Abstract
This system provides a closed-loop calibration of pulses for controlling spin cubits. [Solution] The calibration circuit 500 generates pulses from a pulse generator. The pulses pass through a variable filter controlled by filter parameters. The pulses are supplied to a qubit, which is measured. Depending on the measured state of the qubit, the filter parameters are changed. In this way, the control pulses are calibrated quickly and continuously. The above calibration approach offers several advantages. By being implemented by a circuit near the physical qubit, opportunities for noise, crosstalk, etc., can be reduced. The calibration approach is scalable because calibration can be performed quickly and continuously for a given qubit, and the same calibration circuit can be multiplexed to interface with several qubits. The calibration circuit is an integrated circuit located in the cryogenic stage of a quantum computer.
