Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a multi-functional pot grill, and more particularly, to a multi-functional pot grill for efficiently grilling (heating and cooking) sweet potatoes and other various food ingredients in various ways in a short time.
Background Art
[0002] For example, taking baked sweet potatoes as an example, baked sweet potatoes have long been widely loved by people of all ages and both genders, and are now even sold in supermarkets, convenience stores, etc. There are stone-baked sweet potatoes and pot-baked sweet potatoes. Stone-baked sweet potatoes are directly baked on stones, so they have burnt edges and a fragrant finish, while pot-baked sweet potatoes are hung and baked in a pot. Due to the far-infrared effect, the fire passes through evenly, and it takes several hours to bake, so they are moist, sticky, and have a sweet finish. Needless to say, the utensils for stone baking and pot baking are completely different things and cannot be combined.
[0003] Generally, the utensils for pot baking consist of a ceramic pot, a charcoal stove such as a briquette stove or a bean charcoal stove inserted and arranged in a burning state inside the pot, and a group of frame holders arranged in a large number of rings at the upper part inside the pot to hold sweet potatoes in a hanging state. However, since the firepower of the charcoal stove is not always sufficient, it takes a long time to bake. Also, in order to make a certain amount of baked sweet potatoes, it is necessary to replace the charcoal stove, so there is a problem that it is time-consuming. Furthermore, most of the conventional utensils for pot baking are specialized for baked sweet potatoes, and grilling of other food ingredients is not assumed.

Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0005] As mentioned above, conventional pot-roasting devices take a long time to cook, require the hassle of changing charcoal stoves, and were not intended for grilling ingredients other than sweet potatoes. Therefore, the objective of this invention is to provide a multi-functional pot-roasting device that does not have these problems, that is, one that allows for quick cooking, eliminates the hassle of changing charcoal stoves, and also incorporates functions such as stone grilling in addition to its original pot-roasting function, and can be used to grill not only sweet potatoes but also various other ingredients. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] The invention described in claim 1 for solving the above problems is a multi-functional pot-roasting device comprising a pot-shaped container with an open top, a gas stove placed at the bottom of the container with its hose connection exposed through an opening at the bottom of the pot-shaped container, and porous metal plates arranged on the upper side of the pot-shaped container at appropriate intervals.
[0007] In one embodiment, numerous small exhaust holes are drilled at appropriate intervals in the upper part of the pot-shaped container. In addition, a food holder for holding a large number of food items to be baked is provided on the inner circumferential wall of the upper part of the pot-shaped container.
[0008] In one embodiment, a net material is arranged directly on or at intervals above the porous metal plate. In another embodiment, small stones for stone baking may be laid on the porous metal plate or on the net material. Shiny stones may be used as the small stones.
[0009] In one embodiment, the jar-shaped container is placed on a stand with casters. [Effects of the Invention]
[0010] The multi-functional pot-roasting device according to this invention is as described above. Because it uses a gas stove, which has a stronger flame than a charcoal stove, as the heat source, the temperature inside the pot-shaped container rises quickly, allowing various foods to be cooked in a short time. In addition to pot-roasting, it can also be used for stone-grilling and has the added benefit of being usable for a variety of purposes, such as barbecues. [Brief explanation of the drawing]

[Figure 5] This is a perspective view showing an example of the shape of a gas stove used in the multi-functional pot-roasting device according to the present invention. [Modes for carrying out the invention]
[0012] The multi-functional pot-roasting device according to the present invention will be described with reference to the attached drawings. The multi-functional pot-roasting device according to the present invention is constructed by placing a gas stove 2 inside the bottom of a pot-shaped container 1 with an open top. A lid 10 is placed over the opening at the top of the pot-shaped container 1 as needed. The pot-shaped container 1 is often in the shape of a pot, as shown in the illustrated example, that is, a shape with a bulging body, a neck, and a narrow opening, but it is not limited to this and can be a rectangular tube or any other shape. The pot-shaped container 1 is generally made of ceramics, but it may also be made of metal.
[0013] Preferably, the urn-shaped container 1 is placed on a support stand 21 with casters to facilitate movement. For example, the support stand 21 may consist of a rectangular base 22 with triangular support plates 23 positioned centripetically at the four corners of the top surface to hold down the bottom of the urn-shaped container 1, and legs 24 with casters 25 attached to the four corners of the bottom surface of the base 22. Covers 26 may be attached between each leg 24 as needed. The shape of the support stand 21 is arbitrary and may be a metal support stand 21 as shown in Figure 4.
[0014] The gas stove 2 is a typical gas stove for city gas or propane gas, as shown in Figure 5. The stove body 3 is inserted through the top opening of the pot-shaped container 1 and placed on the inner bottom surface of the pot-shaped container 1. The hose connection part 4 extending from the stove body 3 is exposed to the outside through an opening 6 made on the lower side of the pot-shaped container 1 (see Figure 2). The opening 6 also serves as an air intake. Small exhaust holes 7 are drilled at appropriate intervals on the upper side of the pot-shaped container 1. The small holes 7 have a diameter of about 5 mm to 15 mm and, depending on the size of the pot-shaped container 1, are drilled in large numbers at 15 cm intervals, for example, surrounding the top of the pot-shaped container 1.
[0015] A partition iron plate (perforated metal plate) 11 is placed above the stove body 3 inside the pot-shaped container 1. The iron plate 11 prevents the flame from the gas stove 2 from directly contacting the food placed above it, and also serves to retain heat. It is typically made of a perforated plate such as perforated metal. The iron plate 11 can be, for example, circular, oval, square, or other polygonal in shape. It may be inserted through the top opening of the pot-shaped container 1 and dropped in so that it is hooked onto the narrowed part of the inner circumferential wall of the pot-shaped container 1, which tapers towards the bottom. Alternatively, a trivet may be placed on top of the stove body 3, and the iron plate 11 may be placed on top of that. The latter is preferable because it is more stable.
[0016] Also, if necessary, a net material 12 such as a pancake baking net is placed on the iron plate 11. The net material 12 may be placed directly on the iron plate 11, but it is formed into a square shape slightly larger than the inner diameter of the pot-shaped container 1, and if necessary, the corners are bent and dropped into the pot-shaped container 1, and at a distance from the iron plate 11, similar to the iron plate 11, it is preferably made to be received by the inner peripheral wall of the pot-shaped container 1. The iron plate 11 and the net material 12 may be placed on the inner wall of the pot-shaped container 1 to form a step portion. The net material 12 serves as a barbecue grill and is for directly placing food ingredients on it and grilling them. Small stones can also be laid on the net material 12 to perform stone baking.
[0017] Furthermore, on the upper part of the inner wall surface of the pot-shaped container 1, a food holder for holding the food ingredients to be grilled is installed. The food holder can be of a form as adopted in a general pot roaster. That is, a large number of receiving frames 14 such as circular ones corresponding to the diameter of the food are installed on a circular support frame 13 attached to the upper part of the inner wall surface of the pot-shaped container 1 (see FIGS. 3 and 4). The receiving frame 14 is, for example, sized to accommodate and hold sweet potatoes 30 for baked sweet potatoes. Usually, the circular support frame 13 is formed of thick wire, and the receiving frame 14 is formed of thinner wire than that. The circular support frame 13 is fixed by a fastener 15 extending outside the pot-shaped container 1 (see FIG. 1).
[0018] The multifunctional pot roaster according to the present invention has the above-described configuration, and grills food ingredients by the heat of the gas stove main body 3 installed inside the pot-shaped container 1. The heat from the gas stove main body 3 accumulates inside the pot-shaped container 1 through the porous iron plate 11 and is transmitted to the food ingredients. As the grilling mode of the food ingredients, there are modes such as using the food holder to pot-roast vegetables such as sweet potatoes 30, potatoes, and corns, modes of placing the above-mentioned vegetables, seafood, and meats on the net material 12 and roasting them in a barbecue style, and modes of stone-baking vegetables, seafood, meats, etc. wrapped in an aluminum foil with small stones laid on the net material 12 or the iron plate 11. Other food ingredients such as pancakes, pizzas, and breads are also conceivable as the target food ingredients.
[0019] In another embodiment, when stones are laid on the net material 12 or the iron plate 11 for stone baking, the type of stone is not particularly limited, but shiny stones such as pyroxene, phosphorescent stone, and luminous stone can also be used. In that case, since the stones will be grilled while glowing, one can peek at the grilled state from above and enjoy it.
[0020] After baking once, by covering the pot-shaped container 1 with a lid, the baked food ingredients can be kept warm.
Industrial Applicability
[0021] The multifunctional pot grill according to the present invention is as described above. Since a gas stove with a stronger firepower than a charcoal stove is used as the heating source, the temperature inside the pot-shaped container rises quickly, and various food ingredients can be baked in a short time. Not only pot baking but also stone baking and the like are possible, and it can be used for multiple purposes such as for barbecue, so the industrial applicability is great.
