[Solution] The control unit 200 includes a capacitor C50 connected in series to the output terminal which allows only pulse signals with a frequency of a first frequency or higher to pass through, a capacitor C60 connected in series to the output terminal which allows only pulse signals with a frequency of a second frequency or higher which is lower than the first frequency to pass through, a switching circuit 81 connected in series with capacitor C50 which receives the pulse signal that has passed through capacitor C50 and switches the potential difference, and a switching circuit 82 connected in series with capacitor C60 which receives the pulse signal that has passed through capacitor C60 and switches the potential difference. The control unit 200 switches the potential difference to one of three or more values ​​by changing the frequency of the pulse signals output to capacitors C50 and C60.
