Abstract
This paper provides an application of formaldehyde-high crosslinking in CUT&Tag technology library construction. This method offers lower cell requirements, a higher signal-to-noise ratio for sequencing, and relatively simple operation, while simultaneously considering the advantages of formaldehyde-high crosslinking and fixed cells in ChIP experiments. It offers significant advantages in exploring weak protein-DNA interactions.
