[0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2003-200962 A [Patent Document 2] JP 2003-200963 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] As described above, a resin-framed glass sheet has a resin frame formed around the periphery of the glass sheet. Therefore, if the resin frames come into contact with each other during transport of the resin-framed glass sheet and a force is applied to the resin frame, the resin frame may be deformed. If the resin frame is deformed in this way, the resin-framed glass sheet becomes a defective product. To solve this problem, in the past, when the glass sheet was shipped from the factory, the glass sheets were individually wrapped in polyethylene sheets and then stored in a storage means such as a cardboard box together with a cushioning material.
[0006] However, when the resin-framed glass plates are individually wrapped and then stored in a storage means, there is a problem that the storage operation becomes cumbersome. In addition, Patent Documents 1 and 2 disclose techniques for storing a large number of glass plates easily and in a short time, but even if these techniques are used, the storage operation cannot be sufficiently simplified.
[0007] In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a glass plate storage device capable of simplifying the storage operation. [Means for solving the problem]
[0008] A glass plate storage device according to one aspect of the present invention is a glass plate storage device for storing a resin-framed glass plate, comprising a support part extending in a vertical direction, and a plurality of shelves each fixed to the support part and arranged to be spaced apart from one another in the vertical direction. A first cushioning material is attached to an upper surface of each of the shelves, a second cushioning material is attached to a lower surface of each of the shelves, and each of the shelves is fixed to the support part so as to be rotatable about a pivot axis between a first state which is a horizontal state and a second state which is a flipped-up state. The resin-framed glass plate is stored between each of the shelves by arranging the resin-framed glass plate between the first cushioning material and the second cushioning material.
[0009] In the above-mentioned glass plate storage device, the glass plate with a resin frame may be placed on the first cushioning material of the shelf in a first state, and then the next shelf may be changed from the second state to the first state, thereby storing the glass plate with a resin frame between the shelves.
[0010] In the above-mentioned glass plate storage device, the glass plate with a resin frame may have a fixing device attached to one of its main surfaces, and the glass plate with a resin frame may be placed on the shelf so that the fixing device faces the first cushioning material, and the fixing device may be configured to abut against the first cushioning material.
[0011] In the above-mentioned glass plate storage device, a third cushioning material is attached to the upper surface of the shelf, and the glass plate with the resin frame may be positioned so that the main surface of the glass plate with the resin frame to which the fixing device is attached abuts the third cushioning material.
[0012] In the above-mentioned glass plate storage device, the resin-framed glass plate may be arranged so that a main surface of the resin-framed glass plate opposite to a main surface to which the fixing device is attached is in contact with the second cushioning material.
[0013] In the above-mentioned glass plate storage device, the shelf may have a rectangular shape when viewed in a plane, one end side of the rectangular shelf may be fixed to the support portion, and a spacer may be provided on the other end side opposite the one end side of the rectangular shelf, and when each of the shelves is in a first state, the spacers provided on each of the shelves may abut against each other to form a space between each of the shelves for storing the glass plate with a resin frame.
[0014] In the above-mentioned glass plate storage device, the shelf plate may be configured using a frame body and a plate-like member that can be inserted into the frame body by sliding.
[0015] In the above-mentioned glass plate storage device, the shelf plate may be changed from the second state to the first state by sliding and inserting the plate-shaped member into the frame in the second state.
[0016] In the above-mentioned glass plate storage device, the frame may be made of a metal material, and the plate-like member may be made of a resin material. Effect of the Invention

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0019] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. First, a resin-framed glass plate stored in a glass plate storage device according to the present embodiment will be described. Fig. 1 is a plan view showing an example of a resin-framed glass plate. Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line II-II in Fig. 1.
[0020] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the resin-framed glass plate 100 includes a glass plate 101 and a resin frame 102. The resin-framed glass plate 100 is obtained by attaching a resin frame made of polyvinyl chloride, polyurethane, or the like to the glass plate 101 in advance. When the resin-framed glass plate 100 is attached to a vehicle, an adhesive is applied to the periphery of the main surface facing the vehicle interior, and the glass plate 100 is bonded to an opening in the vehicle body. Then, a fastener 103 is formed on the main surface facing the vehicle interior when the resin-framed glass plate 100 is attached to the vehicle so that the position of the resin-framed glass plate 100 does not shift before the adhesive applied to the resin-framed glass plate 100 hardens (see FIG. 2). The fastener 103 is formed so as to protrude from the main surface of the resin-framed glass plate 100. In the example shown in FIG. 1, the fasteners 103 are formed at three points on the periphery of the resin-framed glass plate 100.
[0021] It should be noted that the resin-framed glass plate 100 shown in Figures 1 and 2 is just one example, and the glass plate storage device according to this embodiment may store a resin-framed glass plate having a shape other than that shown in Figures 1 and 2.
[0022] In the resin-framed glass plate 100 shown in FIG. 1, the glass plate 101 is formed in a substantially quadrangular (trapezoidal) shape in plan view. However, the shape of the glass plate 101 is not limited to a substantially quadrangular shape, and may be a substantially triangular shape, for example. The glass plate 101 may be inorganic glass or organic glass. As the inorganic glass, for example, soda-lime glass, aluminosilicate glass, borosilicate glass, alkali-free glass, quartz glass, and the like may be used without any particular limitation. Among these, soda-lime glass is particularly preferable from the viewpoints of manufacturing cost and formability. The forming method of the glass plate 101 is not particularly limited. For example, in the case of inorganic glass, a glass plate formed by a float method or the like is preferable. When the glass plate 101 is inorganic glass, the glass plate 101 may be either untempered glass or tempered glass. Untempered glass is obtained by forming molten glass into a plate shape and slowly cooling it. Tempered glass is obtained by forming a compressive stress layer on the surface of untempered glass, and may be either air-cooled tempered glass or chemically tempered glass.
[0023] When the tempered glass is physically tempered glass (for example, air-cooled tempered glass), the glass surface may be tempered by generating a compressive stress layer on the glass surface by a temperature difference between the glass surface and the inside of the glass by an operation other than slow cooling, such as rapidly cooling a glass sheet uniformly heated in bending from a temperature near the softening point. When the tempered glass is chemically tempered glass, the glass surface may be tempered by generating a compressive stress on the glass surface by an ion exchange method or the like after bending. Furthermore, glass that absorbs ultraviolet rays or infrared rays may be used as the glass sheet 101. The glass sheet 101 is preferably transparent, but may be a glass sheet that is colored to an extent that does not impair transparency.
[0024] The glass sheet 101 may have a curved shape such that the outer side of the vehicle is convex when the glass sheet 101 is attached to a vehicle. The glass sheet 101 may have a single curved shape bent in only one direction, or may have a complex curved shape bent in two directions (for example, a predetermined direction and a direction perpendicular to the predetermined direction). Gravity forming, press forming, roller forming, or the like is used for bending the glass sheet 101. When the glass sheet 101 is bent to a predetermined curvature, the radius of curvature of the glass sheet 101 may be 1000 to 100000 mm.
[0025] The glass plate 101 may be a single glass plate, or may be, for example, laminated glass in which two or more glass plates are bonded together via an interlayer film. As the interlayer film of the laminated glass, for example, a known thermoplastic resin film such as polyvinyl butyral (PVB) or ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) is used. The interlayer film of the laminated glass may be transparent or may be a colored interlayer film. The interlayer film may be two or more layers.
[0026] When the glass plate 101 is a laminated glass, the thickness of the glass located on the outside and the thickness of the glass located on the inside when the glass plate 101 is attached to a vehicle may be the same or different. When the glass plate 101 is attached to a vehicle, the thickness of the glass located on the outside is preferably 1.0 mm or more and 3.0 mm or less. When the thickness of the glass plate located on the outside is 1.0 mm or more, the strength such as flying stone resistance performance is sufficient, and when it is 3.0 mm or less, the mass of the laminated glass does not become too large, which is preferable in terms of fuel efficiency of the vehicle. The thickness of the glass plate located on the inside is preferably 0.3 mm or more and 2.3 mm or less. When the thickness of the glass plate located on the inside of the vehicle is 0.3 mm or more, the handleability is good, and when it is 2.3 mm or less, the mass does not become too large. If the thickness of the glass located on the outside and the thickness of the glass located on the inside are each 1.8 mm or less, it is preferable that the glass plate 101 can be both lightweight and soundproof. When the thickness of the glass located on the inside is 1.0 mm or less, the glass located on the inside may be chemically strengthened glass. When the glass located on the inside is chemically strengthened glass, it is preferable that the compressive stress value of the glass surface is 300 MPa or more, and the depth of the compressive stress layer is 2 μm or more.
[0027] When the glass plate 101 is a single glass plate, the glass plate 101 is preferably air-cooled and tempered glass, and in this case, the thickness of the glass plate 101 is preferably 1.0 mm or more and 5.0 mm or less.
[0028] Furthermore, when the glass plate 101 is made of organic glass, examples of the material for the organic glass include transparent resins such as polycarbonate and acrylic resins (for example, polymethyl methacrylate).
[0029] The glass plate 101 may have a shielding layer on the periphery of the surface on the vehicle interior side. The shielding layer is formed, for example, by applying a ceramic color paste including a fusible glass frit containing a black pigment, followed by firing. This can prevent the adhesive applied to the glass plate 101 from being deteriorated by ultraviolet rays. Note that various appropriate films may be formed on the main surface of the glass plate 101 from the viewpoint of improving weather resistance and functionality such as hydrophilicity and water repellency.
[0030] As an example, the resin frame 102 is provided so as to surround the periphery of the glass plate 101. Examples of materials for the resin frame 102 include synthetic resins such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). The resin frame 102 may be provided around the periphery of the glass plate 101 by mounting the glass plate 101 in a mold having a cavity corresponding to the shape of the glass plate 101 and injecting the above-mentioned synthetic resin (molten synthetic resin) into the cavity. Alternatively, the resin frame 102 formed separately from the glass plate 101 may be fitted to the outer periphery of the glass plate 101.
[0031] When the resin frame 102 is integrally molded around the glass plate 101 by injection molding, the glass plate 100 with the resin frame may be an integrally molded product in which the glass plate 101, the resin frame 102, and the fixing device 103 are integrally molded, or a separately prepared fixing device 103 may be attached to the glass plate 100 with the resin frame.
[0032] Next, a glass plate storage device according to the present embodiment will be described. Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 are a cross-sectional view and a front perspective view, respectively, showing a glass plate storage device according to the present embodiment. As shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, a glass plate storage device 1 according to the present embodiment includes a support part 10 extending in the vertical direction (z-axis direction) and a plurality of shelf boards 11.
[0033] The support parts 10 support a plurality of shelf boards 11. Specifically, the support parts 10 are rectangular, are provided at both ends in the y-axis direction of the flat shelf boards 11 (see FIG. 4), and support the negative side in the x-axis direction of the shelf boards 11. The support parts 10 are made of, for example, a metal material.
[0034] The multiple shelf boards 11 are each fixed to the support part 10 and are arranged so as to be spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction (z-axis direction). Each shelf board 11 is fixed to the support part 10 so as to be rotatable about a rotation axis 15 between a horizontal state (first state) and a flipped-up state (second state). That is, each shelf board 11 can be in two states: a horizontal state (see shelf board 11a in FIG. 3) and a flipped-up state (see shelf board 11b in FIG. 3). In this specification, a shelf board in a horizontal state is referred to as shelf board 11a, a shelf board in a flipped-up state is referred to as shelf board 11b, and shelves 11a and 11b are collectively referred to as shelf board 11.
[0035] As shown in Fig. 4, spacers 16 are provided at the ends (both ends) on the positive side in the x-axis direction of each shelf board 11. By providing the spacers 16 on each shelf board 11 in this way, a space can be formed between each shelf board 11. That is, when each shelf board 11 is in a horizontal position, the spacers 16 of each shelf board 11 abut against each other in the vertical direction, thereby forming a space between each shelf board 11.
[0036] A first cushioning material 12 is attached to the upper surface of each shelf board 11. A second cushioning material 13 is attached to the lower surface of each shelf board. When a resin-framed glass plate 100 is stored between each shelf board 11, the first cushioning material 12 is located on the main surface side (below the resin-framed glass plate 100) where the fixing device 103 of the resin-framed glass plate 100 is attached, and the second cushioning material 13 is located on the opposite side (upper side of the resin-framed glass plate 100) from the main surface where the fixing device 103 of the resin-framed glass plate 100 is attached (see FIG. 6). That is, in the glass plate storage device 1 according to this embodiment, the resin-framed glass plate 100 is stored by arranging the resin-framed glass plate 100 between the first cushioning material 12 and the second cushioning material 13 between each shelf board 11 (see FIG. 6).
[0037] In this embodiment, it is preferable that the resin frame 102 attached around the periphery of the glass plate 101 does not touch the shelf plate 11 to which the first cushioning material 12 is attached. If the resin-framed glass plate 100 has a curved shape such that the side opposite to the main surface to which the fasteners 103 are attached is convex, or if the resin frame 102 has a protrusion, there is a risk that the resin frame 102 will be deformed if it comes into contact with the shelf plate 11. Therefore, it is preferable that the first cushioning material 12 has a height that prevents the resin frame 102 from coming into contact with the shelf plate 11 even when a resin-framed glass plate 100 having a curved shape or a protrusion is disposed.
[0038] In this embodiment, it is preferable to omit the first cushioning material 12 from the shelf board 11 located in the uppermost layer among the shelf boards 11, and to omit the second cushioning material 13 from the shelf board 11 located in the lowermost layer. The first cushioning material 12 and the second cushioning material 13 may be attached to the shelf board 11 with a known double-sided tape, adhesive, hook-and-loop fastener, or the like, or may be directly attached by fitting them to the shelf board 11, for example.
[0039] The first buffer material 12 and the second buffer material 13 may be made of foamed resin such as urethane foam, polyethylene foam, polystyrene foam, etc. The first buffer material 12 and the second buffer material 13 may be made of the same material or different materials.
[0040] The arrangement of the first cushioning material 12 and the second cushioning material 13 can be changed as appropriate depending on the shape of the resin-framed glass plate 100. The first cushioning material 12 and the second cushioning material 13 may be configured to be removable from the shelf 11. If the first cushioning material 12 and the second cushioning material 13 are configured to be removable, when the type of resin-framed glass plate 100 to be stored is changed, the arrangement of the first cushioning material 12 and the second cushioning material 13 can be easily changed depending on the shape of the resin-framed glass plate 100 after the change. This allows the first cushioning material 12, the second cushioning material 13, and the shelf 11 to be reused.
[0041] Fig. 5 is a plan view showing an example of the configuration of a shelf 11 provided in a glass plate storage device according to this embodiment. As shown in Fig. 5, the shelf 11 is configured using a frame body 21 and a plate-shaped member 22. A first cushioning material 12 is attached to the upper surface of the plate-shaped member 22. For example, the frame body 21 can be configured using a strong metal material. Also, the plate-shaped member 22 can be configured using a flexible resin material. When a resin material is used for the plate-shaped member 22, the plate-shaped member 22 can bend in the vertical direction, thereby absorbing a vertical impact on the resin-framed glass plate 100.
[0042] For example, the plate-shaped member 22 is configured to be slidably inserted into the frame body 21. Specifically, the plate-shaped member 22 is inserted from the positive side of the x-axis direction of the frame body 21, and then slid to the negative side of the x-axis direction to attach the plate-shaped member 22 to the frame body 21. For example, by sliding the plate-shaped member 22 into the frame body 21 in a flipped-up state, the shelf board 11 may be caused to change from the flipped-up state to a horizontal state due to the weight of the plate-shaped member 22.
[0043] Next, a state in which a resin-framed glass plate 100 is stored in the glass plate storage device 1 according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to Figs. 6 to 8. Figs. 6 and 7 are a cross-sectional view and an enlarged cross-sectional view showing a state in which a resin-framed glass plate 100 is stored in the glass plate storage device 1 according to the present embodiment. As shown in Fig. 6, in the glass plate storage device 1 according to the present embodiment, a space is formed between each shelf board 11, and each resin-framed glass plate 100 is stored in the space formed between each shelf board 11. At this time, each resin-framed glass plate 100 is disposed between a first cushioning material 12 and a second cushioning material 13.
[0044] 7, a fixing device 103 is provided on the underside of the resin-framed glass plate 100, and when the resin-framed glass plate 100 is placed on the first cushioning material 12, the fixing device 103 of the resin-framed glass plate 100 is placed so as to abut against the first cushioning material 12. By placing the fixing device 103 of the resin-framed glass plate 100 so as to abut against the first cushioning material 12 in this manner, it is possible to prevent the resin-framed glass plate 100 from being displaced in the horizontal direction (xy plane direction) during transportation.
[0045] For example, holes (not shown) may be formed on the upper surface of the first cushioning material 12 at positions corresponding to the fasteners 103 of the resin-framed glass plate 100. In other words, by arranging the fasteners 103 of the resin-framed glass plate 100 to be inserted into holes (not shown) formed on the upper surface of the first cushioning material 12, it is possible to more reliably prevent the resin-framed glass plate 100 from shifting in position during transportation.
[0046] In addition, in this embodiment, as shown in the enlarged cross-sectional view of FIG. 7, the upper surface of the resin-framed glass plate 100 may be in contact with the second buffer material 13. That is, by sandwiching and fixing the resin-framed glass plate 100 between the first buffer material 12 and the second buffer material 13, it is possible to suppress the positional deviation of the resin-framed glass plate 100 during transportation. In this embodiment, a slight gap may be formed between the upper surface of the resin-framed glass plate 100 and the second buffer material 13. In this embodiment, the second buffer material 13 may be in contact with the upper surface of the resin-framed glass plate 100 so that the thickness of the second buffer material 13 after deformation is about 80% to 99% of the original thickness. In this way, it is possible to more reliably suppress the positional deviation of the resin-framed glass plate 100 during transportation.
[0047] Fig. 8 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing another example of a state in which the resin-framed glass plate 100 is stored in the glass plate storage apparatus 1 according to the present embodiment. As shown in Fig. 8, in the present embodiment, the lower surface of the resin-framed glass plate 100 (the surface to which the fixing device 103 is attached) may be made to abut against the third cushioning material 14. That is, when storing the resin-framed glass plate 100, the fixing device 103 may be made to abut against the first cushioning material 12, and the lower surface of the resin-framed glass plate 100 (i.e., the surface other than the position where the fixing device 103 is provided) may be made to abut against the third cushioning material 14.
[0048] In this embodiment, as shown in the enlarged cross-sectional view of Fig. 8, a plurality of second cushioning materials 13 may be in contact with the upper surface of the resin-framed glass plate 100. In this case, the positions of the first cushioning material 12 and the third cushioning material 14 (positions of the lower cushioning materials) and the position of the second cushioning material 13 (position of the upper cushioning material) in the vertical direction (z-axis direction) may be shifted from each other. With this configuration, it is possible to effectively prevent the resin-framed glass plate 100 from shifting in position during transportation.
[0049] In the above-mentioned configuration example, the case where the fixing device 103 is provided on the resin-framed glass plate 100 has been described, but the glass plate storage device 1 according to the present embodiment can also store a resin-framed glass plate 100 that does not have the fixing device 103. In this case, the bottom surface of the resin-framed glass plate 100 (preferably any multiple points) is made to abut against the first cushioning material 12, and the second cushioning material 13 is made to abut against the top surface of the resin-framed glass plate 100. That is, in this case as well, by sandwiching and fixing the resin-framed glass plate 100 between the first cushioning material 12 and the second cushioning material 13, it is possible to prevent the resin-framed glass plate 100 from shifting in position during transportation.
[0050] In particular, when the resin-framed glass plate 100 does not include the fixing device 103, it is preferable to sandwich the resin-framed glass plate 100 using the first buffer material 12 and the second buffer material 13 so that the thicknesses of the first buffer material 12 and the second buffer material 13 after deformation are approximately 80% to 99% of their original thicknesses. This makes it possible to effectively prevent the resin-framed glass plate 100 from shifting in position during transportation.
[0051] Next, an operation for storing the resin-framed glass plate 100 in the glass plate storage device 1 according to the present embodiment will be described. When storing the resin-framed glass plate 100 in the glass plate storage device 1 according to the present embodiment, the resin-framed glass plate 100 is first placed on the first buffer material 12 of the horizontal shelf plate 11a. Then, the next shelf plate 11b is flipped up and brought to a horizontal state, so that the resin-framed glass plate 100 is stored between the shelves 11. By repeating such an operation, a plurality of resin-framed glass plates 100 can be stored in the spaces between the shelves 11 arranged at a distance from each other in the vertical direction. Hereinafter, the operation for storing the resin-framed glass plate 100 in the glass plate storage device 1 according to the present embodiment will be described in detail with reference to Figs. 9 to 12.
[0052] First, as shown in the cross-sectional view of Fig. 9 and the top view of Fig. 10, a resin-framed glass plate 100 is placed on the first cushioning material 12 of a horizontal shelf 11a. At this time, the resin-framed glass plate 100 is placed on the first cushioning material 12 so that the fixing device 103 of the resin-framed glass plate 100 abuts against the first cushioning material 12 (see Fig. 9). In the example shown in Figs. 9 and 10, four resin-framed glass plates 100 are stored on one shelf 11a. The number of resin-framed glass plates 100 stored on one shelf 11a can be appropriately changed depending on the shape and size of the resin-framed glass plates 100.
[0053] Next, as shown in the cross-sectional view of Fig. 11, the shelf 11b one level above (next level) the shelf 11a on which the resin-framed glass plate 100 is placed is brought from a raised state to a horizontal state. By bringing the next level shelf 11b into a horizontal state in this manner, the second cushioning material 13 is brought into contact with the upper surface of the resin-framed glass plate 100, as shown in Fig. 12. This operation makes it possible to sandwich and fix the resin-framed glass plate 100 between the first cushioning material 12 and the second cushioning material 13. Thereafter, by repeating the above-mentioned operation, a plurality of resin-framed glass plates 100 can be stored in the spaces between the plurality of shelves 11 arranged at a distance from each other in the vertical direction.
[0054] As explained in the background art, a resin-framed glass plate has a resin frame formed around the glass plate. Therefore, when the resin frames come into contact with each other during transport of the resin-framed glass plate and a force is applied to the resin frame, the resin frame may be deformed. When the resin frame is deformed in this way, the resin-framed glass plate becomes a defective product. In order to solve this problem, in the past, the glass plates were individually wrapped in polyethylene sheets before being shipped from the factory, and then stored in a storage means together with a cushioning material. However, when the resin-framed glass plates were individually wrapped and then stored in a storage means, there was a problem that the storage operation became cumbersome.
[0055] In contrast, in the glass sheet storage device 1 according to the present embodiment, a plurality of shelves 11 are arranged so as to be spaced apart from one another in the vertical direction, and each shelf 11 is configured to be rotatable about a rotation axis between a horizontal state and a raised state. Then, between each shelf 11 arranged so as to be spaced apart from one another, the resin-framed glass sheet 100 is arranged between the first buffer material 12 and the second buffer material 13 to store the resin-framed glass sheet 100. This simplifies the work of storing the resin-framed glass sheet 100.
[0056] In particular, in the glass plate storage device 1 according to this embodiment, a resin-framed glass plate 100 is placed on the first cushioning material 12 of the horizontal shelf plate 11a, and then the next shelf plate 11b is flipped up and brought to a horizontal state, thereby storing the resin-framed glass plate 100 between the shelves 11. By repeating this operation, a plurality of resin-framed glass plates 100 are stored in the spaces between the plurality of shelves 11 arranged at a distance from each other in the vertical direction. This simplifies the storage operation of the resin-framed glass plates 100.
[0057] While the present invention has been described above in accordance with the above-described embodiment, the present invention is not limited to the configuration of the above-described embodiment, and naturally includes various modifications, alterations, and combinations that may be made by a person skilled in the art within the scope of the invention as defined in the claims of the present application.
