Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a helmet for wearing a headlight and a dedicated headlight to be mounted on this helmet.
Background Art
[0002] When wearing a helmet during on-site work at night or in a dark place or during disaster evacuation, etc., it is frequently done to wear a headlight to enhance safety. Conventionally, the method of attaching a headlight to a helmet is to use a rubber band provided on the headlight for attachment. As it is, it is likely to shift and come off easily, so the majority of configurations require assistance with separately sold helmet clips. However, in addition to this configuration, as in Patent Document 1, an LED lighting is incorporated into the flange part to form an integrated unit, and the flange part and the helmet body can be easily attached and detached, and there are also those in which a lighting device is mounted under the flange as shown in Patent Document 2.

Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0004] In order to solve the above problems, in the type that uses the rubber band provided on the headlight and a separately sold helmet clip for attachment as described above, it is attached with a rubber band to the edge of the spherical and slippery helmet, and it takes time and effort such as using a helmet clip for assistance in preventing shifting and coming off. In addition, there is a problem that important information such as the company name, name, and blood type printed on the helmet body cannot be visually recognized due to the rubber band. In addition, for the helmet disclosed in Patent Document 1, which has an integrated LED lighting incorporated in the front part of the brim, the specified replacement period of the helmet (as stipulated by the Japan Helmet Industry Association) does not match the lifespan of the headlight, and it could be predicted that replacement would be required within a shorter period than the specified time. Moreover, regarding the helmet disclosed in Patent Document 2, it claims that "since the lighting device is attached to the lower part of the brim, it does not get in the way." However, even just entering the field of view causes a significant obstacle, leaving room for improvement. An object of the present invention is to provide a helmet that can easily and reliably attach a headlight with a one-touch operation to the central part of the front surface of the cap body to solve the above problems, and a headlight used by attaching it to this helmet.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0005] The helmet for attaching a headlight according to the present invention is a helmet for detachably attaching a headlight, characterized in that a headlight attachment part is formed at the front central part of the cap body of the helmet, and the headlight attachment part is provided with headlight attachment means. The headlight attachment means is of a hook type, and a hook insertion hole having a hook clamping part on the front surface of the cap body is formed according to the shape of the attachment hook provided at the rear part of the headlight to be attached. Further, the front and rear inner surfaces of the hook insertion hole and the clamping part are formed so as to be substantially vertical planes when the helmet is worn. In addition, the dedicated headlight of the present invention includes a light part at the front of the headlight body, a light vertical tilt movable mechanism on the side surface of the body, a power storage part inside the body, a power switch part including a light irradiation mode changeover switch above the light part, and an attachment hook having a clamping function at the rear part of the body. The attachment hook is formed in a hairpin shape.
Effects of the Invention
[0006] As an effect, the attachment can be securely and stably attached with one touch, and due to the simplification of the attachment, it is possible to quickly respond to changes in the situation. Moreover, since the present invention does not require a rubber band, important information such as the company name, name, and blood type printed on the cap body can be visually recognized. In addition, since the present invention can be removed, when replacement is necessary due to a decrease in strength caused by the impact of the helmet or a failure of the headlight, it can be replaced separately, resulting in a lower cost than an integrated type. Furthermore, by creating a light vertical tilt movable mechanism, irradiation in the vertical direction becomes possible, enhancing the safety of work in dark places.

Modes for Carrying Out the Invention
[0008] The embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 9. A hook insertion hole 3 is provided on the front surface of the helmet body 1a of the helmet 1. Further, in accordance with the shape of the mounting hook 4 provided at the rear of the headlight 2, the upper part of the hook insertion hole 3 has a flat shape so that the front surface and the inside are substantially vertical planes when the helmet is worn. (See FIGS. 5 and 6.)
[0009] Since the hook insertion hole 3 is always open upward, there is a high possibility of being clogged with dust or the like, so a drain 3a is provided. (See FIG. 6.)
[0010] The headlight used by being mounted on the helmet of the present invention includes a light part at the front of the headlight body, a light vertical tilt movable mechanism on the side surface of the body, a power storage part inside the body, and a power switch part including a light irradiation mode changeover switch above the light part.
[0011] A mounting hook 4 is provided at the rear of the headlight 2. The shape of the mounting hook 4 is in the form of a hairpin that sandwiches without wobbling when inserted into the hook insertion hole 3. (See FIG. 8.)
[0012] The light vertical tilt movable mechanism 7 of the headlight 2 employs a universal joint, enabling irradiation in the vertical direction. (See FIG. 9.) In addition, in order to protect the headlight 2 from dust and rain, which are also contributing factors to malfunctions, the dust and waterproof performance may be set to IP56 based on the IOC (International Electrotechnical Commission) standard.
[0013] Although the present invention assumes a safety helmet, the present invention can be provided for any type of helmet, such as a disaster prevention helmet, a leisure helmet, or a cycling helmet. Particularly in the case of a disaster prevention helmet, there is an excellent safety effect such as not having to carry a flashlight during evacuation at night in case of a disaster and being able to use both hands freely.
[0014] In the present invention, the headlight mounting means is of a hook type, but it may also be of a magnet type or a surface fastener type.
