It is understood that the specific examples described herein are for the purpose of illustrating the relevant inventions and are not intended to limit the inventions. In addition, the examples and features of the examples in the present application may be combined with each other as long as they are not contradictory. The present application will be described in more detail below with reference to examples.
[0017] An embodiment of the present application provides a solid seasoning container 100, which, as shown in Figures 1 to 3, includes a container body 10, a lid 20, and a sealing assembly, and the sealing assembly includes a gasket 30 and a snap fit 40, and the gasket 30 is provided between the lid 20 and the opening of the container body 10, and the snap fit 40 includes an engaging portion 41 and a connecting portion 42 that are removably engaged, one of the engaging portion 41 and the connecting portion 42 is provided on the lid 20 and the other is provided on the container body 10, and when the engaging portion 41 and the connecting portion 42 are in an engaged state, the lid 20 covers the opening of the container body 10 and the lid 20 is in close contact with the gasket 30.
[0018] It is understood that the container body 10 has a storage chamber and an opening for storing solid seasonings, and the lid 20 is attached to the opening of the container body 10 by any connecting means, protecting the solid seasonings in the storage chamber of the container body 10 and preventing contamination of the solid seasonings.
[0019] Here, the sealing assembly is mainly used to improve the sealing between the lid 20 and the opening of the container body 10, and the sealing assembly includes a gasket 30, which may be made of, but is not limited to, rubber or silicone rubber, and is used to ensure overall sealing, and the gasket 30 is attached to the opening of the container body 10 by any means, such as, but not limited to, adhesion or fastening.
[0020] Here, the snap fit 40 is primarily used to secure the lid 20 to the container body 10, enhancing the sealing performance while preventing the lid 20 from being unintentionally opened. The fastening portion 41 and the connecting portion 42 may be connected through a concave-convex fit. In actual use, the lid 20 is placed over the opening of the container body 10, and the fastening portion 41 and the connecting portion 42 are fitted together, thereby tightly fitting the lid 20 to the gasket 30. When it is necessary to open the lid 20, the lid 20 is moved away from the opening of the container body 10, separating the fastening portion 41 and the connecting portion 42, and the lid 20 is placed in the open state.
[0021] As an example, the engaging portion 41 may be a groove provided in the container body 10, and the connecting portion 42 may be a protrusion 32 provided in the lid 20, with the groove and the protrusion 32 fitting together through the recesses and protrusions, sealing and connecting the lid 20 and the container body 10.
[0022] The solid seasoning container 100 of the embodiment of the present application solves the problem of poor sealing of the container body 10 in the related art. The solid seasoning container 100 of the embodiment of the present application is provided with a sealing assembly, which includes a gasket 30 and a snap fit 40. The gasket 30 is provided between the lid 20 and the opening of the container body 10. The snap fit 40 includes an attachment portion 41 and a connecting portion 42. One of the connecting portion 42 and the attachment portion 41 is provided on the container body 10 and the other is provided on the lid 20. Therefore, when the lid 20 is placed over the opening of the container body 10, the attachment portion 41 and the connecting portion 42 fit together, and the lid 20 and the gasket 30 are tightly attached. This improves the sealing performance and helps prevent moisture from entering, which can cause the solid seasoning to harden or deteriorate. Furthermore, the lid 20 and the container body 10 are fixedly connected through the snap fit 40, which effectively avoids the problem of the solid seasoning spilling when the lid 20 is opened, and further improves the sealing performance of the solid seasoning container 100.
[0023] In a possible embodiment, the lid 20 has a pivot end 21 and a free end 22 opposite the pivot end 21, the container body 10 has an assembly end 11 and a handle end 12 opposite the assembly end 11, the pivot end 21 and the assembly end 11 are rotatably connected, and the attachment portion 41 and the coupling portion 42 are located in areas close to the free end 22 and the handle end 12, respectively.
[0024] Here, a boss may be provided at assembly end 11 of container body 10, and a mounting groove or mounting hole that fits with the boss may be provided at pivot end 21 of lid 20, with the mounting hole and boss being rotatably connected. [0037] In this embodiment, the magnetic pad 50 and the engagement groove are mutually constrained, the magnetic pad 50 is fixed, and no additional fixing structure is required, which is advantageous in simplifying the design. Furthermore, the surface of the magnetic pad 50 facing away from the container body 10 is flush with the outer wall surface of the container body 10 or protrudes from the outer wall surface of the container body 10. This helps to ensure that the magnetic pad 50 is securely attached to the wall or the outer wall of the refrigerator, and avoids gaps that could prevent the pad from being attached.
[0038] In some embodiments, the engagement groove extends from the bottom edge of the outer wall of the container body 10 toward the top of the container body 10, and in this way, when attaching the magnetic pad 50, the magnetic pad 50 slides into the engagement groove along the bottom of the container body 10, and the engagement groove and the magnetic pad 50 are restricted to each other, which is advantageous for making it easy to attach the magnetic pad 50 while ensuring that the magnetic pad 50 is securely fixed.
[0039] In a possible embodiment, as shown in Figures 4 and 5, the solid seasoning container 100 further includes a measuring spoon 60, a spoon storage section 34 is provided in the gasket 30, and the measuring spoon 60 is engaged within the spoon storage section 34.
[0040] In this embodiment, the measuring spoon 60 is advantageous for accurately taking the amount of solid seasoning, and furthermore, the gasket 30 is provided with a spoon storage section 34 for fixing the measuring spoon 60, which avoids placing the measuring spoon 60 directly inside the container body 10, making it easy to insert and remove the measuring spoon 60 while avoiding contamination of the solid seasoning.
[0041] In some embodiments, the spoon holder 34 may be located on one side of the gasket 30, and the gasket 30 may further include a stopper in an area opposite the spoon holder 34, and the handle of the measuring spoon 60 may be limited to the stopper.
[0042] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 5, the gasket 30 includes a mounting portion 33 that covers a portion of the opening of the container body 10, and the mounting portion 33 has a spoon storage portion 34 recessed toward the bottom of the container body 10, and the contour of the spoon storage portion 34 matches the outer contour of the spoon body of the measuring spoon 60.
[0043] Here, the mounting portion 33 and the ring 31 of the gasket 30 are integrally molded, and the mounting portion 33 extends from the inside of the ring 31 toward the center of the ring 31. In this way, when the gasket 30 is attached to the opening of the container body 10, the mounting portion 33 covers a partial area of the opening of the container body 10. In a specific embodiment, the area of the mounting portion 33 is not specifically limited as long as it can fix the measuring spoon 60 without affecting the ability to take out the solid seasoning.
[0044] The placing portion 33 has a recessed spoon storage portion 34, the contour of which matches the outer contour of the spoon body of the measuring spoon 60, which contributes to stably fixing the measuring spoon 60.
[0045] In some embodiments, the seat 33 is provided with a scraper 70 towards the bottom region of the container body 10 .
