[0021] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, specific drawings and embodiments are used to explain the technical solutions disclosed in the present application in detail.
[0022] As shown in Fig. 9, an embodiment of the present application provides a four-wheel aligner including a calibration system and an auxiliary tool. The calibration system is provided outside a test vehicle 91, and the auxiliary tool is fixed to a test wheel 92 of the test vehicle 91. The four-wheel aligner directly or indirectly obtains image information related to the test wheel 92 by measuring or detecting the auxiliary tool, and further performs four-wheel alignment measurement of the test vehicle 91.
[0023] As shown in Figures 1, 2 and 9, the calibration system includes a first device 100 and a second device 200, which are mounted at fixed positions outside the test vehicle 91 and are located on opposite sides of the test vehicle 91, respectively, which refer to the left and right sides here.
[0024] For example, as shown in FIG. 9, with the direction of the driver's seat as a reference, the first device 100 is provided on the right side of the test vehicle 91 and used to measure the right front wheel and right rear wheel of the test vehicle 91, and the second device 200 is provided on the left side of the test vehicle 91 and used to measure the left front wheel and left rear wheel of the test vehicle 91.
[0025] In an embodiment of the present application, the first device 100 includes a first camera 31, and the second device 200 includes a calibration part 32 (also referring to the calibration part 32 of the first device 100 shown in Figure 2), the first camera 31 of the first device 100 is used to acquire first image information of the calibration part 32 of the second device 200 located on the opposite side thereof, and the calibration system further includes a control device connected to the first camera 31 of the first device 100 and used to receive the first image information from the first camera 31 and process the first image information.
[0026] The first camera 31 is a camera other than a depth camera, and the first image information acquired by the first camera 31 is planar image information that does not include depth information. The control device receives the planar image information, processes a plurality of feature points in the planar image information, and further converts it into a relative positional relationship between the first device 100 and the second device 200.
[0027] That is, the first device 100 may obtain first image information between itself and the second device 200 on the opposite side by its first camera 31, and the relative positional relationship between the first device 100 and the second device 200 can be measured by the first image information. In this way, the operator can know whether the first device 100 and the second device 200 are installed at the same time in the predetermined position. This makes it possible to guarantee the measurement accuracy of both devices when performing four-wheel alignment measurement of the measured wheels 92 on both sides by the four-wheel aligner.
[0028] The technical solution of this embodiment includes a first device 100 and a second device 200 used in a pair, and a control device, the first device 100 and the second device 200 are respectively installed on one side where the measured wheel 92 of the test vehicle 91 is installed, the first device 100 includes a first camera 31, and the second device 200 includes a calibration part 32, the first camera 31 of the first device 100 is used to obtain first image information of the calibration part 32 of the second device 200 located on the opposite side, and the control device is connected to the first camera 31, receives the first image information from the first camera 31, and is used to process the first image information. The calibration system of the present application can obtain the first image information of the second device 200 on the opposite side by the first camera 31, and can measure the distance relationship and relative position relationship between the first device 100 and the second device 200 by the first image information, and can ensure the accuracy of the measurement when the four-wheel alignment measurement is performed by the four-wheel aligner including the calibration system.
[0029] In an optional embodiment, as shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, the first device 100 also includes a calibration component 32, and the second device 200 also includes a first camera 31, and thus the first camera 31 of the second device 200 is used to obtain first image information of the calibration component 32 in the first device 100 and the first device 100. The control module is connected to the first camera 31 of the second device 200, and thereby obtains the first image information provided by the first camera 31. That is, the mutual calibration of the first device 100 and the second device 200 is realized. The mutual calibration of the two first image information can further ensure that the first device 100 and the second device 200 are mounted in a predetermined position at the same time, and can further improve the measurement accuracy of both devices.
[0030] The control device may be provided in the first device 100, may be provided in the second device 200, or may be provided in both the second device 200 and the first device 100 at the same time.
[0031] In an optional embodiment, the control device includes a first control module 51 provided in the first device 100 and a second control module provided in the second device 200, where the first control module 51 is connected to the first camera 31 of the first device 100 and the second control module is connected to the first camera 31 of the second device 200. This serves to ensure that the first control module 51 and the second control module are each connected to a different first camera 31.
[0032] In this way, the first device 100 and the second device 200 may be structurally as similar as possible, that is, may be completely the same device (the communication method between the first control module 51 and the second control module is not considered here). The first device 100 and the second device 200 may be batch-manufactured according to the same requirements and processes. This will be described as an example in the following description of the present application. In Figs. 1 and 2, the first device 100 includes a first camera 31 and a calibration part 32. In the case of the first device 100, at least the first camera 31 and the calibration part 32 constitute a calibration assembly 3, as shown in Figs. 2 and 3.
[0033] In one embodiment, the first control module 51 and the second control module are both configured to be communicatively connected to a control terminal, the control terminal is used to receive the first image information from the first control module 51 and the first image information from the second control module, and process the two pieces of first image information, and the control terminal may be a smart device such as a mobile phone or a smart tablet.
[0034] Alternatively, both the first control module 51 and the second control module are communicatively connected to a control terminal, and the first control module 51 is used to receive the first image information acquired by the control terminal from the second control module and process the two pieces of first image information. In other words, it can be understood that the control terminal functions to relay the first image information between the first control module 51 and the second control module, but the control terminal may also receive the processing result from the first control module 51 and display it.
[0035] Or the first control module 51 is used to receive the first image information from the second control module and process the two pieces of first image information, in this case, the first control module 51 is the main control end.
[0036] 1 and 2, in one embodiment, the first device 100 includes a magnetic attraction base 2, and the first device 100 is attached to a fixed position outside the vehicle 91 to be inspected by the magnetic attraction base 2, and is attracted to a loading device 93 used to load the vehicle 91 to be inspected by the magnetic attraction base 2. The loading device 93 is specifically a lift machine or the like.
[0037] The magnetic attraction base 2 may include a permanent magnet, or it includes an electromagnet.
[0038] 2, in one embodiment, the first device 100 and the second device 200 further include a battery 6 used to provide electrical energy required for the operation of the first camera 31 (and the electromagnet), etc. The first device 100 and the second device 200 further include an indicator light 7, which is connected to the control device and used to indicate the operating status of the first camera 31, etc.
[0039] 2, in one embodiment, the first device 100 and the second device 200 further include a housing 1, which is used to accommodate the above-mentioned first camera 31, calibration parts 32, control device, battery 6, etc. The magnetic adsorption base 2 is fixedly connected to one end of the housing 1. The shape of the housing 1 is not limited, and generally needs to be designed according to the relative positions of the first camera 31, calibration parts 32, battery 6, control device, etc. inside it, but it is sufficient if it is easy for an operator to hold.
[0040] In order to ensure the calibration accuracy of the relative position between the first device 100 and the second device 200, multiple calibration points are provided on the calibration part 32, and the multiple calibration points are set at different positions in space, so that the distances of the multiple calibration points to the first camera 31 are different.
[0041] Taking an example in which the first control module 51 and the second control module are both communicatively connected to a control terminal, and the control terminal receives the first image information from the first control module 51 and the first image information from the second control module 51 and is used to process the two pieces of first image information, the multiple pieces of first image information are all transmitted to the control terminal, and the control terminal processes each piece of first image information and converts it into multiple coordinate points in the coordinate system of the first device 100 in the second device 200, and multiple coordinate points in the coordinate system of the second device 200 in the first device 100. In this way, mutual calibration of three-dimensional spatial coordinates between the first device 100 and the second device 200 can be realized.
[0042] 4, 5 and 6, in one embodiment, the number of calibration parts 32 is multiple, the projections of the multiple calibration parts 32 along the width direction of the test vehicle 91 do not completely overlap, the distances between at least two calibration parts 32 and the test vehicle 91 in the width direction of the test vehicle 91 are different, and at least one calibration point is provided on each calibration part 32. In this way, multiple calibration points having different distances from the test vehicle 91 in the width direction can be formed. In other words, at least two calibration parts 32 are provided in a staggered manner in the length direction of the test vehicle 91, whereby the distances to the first camera 31 are different.
[0043] Optionally, in one embodiment, the number of calibration parts 32 is multiple, and at least two calibration parts 32 are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the test vehicle 91, at least two calibration parts 32 are arranged at intervals in the width direction of the test vehicle 91, and at least two calibration parts 32 are arranged at intervals in the height direction. In this way, the multiple calibration points all have coordinate points on each coordinate axis in the three-dimensional coordinate system, making the position calibration of the calibration parts 32 by the control module more accurate.
[0044] More specifically, as shown in Figures 4 and 5, in an optional embodiment, the number of calibration parts 32 is four, the first calibration part 32 and the third calibration part 32 are spaced apart along the length of the test vehicle 91, the second calibration part 32 is located below the first calibration part 32 and on the side of the first calibration part 32 closer to the test vehicle 91, and the fourth calibration part 32 is located above the first calibration part 32 and on the side of the first calibration part 32 away from the test vehicle 91.
[0045] The first camera 31 is provided at a position close to the calibration parts 32, and specifically, may be fixedly connected to any of the calibration parts 32. In one embodiment, the calibration assembly 3 further includes a bottom plate 30, and when the magnetic adsorption base 2 is adsorbed to a predetermined position on the loading device 93, the bottom plate 30 is approximately parallel to the ground. The first camera 31 and each calibration part 32 are both fixedly provided to the bottom plate 30.
[0046] As shown in Figures 3 and 4, in one embodiment, the calibration assembly 3 further includes an adapter circuit board 33, which is mounted on the bottom plate 30 and connected to the first camera 31 and the second control module, and is used to power the first camera 31 and transmit signals from the first camera 31 to the first control module 51.
[0047] In one embodiment, the calibration component 32 is a self-luminous calibration component 32, that is, it emits light to form a number of light spots, which become the calibration points.
[0048] Specifically, as shown in Figures 5 and 6, in one embodiment, each calibration component 32 includes a light panel 321 and a target board 322 arranged in a stacked manner, the target board 322 is fixed to the side of the light panel 321 facing the test vehicle 91, and at least one through hole 3220 is provided in the target board 322, so that light emitted from the light panel 321 can pass through the through hole 3220, and the through hole 3220 forms a calibration point.
[0049] 6, each calibration component 32 further includes a fixed plate 325, the lower end of which is connected to the bottom plate 30, and the upper end of which is connected to the above-mentioned light panel 321 and target board 322, so that the light panel 321 and target board 322 are held at a distance from the top of the bottom plate 30 and face the vehicle 91 to be inspected. The stacking order between the fixed plate 325, the light panel 321, and the target board 322 is not limited as long as the light panel 321 and the target board 322 can be fixed and integrated.
[0050] In an optional embodiment, each calibration part 32 further includes a light diffusion plate 323 arranged between the light panel 321 and the target board 322, which is used to enable the light panel 321 to form a uniform surface light source and uniformly illuminate the target board 322, so that the brightness of each area in each through hole 3220 and different through holes 3220 is uniform and consistent, and helps to improve the measurement accuracy of the first camera 31 for the calibration part 32.
[0051] 6, an opening 3250 is provided on the fixed plate 325, the light panel 321 is provided on the side of the fixed plate 325 opposite to the vehicle 91 to be inspected, the edge of the light panel 321 is fixedly connected to the periphery of the opening 3250 of the fixed plate 325 so that the light emitted from the light panel 321 can pass through the opening 3250, and the light diffusion plate 323 and the target board 322 are provided in this order on the side of the fixed plate 325 close to the vehicle 91 to be inspected. Of course, unless there is a contradiction, the fixed connections between the light panel 321, the light diffusion plate 323, the target board 322 and the fixed plate 325 may be in other orders and manners.
[0052] Alternatively, in one embodiment, the number of calibration parts 32 is one, and includes a light panel 321 and a target board 322 arranged in a stacked manner, and the target board 322 is located on the side of the light panel 321 closer to the test vehicle 91, and as shown in FIG. 7, a plurality of staircase surfaces 3221 are provided on the opposite side of the target board 322 to the light panel 321, and the distance of each staircase surface 3221 to the light panel 321 is different, and at least one through hole 3220 is provided in each staircase surface 3221, and the through hole 3220 forms a calibration point.
[0053] By providing a plurality of staircase surfaces 3221, the distances of the calibration points on the different staircase surfaces 3221 to the opposing first camera 31 are different.
[0054] Optionally, the step surfaces 3221 are arranged parallel to each other, and the step surfaces 3221 are all perpendicular to the bottom plate 30. In this case, the distances to the first camera 31 of different calibration points are different.
[0055] In this case, a light diffusion plate 323 may be provided between the light panel 321 and the target board 322 .
[0056] In an optional embodiment, the light emitted from the light panel 321 is invisible light, and the first camera 31 forms an image by the invisible light. For example, it may be infrared light, and the first camera 31 is used to receive the infrared light and form an image by the infrared light. The invisible light can be distinguished from the ambient light, thereby avoiding the influence of the ambient light on the image formation of the first camera 31.
[0057] Next, as shown in Figures 3 and 4, in one embodiment, the first equipment 100 and the second equipment 200 both include two measurement assemblies 4, which are respectively arranged on the left and right sides of the calibration assembly 3, facing one front wheel and one rear wheel, and as shown in Figure 8, each measurement assembly 4 includes a second camera 43, the first equipment 100 is arranged between the front and rear wheels on the right side of the test vehicle 91, and the two second cameras 43 of the first equipment 100 are tilted to face the front and rear wheels on that side, respectively, thereby used to acquire second image information of the auxiliary devices on the front and rear wheels on that side of the test vehicle 91, and the second equipment 200 is arranged between the front and rear wheels on the left side of the test vehicle 91, and the two second cameras 43 of the second equipment 200 are tilted to face the front and rear wheels on that side, respectively, thereby used to acquire second image information of the auxiliary devices on the front and rear wheels on that side of the test vehicle 91.
[0058] In the control device, the first control module 51 is connected to each second camera 43 in the first equipment 100, and the second control module is connected to each second camera 43 in the second equipment 200, thereby receiving the second image information of each second camera 43 and processing the second image information, and the four-wheel aligner determines the relative positional relationship between the first equipment 100 and the second equipment 200 distributed on both sides of the test vehicle 91, and the first equipment 100 and the second equipment 200 on both sides capture the second image information of the auxiliary device fixed to the measured wheel 92 of the test vehicle 91 by each second camera 43, thereby realizing four-wheel alignment measurement for the test vehicle 91 based on the second image information and the relative positional relationship between the first equipment 100 and the second equipment 200, and further obtaining the four-wheel parameters of the test vehicle 91.
[0059] As shown in FIG. 8, in one embodiment, the measurement assembly 4 further includes a first mounting plate 41, the lower end of which is fixedly connected to the bottom plate 30 of the calibration assembly 3, and the second camera 43 is mounted on the first mounting plate 41, thereby maintaining a fixed relative position between the second camera 43 and the bottom plate 30.
