Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0005] By applying the above - mentioned conventional clothing with cups to a non - wired type bra having a base part, a pair of left and right cup parts joined to the base part, a back part extending from the base part through the sides to the back, and a pair of shoulder strap parts connecting each cup part and the back part, it can be suitably used as clothing for relaxation time.
[0006] As shown in Figures 6(a), (b), and (c), the bra 10 is made of a stretchable chest fabric 1 that integrally forms the base portion 1a and the cup portion 1b, and a stretchable back fabric 2 that constitutes the back portion 2a, both of which are made of cut fabric that does not require fraying treatment at the cut edges. The chest fabric 1 and the back fabric 2 are joined at the sides via an adhesive layer 12, and a back lining fabric 4 is placed on the skin side of the back fabric 2, joined via an adhesive layer 13 with adhesive applied around the periphery. A chest lining fabric 3 is placed on the skin side of the chest fabric 1, joined via an adhesive layer 14 with adhesive applied around the periphery. A pair of pads 5 are housed between the chest fabric 1 and the chest lining fabric 3.
[0007] The chest-side ends 6a of the shoulder strap portion 6 of the bra 10 were positioned and sewn to the skin-side surfaces of the upper edges 1c of the left and right cup portions 1b of the chest-side fabric, and the back-side ends 6b of the shoulder strap portion 6 were positioned and sewn to the skin-side surfaces of the back fabric 2 at both ends from the center (see Figure 6(c)).
[0008] While the chest-side end 6a of the shoulder strap portion 6 can be precisely positioned at the top edge 1c of the left and right cup portions 1b, the back-side end 6b of the shoulder strap portion 6 needs to be visually positioned by the worker for sewing, resulting in variations in sewing position. Therefore, marking the sewing position in advance would increase the manufacturing process, which was another problem.
[0009] In view of the above-mentioned problems, the object of the present invention is to enable the precise positioning of the back end of the shoulder strap portion on the back fabric during manufacturing, thereby preventing the back end from directly touching the wearer's skin and providing a cup-attached garment with a comfortable feel against the skin. [Means for solving the problem]
[0010] To achieve the above objective, the first characteristic configuration of the garment with cups according to the present invention is a garment with cups comprising a base portion, a pair of left and right cup portions joined to the base portion, a back portion extending from the base portion through the sides to the back, and a pair of shoulder strap portions connecting each cup portion to the back portion, wherein the stretchable chest fabric that integrally forms the base portion and the cup portions, and the stretchable back fabric that constitutes the back portion are made of cut fabric that does not require fray-preventing treatment of the cut edges, the chest fabric and the back fabric are joined at the sides via an adhesive layer, a back lining fabric joined to the skin side of the back fabric via an adhesive layer with adhesive applied around its periphery is provided, and guide portions into which the back ends of the shoulder strap portions can be inserted are formed between the back fabric and the back lining fabric by the application pattern of the adhesive layer.
[0011] By inserting the back end of the shoulder strap into the guide section formed by the application pattern of the adhesive layer that joins the back fabric and the back lining fabric, the back end of the shoulder strap can be quickly joined. Furthermore, since the back end does not directly touch the wearer's skin, it has a pleasant feel against the skin.
[0012] The second characteristic configuration is that, in addition to the first characteristic configuration described above, the insertion position of the back end is positioned by the guide portion.
[0013] By adjusting the application pattern of the adhesive layer, the dorsal end can always be joined to the desired position, even for products of different sizes.
[0014] The third characteristic feature is that, in addition to the second characteristic feature described above, the amount of insertion of the dorsal end is restricted by the guide portion.
[0015] The application pattern of the adhesive layer forming the guide section restricts the insertion amount at the dorsal end, thereby suppressing fluctuations in the insertion amount and improving product quality.
[0016] The fourth characteristic feature is that, in addition to any of the first to third characteristic features described above, the shoulder strap portion is joined to the back fabric and the back lining fabric by sewing or adhesive in a position where the back end is inserted into the guide portion.
[0017] The back end is inserted between the back fabric and the back lining fabric and then firmly joined by sewing or adhesive.
[0018] The fifth characteristic configuration is that, in addition to the first characteristic configuration described above, a chest lining fabric is arranged on the skin side of the chest fabric via an adhesive layer with adhesive applied around its periphery, a pad is detachably housed between the chest fabric and the chest lining fabric, and a guide portion is formed between the chest fabric and the chest lining fabric by the application pattern of the adhesive layer, into which the chest end of the shoulder strap can be inserted.
[0019] The shoulder strap can be quickly joined by inserting the chest end into the guide section formed by the application pattern of the adhesive layer that joins the chest fabric and the chest lining fabric. Furthermore, since the chest end does not directly touch the wearer's skin, a better feel against the skin can be achieved. [Effects of the Invention]
[0020] As described above, the present invention makes it possible to accurately position the back end of the shoulder strap portion on the back fabric during manufacturing, and to provide a cup-attached garment with a comfortable feel by avoiding the back end directly touching the wearer's skin. Embodiments for Carrying out the Invention
[0022] Hereinafter, a bra which is an example of cup-attached clothing according to the present invention will be described. In FIGS. 1(a), (b), FIGS. 2(a), (b), (c) and FIGS. 3(a), (b), (c), a bra 10 according to the present invention is illustrated. In FIG. 1(a), the appearance of the bra 10 viewed from the front in the wearing state is shown, and in FIG. 1(b), the appearance of the bra 10 viewed from the back in the wearing state is shown. The bra 10 is a non-wire type bra 10 used as clothing for relaxation time.
[0023] As shown in FIGS. 1(a), (b) to FIGS. 3(a), (b), (c), the bra 10 includes a base part 1a, a pair of left and right cup parts 1b, 1b joined to the base part 1a, a back part 2a extending from the base part 1a through the side part to the back, and a pair of shoulder strap parts 6, 6 connecting each cup part 1b, 1b and the back part 2a.
[0024] The stretchable chest fabric 1, which forms the base portion 1a and cup portion 1b integrally, and the stretchable back fabric 2 that constitutes the back portion 2a, are made of cut fabric that does not require fray-preventing treatment at the cut edges, and the chest fabric 1 and back fabric 2 are joined at the sides. In this embodiment, they are joined via an adhesive layer 12 formed at the sides (in Figure 3(b), the hatched area indicates the adhesive layer), but they can also be joined by sewing.
[0025] As shown in Figure 3(a), the chest lining fabric 3 is attached to the skin-facing side of the chest fabric 1 via an adhesive layer 14 with adhesive applied around its perimeter. The pads 5, 5 shown in Figure 2(c) are detachably housed between the chest fabric 1 and the chest lining fabric 3 through an opening 3a, which is a missing portion of the adhesive layer 14. The chest-facing ends 6a, 6a of the shoulder strap portions 6, 6 are positioned and sewn to the skin-facing side of the upper edge top 1c of the left and right cup portions 1b of the chest fabric 1.
[0026] As shown in Figure 3(b), the back lining fabric 4 is placed on the skin side of the back fabric 2 via an adhesive layer 13 with adhesive applied around its periphery. Guide portions 7 into which the back ends 6b, 6b of the shoulder strap portions 6, 6 can be inserted are formed between the back fabric 2 and the back lining fabric 4 by the application pattern of the adhesive layer 13.
[0027] Figures 4(a) to 4(f) illustrate the application patterns of adhesive layers 12, 13, and 14. An adhesive heated and melted at a predetermined repeating pitch Bp and amplitude Ba is applied to the skin-facing side of the chest fabric 1 and back fabric 2, or to the chest fabric 3 and back fabric 4, so as to follow the inner perimeter of the chest fabric 3 and back fabric 4. Subsequently, the chest fabric 1 and back fabric 2 are superimposed on the chest fabric 3 and back fabric 4 and cooled, thereby bonding the two fabrics 1, 3 and 2, 4 together.
[0028] As the coating pattern, any pattern can be adopted such as a zigzag pattern as shown in Figure 4(a), a repeating curved pattern like a sine wave as shown in Figure 4(b), or a repeating diamond shape as shown in Figure 4(c), where the adhesive positions are distributed dot-like on a virtual line L along the inner perimeter of the chest lining fabric 3 and the back lining fabric 4, with the non-adhesive areas in between. The repeating pitch Bp and amplitude Ba are values that are appropriately set based on the characteristics of the fabric to be bonded and the target adhesive strength. As shown in Figure 4(d), a pattern in which each repeating pattern is arranged in multiple rows along the perimeter of the chest lining fabric 3 and the back lining fabric 4 may be adopted. Alternatively, as shown in Figure 4(e), the coating may be applied in a linear shape along the perimeter of the chest lining fabric 3 and the back lining fabric 4. Furthermore, as shown in Figure 4(f), the coating may be applied in a dot-like pattern spaced at predetermined distances, rather than a continuous pattern.
[0029] Examples of thermoplastic resins used as adhesives include polyurethane hot melt resins, polyester hot melt resins, polyamide hot melt resins, EVA hot melt resins, polyolefin hot melt resins, styrene elastomer resins, moisture-curing urethane hot melt resins, and reactive hot melt resins. Among these, reactive hot melt resins are particularly preferred because they offer high adhesive strength and allow for bonding in a short time.
[0030] Figures 5(a) to (c) illustrate guide portions 7 formed by the application pattern of the adhesive layer 13, into which the back end portion 6b of the shoulder strap portion 6 can be inserted. Figure 5(a) shows a guide portion 7 formed by a linear adhesive layer 13b in a "U" shape in plan view, sandwiching a zigzag adhesive layer 13a of a predetermined amplitude. Figure 5(b) shows a guide portion 7 formed by two parallel linear adhesive layers 13b at a right angle or a predetermined inclination angle, sandwiching a zigzag adhesive layer 13a of a predetermined amplitude. Figure 5(c) shows a guide portion 7 formed by a predetermined width cutout formed in the zigzag adhesive layer 13a of a predetermined amplitude.
[0031] The guide portion 7, as shown in any of the embodiments in Figures 5(a) to (c), precisely positions the insertion points of the pair of dorsal end portions 6b symmetrically on either side of the center of the back. In other words, by adjusting the application pattern of the adhesive layer 13, the dorsal end portions 6b can always be joined to the desired position, even for products of different sizes.
[0032] In either of the embodiments shown in Figure 5(a) and (b), the guide portion 7 is restricted to a right angle or a desired inclination angle by a pair of adhesive layers 13b applied in a parallel position.
[0033] In the guide portion 7 of the embodiment shown in Figure 5(a), the insertion amount of the pair of back ends 6b is restricted. In other words, the insertion amount of the back ends 6b is restricted by the application pattern of the adhesive layer 13b that forms the guide portion 7, thereby suppressing fluctuations in the insertion amount and improving product quality.
[0034] The shoulder strap portion 6 is joined to the back fabric 2 and the back lining fabric 4 by sewing or adhesive with the back end portion 6b inserted into the guide portion 7. In this embodiment, as shown in Figure 3(c), it is sewn in a parallel position with the stitching thread, so that the back end portion 6b is firmly joined with the back fabric 2 and the back lining fabric 4 inserted.
[0035] Unlike in Figure 3(a), guide portions may be formed on the upper edge tops 1c of the left and right cup portions 1b of the chest fabric 1, by the application pattern of the adhesive layer 14 formed between the chest fabric 1 and the chest lining fabric 3, allowing the chest end portion 6a of the shoulder strap to be inserted.
[0036] The chest end portion 6a of the shoulder strap portion 6 can be quickly joined by inserting it into the guide portion formed by the application pattern of the adhesive layer 14 that joins the chest fabric 1 and the chest lining fabric 3. Furthermore, since the chest end portion does not directly touch the wearer's skin, an even better feel against the skin can be achieved.
[0037] As the stretchable fabrics with fray-resistant treatment used for the chest fabric 1, chest lining fabric 3, back fabric 2, and back lining fabric 4, stretchable jersey knit, rib knit, or pearl knit fabric, which are composed of weft knits, are preferably used. If a stretchable lace fabric composed of warp knits is used for the chest fabric 1, there is no need to prepare a separate decorative lace fabric, and a cost reduction effect can be obtained by reducing the number of parts.
[0038] As such a weft-knitted fabric, a jersey fabric or rib knit fabric can be used, which is knitted by plating knitting a heat-deformable elastic yarn that is partially or completely melted or thermally deformed to exhibit fixation when heat-treated, and other yarns, such as cotton yarn and polyurethane, and then the heat-deformable elastic yarn is thermally deformed by a heat-setting process to prevent the cotton yarn from unraveling at the cut edges. In either case, a low-melting-point polyurethane yarn can be suitably used as the heat-deformable elastic yarn.
[0039] Since there are no visible seams when joining the chest fabric 1 and chest lining fabric 3, and the back fabric 2 and back lining fabric 4 using sewing thread, the aesthetic appearance is not compromised, and the bust silhouette is properly shaped.
[0040] Furthermore, the chest fabric 1 and chest lining fabric 3 are bonded together so that they stretch in response to the wearer's body movements, allowing the fabric to naturally stretch at the bonding points without any pulling or puckering.
[0041] Natural fibers such as cotton are preferably used as the yarn for knitting the chest fabric 1 and back fabric 2. In addition to natural fibers, regenerated cellulose fibers such as cupro and viscose rayon, and synthetic fibers such as polyester can also be used. Weft knitted fabrics such as jersey knit, rib knit, and smooth knit can preferably be used for the chest fabric 1 and back fabric 2. Furthermore, by knitting elastic yarn such as polyurethane into the base fabric, a garment with high elasticity can be obtained.
[0042] For the chest lining fabric 3 and the back lining fabric 4, knitted fabrics made of cellulose fibers or blended yarns containing cellulose fibers, which have a good feel against the skin and excellent water absorption, are preferably used, and as the knitting structure, weft knitted fabrics such as the jersey knit, rib knit, and smooth knit mentioned above are preferably used.
[0043] By using knitted fabrics treated with this type of fray-preventing process, the fibers will not unravel from the raw edges even after repeated washing, preventing any deterioration in appearance. Furthermore, since traditional fray-preventing methods such as folding and sewing the edges become unnecessary, it eliminates the discomfort caused by the thickness of the edges resulting from conventional fray-preventing treatments, allowing for the provision of clothing that is gentle on the skin.
[0044] The present invention is not limited to bras, but can be broadly applied to garments with shoulder straps and cups, such as camisoles and tank tops. [Industrial applicability]
[0045] The garment with built-in cups according to the present invention can be worn daily without causing any particular discomfort and is suitable for use as clothing during relaxation time. [Explanation of symbols]
