Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0005] However, in a structure where no column is provided at the boundary portion, there is a problem that a support plate for fastening the sheet-like material cannot be installed on the column. In addition, the technique described in Patent Document 1 cannot solve the above problem.

[0006] In view of the above circumstances, this invention aims to provide a gap-sealing structure within a wing wall that allows a sheet-like material or plate-like material such as insulation to be provided at the boundary between the inner space of the wing wall of a building and the interior space leading to the inner space. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] The gap-sealing structure within a wing wall of this invention solves the above-mentioned problems by sealing the boundary between the inner space of the wing wall of a building and the interior space leading to the inner space, characterized in that a plate-like body is fixed to an exterior wall component that constitutes the back side of the exterior wall panel of the building, and a sheet-like material or plate-like material is held by a portion of this plate-like body that protrudes toward the boundary.

[0008] With the above configuration, even in a structure where no columns are installed at the boundary between the inner space of the building's wing wall and the interior space leading to that inner space, a sheet-like material or plate-like material such as insulation can be provided at the boundary by the portion of the plate-like body fixed to the exterior wall component that protrudes toward the boundary.

[0009] The above-mentioned exterior wall component may also be an inside corner joint member positioned at the inside corner between the exterior wall panel on the wing wall side and the adjacent exterior wall panel, joining the two adjacent exterior wall panels together. This allows for the use of existing inside corner joint members and avoids increased costs associated with manufacturing new components.

[0010] Another sheet-like material or another plate-like material is fastened to the inside of the aforementioned corner by a fastening member, and the plate-like material may have through holes formed in it for the fastening member to pass through. This prevents the fastening of the other sheet-like material or another plate-like material by the fastening member from being obstructed by the plate-like material.

[0011] The ends of the fastening members that pass through the through holes may be locked to the adjacent vertical frame portions of the two exterior wall panels.

[0012] The above-mentioned exterior wall component may be the vertical frame portion of the exterior wall panel that constitutes the wing wall. This allows for the utilization of the existing vertical frame of the exterior wall panel, thus avoiding increased costs associated with the manufacture of new components.

[0013] A locking hole may be formed in the protruding portion of the plate-like body, into which a support member is inserted to pierce the sheet-like material or plate-like material and support the sheet-like material or plate-like material. This allows the sheet-like material or plate-like material to be easily fixed to the protruding portion of the plate-like body.

[0014] A separate locking hole may be formed in the protruding portion of the plate-like body, into which a separate support member is inserted to pierce another sheet-like material or another plate-like material and support the sheet-like material or plate-like material. This allows, for example, a sheet-like material or plate-like material, such as rock wool, to be layered on top of the fire-resistant coating material, which is the sheet-like material or plate-like material, and easily fixed to the protruding portion of the plate-like body. [Effects of the Invention]

[0015] With the present invention, even in a structure where no columns are installed at the boundary between the inner space of the wing wall of a building and the interior space leading to that inner space, a sheet-like material or plate-like material such as insulation can be provided at the boundary. [Figure 3] This is a plan view diagram showing a modified example of the gap-filling structure within the wing wall according to the embodiment. [Figure 4] It is an explanatory plan view showing a modification example of the gap filling structure inside the sleeve wall according to the embodiment. [Figure 5] It is an explanatory plan view showing a modification example of the gap filling structure inside the sleeve wall according to the embodiment.

Mode for Carrying Out the Invention

[0017] Hereinafter, embodiments of this invention will be described based on the accompanying drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, the gap filling structure 1 inside the sleeve wall of the embodiment is a structure that fills the boundary portion B between the inner space 11A of the sleeve wall 11 in the building 10 and the indoor side space 12A communicating with the inner space 11A.

[0018] At the corner portion formed by the outer wall panel 21 on the sleeve wall 11 side and the adjacent outer wall panel 22, the corner joint member 3 which is an outer wall component is arranged. The corner joint member 3 joins the two adjacent outer wall panels 21 and 22 to each other. As shown in FIG. 2(A), it includes a column portion 31, a lower fixing portion 32 located at the lower end of the column portion 31, an upper fixing portion 33 located at the upper end of the column portion 31, and two support piece portions 34 constituting a part of the column portion 31. These two support piece portions 34 are formed so as to form an angle of 90 degrees with each other, and depending on the installation location of the corner joint member 3, one of the support piece portions 34 is used as the support portion of the plate-like body 4.

[0019] Screw holes 34a for fixing the plate-like body 4 are formed at four locations: the upper end side position, the lower end side position of the support piece portion 34, and positions at a predetermined distance away from these upper end side positions and lower end side positions.

[0020] The plate-like body 4 is a vertically long member made of metal. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2(B) as well, it is divided into two upper and lower parts for easier handling. One side edge of the upper body of the plate-like body 4 is screwed and fixed to the support piece portion 34 using two locations above the screw hole 34a. One side edge of the lower body of the plate-like body 4 is screwed and fixed to the support piece portion 34 using two locations below the screw hole 34a. In this fixed state, the plate-like body 4 protrudes the portion other than the screwed and fixed part toward the boundary location B side. There is no particular requirement for the protruding width of the protruding portion 40 of the plate-like body 4 on the boundary location B side to be the same as the width of the boundary location B, and it may be narrower than the width of the boundary location B.

[0021] The protruding portion 40 of the plate-like body 4 holds the sheet-like material 5 (which may also be a plate-like material). The boundary location B is blocked by this sheet-like material 5. The sheet-like material 5 is, for example, a fireproof coating material. The sheet-like material 5 has a width wider than the width of the boundary location B, and both edges are bent so that no gap occurs in the arrangement state at the boundary location B.

[0022] Rock wool is arranged as another sheet-like material 5A on the corner side inside the above-mentioned corner location. This another sheet-like material 5A is fastened to the inner side of the outer wall by an arcuate fastening member 6. For example, the fastening member 6 has claw portions at both ends thereof, and is locked by hooking these claw portions on the vertical frame portions 21a and 22a of the two outer wall panels 21 and 22 close to each other.

[0023] A through hole 41 through which the above-mentioned fastening member 6 is passed is formed in the plate-like body 4. The through hole 41 has, for example, a rectangular shape, and three are formed in each of the two upper and lower divided parts.

[0024] Furthermore, a clip locking hole 42 is formed in the portion 40 that protrudes towards the boundary B side of the plate-like body 4, into which a clip 7 (or other metal fittings) is inserted to serve as a support member for the sheet-like material 5. The clip locking hole 42 is, for example, rectangular in shape, and 5 to 7 holes are formed in each of the two upper and lower sections. The clip locking holes 42 are located closer to the center of the interior of the wing wall 11 than the through hole 41. The insertion into the sheet-like material 5 may or may not penetrate the sheet-like material 5.

[0025] With the above configuration, even in a structure where no column is installed at the boundary point B between the inner space 11A of the wing wall 11 in the building 10 and the interior space 12A that leads to the inner space 11A, the sheet-like material 5 can be installed at this boundary point B by the portion 40 of the plate-like body 4 that protrudes toward the boundary point B side, which is fixed to the support piece 34 of the corner joint member 3, which is an exterior wall component.

[0026] If the above-mentioned exterior wall component is an inside corner joining member 3 that is placed at the inside corner between exterior wall panel 21 and exterior wall panel 22 to join the two adjacent exterior wall panels 21 and 22 to each other, then the existing inside corner joining member 3 can be utilized, and the cost increase due to the manufacture of new components can be avoided.

[0027] If the plate-like body 4 has a through hole 41 through which a fastening member 6 for fastening the other sheet-like material 5A passes, it is possible to avoid the fastening of the other sheet-like material 5A by the fastening member 6 being obstructed by the plate-like body 4.

[0028] If the plate-like body 4 has a clip locking hole 42 into which a clip 7 is inserted to pierce the sheet-like material 5 and support the sheet-like material 5, the sheet-like material 5 can be easily fixed to the plate-like body 4.

[0029] In the example above, the sheet material 5 was secured by clip locking holes 42 formed in a single vertical row. However, as shown in Figure 3, in configurations where the width of the wing wall 11 is wide and a wide sheet material 5 is used, the sheet material 5 may be secured by clip locking holes 42 formed in two vertical rows.

[0030] Furthermore, although the above example uses the corner joint member 3 as the exterior wall component, it is not limited to this. For example, as shown in Figure 4, the vertical frame portion 21a of the exterior wall panel 21A may be utilized, and the plate-like body 4 may be fixed to this vertical frame portion 21a with screws or the like. Alternatively, the vertical frame portion 21a of the exterior wall panel 21 that constitutes the wing wall 11 may be utilized as the exterior wall component. With such a configuration, the vertical frame portions 21a of the existing exterior wall panels 21 and 21A can be utilized, and the cost increase due to the manufacture of new components can be avoided. It is preferable to pre-form screw insertion holes or the like in the vertical frame portion 21a for fixing the plate-like body 4.

[0031] Furthermore, as shown in Figure 5, another clip locking hole 42A may be formed in the protruding portion 40 of the plate-like body 4 into which another clip 7A is inserted to pierce a sheet-like material 5B separate from the sheet-like material 5 and support the sheet-like material 5B. With this, for example, a rock wool sheet-like material 5B can be placed on top of a fire-resistant coating material (sheet-like material 5) and easily fixed to the protruding portion 40 of the plate-like body 4. The other clip locking hole 42A into which the other clip 7A is inserted may be located within a row of clip locking holes 42, or it may be located to form a different row. Also, since the other clip locking hole 42A is blinded by the sheet-like material 5, it is advisable to make the location of the other clip locking hole 42A known to the worker in advance.

[0032] Sheet material 5 and other sheet materials 5A and 5B are not limited to fire-resistant coatings or rock wool, but may also be sound-absorbing sheets, airtight sheets, etc. As for plate-shaped materials, plate-shaped insulation materials are an example.

[0033] Although embodiments of this invention have been described above with reference to the drawings, this invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiments. Various modifications and variations can be made to the illustrated embodiments within the same scope as this invention, or within the equivalent scope. [Explanation of Symbols]
