Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of cleaning equipment, in particular to a cleaning device. [Background technology]

[0002] Cleaning equipment such as steam mops and handheld steam cleaners are currently widely used, for example, a push rod steam mop can clean exposed ground with steam, and a handheld steam cleaner can clean surfaces such as tile walls, worktops, and stovetops with steam. The cold air and hot air discharged from the suction motor of the current cleaning equipment are mixed and discharged, and when mixed and discharged in this way, the cold air is discharged excessively, so the hot air is not discharged in a timely manner, and the hot air rages in the housing, and the temperature of the components in the housing such as the power board rises accordingly, thereby affecting the service life of the components such as the power board. For example, a Chinese patent with publication number CN110093889A discloses a cleaning device that includes a housing having an intake port and an outlet port, and a suction pipe is connected to the intake port. Apparently, hot air and cold air are mixed and discharged from the outlet port of the cleaning device, and the volume of the cold air is large, so the hot air is not discharged in a timely manner, which causes the temperature of each component in the housing to rise and shortens the service life of each component. Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0003] In response to the above technical problems existing in the prior art, the present invention provides a cleaning device that can discharge the cold air and hot air discharged from the suction assembly through the air guide assembly and air blowing assembly, respectively, thereby solving the problem of hot air not being discharged in a timely manner and turbulent within the housing. [Means for solving the problem]

[0004] A cleaning device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a handle assembly, a housing, and a power supply board assembly provided in the housing, a suction assembly disposed within the housing and having a first air intake port communicating with the handle assembly for suctioning dirt, a hot air exhaust port, and a cold air exhaust port; an air guide assembly provided within the housing, the air guide assembly including a hot air passage communicating with the hot air exhaust port and a cold air passage communicating with the cold air exhaust port, the hot air passage and the cold air exhaust port being provided independently of each other; and a blower assembly provided at a base of the housing and having a hot air cavity and a cold air cavity provided independently, the base being formed with blower openings corresponding to the hot air cavity and the cold air cavity, an exhaust opening of the hot air passage communicating with the hot air cavity and an exhaust opening of the cold air passage communicating with the cold air cavity, thereby discharging the hot air and the cold air discharged from the suction assembly through the blower openings of the base, respectively. The cleaning device can discharge the cold air and the hot air discharged from the suction assembly through the air guide assembly and the air blower assembly, respectively, thereby solving the problem that the hot air is not discharged in a timely manner and is disturbed in the housing.

[0005] In some embodiments, the base includes a bottom plate and a ventilation cover plate, a ventilation port of the base is formed in the ventilation cover plate, and the ventilation cover plate is inclined to guide the gas to flow away from the power supply board assembly. In this way, it is possible to prevent the temperature of the power supply board assembly from increasing due to the discharged hot air being blown onto the power supply board assembly.

[0006] In some embodiments, the suction assembly further includes a second intake port, and a third intake port is provided on the side of the housing opposite to the second intake port, the suction assembly partially protrudes to form a windshield, the protruding side of the windshield abuts against the inner wall of the housing, and the windshield and the base combine to form an airflow passage surrounding the second intake port and the third intake port. The airflow passage allows the cold air sucked into the third intake port to directly enter the second intake port without being affected by the hot air in the housing, i.e., ensuring that it is the cold air sucked into the second intake port, and avoiding the impact on the service life of the suction assembly.

[0007] In some embodiments, the cleaning device further includes a steam assembly disposed in the housing, the suction assembly is disposed above and below the power supply board assembly, the steam assembly and the power supply board assembly are disposed on a base, and an air outlet in the base is located between the steam assembly and the power supply board assembly. In this way, hot air can be directly discharged between the steam assembly and the power supply board assembly, and the steam assembly and the power supply board assembly can be protected.

[0008] In some embodiments, the air outlet is a plurality of outlets, which are provided on the bottom plate and the cover plate, respectively. In this way, the gas discharged from the hot air outlet and the cold air outlet of the suction assembly can be discharged through the outlets in the bottom plate and the cover plate, and the gas can be discharged as quickly as possible by increasing the air discharge area.

[0009] In some embodiments, the airflow direction of the air outlet provided in the bottom plate is a first direction, the airflow direction of the air outlet in the air blowing cover plate is a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, and the first direction is perpendicular to the bottom plate. In this way, the gas can be blown out from different directions, which further increases the amount of air blown and is advantageous for rapid exhaust of the gas.

[0010] In some embodiments, the blower assembly includes a case, and a partition plate is provided in the case, and the partition plate divides the cavity of the case into the hot air cavity and the cold air cavity. By providing the partition plate, the hot air cavity and the cold air cavity can be formed, and the structure is simple and compact.

[0011] In some embodiments, a first air supply port and a second air supply port are provided at the upper end of the case, an exhaust port of the hot air passage communicates with the hot air cavity through the first air supply port, and an exhaust port of the cold air passage communicates with the cold air cavity through the second air supply port. The above structure is compact and has a reasonable layout.

[0012] In some embodiments, the case is integrally molded with the base, thus ensuring the relative positional relationship between the case and the base and improving the stability of the structure.

[0013] In some embodiments, the air blowing cover plate is pivotally attached to the bottom plate so as to be rotatable relative to the bottom plate. The pivotal rotation of the air blowing cover plate can change the air blowing amount of the air blowing opening in the base, which is advantageous for adjusting the air blowing amount. Effect of the Invention

[0014] Compared with the prior art, the advantageous effects of the embodiment of the present invention are as follows: the present invention can exhaust the hot air exhausted from the hot air outlet of the suction assembly through the hot air passage and the hot air cavity, and can exhaust the cold air exhausted from the cold air outlet of the suction assembly through the cold air passage and the cold air cavity, the hot air passage and the cold air passage are provided independently, and the hot air cavity and the cold air cavity are also provided independently, thus the cold air and the hot air exhausted from the suction assembly are not mixed and exhausted, but can be exhausted through the air guide assembly and the air blowing assembly, respectively, solving the problem in the prior art that the hot air cannot be exhausted in a timely manner due to the large cold air exhaust volume, and avoiding the problem of the hot air raging in the housing and the temperature rise of components such as the power board assembly. [0017] In order to allow those skilled in the art to better understand the technical solutions of the present invention, the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings and specific embodiments. The following describes the embodiments of the present invention in more detail with reference to the drawings and specific embodiments, but is not intended to limit the present invention.

[0018] As shown in Figs. 1 to 7, the cleaning device according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a handle assembly 1, a housing 2, and a power supply board assembly 3 provided in the housing 2. The cleaning device further includes a suction assembly 4, an air guide assembly 5, and an air blower assembly 6. The suction assembly 4 is provided in the housing 2 and has a first air intake 41, a hot air exhaust 42, and a cold air exhaust 43. The first air intake 41 communicates with the handle assembly 1 to suck in dirt. The air guide assembly 5 is provided in the housing 2 and includes a hot air passage 51 and a cold air passage 52 provided independently, the hot air passage 51 communicating with the hot air exhaust 42, and the cold air passage 52 communicating with the cold air exhaust 43. The air blower assembly 6 is provided in the base 21 of the housing 2 and includes a hot air cavity 61 and a cold air cavity 62 provided independently. The base 21 is formed with an air outlet 22 corresponding to the hot air cavity 61 and the cold air cavity 62. The exhaust port of the hot air passage 51 communicates with the hot air cavity 61, and the exhaust port of the cold air passage 52 communicates with the cold air cavity 62, so that the hot air and the cold air discharged from the suction assembly 4 are discharged through the air outlet 22 of the base 21, respectively.

[0019] As shown in Fig. 6 and Fig. 7, the arrow direction shown in Fig. 6 is the air supply direction of the first air intake port 41 of the suction assembly 4 and the cold air discharge direction of the cold air discharge port 43, and the arrow direction shown in Fig. 7 is the hot air discharge direction of the hot air discharge port 42 of the suction assembly 4. As shown in Fig. 6 and Fig. 7, the power supply board assembly 3 is provided directly under the suction assembly 4, and the gas discharged from the hot air discharge port 42 and the cold air discharge port 43 of the suction assembly 4 is guided by the air guide assembly 5 to bypass the power supply board assembly 3 and is discharged through the air exhaust port in the base 21, and the air guide assembly 5 can have multiple bends, thereby preventing the temperature of the hot air passage 51 from affecting the power supply board assembly 3. In some other embodiments, a temperature-reducing layer is provided on the cavity wall of the hot air passage 51 of the air guide assembly 5, thereby preventing the temperature of the cavity of the housing 2 from rising due to hot air with a high temperature.

[0020] Specifically, as shown in Figures 3 and 6, the first air intake 41 can be provided on the upper part of the suction assembly 4, and the handle assembly 1 can be removably connected to the first air intake 41, so that when using the cleaning device, the handle assembly 1 can be attached to the first air intake 41, and the suction assembly 4 can be activated to adsorb and clean the surface to be cleaned.

[0021] Specifically, as shown in Fig. 8 and Fig. 9, the direction of the arrow in Fig. 8 is the direction of cold air flow in the cold air passage 52, and the direction of the arrow in Fig. 9 is the direction of hot air flow in the hot air passage 51. The cold air passage 52 has an upper opening connected to the cold air exhaust port 43 and a lower opening connected to the cold air cavity 62. The hot air passage 51 has an upper opening connected to the hot air exhaust port 42 and a lower opening connected to the hot air cavity 61.

[0022] Specifically, the number of the air outlets 22 may be multiple, with some of the air outlets 22 corresponding to the hot air cavity 61 and the remaining air outlets 22 corresponding to the cold air cavity 62 .

[0023] In the present invention, the hot air passage 51 and the hot air cavity 61 can discharge the hot air discharged from the hot air outlet 42 of the suction assembly 4, and the cold air passage 52 and the cold air cavity 62 can discharge the cold air discharged from the cold air outlet 43 of the suction assembly 4. The hot air passage 51 and the cold air passage 52 are provided independently, and the hot air cavity 61 and the cold air cavity 62 are also provided independently. In this way, the cold air and the hot air discharged from the suction assembly 4 are not mixed and discharged, but can be discharged through the air guide assembly 5 and the air blowing assembly 6, respectively. This solves the problem in the prior art that the cold air discharge amount is large, so that the hot air cannot be discharged in a timely manner, and avoids the problem of the hot air raging inside the housing 2, causing the temperature of components such as the power board assembly 3 to rise.

[0024] 3 and 10, in some embodiments, the base 21 includes a bottom plate 23 and a ventilation cover plate 24, and some of the ventilation openings 22 of the base 21 are formed in the ventilation cover plate 24, and the ventilation cover plate 24 is provided at an incline to guide the gas to flow away from the power supply board assembly 3. In this way, it is possible to prevent the temperature of the power supply board assembly 3 from increasing due to the discharged hot air being blown onto the power supply board assembly 3.

[0025] Specifically, as shown in Fig. 3, the arrow in Fig. 3 indicates the exhaust direction of the air outlet 22 in the base 21. The air outlet cover plate 24 may be provided on the side of the bottom plate 23 close to the power supply board assembly 3, and by guiding the air to flow to the side away from the power supply board assembly 3, it is possible to prevent the temperature of the power supply board assembly 3 from increasing, and to make the structural layout compact and the design rational.

[0026] 2, 5 and 11, the suction assembly 4 further includes a second intake port 44, and a third intake port 25 is provided on the side of the housing 2 opposite to the second intake port 44. The suction assembly 4 protrudes partially to form a windshield 45, and the protruding side of the windshield 45 abuts against the inner wall of the housing 2. The windshield 45 and the base 21 combine to form an airflow passage surrounding the second intake port 44 and the third intake port 25. The airflow passage allows the cold air sucked into the third intake port 25 to directly enter the second intake port 44 without being affected by the hot air in the housing 2, i.e., it is ensured that the cold air is sucked into the second intake port 44, and the service life of the suction assembly 4 is avoided from being affected.

[0027] Specifically, the second air intake port 44 may be located on a side surface of the suction assembly 4 and disposed adjacent to a lower portion of the suction assembly 4 .

[0028] Specifically, a seal for improving the sealing between the windshield plate 45 and the inner wall of the housing 2 may be provided on the protruding side of the windshield plate 45 .

[0029] 3 and 7, in some embodiments, the cleaning device further includes a steam assembly 7 provided in the housing 2, the suction assembly 4 is provided above and below the power supply board assembly 3, the steam assembly 7 and the power supply board assembly 3 are provided on a base 21, and the air outlet 22 in the base 21 is located between the steam assembly 7 and the power supply board assembly 3. In this way, hot air can be directly exhausted from between the steam assembly 7 and the power supply board assembly 3, while protecting the steam assembly 7 and the power supply board assembly 3.

[0030] Specifically, a steam heat radiating port 71 may be provided at a location on the base 21 corresponding to the steam assembly 7, and the opening of the steam heat radiating port 71 faces downward.

[0031] 10, there are multiple air outlets 22, which are provided on the bottom plate 23 and the cover plate 24, respectively. In this way, the gas discharged from the hot air outlet 42 and the cold air outlet 43 of the suction assembly 4 can be discharged through the air outlets 22 on the bottom plate 23 and the cover plate 24, and the gas can be discharged as quickly as possible by increasing the air blowing area.

[0032] 10, the airflow direction of the air outlet 22 provided in the bottom plate 23 is a first direction, the airflow direction of the air outlet 22 in the air outlet cover plate 24 is a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, and the first direction is perpendicular to the bottom plate 23, i.e., the air discharged from the air outlet 22 in the bottom plate 23 is blown out toward the bottom of the base 21, and the flow direction of the air discharged from the air outlet cover plate 24 forms a certain angle with the plate surface of the bottom plate 23. In this way, the gas can be blown out from different directions, which further increases the amount of air blown and is advantageous for rapid exhaust of the gas.

[0033] 4 and 10, the blower assembly 6 includes a case 63, in which a partition plate 64 is provided, and the partition plate 64 divides the cavity of the case 63 into a hot air cavity 61 and a cold air cavity 62. By providing the partition plate 64, the hot air cavity 61 and the cold air cavity 62 can be formed, and the structure is simple and compact.

[0034] Specifically, the partition plate 64 may be formed integrally within the case 63 .

[0035] 10, a first air supply port and a second air supply port 65 are provided at the upper end of the case 63, and the exhaust port of the hot air passage 51 communicates with the hot air cavity 61 via the first air supply port, and the exhaust port of the cold air passage 52 communicates with the cold air cavity 62 via the second air supply port 65. The above structure is compact and the layout is reasonable.

[0036] Specifically, the shape of the first air supply port and the second air supply port 65 may be a circle, a rectangle, or the like. As shown in FIG. 10, the shape of the second air supply port 65 is a rectangle, which is merely an example, and the present invention is not specifically limited thereto.

[0037] Specifically, since the air outlet 22 of the base 21 is located below the case 63 , the gas discharged from the hot air cavity 61 and the cold air cavity 62 can be directly discharged from the air outlet 22 of the base 21 .

[0038] In some embodiments, the case 63 is integrally formed with the base 21. In this manner, the relative positional relationship between the case 63 and the base 21 can be guaranteed, and the stability of the structure can be improved.

[0039] 3 and 10, the air blowing cover plate 24 is pivotally attached to the bottom plate 23 so as to be rotatable relative to the bottom plate 23. The pivotal rotation of the air blowing cover plate 24 can change the amount of air blown from the air blowing port 22 in the base 21, which is advantageous for adjusting the amount of air blown.

[0040] Specifically, the air blower cover plate 24 may be provided with a snap fit, and when the air blower cover plate 24 rotates and approaches the bottom plate 23, it may be engaged with the bottom plate 23 by the snap fit.

[0041] The above embodiments are merely illustrative examples of the present invention and do not limit the present invention. Those skilled in the art can make various modifications or equivalent replacements to the present invention within the substance and scope of protection of the present invention, and such modifications or equivalent replacements should also be considered as falling within the scope of protection of the present invention.
