Abstract

This invention provides a book stand and storage device that allows for easy fixing of book dividers at any desired position. [Solution] A book stand 1 for storing books, comprising: a plate-shaped bottom plate portion 2 that supports the bottom surface of the books; a plate-shaped side plate portion 3 connected to the side of the bottom plate portion and supporting the sides of the books; a rod-shaped back plate portion 4 connected to the back side of the side plate portion and supporting the sides of the books; and a plate-shaped partition portion 5 for dividing books, the partition portion having its bottom surface supported by the bottom plate portion and having a hook portion on the back side for hooking onto the rod-shaped back plate portion. This invention may also be used as a storage device that includes partition portions for storing items.
