Abstract

This product improves upon the problem of unstable urine collection bags that tilt or wobble, providing a more user-friendly urine collection bag. [Solution] The urine collection bag 10 is characterized by having an insertion portion 15 for a fastener 50 that holds and secures the bag body 11 on the hanging hanger portion 20 at the top of the bag. The insertion portion for the fastener can be provided on the central plate portion 21 of the hanging hanger portion, or it can be provided as two parallel grooves 22 in the vertical direction of the central plate portion of the hanging hanger portion, and the fastener can be a detachable hook-and-loop fastener 51 or a cable tie.

Technical Field

Background Art

[0002] A urine collection bag is used to collect urine from patients during and after surgery and those who have difficulty urinating on their own, reducing the risk of urinary tract infection and safely and hygienically managing and storing urine. The urine collection bag can temporarily store urine drained from a urinary catheter connected via an inlet tube and visually measure the urine volume. As shown in FIG. 6 of the attached drawings, usually, this type of urine collection bag 60 is formed in a hanging structure H having a hanging hanger portion 70 at the upper part of the bag body 61, and the urine collection bag 60 is attached to a bed B, an infusion stand, a wheelchair, etc. by a fixture 65 such as a band. In FIG. 6, reference numeral 62 is a urinary catheterization part, 63 is a urine discharge part, and 64 is a measurement part.

[0013] The urine collection bag of this invention will be explained using an embodiment shown in Figure 1. The urine collection bag 10 of this invention is characterized in that, with respect to its mounting and holding structure, as shown in Figure 1, an insertion portion 15 for a fastener 50 that holds and fixes the bag body 11 is provided in the hanging hanger portion 20 of the bag body 11 at the top of the urine collection bag portion 10. The hanging hanger portion 20 is made of synthetic resin and functions as a reinforcing member of the bag body 11. In the embodiment shown in Figure 1, the fastener 50 is a hook-and-loop fastener 51, and its insertion portion 15 is provided as two parallel grooves 22 in the vertical direction in the central plate portion 21 of the hanging hanger portion 20.

Claims

1. A urine collection bag characterized by having an insertion point for a fastener that holds and secures the bag body on the hanging hanger portion at the top of the urine collection bag section.

2. The urine collection bag according to claim 1, wherein the insertion portion of the fixing device is provided on the central plate portion of the hanging hanger portion.

3. The urine collection bag according to claim 1, wherein the insertion portion of the fixing device is provided as two parallel grooves in the vertical direction of the central plate portion of the hanging hanger portion.

4. The urine collection bag according to claim 1, wherein the fastener is a detachable hook-and-loop fastener or cable tie.
