[Solution] The first charge-discharge test apparatus (ET apparatus 20) has a first converter control unit (40) that controls the charging and discharging of a plurality of first charge-discharge units (batteries 28), a setting unit (main control device 16) that sets at least one charge-discharge pattern corresponding to at least one test charge-discharge unit that is the subject of the charge-discharge test among the plurality of first charge-discharge units, and a prediction unit (pattern prediction unit 44) that generates a power prediction pattern showing the time change of the total charge-discharge power for at least one test charge-discharge unit based on at least one charge-discharge pattern, and the first converter control unit controls the charging and discharging of the plurality of first charge-discharge units based on at least one charge-discharge pattern and a power prediction pattern.
