Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention is in the field of endoscopy and relates to a disposable part of an endoscope handle, an endoscope handle and an endoscope. [Background technology]
[0002] An endoscope detects the environment of the human body cavity by extending an insertion section having at least lighting and imaging functions into a natural passageway of the human body or a hole opened into the surgical area, and adjusts the bending angle of the active bending portion located at the tip of the insertion section of the endoscope by operating a handle located outside the human body, thereby deflecting it in a predetermined direction, helping people to observe within a wider visible angle range.
[0003] In addition, an instrument passage is generally further installed in the insertion portion of the endoscope. During the process of detecting or treating the environment of the body cavity of the human body, it is necessary to aspirate excess exudate from the internal tissue of the human body, and the exudate is discharged to the outside of the body through the instrument passage. The instrument passage is also used for extending an external instrument, such as a biopsy forceps, along the instrument passage into the body cavity to reach the target tissue, and then pinching a part of the human tissue for biopsy detection.
[0004] Therefore, after the insertion part is inserted into the human body, its external and internal instrument passages will be seriously contaminated, and the general practice is to discard the insertion part together with the entire handle, which results in a relatively high cost and makes it difficult for patients to pay for the expensive equipment costs; in order to solve the above-mentioned cost problem, the handle is disassembled into a disposable part and a reusable part in the prior art, but the butt-connecting process between the disposable part and the reusable part in the prior art is more complicated, which increases the difficulty of the doctor's operation, and the discarded part needs to be designed with a new structure, and the force transmission process is complicated, so the manufacturing cost is also relatively high. [0014] The present invention further provides an endoscope comprising a reusable portion of the endoscope handle as described above and a disposable portion of the endoscope handle. The beneficial effects are as follows: Effect of the Invention
[0015] First, in the present invention, the operator only needs to butt-connect the reusable part of the handle to one force transmission member, i.e., the first butt-connecting member, in the butt-connecting process, so that only one force transmission member needs to be butt-connected during butt-connecting, thereby reducing the difficulty of operation during butt-connecting the reusable part and the disposable part. Secondly, in the present invention, the disposable part of the present invention is provided with a first butt connector, which moves along a linear movement path formed on the end face of the proximal end of the housing. Therefore, it does not occupy axial space in the housing, and the first butt connector is connected to the proximal ends of the first and second pulling strings to form a closed force transmission circuit. Therefore, there is no need to add a structure such as a double pulley in the prior art for stabilization, which saves a large number of parts based on the prior art, and the disposable part of the present invention has a simple structure, and the first transmission assembly is located on the end face of the proximal end of the housing. Therefore, the occupied space in the housing is small, which provides conditions for reducing the size of the housing of the disposable part, and fewer parts are used, so that the present invention has lower production and processing costs and higher assembly efficiency, which contributes to improving production capacity and reducing the economic burden on patients. [0020] In the present invention, unless otherwise clearly defined and limited, a first feature being above or below a second feature may include the first and second features being in direct contact with each other, or may include the first and second features being in contact with each other through another feature, and a first feature being above, above, or on the upper surface of a second feature may include the first feature being directly above and diagonally above the second feature, or simply indicates that the horizontal height of the first feature is higher than that of the second feature, and a first feature being below, below, or on the lower surface of a second feature may include the first feature being directly below and diagonally below the second feature, or simply indicates that the horizontal height of the first feature is lower than that of the second feature.
[0021] In addition, in the present invention, the "proximal end" and the "distal end" refer to the distant and near positions at which the structure is operated relative to the human body in the usage environment, and are intended to make the positional relationship between the components easier to explain and understand. In the case of the same components, the "proximal end" and the "distal end" refer to the relative positional relationship of the components and are not absolute. Therefore, they should be understood based on the principles of realizing the present invention without departing from the essence of the present invention.
[0022] Referring also to FIG. 1, the present invention provides a disposable portion 10 of an endoscope handle, comprising a housing 100, an insert 11 and a first transmission assembly, The housing 100 is provided with a connection portion that can be removably connected to the reusable part 20 of the handle. Specifically, the connecting portion is connected to the reusable portion 20 of the handle by providing an anchoring area or member, or the connecting portion and the reusable portion 20 are butt-connected and then the disposable portion 10 and the reusable portion 20 are connected by a connecting member, which may be a threaded collar.
[0023] The insertion section 11 has a proximal end attached to the distal end of the housing 100, and an active bending section 12 is installed at the distal end. The bending of the active bending section 12 enables viewing of the internal environment of the human body from different angles.
[0024] 2, the first transmission assembly includes a first pulling thread 101, a second pulling thread 102 and a first butt connecting member 14, the first pulling thread 101 and the second pulling thread 102 are housed in the insertion portion 11, and the distal ends of the first pulling thread 101 and the second pulling thread 102 are connected to the active bending portion 12 at the distal end of the insertion portion 11, and the first pulling thread 101 and the second pulling thread 102 move synchronously in opposite directions to each other to realize the deflection bending of the active bending portion 12 in a predetermined direction, as shown in FIG.
[0025] 2 and 3, in the disposable part 10 of the endoscope handle of the present invention, the proximal ends of the first pull string 101 and the second pull string 102 are connected to the first butt connecting member 14, and a linear movement path is formed on the end face of the proximal end of the housing 100, the linear movement path is perpendicular to the axial direction of the end face of the proximal end, and the first butt connecting member 14 can move along the linear movement path. Note that the first pull string 101 and the second pull string 102 and the first butt connecting member 14 connected thereto form a closed force transmission circuit. Therefore, when the first butt connection member 14 is forced to move in the forward direction along the linear movement path, the first butt connection member 14 pulls the first drawing thread 101 to move synchronously, and further continues to move the second drawing thread 102 to move synchronously in the same direction; conversely, when the first butt connection member 14 is forced to move in the reverse direction along the linear movement path, the first butt connection member 14 pulls the second drawing thread 102 to move synchronously, and further continues to move the first drawing thread 101 to move synchronously in the same direction.
[0026] The linear movement path may be realized by the following structure, for example, in the following embodiment. A guide groove 13 that matches the linear movement path is provided on the end surface of the proximal end of the housing 100, and the first butt connecting member 14 is slidably mounted in the guide groove 13. Therefore, the shape of the guide groove 13 limits the path along which the first butt connecting member 14 slides in the guide groove 13, and specifically, the shape of the guide groove 13 may be a straight groove, an arc groove, or other types, and is not specifically limited here. The purpose of the guide groove 13 is to form a track along which the first butt connecting member 14 can easily slide along the linear movement path, and at the same time, to facilitate the mounting of the first butt connecting member 14. Furthermore, a first through hole 131 and a second through hole 132 are provided on both ends of the guide groove 13, and the first drawing string 101 and the second drawing string 102 are drilled in the first through hole 131 and the second through hole 132, respectively.
[0027] Compared with the conventional structure, the present invention moves along a linear movement path formed on the end face of the proximal end of the housing 100 by installing the first butt connecting member 14, thereby transmitting the driving force of the reusable part 20 of the endoscope handle, and its advantages are as follows:
[0028] First, the operator only needs to butt-connect the reusable part 20 of the handle to one force transmission member, i.e., the first butt connection member 14 in the present invention during the butt connection process. Therefore, only one force transmission member needs to be butt-connected during the butt connection, and when the first butt connection member 14 is forced to move, the first drawing string 101 and the second drawing string 102 are moved synchronously directly. Therefore, the first drawing string 101 and the second drawing string 102 have a higher synchronous movement effect, thereby reducing the difficulty of operation during the butt connection between the reusable part 20 and the disposable part 10. Note that in the prior art, there are at least two force transmission members to be butt-connected, which are generally two push rods, and in addition, a signal connector for signal transmission, such as a Type-C connector, needs to be butt-connected. Therefore, if there are more butt connection points between the disposable part 10 and the reusable part 20, it will directly cause an increase in the difficulty factor of the butt connection, and the Type-C connector is easily damaged due to improper biasing during the operation process. Therefore, the present invention only requires the butt connection of one force transmission member, thereby reducing the difficulty of the butt connection.
[0029] Secondly, the inventor discovered through the research process that in the disposable part of the conventional handle, the rod body in the disposable part and the rod body in the reusable part are basically butt-connected along the axial direction. Therefore, the butt-connecting process necessarily involves the butt-connecting point of two rods, which increases the difficulty of butt-connecting; and when the rod body moves along the axial direction, it necessarily occupies the internal space of the disposable part, so it is necessary to reserve a certain length of space for the movement of the rod body in the design; and in order to realize the stabilization of the rod body, a double pulley structure is generally installed in the disposable part, which makes the rod body stable in tension, but the additional stabilization structure such as the double pulley must necessarily occupy the internal space of the housing 100 of the disposable part. This increases the difficulty of the mold manufacturing and demolding process, and the additional double pulley and rod body make the manufacturing cost of the entire disposable part in the conventional technology much higher than the manufacturing cost of the disposable part 10 in the present invention, which brings great resistance and obstacles to patients who need to use the endoscope. The present invention, designed for the technical problems discovered by the inventors, provides the disposable part 10 of the present invention with a first butt connector 14, which moves along a linear movement path formed on the end surface of the proximal end of the housing 100. Therefore, it does not occupy axial space in the housing 100, and the first butt connector 14 is connected to the proximal ends of the first and second pulling strings 101 and 102, respectively, to form a closed force transmission circuit. Therefore, there is no need to add a structure such as a double pulley in the prior art for stabilization, thereby saving a large number of parts based on the prior art, and the disposable part 10 of the present invention has a simple structure, and the first transmission assembly is located on the end surface of the proximal end of the housing 100. Therefore, the occupied space in the housing 100 is small, which provides conditions for reducing the size of the housing 100 of the disposable part 10, and fewer parts are used, so that the present invention has lower production and processing costs and higher assembly efficiency, which contributes to improving production capacity and reducing the economic burden on patients.
[0030] In order to reduce the frictional force that the first drawing thread 101 and the second drawing thread 102 directly rub against the wall surfaces of the first through hole 131 and the second through hole 132 after passing through the first through hole 131 and the second through hole 132, in the present invention, preferably, a first guide mechanism 151 and a second guide mechanism 152 are further installed at both ends of the guide groove 13, and the first drawing thread 101 and the second drawing thread 102 are respectively arranged around the first guide mechanism 151 and the second guide mechanism 152 and drilled into the first through hole 131 and the second through hole 132, respectively. Specifically, the first guide mechanism 151 and the second guide mechanism 152 may be a roller structure, and the roll shaft thereof is attached to the side wall of the guide groove 13, and the first drawing thread 101 and the second drawing thread 102 are circumferentially mounted on the first guide mechanism 151 and the second guide mechanism 152 before penetrating into the first through hole 131 and the second through hole 132. While changing the force transmission direction of the first drawing thread 101 and the second drawing thread 102, the first drawing thread 101 and the second drawing thread 102 are only allowed to penetrate into the first through hole 131 and the second through hole 132, thereby reducing the frictional force between the first drawing thread 101 and the second drawing thread 102 and the first through hole 131 and the second through hole 132, respectively. Of course, in other embodiments, the first guide mechanism 151 and the second guide mechanism 152 may be a smooth arc-shaped surface or a rod body, the purpose of which is to reduce the friction between the first and second pulling strings 101 and 102 and the first and second guide mechanisms 151 and 152, and also to perform a guiding function. When using the rod body for guiding and reducing friction, the rod body is inserted through a radial mounting hole 150 opened at the end of the proximal end of the housing 100 and fixed in the guide groove 13, and the first and second pulling strings 101 and 102 are respectively wound around the rod body and then drilled into the first through hole 131 and the second through hole 132.
[0031] Furthermore, a sealed housing 110 is removably installed at the proximal end of the housing 100, and a receiving groove 111 that fits and corresponds to the shape of the guide groove 13 is opened in the sealed housing 110, and the sealed housing 110 abuts against the first butt connection member 14 along the axial direction. Specifically, a fixing hole 112 is opened in the sealed housing 110, a fixing part 103 is installed on the end surface of the proximal end of the disposable part, and the sealed housing 110 is attached to the fixing part 103 installed on the end surface of the proximal end of the disposable part by a bolt. The installation of the sealed housing 110 contributes to fixing the first butt connection member 14 along the axial direction of the disposable part 10 to prevent it from coming off. Therefore, in a preferred embodiment, the first butt connecting member 14 includes a slide block 141 and a butt connecting rod 142, and as shown in FIG. 4, the butt connecting rod 142 extends along the axial direction of the slide block 141 to the proximal end of the disposable part 10, and extends from the accommodating groove 111 on the sealed housing 110. In this embodiment, the width of the guide groove 13 matches the width of the slide block 141 to prevent the slide block 141 from moving along the width direction of the guide groove 13, and the width b of the accommodating groove 111 is smaller than the width a of the guide groove 13, so that after the sealed housing 110 is placed on the proximal end of the housing 100, the sealed housing 110 abuts against the wall surface of the proximal end of the slide block 141 along the axial direction toward the side wall on the first butt connecting member 14 side. Therefore, the first butt connecting member 14 can be prevented from being separated along the axial direction of the disposable part 10, and the first butt connecting member 14 can be improved in the housing 100 and can only move along the direction of the guide groove 13. It should be noted that in the present invention, the first butt connecting member 14 may only include a slide block 141, which is a female connecting member, and the reusable part 20 of the handle is provided with a male connecting member to be engaged therewith, thereby realizing the engaged connection.
[0032] In addition, in the present invention, in order to realize bending of the active bending part of the disposable part 10 in four directions, such as F1, F2, F3 and F4 shown in Figures 5 and 6, two sets of the first transmission assemblies are installed at the proximal end of the disposable part 10, and two sets of linear movement paths are formed on the end surface of the proximal end of the housing 100, and two sets of first butt connecting members 14 move along the two sets of linear movement paths respectively. Specifically, two guide grooves 13 are opened at the proximal end of the disposable part 10, the two guide grooves 13 are installed independently of each other, and two sets of second butt connecting members 22 are correspondingly installed on the reusable part 20 of the handle, and the two sets of second butt connecting members 22 can be driven independently of each other, thereby realizing bending of the active bending part in four directions.
[0033] According to the disposable portion 10 of the endoscope handle, the present invention further provides an endoscope handle, wherein the disposable portion 10 of the endoscope handle is removably attached to a reusable portion 20 of the handle.
[0034] Specifically, the reusable portion 20 of the endoscope handle is A second butt connecting member 22 is provided at the distal end of the reusable part 20 for butt-connectably engaging with the first butt connecting member 14, and the first butt connecting member 14 is removably connected to the second butt connecting member 22.
[0035] Preferably, one of the first butt connection member 14 and the second butt connection member 22 is a male connection member, and the other of the first butt connection member 14 and the second butt connection member 22 is a female connection member. In addition, a further linear movement path that matches the linear movement path of the disposable part 10 is provided at the distal end of the reusable part 20, specifically, a second guide groove 13 is provided at the distal end of the reusable part 20, and the second butt connection member 22 is mounted in the second guide groove 13 and slides along the second guide groove 13.
[0036] 7, corresponding to one embodiment of the first butt connecting member 14 in the disposable part 10, the second butt connecting member 22 is a female connecting member, and the center of the second butt connecting member 22 is provided with a butt connecting hole 220 that is engaged with and connected to the butt connecting rod 142 in the disposable part 10. In this way, after the disposable part 10 and the reusable part 20 are butt connected, the second butt connecting member 22 drives and moves the first butt connecting member 14, thereby realizing the active bending portion of the disposable part 10 to bend along a predetermined direction.
[0037] The drive force for driving the second butt connecting member 22 comes from a lever 21, or thumb wheel, or other drive member located on the reusable part housing 200.
[0038] The present invention further provides an endoscope comprising a reusable portion 20 of the endoscope handle and a disposable portion 10 of the endoscope handle.
[0039] The above description is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention. Any modifications, equivalent replacements, improvements, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included within the protection scope of the present invention.
