed in the pocket and the ventilation hole of the garment body, the air blown by the fan cannot be efficiently introduced into the garment body. Therefore, even in this prior literature, it is necessary to align the fan position within the pocket with the vent, and since this operation must be performed in a narrow pocket, it is not easy to do, resulting in a poor user experience.
[0005] Therefore, the present invention aims to improve ease of use. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] To achieve this objective, the air-cooled garment of the present invention comprises a garment body, a ventilation opening that penetrates between the front and back surfaces of the garment body, and a fan mounting body detachably attached to the periphery of the ventilation opening on the back surface of the garment body. The fan mounting body is made of a fabric whose outer shape is larger than the ventilation opening of the garment body and which has a fan mounting hole on its interior facing the ventilation opening. The outer periphery of the fan mounting hole on the surface of the fabric body facing the garment body and the outer periphery of the ventilation opening on the surface of the garment body facing the fabric are provided with a first locking portion, and the other is provided with a first locking portion to which the first locking portion is detachably locked. Furthermore, the air-cooled clothing of the present invention has a fan attached to a fan mounting body. Furthermore, in the air-cooled garment of the present invention, the opening diameter of the fan mounting hole in the fan mounting body is smaller than the opening diameter of the ventilation opening in the garment body. Furthermore, in the air-cooled garment of the present invention, the fan mounting body made of fabric is rectangular, the fan mounting hole is circular, and a point fastener is provided at the corner of the rectangular fabric body as a first locking part or a first locking part. Furthermore, in the air-cooled garment of the present invention, the fan mounting body made of fabric is rectangular, the fan mounting hole is circular, and a hook-and-loop fastener or a wire fastener is provided near the outer periphery of the rectangular shape as a first locking part or a first locked part. Furthermore, in the present invention, a through hole is provided that penetrates the front and back surfaces of the collar of the garment body, and a cooling element mounting body is detachably arranged on the outer circumference of the through hole on the inner or outer surface of the collar, and the cooling element mounting body has an opening in the part of the collar corresponding to the through hole, and a cooling element is detachably mounted in this opening, and a second locking portion is provided on one of the outer circumference of the through hole on the side of the collar facing the cooling element mounting body and the outer circumference of the opening on the side of the cooling element mounting body facing the collar, and a second locking portion is provided on the other side to which the second locking portion is detachably locked. Furthermore, the second locking portion or second locked portion provided on the collar in the present invention is provided at left and right locations that horizontally cross the central portion of the through-hole of the collar, and the second locked portion or second locked portion of the cooling element mounting body is provided at left and right locations that horizontally cross the central portion in the vertical direction of the opening of the cooling element mounting body. [Effects of the Invention]
[0007] As described above, the present invention is extremely user-friendly because, for example, the fan mounting body can be removed from the garment during washing, and the fan mounting body can be reattached to the garment after washing, making it easy to attach and detach the fan to the garment. Furthermore, by attaching the fan mounting unit to the garment itself, the fan can be fixed in place relative to the garment's ventilation openings, eliminating the need for subsequent fan position adjustments, making it very user-friendly. Furthermore, the process of attaching and detaching the fan to the fan mounting body can be done with the palm of your hand, making this process easy and user-friendly. Furthermore, in this invention, since the fan mounting body is provided on the inside of the garment, the amount by which the fan protrudes outside the garment through the ventilation holes of the garment can be reduced. As a result, the fan is less likely to come into contact with objects in the work environment (e.g., branches) during work, making it less likely to interfere with work and thus more user-friendly. Furthermore, in the present invention, since a locking portion or a non-locking portion of the fan attachment body is provided around the ventilation hole on the back side of the clothing body, during work, a work environmental object (such as a branch) hits the locking portion or the non-locking portion, and the fan attachment body will not accidentally fall off from the clothing body. In this regard, it is also user-friendly.

Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[0009] (Embodiment 1) As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in the air-cooled clothing of the present embodiment, fasteners 3 for opening left and right are arranged in the vertical direction on the front body 2 that constitutes the clothing body 1 that substantially does not allow air to pass through. Further, a fan 5 is provided in the lower part of the back body 4 that constitutes the clothing body 1. Furthermore, a cooling element (for example, a Peltier element) 7 is arranged on the rear side part of the collar 6.
[0010] The structure for attaching the fan 5 will be described. As shown in Figures 4 to 6, the lower part of the back panel 4 is provided with ventilation holes 8 that penetrate between the front and back surfaces of the garment body 1. As shown in Figures 4 to 6, the opening shape of this vent 8 is not round, but for example, octagonal. In other words, a distinctive feature of this embodiment is that, instead of directly attaching the fan 5 to the vent 8, the fan 5 is attached to the fan mounting body 9 shown in Figures 7 to 12, and this fan mounting body 9 is attached to the outer circumference of the vent 8 on the back side of the garment body 1.
[0011] Figure 9 shows the front side of the fan mounting body 9, and Figure 10 shows the back side (garment body 1). The fan mounting body 9 is made of a fabric whose outer shape is rectangular, larger than the ventilation opening 8 of the garment body 1, and which has a fan mounting hole 10 on its interior that faces the ventilation opening 8. The fan mounting hole 10 is circular, and its opening diameter is smaller than the opening diameter of the ventilation opening 8 of the garment body 1.
[0012] Furthermore, a point fastener (button type) 11 is provided on the outer circumference of the fan mounting hole 10 on the back side (garment body 1) of the fan mounting body 9 as an example of a locking mechanism. In this embodiment, since the fan mounting body 9 is rectangular, point fasteners (button type) 11 are provided at the four corners of the outer circumference of the fan mounting hole 10. First, as can be seen from Figures 12 and 13, insert the air exhaust side of the fan 5 from the fan mounting hole 10 side on the back side (the side facing the garment body 1) of the fan mounting body 9, as shown in Figure 10. Next, as can be seen from Figures 8 and 12, attach the retaining ring 12 to the front side (the side opposite to the garment body 1) of the fan mounting body 9, so that the fan mounting body 9 is sandwiched between the flange 13 on the air intake side of the fan 5 and the retaining ring 12.
[0013] On the outer circumference of the ventilation opening 8 of the garment body 1, a point fastener (button type) 14 is positioned as an example of a fastening part, as shown in Figure 8, in the portion corresponding to the point fastener 11 of the fan mounting body 9. Therefore, as can be seen from Figure 8, the fan mounting body 9 with the fan 5 attached is placed in the ventilation opening 8 on the back side of the garment body 1, and then the fastener 11 of the fan mounting body 9 is connected to the fastener 14 of the garment body 1. As can be seen from Figure 3, the fan 5 is installed with its air intake side aligned with the ventilation opening 8 of the garment body 1.
[0014] In this embodiment, the opening diameter of the fan mounting hole 10 of the fan mounting body 9 is smaller than the opening diameter of the ventilation opening 8 of the garment body 1. To put it another way, the opening diameter of the ventilation opening 8 of the garment body 1 is larger than the opening diameter of the fan mounting hole 10 of the fan mounting body 9, so the air intake resistance of the fan 5 is not increased. In other words, even in this embodiment, when the fan 5 is driven, air from outside the garment body 1 is supplied into the garment body 1, but the air intake resistance is not increased by providing the fan mounting body 9.
[0015] With the above configuration, in this embodiment, for example, when washing, the fan mounting body 9 can be removed from the garment body 1, and after washing, the fan mounting body 9 can be attached to the garment body 1. This makes it easy to attach and detach the fan 5 from the garment body 1, resulting in an extremely user-friendly design. Furthermore, by attaching the fan mounting body 9 to the garment body 1, the fan 5 can be fixed in place relative to the ventilation opening 8 of the garment body 1, eliminating the need for subsequent fan position adjustments, which also makes it more user-friendly.
[0016] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the fan mounting body 9 is rectangular in shape, and point fasteners 11 are provided at the four corners of the outer circumference of the fan mounting hole 10. As can be seen from Figure 7, the portion of the fan mounting body 9 (the edge of the rectangle) between adjacent point fasteners 11 is not fixed to the garment body 1. Therefore, by inserting a finger into that area towards the garment body 1, it is possible to connect or disconnect the point fastener 11 of the fan mounting body 9 and the point fastener 14 of the garment body, resulting in extremely good workability.
[0017] Furthermore, attaching and detaching fan 5 to the fan mounting body 9 can be done with the palm of your hand, making this process easy and user-friendly. Furthermore, by removing the fan 5 from the fan mounting body 9, the fan mounting body 9 can also be easily washed by hand.
[0018] Furthermore, since the fan mounting body 9 is provided on the inside of the garment body 1, the amount by which the fan 5 protrudes outside the garment body 1 through the ventilation holes 8 of the garment body 1 can be reduced. As a result, the fan 5 is less likely to come into contact with objects in the work environment (for example, branches) during work, making it less likely to interfere with work and thus more user-friendly. Furthermore, since the fan mounting body 9 has point fasteners 11 as locking parts or locking parts around the ventilation holes 8 on the back side of the garment body 1, during work, the point fasteners 11 will not come into contact with objects in the work environment (for example, branches), preventing the fan mounting body 9 from unintentionally falling off the garment body 1. In this respect as well, it is easy to use.
[0019] In this embodiment, a fan mounting body 9 is provided to attach the fan 5 to a designated position on the garment body 1, but this method can also be used to attach the cooling element 7 to the rear part of the collar 6. Figures 14 to 20 illustrate the mounting structure of the cooling element 7. As shown in Figures 14 and 15, the collar 6 is provided with through holes 15 that penetrate through the front and back surfaces of the collar 6. Figure 14 shows the front side of collar 6 (opposite side from the neck), and Figure 15 shows the back side of collar 6 (neck side). As shown in Figure 15, a fastening portion, or a point fastener 16 as an example of a fastening portion, is provided on the inner surface (neck side) of the collar 6 through hole 15. The fasteners 16 are provided around the through-hole 15, at two locations (left and right) that cross the central part of the through-hole 15 in the vertical direction.
[0020] On the other hand, the cooling element mounting body 17 is made of fabric and has a rectangular shape as shown in Figures 16 to 20. The cooling element mounting body 17 is provided with a circular opening 18 for mounting the cooling element 7.
[0021] With this configuration, as can be seen from Figures 18 and 19, the heat dissipation surface 7a of the cylindrical cooling element 7 is passed through the opening 18 of the cooling element mounting body 17 from the front side (opposite side of the collar 6) of the cooling element mounting body 17 to the back side (collar 6 side) of the cooling element mounting body 17. Next, a fastener 19 is attached to the back side (collar 6 side) of the cooling element mounting body 17, thereby allowing the cooling element 7 to be detachably attached to the opening 18 of the cooling element mounting body 17. As shown in Figures 17 and 20, around the opening 18 of the cooling element mounting body 17, point fasteners 20 are provided as an example of a locking part or a part to be locked, at locations (two on the left and two on the right) that cross the central part in the vertical direction. Therefore, by placing the cooling element mounting body 17, to which the cooling element 7 is attached, into the through hole 15 on the side of the neck of the collar 6, and connecting the point fastener 20 of the cooling element mounting body 17 with the point fastener 16 of the collar 6, the cooling element 7 can be easily attached to the collar 6 as shown in Figure 1. At this time, the cooling surface 7b of the cooling element 7 is exposed on the neck side of the collar 6, allowing the neck to be cooled. Furthermore, the heat dissipation surface 7a of the cooling element 7 is exposed to the outer surface of the collar 6 through the through hole 15. This allows the cooling element 7 to effectively cool the back of the neck.
[0022] Furthermore, a notable feature of this embodiment is that the point fasteners 20 on the cooling element mounting body 17 and the point fasteners 16 on the collar 6 are positioned on both sides, horizontally crossing the central part of the cooling element 7 in the vertical direction. This allows the cooling element 7 to oscillate up and down around its vertical center line, making it easier to conform to the neck. Specifically, as the cooling element 7 rotates up and down around the line passing through both fasteners 16 as its axis of rotation, the upper part of the cooling element 7 oscillates back and forth (or the lower part of the cooling element 7 oscillates back and forth). As a result, the cooling element 7 changes its posture to follow the movement of the neck, and the cooling surface 7b comes into contact with the neck. Furthermore, in this embodiment, a point fastener 20 is provided on the cooling element mounting body 17 and a point fastener 16 is provided on the collar 6, but these point fasteners 20 and 16 may also be replaced with a wire fastener (for example, a zipper) or a hook-and-loop fastener. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the cooling element mounting body 17 is configured to be detachably positioned on the neck-side surface (inner surface) of the collar 6, but it is also possible to configure the cooling element mounting body 17 to be detachably positioned on the outer surface of the collar 6. In this case, a point fastener 16 is provided on the outer surface of the collar 6 as a locking portion or an example of a locking portion. Also, a point fastener 20 is provided on the cooling surface 7b side of the cooling element 7 in the cooling element mounting body 17 as an example of a locking portion or a locking portion. In other words, the point fastener 20 is provided on the side of the cooling element mounting body 17 opposite to the point fastener 20 in Figure 19. Therefore, by placing the cooling element mounting body 17, to which the cooling element 7 is attached, on the side of the collar 6 opposite to the neck side (the outer side), and connecting the point fastener 20 of the cooling element mounting body 17 with the point fastener 16 of the collar 6, the cooling element 7 can be easily attached to the collar 6. At this time, the cooling surface 7b of the cooling element 7 penetrates the through hole 15 and is exposed on the neck side of the collar 6, allowing the nape of the neck to be cooled. Furthermore, the heat dissipation surface 7a of the cooling element 7 is exposed to the outer surface of the collar 6. This allows the cooling element 7 to effectively cool the back of the neck.
[0023] (Embodiment 2) Figures 21 to 25 show (Embodiment 2) of the present invention, in which the coupling structure between the fan mounting body 9 and the garment body 1 has been modified. In other words, in this embodiment, the fan mounting body 9 made of fabric is rectangular, the fan mounting hole 10 is circular, and a wire fastener 21 is provided near the outer periphery (upper and lower edges) of the rectangular fan mounting body 9 as a locking or non-locking part. Therefore, a wire fastener (not shown) that engages with the wire fastener 21 is provided at the upper and lower parts of the ventilation opening 8 of the garment body 1. Since the other parts have the same configuration as in (Embodiment 1) described above, their explanation will be omitted to avoid complicating the explanation.
[0024] (Embodiment 3) Figures 26 to 30 show (Embodiment 3) of the present invention, in which the coupling structure between the fan mounting body 9 and the garment body 1 has been modified. In other words, in this embodiment, the fan mounting body 9 made of fabric is rectangular, the fan mounting hole 10 is circular, and hook-and-loop fasteners 22 are provided near the outer periphery (four sides) of the surface of the rectangular fan mounting body 9 facing the garment body 1, either as locking or non-locking parts. Therefore, hook-and-loop fasteners (not shown) that engage with hook-and-loop fasteners 22 are provided on the upper and lower parts of the ventilation opening 8 of the garment body 1. Since the other parts have the same configuration as in (Embodiment 1) described above, their explanation will be omitted to avoid complicating the explanation.
[0025] In embodiments different from those described above, the opening diameter of the fan mounting hole in the fan mounting body is equal to or larger than the opening diameter of the ventilation opening in the garment body. In another embodiment, the shape of the fan mounting body is circular or polygonal, and the fan mounting hole is circular or polygonal. In another embodiment, the position of the second locking portion or second locking portion provided on the collar is arbitrary. In another embodiment, the collar of the garment body does not have a through hole, nor does it have a cooling element mounting body or cooling element.
[0026] Although embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments. Furthermore, various design modifications can be made to the present invention without departing from the matters described in the claims. [Explanation of Symbols]
