Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to an apparatus for peeling off a chunk of broken glass adhered to the surface of a resin sheet. [Background technology]

[0002] The use of renewable energy is being promoted as a measure against global warming. Photovoltaic power generation, one of the renewable energies, is becoming popular as a power generation method that leads to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. Meanwhile, some of the photovoltaic power generation panels that have been installed so far have reached the end of their useful life and have been discarded, or have been damaged by accidents during construction or by stone throwing. In the future, photovoltaic power generation panels will be discarded in proportion to the number that have been in use so far (see Non-Patent Document 1). In addition, a large number of photovoltaic power generation panels have been damaged due to large-scale natural disasters, which have been increasing in recent years. Thus, there is a demand for a peeling device that can separate and recover glass, in particular, so that the large number of photovoltaic power generation panels that will be discarded in the future can be recycled and resources can be effectively reused.

[0003] As shown in FIG. 16, the solar panel 100 described above is composed of a plurality of materials with different physical and chemical properties. It is composed of an aluminum frame 108, glass (referring to cover glass) 104, solar cell 102, wiring material 106, sealing material 105, and back sheet 103 which is a back surface protection material. There are various sizes, for example, a vertical width of 1650 mm, a horizontal width of 990 mm, and a thickness of 35 mm. In this specification, the solar cell 102, sealing material 105, wiring material 106, sealing material 105, and back sheet 103 which is a back surface protection material other than the cover glass 104 are simply expressed as a "resin sheet" 107. When the aluminum frame 108 is removed, the thickness of the glass 105 is 3 to 6 mm, and the thickness corresponding to the resin sheet 107 is about 1 to 2 mm. Of these materials, the glass 104 needs to be separated from the resin sheet 107 in order to be recycled. In this way, the solar panel is configured such that the solar cell 102 is wrapped on both sides with a sealing material (resin layer) 105, which is also an adhesive, such as EVA (ethylene vinylacetate copolymer) resin, and is firmly bonded to the cover glass 104.

[0004] One of the proposed methods is Patent Document 1. The glass separating device described in Patent Document 1 proposes separating a cover glass 104 from a resin sheet 107 of a photovoltaic panel. To explain in detail, the cover glass 104 that is integrated with the resin sheet 107 after removing the aluminum frame 108 is passed through a pair of crushing roller tubes having angular protrusions evenly protruding from the cylindrical outer periphery, thereby crushing the glass. Thereafter, a cylindrical scraping roller having a plurality of protruding convex portions equally spaced in the axial direction on its outer periphery is rotated facing the support roller on the crushed glass surface, and glass pieces of the crushed, cracked glass are scraped off by the convex portions of the scraping roller. [0006] [Non-Patent Document 1] Journal of Waste Management and Resource Cycles Vol.30 No.6 2019 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0007] However, the prior art glass peeling devices had the following problems. In other words, the glass separating device described in Patent Document 1 has a solar cell 102 and a back sheet 103 attached to one side with a sealant 105, and the cover glass 104 is crushed by a pair of crushing rollers and sent, and passes perpendicularly between a pair of support rollers 30 and scraping rollers 40 that are arranged opposite to each other on a horizontal axis position, so the glass is scraped off in a state where the cracks in the crushed glass are sealed. For this reason, it was difficult to efficiently scrape off the glass by catching the scraping blade on the cracks. Therefore, it is required to efficiently separate the cover glass 104 that is adhered with a sealing material or the like.

[0008] The present invention has been proposed to solve such problems, and aims to provide a device for removing chunks of broken glass, in which a scraping blade can easily be caught in the cracks in the broken chunks of cover glass 104, allowing for efficient removal and recovery. [Means for solving the problem]

[0009] In order to achieve the above object, the present inventors have proposed the following device for peeling off a chunk of broken glass as Means 1. That is, in a panel assembly 101 in which the frame 108 has been removed from the solar power generation panel 100 and the resin sheet 107 and the plate-shaped cover glass 104 are attached to the surface of the resin sheet, the plate-shaped glass portion is cracked into chunks, and the chunk-shaped broken glass is peeled off from the resin sheet 107. First, in order to heat the waste having the chunk-shaped broken glass (in the present invention, for example, panel assembly 101 having the chunk-shaped cracked glass) from the glass surface side to the extent that the resin sheet 107 is softened, i.e., the sealing material 105 bonding the resin sheet 107 and the cover glass 104 is softened, a heater is provided facing the glass being conveyed, with a length that covers the entire width of the panel assembly 101. Such heaters are arranged in units of the number that can heat the resin sheet 107 according to the feed speed of the chunk-shaped broken glass and the resin sheet. At least one pair of feed rollers and a first pinch roller are provided downstream of the heater, which are arranged to convey the panel assembly 101 by rotational drive while sandwiching the panel assembly 101 therebetween. Furthermore, the resin sheet surface side can be wrapped around the panel assembly 101 to open up the cracks in the chunk of broken glass, and the feeding direction can be changed, for example, from horizontal to vertical.A cylindrical or cylindrical drive roller that is longer than the width of the panel assembly 101 and rotates powered around its axis is provided. A cylindrical or cylindrical peeling roller that rotates by power around its axis and has scraping blades protruding intermittently from its entire circumference so as to substantially cover the width of the panel assembly 101 is provided within the range of the winding angle from the winding start point (on the tangent) where the resin sheet 107 of the panel assembly 101 contacts along the rotating outer peripheral surface of the drive roller described above to the winding end point (on the tangent) where it is discharged. When a peeling roller is pressed against the cracks in the chunk of broken glass that has been wrapped around the drive roller and rotated at a linear speed faster than that of the drive roller, the scraping blade rotates so as to bite into the cracks and peel off the chunk of glass from the resin sheet 107. In order to discharge the resin sheet 107 from which the glass chunks have been peeled off and guide it to a recovery tray below, at least a pair of discharge rollers and a second pinch roller are provided downstream. We have proposed a device for peeling off a chunk of broken glass, which is provided with the above-mentioned components.

[0010] According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the resin sheet side of the panel assembly 101 having the chunk of broken glass in a state of being cracked into chunks is guided so as to be wound around a cylindrical driving roller while being in contact with the driving roller with a central angle of about 60° to 130°, a force is applied to the cracks in the chunk of broken glass on the glass surface opposite to the contact surface so as to open the cracks. When the scraping blade of a peeling roller having an angular cross section is pressed against the glass surface in such a state and rotated at a linear speed faster than the linear speed of the driving roller, the scraping blade acts to scratch the corners of the cracks due to the difference in speed, and a force is applied to peel off the glass chunks in the cracks from the resin sheet. As a result, the glass broken into chunks is peeled off one after another from the resin sheet surface. Effect of the Invention

[0011] According to the first aspect of the present invention, it is possible to provide an apparatus for peeling off chunks of broken glass, which can improve the peeling effect of chunks of broken glass, peel off the glass efficiently, and recover the chunks of glass.

[0012] (Other means to solve the problem) As a sub-concept of the above-mentioned means 1, we propose a device for peeling off chunk-broken glass, in which an auxiliary heater is installed upstream near the above-mentioned peeling roller to heat the area from the glass surface side of the chunk-broken glass to the above-mentioned panel assembly 101.

[0013] The auxiliary heater proposed in this way may heat the resin sheet 107 to a degree that softens it by the heater arranged in the means 1, but the heat is released by passing the waste material between the pair of feed rollers and the first pinch roller, and the softening of the sealing material 105 may return, resulting in a decrease in the efficiency of scraping off the glass. For this reason, the auxiliary heater is arranged to supplement heat upstream near the peeling portion, and has the effect of enabling scraping off without decreasing efficiency. In particular, if the auxiliary heater is installed in a place opposite to the place where the cracks in the lump-shaped broken glass in the state where the waste material is cracked into a lump have opened up, that is, the place where the lump-shaped broken glass is wound while being in contact with the cylindrical driving roller, heat can easily reach the sealing material 105 directly from the cracks in the glass, so that the heating effect of heating the resin sheet 107 is high, making it easier to peel off, and improving the efficiency of scraping off.

[0014] As means 3, which is a subordinate concept of the above-mentioned means 1 and means 2, we have proposed a device for peeling off chunks of broken glass, which is configured to provide a first peeling section consisting of the above-mentioned drive roller and the above-mentioned peeling roller, and a second peeling roller downstream of the peeling roller for scraping off the glass chunks that have been left in a cracked state after being peeled off by pressing the waste material against the drive roller, and to provide a second peeling section consisting of the second peeling roller and the above-mentioned drive roller.

[0015] As a variation of this, we have proposed a device for peeling off chunks of broken glass, which has the above-mentioned first peeling section, and also has a second drive roller downstream at a position not in contact with the drive roller, and a second peeling roller that scrapes off the glass chunks that have been left in a cracked chunk state after peeling, by pressing it against the above-mentioned waste material that is sent along the second drive roller, so that the second peeling section is formed by the second drive roller and the second peeling roller.

[0016] As yet another variation, we have proposed a device for peeling broken glass in chunks, which includes the above-mentioned first peeling section, as well as a third peeling roller with spiral ridges (groove blades) symmetrically provided in the center at a position downstream from the third peeling roller and not in contact with the drive roller in order to scrape off the glass chunks that have been left unpeeled and are in a cracked chunk state.A peeling pan is extended in the axial direction near the outer periphery of the third peeling roller with a gap slightly wider than the thickness of the resin sheet 107, and is installed so as to wrap around part of the outer periphery of the third peeling roller, with the third peeling roller and the peeling pan forming a second peeling section.

[0017] In this way, by providing the second peeling section, even if any glass lump is left behind in the first peeling section, the remaining glass lump can be reliably peeled off by the second peeling section. Furthermore, in the case of the modified example, when a second drive roller having a smaller diameter compared to the diameter of the first drive roller is installed, the winding curvature of the second drive roller becomes smaller, making it possible to spread even fine particles of the chunk of broken glass, thereby improving the efficiency of the scraping operation. In particular, when the second peeling section is constituted by the third peeling roller and peeling pan, the wrapping angle and twist lead amount of the peeling pan can be arbitrarily set with respect to the remaining glass lump, so that a peeling force can be continuously applied, thereby ensuring that the remaining glass lump can be peeled off reliably.

[0018] As means 4, which is a sub-concept of the above-mentioned means 3, we propose a device for peeling off chunky broken glass, which includes a leading edge detection sensor that detects the leading edge of resin sheet 107 that has passed through the clamping portion between the discharge roller and the second pinch roller, and based on the detection signal, controls the rotation direction and linear speed of the second peeling roller in the second peeling section, for example, controls to reverse the rotation direction, or controls to make the linear speed slower than the linear speed of the drive roller in the first peeling section even if the rotation is in the same direction, thereby applying a force in the opposite direction to the conveying direction to the chunky glass chunks that remain after peeling in the second peeling section, relative to the direction of the peeling force applied to the chunky broken glass in the first peeling section, thereby applying a peeling force from the opposite direction.

[0019] This is because, when the leading edge of the resin sheet 107 passes through the nip between the discharge roller and the second pinch roller, the waste is securely nipped between all the nip between the feed roller and the first pinch roller, the first drive roller and the first peeling roller, and the discharge roller and the second pinch roller, and the waste can be stably conveyed in the direction of discharge even if a force is applied in the opposite direction to the conveying direction in the second peeling section. In other words, the lump-shaped glass lump of the waste is subjected to a peeling force in the same direction as the peeling force generated in the first peeling section from its leading edge to the second peeling section, but after the leading edge passes through the nip between the discharge roller and the second pinch roller, it is possible to apply a force in the opposite direction to the conveying direction in the second peeling section, and the peeling effect is further enhanced by applying a peeling force in the opposite direction to the peeling stress once applied.

[0020] As a further modification, when the second peeling section is constituted by a third peeling roller and a peeling pan, it is not necessarily necessary to provide the aforementioned leading edge detection sensor, and it is also not necessary to control the rotation direction and linear speed of the third peeling roller, and as described above, by arbitrarily setting the wrapping angle and twist lead amount of the peeling pan with respect to the remaining glass lump, it is possible to continuously apply a peeling force in a direction different from the direction of the peeling force applied to the lump-shaped broken glass in the first peeling section from the leading edge to the trailing edge of the waste material (in this embodiment, a direction perpendicular thereto), so that the remaining glass lump can be peeled off reliably. Also, glass lump that has once been broken and reduced in height can pass through a gap slightly wider than the thickness of the resin sheet 107, so that it can be peeled off even more reliably. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0022] The overall configuration of an apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. First, the chunk broken glass peeling device 1 is composed of a base frame 2 made up of multiple angles, a transport conveyor unit 300, a transport table unit 400, a peeling roller unit 200, a collection box 5 for collecting and storing the glass pieces 104c, and a sheet collection table (not shown) below the base frame 2 on which the resin sheet 107 is placed in a folded state after the glass pieces 104c have been peeled off.

[0023] The transport conveyor unit 300 has a plurality of conveyor rollers 302 provided on a conveyor base 301, and is configured to remove the frame 108 from the photovoltaic power generation panel 100, place the pre-crushed panel assembly 101 on it, and sequentially supply them one by one to the transport table unit 400 automatically or manually. In the case of the photovoltaic power generation panel 100, the crushed panel assembly 101 described above is often cracked into chunks of irregular sizes, such as ovals or circles, measuring approximately 5 to 30 mm in length and 5 to 30 mm in width. Depending on the type of crack, it may also include chunks of sizes other than these.

[0024] The transport table unit 400 has a transport base 401 that is inclined from the transport conveyor unit 300 to the peeling roller unit 200, on which the panel assemblies 101 are placed one by one, and a plurality of heater units 410 are provided for heating substantially the entire surface of the panel assembly 101 from the cover glass 104 side. Each heater unit 410 is attached to a connecting beam 402 that connects across the top of the transport base 401, and is capable of heating the panel assembly 101 from the cover glass 104 side. The heater unit 410 has a heater 411 such as an infrared heater, such as a ceramic heater, a sheath heater, or a carbon heater, provided inside, and is partially surrounded by a heat reflector 412, for efficiently heating the cover glass 104 side (see FIG. 2).

[0025] At least one pair of a feed roller 23 and a first pinch roller 24 are provided in the rear of the heater units 410 to convey the panel assembly 101 by rotating the panel assembly 101 while sandwiching it. The feed roller 23 is rotated in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 3 by a driving means such as a driving motor (not shown), and the feed roller 23 and the first pinch roller 24 biased against the feed roller 23 sandwich the panel assembly 101 while feeding the panel assembly 101 to the peeling roller unit 200. The drive relationship between the feed roller 23 and the first pinch roller 24 is such that either one can be driven, and if a rotational driving force is applied to both rollers, the conveying force is further improved. In addition, since the feed roller 23 and the first pinch roller 24 convey the panel assembly 101 heated by the heater unit 410 in the front stage, it is preferable that the feed roller 23 and the first pinch roller 24 are made of metal or are coated with heat-resistant silicone rubber having a high conveying force.

[0026] The configuration of the peeling roller unit 200 in the first embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 2 to 5. FIG. The peeling roller unit 200 has a structure as shown in Figures 2 to 4. A rotatably supported drive roller 21 and a peeling roller 22 are provided between a left frame 11 (see Figure 1) and a right frame 12, which are connected to each other by a beam 13, so as to face each other with a certain gap P therebetween. This gap P can be adjusted in advance, and is set to be narrower than the thickness Q of the panel assembly 101 (see Figure 4). In addition, a discharge roller 25 and a second pinch roller 26 are provided downstream of the drive roller 21 so as to pull and discharge the panel assembly 101 wound around the drive roller 21.

[0027] The gap between the left frame 11 and the right frame 12 is wider than the width of the panel assembly 101 to be transported. A lower guide 61 and an upper guide 62 are provided extending in the direction of the central axis of the drive roller 21 from the nip portion (sandwiching portion) of the pair of feed rollers 23 and first pinch roller 24 described above to between the sandwiching portion X of the drive roller 21 and peeling roller 22 so as to guide the panel assembly 101 to the sandwiching portion X described above. The discharge roller 25 is driven to rotate in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 3 by a driving means such as a drive motor (not shown), and transports and discharges the resin sheet 107 from which the glass 104 has been removed from the panel assembly 101 while sandwiching it between the discharge roller 25 and the second pinch roller 26 biased against the discharge roller 25.

[0028] Furthermore, between the nip portion X of the drive roller 21 and the peeling roller 22 and the nip portion (nip portion) of the discharge roller 25 and the second pinch roller 26, a resin sheet 107 is sandwiched at a fixed interval, and conveying guides 63 and 64 are provided extending in the direction of the central axis of the drive roller 21 so as to guide the resin sheet 107 to the nip portion of the discharge roller 25. The discharge roller 25 and the second pinch roller 26 may be rollers made of metal, but are preferably rollers covered with the above-mentioned heat-resistant silicone rubber, urethane rubber or EPDM (ethylene propylene diene rubber) to improve the conveying force.

[0029] The driving roller 21 is driven to rotate in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 3 by a driving means such as a driving motor (not shown), and is adapted to wrap the back sheet 103 side of the panel assembly 101 so as to contact it and transport it. To improve the transport force of the panel assembly 101, the driving roller 21 is a cylindrical or cylindrical roller with a diameter D, the surface of which is covered with silicone rubber having a high friction coefficient and heat resistance. The axis of the roller extends in the width direction of the panel assembly 101, and the roller is rotatably supported between the left frame 11 and the right frame 12. That is, when the panel assembly 101 is wound around the driving roller 21, the roller is wound with a radius of curvature R=D / 2 (see FIG. 3). The driving roller 21 may be a metal grid roller that has been treated to improve the transport force, as described in JP-A-2005-247572, for example, or a roller in which ceramics is sprayed onto the surface of a metal roll and then fired.

[0030] On the other hand, the peeling roller 22, which is arranged to face the driving roller 21 with a certain distance P therebetween, is rotated in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 3 by a driving means such as a driving motor (not shown) provided separately from the driving motor of the driving roller 21. It is a metal roller made of a cylindrical or cylindrical steel material, etc., which has convex protrusions at certain intervals on its outer periphery and extends in the axial direction to approximately the same length as the driving roller 21. The shape of the convex protrusions on the outer periphery is, for example, as shown in FIG. 5(a), a convex protrusion 22a extending in the axial direction like a rod forms a scraping blade, and a front blade part 22c and a rear blade part 22e are provided on both sides of the tip. FIG. 5(b) shows an example of the protrusions of another peeling roller 32, in which a plurality of protrusions (scraping blades) 32a are divided and arranged alternately in the axial direction, and the spaces between them are separated by recesses 32b. For this reason, the protrusions 32a are independently erected, and a front blade part 32c, a rear blade part 32e, and a side end part 32d are formed. Fig. 5(c) shows yet another example of the protrusion of the peeling roller 42, which is wound around the shaft of the peeling roller 22 in Fig. 5(a) and has a groove of a recess 42b in a spiral shape, and a protrusion (scraping blade) 42a is independently erected, and the protrusion 42a is formed with a front blade portion 42c, a rear blade portion 42e, and a side end portion 42d. The peeling roller 42 has the advantage of being relatively easy to manufacture compared to the peeling roller 32.

[0031] The glass pieces 104c (see FIG. 4) peeled off from the panel assembly 101 by the peeling roller 22 travel along a recovery pan 51 provided near the clamping portion X, and are collected and accumulated in the space 5a of the recovery box 5.

[0032] Next, the positional relationship between the rollers, particularly the range of possible positions of the nip portion X between the drive roller 21 and the peeling roller 22, will be described with reference to FIG. When the panel winding angle θ4 is from the entry point E where the panel assembly 101 enters the driving roller 21 to the separation point F where the resin sheet 107 separates from the driving roller 21, the position that the clamping part X can take is between the position X1 and the position X2 in FIG. 6 (the position where the peeling roller 22 is indicated by a broken line in the figure). That is, between the position X1 where the panel assembly 101 is wound by the winding angle θ1 from the entry point E and the position X2 where the panel assembly 101 is returned by the winding angle θ2 from the separation point F, the clamping part X may be located anywhere within the range angle θ3 between the position X1 and the position X2. For example, if θ4 is 120°, θ1=10°, and θ2=0°, the range angle θ3 is 110°. In the present invention, since the panel assembly 101 is wound around the driving roller 21 and then the lump-shaped glass lump is peeled off, the condition of θ1≧10° and θ2≧0° is desirable. Furthermore, it is preferable that θ1≧30°.

[0033] The operation of the present invention will be described below. First, the transport path and transport of the panel assembly 101 will be described with reference to FIGS. When the feed roller 23 rotates, the leading end of the panel assembly 101 sandwiched between the feed roller 23 and the first pinch roller 24 is guided by the lower guide 61 and the upper guide 62 to the entry point E toward the drive roller 21. After that, the panel assembly 101 can be bent along the inner surface 62a of the upper guide 62 so that the cracks in the glass open up because the cover glass 104 is broken into chunks, and is wrapped around the driving roller 21, which rotates, and the peeling roller 22, which rotates in the same way, so that the cracks gradually open up, and is guided to the nipping portion X of the driving roller 21 and the peeling roller 22 while the back sheet 103 side is wrapped around the driving roller 21. Furthermore, while being sandwiched between the driving roller 21 and the peeling roller 22, the cover glass 104 broken into chunks is peeled off from the panel assembly 101 at the nipping portion X (the peeling action will be described later). The remaining resin sheet 107 is guided by the conveying guides 63 and 64 with the conveying forces of the driving roller 21 and the peeling roller 22 also acting thereon, and is separated from the driving roller 21 at the separation point F, and is discharged by passing through the nip between the rotating discharge roller 25 and the second pinch roller 26. After passing through, the resin sheet 107 is placed on a sheet recovery table (not shown) in a folded manner.

[0034] The setting relationship between the conveying speed of the panel assembly 101 and the peripheral speed (same as the linear speed in the tangential direction) due to the rotation of each roller will be described with reference to FIG. The feed roller 23 rotates in the direction of the arrow in the figure at a peripheral speed (linear speed in the tangential direction) of reference peripheral speed V0. The panel assembly 101 sandwiched between the first pinch rollers 24 is naturally transported at linear speed V0. The drive roller 21 also rotates at a peripheral speed (linear speed in the tangential direction) of reference peripheral speed V0 so as to prevent the panel assembly 101 from slackening. Similarly, the discharge roller 25 also rotates at a peripheral speed (linear speed in the tangential direction) of reference peripheral speed V0.

[0035] On the one hand, while sandwiching the drive roller 21 and the panel assembly 101, the peeling roller 22 rotates at an outer peripheral speed V1 (linear speed in the tangential direction) different from the reference outer peripheral speed V0. This speed relationship is set as V0 < V1. That is, a force acts in the direction of pushing out the glass 104 by the force due to the speed difference of “V1 - V0” by the peeling roller 22. Here, the feeding roller 23, the drive roller 21, and the discharge roller 25 all rotate at the reference outer peripheral speed V0. However, as described in the above configuration, they may be driven by separate drive motors (not shown) respectively, or may be driven by one drive motor using drive transmission means. Further, among the drive transmission means, the rotation of each roller may be controlled for on / off using an electromagnetic clutch or the like. Note that if the outer peripheral speed V1 of the peeling roller 22 can be set, it can be driven by the above-described one drive motor. However, when performing the rotation control described later, it is necessary to use a separate independent drive motor.

[0036] The operation of peeling the块状 glass 104 from the panel assembly 101 will be similarly described with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5. It should be noted that the term "块状" in the original text seems to be an incorrect or unclear expression. If it is a specific technical term, it should be accurately translated according to its correct meaning. If it is a misspelling, it needs to be corrected to the appropriate term for accurate translation. Here, it is tentatively translated as "块状" for the time being.First, in the transport table unit 400, the panel assembly 101 heated from the glass 104 side by a plurality of heater units 410 causes the encapsulant 105 to soften. For example, in the case of the aforementioned EVA resin, it softens at about 70°C to 80°C. In this state, when the panel assembly 101 is transported by clamping it between the feed roller 23 and the first pinch roller 24, the backsheet 103 side from the entry point E is wound around the drive roller 21 and curved with a curvature R. At this time, the glass chunks 104a that have cracked and become块状 have their cracks opened and voids 104b appear. With respect to this void 104b, the interval P is set in a relationship where P < Q, which is narrower than the thickness Q of the panel assembly 101. The protruding portion 22a of the peeling roller 22 engages, and the blade front portion 22c of the protruding portion 22a catches on the corner of the crack. Further, due to the peripheral speed difference (the linear speed of "V1 - V0") between the outer peripheral speed V1 of the peeling roller 22, which is faster than the reference outer peripheral speed V0 of the drive roller 21, the blade front portion 22c pushes out the glass chunks 104a in the peeling direction, and the glass chunks 104a are peeled off against the adhesive force of the encapsulant 105 and separated into glass pieces 104c. That is, for the peeling of the glass chunks 104a, the conditions of P < Q and V0 < V1 are required.

[0037] Since the panel assembly 101 cannot start being transported until the encapsulant 105 softens, it is necessary to heat the encapsulant 105 to soften it by a plurality of heater units 410 on the glass 104 side in the transport table unit 400. After that, manually operate a switch or the like for starting the transport to rotate the feed roller 23 for transportation. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, a set sensor 80 is provided at a position of a distance L near the upstream of the feed roller 23 to detect the panel assembly 101, and the temperature of the panel assembly 101 is detected by a temperature sensor (not shown), or after waiting in the transport table unit 400 until the encapsulant 105 softens for a predetermined waiting time T, it is convenient to automatically rotate the feed roller 23 for transportation. Note that since the plurality of heater units 410 can heat the panel assembly 101 by the heater units 410 while the panel assembly 101 is being transported, they do not have to be arranged over the entire vertical width of the panel assembly 101.

[0038] Now, in the sandwiching portion between the feed roller 23 and the first pinch roller 24, the panel assembly 101 is rectangular and has a fixed length, so that the rear end 101a of the panel assembly 101 passes through the sandwiching portion every time. When the rear end 101a passes through the sandwiching portion, the feed of the panel assembly 101 is changed from the speed V0 synchronized between the feed roller 23, the drive roller 21, and the discharge roller 25 to the speed V0, and the load of the feed roller 23 at the rear end 101a disappears. If the holding force of the drive roller 21 for the panel assembly 101 is weak, the panel assembly 101 may be pushed in quickly at the sandwiching portion X at a speed of V1 due to the feed force of the peeling roller 22 having a relationship of V1>V0. In other words, it may be difficult to reliably peel off the glass gob 104a using the speed difference between the outer circumferential speed V1 and the reference outer circumferential speed V0.

[0039] Therefore, a means for reliably peeling off the glass gob 104a is required even when the rear end 101a passes through the nip between the feed roller 23 and the first pinch roller 24. FIG. 14 shows a control flow chart for controlling the peripheral speed of the peel roller 22 to reliably peel off the glass gob 104a. At the same time, an outline of the detection control operation of the set sensor 80 will be explained with reference to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4. When the panel assembly 101 is set on the conveyor unit 400 and the set sensor 80 is turned on, the panel assembly 101 starts to be heated from the glass 104 side by the heater units 410. When the panel assembly 101 is heated in this state for a predetermined waiting time T, the sealing material 105 softens (Step 1). Thereafter, the feed roller 23, the drive roller 21, and the discharge roller 25 start to rotate at a peripheral speed of the reference peripheral speed V0, and the panel assembly 101 starts to be conveyed by the cooperation of the feed roller 23 and the first pinch roller 24, and the glass gob 104a starts to be peeled off at the nip X. (Step 2)

[0040] As the peeling operation continues, the rear end 101a of the panel assembly 101 passes the set sensor 80, switching from ON to OFF. When the rear end 101a is conveyed by a distance substantially equal to the distance L and passes the nip between the feed roller 23 and the first pinch roller 24, the peeling roller 22 starts rotating in the direction of the dashed arrow in FIG. 4, which is the opposite direction to the feed direction of the drive roller 21, at a peripheral speed V2 different from the peripheral speed V1 (step 3). Note that V2 may also be 0 (stopped). That is, the glass lump 104a is peeled off by the rear part 22e of the opposite blade tip of the protrusion 22a of the peeling roller 22, receiving a force in the opposite direction to that in the case of peeling off at the initial peripheral speed V1.

[0041] By doing this, even when the rear end 101a passes through the nip between the feed roller 23 and the first pinch roller 24, the peeling roller 22 does not push the glass gob 104a at the peripheral speed V1, and the peeling force can always be applied stably to the glass gob 104a. Note that even if the rotation of the peeling roller 22 is in the same direction as the feed direction of the drive roller 21, if its peripheral speed V2 is much slower than the reference peripheral speed V0 of the drive roller 21 and the peripheral speed difference "V0-V2" is large, the rear part 22e of the blade tip of the peeling roller 22 engages with the glass gob 104a, generating a braking force, and the peeling force can be applied to the glass gob 104a by receiving a force in the opposite direction.

[0042] The configuration of a peeling roller unit 200 in the second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In the second embodiment of the present invention, a second heater unit 420 is provided as an auxiliary heater between the nip between the feed roller 23 and the first pinch roller 24 and the nip between the drive roller 21 and the peeling roller 22. The second heater unit 420 has a similar configuration to the heater unit 410, and is composed of a heater 421 and a reflector 422. The second heater unit 420 has an equal length so as to be able to heat the entire width of the panel assembly 101, and is provided extending in the axial direction of the drive roller 21. According to the second embodiment, auxiliary heating is performed immediately before the nip X, and it is possible to prevent the sealing material 105, which has been heated and softened while the panel assembly 101 reaches the nip X, from losing its temperature and becoming difficult to peel, and it is possible to reliably peel the glass gob 104a at the nip X.

[0043] The configuration of a peeling roller unit 200 in a modified example of the second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. A modified example of the second embodiment of the present invention is that the position of the above-mentioned second heater unit 420 is a position where it is wound around the drive roller 21 at a position angle α from the entry point E of the panel assembly 101, and is provided opposite the circumferential surface of the drive roller 21. In this way, the sealing material 105 can be heated directly from the gaps 104b in the glass lump 104a, which has the effect of enabling efficient heating.

[0044] The configuration of the peeling roller unit 200 in the third embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIG. In the third embodiment of the present invention, the second peeling roller 30 is provided at a location other than the clamping portion X of the driving roller 21 and the peeling roller 22, so that the number of locations for peeling is two or more. In FIG. 9, the second peeling roller 30 rotates in the direction of the arrow at a peripheral speed (linear speed in the tangential direction) V3 by a driving means such as a driving motor (not shown). The outer periphery of the second peeling roller 30 has convex protrusions (scraping blades) 30a at regular intervals as shown in FIG. 5(a) like the peeling roller 22, and is a metal roller made of a cylindrical or cylindrical steel material or the like that extends in the axial direction to approximately the same length as the driving roller 21. In addition, a constant interval P2 is provided between the driving roller 21 and the second peeling roller 30, so that the glass lump 104a is peeled off while the panel assembly 101 is clamped at the clamping portion Y. The interval P2 has a relationship of P≧P2 and is set narrower than the interval P of the clamping portion X. Further, the relationship between the peripheral speed V3 of the second peeling roller 30 and the peripheral speed V1 of the peeling roller 22 is V3≧V1.

[0045] The other component configurations, conveying operation, and peeling operation of the third embodiment of the present invention will be described below. Most of the glass chunks 104a of the panel assembly 101 are peeled off at the clamping section X, and glass pieces 104c are accumulated in the recovery box 5 by the recovery pan 52, but there are cases where glass chunks 104a that remain unpeeled are generated. The glass chunks 104a that remain unpeeled are conveyed further downstream and guided by the front guide 71 that extends in the direction of the central axis of the drive roller 21, and are guided to the clamping section Y between the drive roller 21 and the second peeling roller 30.

[0046] As described above, the clamping section Y has a relationship of P≧P2, so that a peeling force can be reliably applied to the remaining glass lumps 104a. The glass pieces 104c peeled off at the clamping section Y are guided to the recovery pan 53 and accumulated in the space 5a of the recovery box 5. The remaining resin sheet 107 is pinched between the downstream discharge roller 25 and the second pinch roller 26 and placed on a sheet recovery table (not shown) in a folded manner. In this way, by having the glass lumps 104a peeled off at two locations, the clamping section X and the clamping section Y, it is possible to reliably peel off the glass lumps 104a.

[0047] The configuration of a peeling roller unit 200 in a modified example of the third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In a modified example of the third embodiment of the present invention, a second driving roller 29 is provided in parallel with the driving roller 21 at a location separate from the nip portion X between the driving roller 21 and the peeling roller 22, and a second peeling roller 30 is disposed facing the driving roller 21, and the gap between the nip portions Z between the second driving roller 29 and the second peeling roller 30 is set to a gap P2. Furthermore, the second driving roller 29 has a diameter D2 smaller than the diameter D of the driving roller 21. The second driving roller 29 rotates in the direction of the arrow at a reference peripheral speed (linear speed in the tangential direction) V0 by a driving means such as a driving motor (not shown). Also, the second peeling roller 30 rotates in the direction of the arrow at a peripheral speed (linear speed in the tangential direction) V3 by a driving means such as a driving motor (not shown) as described above.

[0048] The other parts configuration, the conveying operation, and the peeling operation in the modified example of the third embodiment of the present invention will be described. Most of the glass chunks 104a of the panel assembly 101 are peeled off at the clamping section X, but as in the third embodiment, some glass chunks 104a may remain unpeeled. The panel assembly 101 that has passed through the clamping section X passes between the front guide 71 and the rear guide 72 that are extended in the central axial direction of the drive roller 21, and is guided to the clamping section Z of the second drive roller 29 and the second peeling roller 30 so as to be wrapped around the second drive roller 29.

[0049] As described above, the clamping section Z has a relationship of P≧P2, so that a peeling force can be reliably applied to the remaining glass chunks 104a. The glass pieces 104c peeled off at the clamping section Z are guided to the recovery pan 53 and accumulated in the space 5a of the recovery box 5. The remaining resin sheet 107 is clamped between the downstream discharge roller 25 and the second pinch roller 26, and placed on a sheet recovery table (not shown) so as to be folded.

[0050] Here, the diameter D2 of the second driving roller 29 is D>D2 with respect to the diameter D of the driving roller 21, and the curvature of the panel assembly 101 winding around the second driving roller 29 is R2=D2 / 2, which is smaller than the curvature R of the panel assembly 101 winding around the driving roller 21. For this reason, the remaining glass lump 104a is easily lifted from the resin sheet 107, and the gap 104b of the crack opens widely, making it easier for the protrusion 30a of the second peeling roller 30 to enter. As a result, the front part 30c of the blade tip of the protrusion 30a is caught in the gap 104b of the crack at the clamping portion Z, and the front part 30c of the blade tip pushes the glass lump 104a in the peeling direction due to the difference in peripheral speed between the second driving roller 29 and the peripheral speed V3 of the second peeling roller 30, which is faster than the reference peripheral speed V0 of the second driving roller 29 (linear speed of "V3-V0"), and the remaining glass lump 104a can be peeled off more reliably.

[0051] A method of controlling the rotation of the second peeling roller 30 in the third embodiment and the modified example of the third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. This control is obtained by adding a control of step 4 after detecting the leading end 107a of the resin sheet 107 to the control in Fig. 14. In Fig. 9, a leading end detection sensor 81 is provided downstream of the nipping portion between the discharge roller 25 and the second pinch roller 26, and can detect the leading end 107a of the resin sheet 107.

[0052] When the glass gob 104a is peeled off at two locations, the clamping portion X and the clamping portion Y or the clamping portion Z, and the remaining resin sheet 107 passes through the nip between the discharge roller 25 and the second pinch roller 26, the leading edge 107a is detected by the leading edge detection sensor 81 located downstream. At this stage, the entire length of the panel assembly 101 is nipped by all the rollers from the discharge roller 25 to the feed roller 23.

[0053] Therefore, when leading edge 107a is detected by leading edge detection sensor 81 and changes from OFF to ON, second peeling roller 30, which had been rotating at peripheral speed V3 in the direction in which driving roller 21 or second driving roller 29 and panel assembly 101 are fed, is rotated in the opposite direction to V3 at peripheral speed V4 (shown by dashed arrow in Figures 9 and 10). Since panel assembly 101 is suspended by all the driven rollers, sufficient force in the feeding direction is secured and it continues to be fed at linear speed V0. (Step 4)

[0054] On the other hand, when the second peeling roller 30 is rotated in the opposite direction to V3 at an outer peripheral speed V4 (shown by a dashed arrow in Figures 9 and 10), a peeling force opposite to the peeling force received by the front blade portion 22c (see Figure 5(a)) at the clamping portion X is applied to the remaining glass lump 104a. That is, a peeling force is applied to the glass lump 104a from the opposite direction by the rear blade portion 30e (see Figure 5(a)). In this way, by applying a different peeling force again from a direction different from the direction in which the peeling force was received once, peeling becomes even easier. The shape of the scraping blade of the second peeling roller 30 is similar to that of the peeling roller 22, has protrusions 30a on the outer periphery, and has the blade shape shown in Figure 5(a).

[0055] Also, the peripheral speed V4 may be V4=0, but rotating in the opposite direction (the direction of the dashed arrow in the figure) at a peripheral speed slower than V0 makes peeling even easier. Note that even if the rotation of the second peeling roller 30 is in the same direction as the feed direction of the drive roller 21 and the second drive roller 29, if its peripheral speed V4 is much slower than the reference peripheral speed V0 of the drive roller 21 and the second drive roller 29 and the peripheral speed difference "V0-V4" is large, the rear part 30e of the blade tip of the second peeling roller 30 engages with the glass lump 104a to generate a braking force, and the glass lump 104a can be subjected to a peeling force by receiving a force in the opposite direction. The main point here is that in an apparatus having a structure in which peeling is performed at a plurality of locations, namely, the clamping portion X and the clamping portion Y or the clamping portion Z, there is an advantage in that the peeling force applied at the downstream peeling portion is controlled to be in a different direction from the peeling force applied at the upstream peeling portion, thereby making peeling even easier. This point is the same in the fourth embodiment described later.

[0056] As in the second embodiment, a second heater unit 420 as an auxiliary heater, shown by a broken line in Fig. 10, is provided in the space immediately before the clamping portion Z to heat the sealing material 105, thereby assisting in softening the sealing material 105 and enabling effective peeling at the clamping portion Z. That is, by providing the second heater unit 420 as an auxiliary heater at at least one of the two locations immediately before the clamping portion X and the clamping portion Z, there is an advantage in that the softening of the sealing material 105 is assisted and the glass lump 104a can be peeled off more effectively. When there are multiple peeling portions, the glass lump 104a can be peeled off more effectively by providing an auxiliary heater unit immediately before at least one of the peeling positions.

[0057] The configuration of the peeling roller unit 200 in the fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. In the fourth embodiment of the present invention, a third peeling roller 31 is provided downstream of the nip portion X between the drive roller 21 and the peeling roller 22, and the number of peeling locations is two. In Fig. 12, the third peeling roller 31 is rotated in the direction of the arrow at a peripheral speed (linear speed in the tangential direction) V5 by a driving means such as a driving motor (not shown). The relationship between the peripheral speed V5 and the reference peripheral speed V0 is V5 ≥ V0.

[0058] 11 and 13, the third peeling roller 31 is divided into left and right helical grooves 31b from approximately the center of its axial direction, and the grooves are connected by a central groove 31a. As a result, the third peeling roller 31 is formed with a right-handed helical ridge 31c and a left-handed helical ridge 31d, which have different twist directions from approximately the center to the left and right, forming a so-called lead screw whose twist direction is divided into left and right from the center. In addition, a peeling pan 75 is provided in the axial direction so as to enclose about 1 / 4 of the circumference of the third peeling roller 31 (shown as range S in the figure) with a gap H slightly wider than the thickness of the resin sheet 107 near the outer periphery. The peeling pan 75 also serves as a rear guide that guides the panel assembly 101 sent from the clamping section X to the third peeling roller 31, and as a guide that guides the resin sheet 107 to the clamping section between the discharge roller 27 and the second pinch roller 28. Furthermore, a front guide 76 is provided upstream of the third peeling roller 31, and conveyance guides 77 and 78 are provided downstream of the third peeling roller 31, so as to face the peeling pan 75. Furthermore, the glass pieces 104c peeled off by the third peeling roller 31 are accumulated in the collection box 5 through the collection pan 55.

[0059] The peeling action of the third peeling roller 31 in the fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In the panel assembly 101 guided into the gap H between the third peeling roller 31 and the peeling pan 75, the glass lump 104a that has not been peeled remains on the resin sheet 107. The glass lump 104a is guided so as to slip into the spiral groove 31b of the third peeling roller 31, and receives a peeling force G from the left and right spiral ridges 31c and 31d in the direction of the arrow perpendicular to the feed direction. In the figure, the glass lump 104a is separated into left and right from the central groove 31a and receives the peeling force G in the opposite directions of the arrow. The reason for separating into left and right from the central groove 31a is to prevent the resin sheet 107 from shifting to one side due to the peeling force, and the strength of the resin sheet 107 acts as a resistance against the peeling force directed outward, peeling off the glass lump 104a.

[0060] The gap H is set to be slightly wider than the thickness of the resin sheet 107, and the peeling pan 75 is wrapped around the outer periphery of the third peeling roller 31 with the gap H so as to wrap about 1 / 4 of the circumference, so that the peeling force can be applied over a long distance in the horizontal direction compared to the peeling distance in the vertical direction of the rotation direction, and therefore even small glass chunks 104a that remain unpeeled can be peeled off neatly. In order to always apply peeling force in the horizontal direction, the range S in which the peeling pan 75 is wrapped around the outer periphery of the third peeling roller 31 is preferably between 45° and 180°. The horizontal movement distance can also be set arbitrarily by setting the winding range S and the twist angle of the third peeling roller 31.

[0061] The fourth embodiment of the present invention has been described above, but the main point here is that in an apparatus having a structure in which peeling is performed at a plurality of locations including the clamping portion X, the gap H between the third peeling roller 31 and the peeling pan 75 at the downstream peeling location is set to a gap slightly wider than the thickness of the resin sheet 107, and a peeling force in a different direction from the peeling force received at the upstream peeling location is controlled to be applied over a long distance, which has the advantage of making peeling even easier. In terms of applying a peeling force in a different direction, this is equivalent to detecting the leading end 107a of the resin sheet 107 and controlling the second peeling roller 30 in the third embodiment and the modified example of the third embodiment of the present invention, but in the fourth embodiment of the present invention, even without controlling the rotation or direction of the third peeling roller 31, a peeling force can be continuously applied in a direction different from the direction of the peeling force applied to the lump broken glass at the first peeling portion all over the entire area from the leading end to the trailing end of the waste (in this embodiment, a direction perpendicular to the direction of the peeling force), and the remaining glass lump can be reliably peeled off. In addition, even if a glass lump is once broken and its height is reduced, it can pass through a gap that is slightly wider than the thickness of the resin sheet 107, and therefore can be peeled off reliably.

[0062] The above has been a detailed explanation based on an embodiment of the present invention, but the embodiment is not limited to this, and the peeling portion may have any number of stages, and it goes without saying that various other configurations are possible without departing from the gist of the present invention. For example, in the present invention, the peeling roller is described as a cylindrical or cylindrical metal roller having projections (scraping blades) intermittently provided on the entire peripheral surface, but it may be made of ceramics instead of metal.Furthermore, the peeling roller may be a cylindrical or cylindrical roller having thin wire brushes made of steel or brass radially arranged on the outer peripheral surface. Furthermore, in the case of waste material (panel assembly 111) in which glass plates are bonded to both sides with a resin sheet 117 sandwiched therebetween as shown in Figure 17, by reversing the opposing positions of the second drive roller 29 and the second peeling roller 30 in the second peeling section, the broken lump-like glass chunks on one side can be scraped off by the clamping section X of the first peeling section, and then the broken lump-like glass chunks on the other side can be scraped off by the clamping section Z of the second peeling section. This can also be used to peel off broken lump-like glass chunks from laminated glass with a resin sheet 117 sandwiched between them. In addition, the present invention proposes an apparatus for peeling off glass chunks from a resin sheet when the waste material contains glass that has already been cracked into plate glass chunks. However, it goes without saying that the apparatus may also include a unit for crushing the plate glass in the upstream stage of the apparatus. [Explanation of symbols]
