Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to an improvement to a ground-mounted transformer that is installed on a sidewalk in an area where power distribution lines are underground, such as an urban area, receives high voltage, reduces the voltage, and supplies the power to low-voltage consumers. [Background technology]
[0002] In commercial districts and busy urban areas of cities, underground power distribution systems have come to be widely adopted in place of overhead distribution systems in order to maintain the beauty of the city and to prevent power outages and other accidents caused by the collapse of utility poles in the event of a disaster.
[0003] In addition, as electrical equipment used in the underground power distribution system, a ground-mounted transformer, which generally contains high-voltage equipment, a transformer device, and a low-voltage branch device in a casing, is installed on the sidewalk.
[0004] The above-mentioned ground-mounted transformers are generally installed in a location close to the roadway on a busy sidewalk, but because the installation space is limited due to their location, they are made as small as possible. In addition, to prevent the intrusion of dust, dirt, moisture, etc., and to prevent contact with the live part by tampering with the transformer by inserting metal objects such as wires from the outside, they are formed in a nearly sealed metal casing with only ventilation holes left.
[0005] As a result, if a short circuit or the like were to occur in the high-voltage equipment housed in the housing, causing a sudden rise in internal pressure within the compartment of the housing housing the high-voltage equipment, there was a problem that the housing could be damaged by the internal pressure or the joints of the housing could peel off if this internal pressure was not released quickly.
[0006] For this reason, a pressure relief device has been installed in the past to release abnormal pressure inside the housing to the outside, thereby preventing damage to the housing, for example, in ground-mounted electrical equipment (ground-mounted transformer) disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 3-57045.
[0007] The applicant of the present application has also disclosed in Patent Document 1 listed below an inexpensive pressure relief device that has a simpler configuration than conventional pressure relief devices and can be installed in a narrow space inside a housing. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0008] [Patent Document 1] Patent Publication No. 2006-129628
[0009] The ground-mounted transformer apparatus disclosed in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1 is roughly equipped with the following pressure relief device. That is, in Fig. 5 to Fig. 7 of the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, the pressure relief device A is composed of a spring member 15 and a stopper member 21, and is provided as a pair at the upper and lower parts shown in Fig. 5 on the inside located in the compartment 2b of the pressure relief door 11 shown in Fig. 6.
[0010] As shown in FIG. 6 of Patent Document 1, the spring member 15 is made of a flat, horizontally elongated leaf spring, and its base end is fixed to the first vertical beam 2b1 of the compartment chamber 2b of the housing 2 using a bolt or the like, and the free end side of the tip of the leaf spring extending toward the free end side of the pressure release door 11 is attached to the pressure release door 11 by loosely fitting locking pins 17 implanted in the pressure release door 11 in the longitudinal direction of the leaf spring so that they cannot be removed.
[0011] As shown in Figures 6 and 7, the stopper member 21 is installed near the spring member 15 and consists of a support plate 22 attached to the second vertical beam 2b2 of the compartment chamber 2b, a lever body 23 whose base end is pivotally attached to the support plate 22 so as to be freely rotatable, a locking plate 24 attached to the inner surface of the pressure release door 11 opposite the free end side of the tip of the lever body 23, and a horizontal hole 25 drilled in the locking plate 24 along its length.By loosely fitting an engagement pin 26 attached to the free end of the lever body 23 into this horizontal hole 25 so that it cannot be removed, the lever body 23 supports the pressure release door 11 so that it does not open more than a certain angle and the restoring force (spring pressure) of the spring member 15 is not lost, and this constitutes the pressure release device A.
[0012] If an internal short circuit or the like occurs in the compartment chamber 2b housing the high-voltage equipment 7 and the internal pressure of the compartment chamber 2b rises, the internal pressure will press against the entire peripheral wall of the compartment chamber 2b, but if the internal pressure is smaller than the spring pressure of the spring member 15, the pressure release door 11 will hardly open. However, if the internal pressure exceeds the spring pressure of the spring member 15, the pressure release door 11 will be pushed open and the pressure inside the compartment chamber 2b will be released to the outside through the pressure release port 11a.
[0013] As shown in Fig. 7, the pressure release door 11 is pivoted to the compartment 2b, and is opened to the outside of the housing 2 around a rotating member 29 such as a hinge against the spring pressure of the spring member 15. When releasing the internal pressure, as shown in Fig. 5, the locking pin 17 loosely fitted in the elongated hole 16 drilled at the tip of the spring member 15 moves within the elongated hole 16 as the pressure release door 11 opens, and when it reaches the end of the elongated hole 16, the spring member 15 bends in a bow shape as shown in Fig. 7, with the fastening part at the base end as a fulcrum.
[0014] In addition, as the pressure release door 11 opens, the lever body 23 of the stopper member 21 rotates clockwise around the pivot point of the support plate 22 to which its base end is pivoted in Figure 7, and at the same time, the tip of the lever body 23 moves to the right in Figure 7 via the locking pin 26 within the horizontal hole 25 drilled in the locking plate 24 of the pressure release door 11, thereby moving in conjunction with the opening of the pressure release door 11.
[0015] When the locking pin 26 at the tip of the lever body 23 reaches the end of the horizontal hole 25, the pressure release door 11 is prevented from being opened any further beyond the dead point of the spring member 15.
[0016] As the pressure relief device A described in Patent Document 1 is configured as described above, it can be installed in the narrow space located on the roadway side within the compartment 2b of the housing 2, as shown in Figures 4 and 6 of Patent Document 1, thereby contributing to the miniaturization of ground-mounted transformer equipment.
[0017] Furthermore, compared with previous pressure relief devices, this device has the advantage that its configuration can be simplified and inexpensively constructed. Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0018] However, as mentioned above, the pressure relief device A described in Patent Document 1 requires a spring member 15 and a stopper member 21, and the spring member 15 must be constructed of a flat, horizontally elongated leaf spring, the base end of the leaf spring must be bolted to the first vertical beam 2b1, and a long hole 16 must be provided at the tip of the leaf spring so that a locking pin 17 implanted in the pressure relief door 11 can be loosely fitted into the spring.
[0019] In addition, the stopper member 21 is composed of a support plate 22, a lever body 23, and an engagement plate 24, the support plate 22 is fixed to the second vertical beam 2b2, the base end of the lever body 23 is pivotally attached to the support plate 22 so as to be freely rotatable, an engagement pin 26 is attached to its free end, and the engagement plate 24 is fixed to the inner surface of the pressure relief door 11, after which a horizontal hole 25 is formed in the engagement plate 24 and the engagement pin 26 is loosely fitted into the horizontal hole 25. This requires the preparation of many parts with special shapes, which is an obstacle to reducing the manufacturing costs of the pressure relief device A.
[0020] Furthermore, in order to assemble these many components, assembly and adjustment is necessary, which requires considerable labor, skill, and work time, resulting in reduced productivity.
[0021] Therefore, in consideration of the various problems described above, the present invention aims to provide a ground-mounted transformer that can improve productivity by further reducing the number of parts that make up the pressure relief device, thereby simplifying the configuration and minimizing the need for assembly adjustment. [0046] Next, the configuration of the pressure relief device, which is a characteristic part of the present invention, will be described. Fig. 7 is a plan view showing the inside of the ground-mounted transformer PMT of the present invention. The pressure relief device of the present invention constitutes a part of the partition wall 36 that forms two compartments 37a, 37b in the housing 31.
[0047] In other words, the partition 36 is roughly composed of a first pressure relief device 44 installed between the upper surface of the housing 31 and the transformer equipment 38, a second pressure relief device 45 installed between the rear surface of the housing 31 on the rear side of the transformer equipment 38, and a partition plate 46 installed between the first inspection door 32 of the housing 31 on the front side of the transformer equipment 38.
[0048] The mounting positions of the pressure relief devices 44, 45 and the partition plate 46 are shown in the schematic diagram (perspective view) of the transformer device 38 shown in Fig. 8. [0049] The gap between the left side of the first pressure release device 44 when viewed from the side and the upper corner of the second pressure release device 45 when viewed from the side, the gap between the right side of the first pressure release device 44 when viewed from the side and the upper corner of the partition plate 46 when viewed from the side, and other gaps are filled with blocking members described below, which form the partition wall 36.
[0050] Gaskets 47, 48 are attached to the centers of the first pressure relief device 44 and the second pressure relief device 45, respectively, which fall off from the respective pressure relief devices 44, 45 when the internal pressure of the high pressure side compartment chamber 37b abnormally increases.
[0051] Next, the structures of the first pressure release device 44, the second pressure release device 45 and the partition plate 46, and the method of fixing them inside the housing 31 will be described with reference to FIG.
[0052] FIG. 9 is an enlarged perspective view of the essential parts showing the structure of the transformer device 38 constituting the ground-mounted transformer PMT of the present invention, and the first and second pressure relief devices 44, 45 and partition plate 46 attached thereto.
[0053] The first pressure relief device 44 is roughly composed of an outer frame made of two rectangular thin steel plates 49, 50 standing upright with their longitudinal direction oriented horizontally. The two thin steel plates 49, 50 have hollow portions 51, 52 (52 is not indicated by a drawing number for the sake of drawing) formed by an opening at the center, and mounting portions 53, 54 around them. A gasket 47 is sandwiched between the two thin steel plates 49, 50.
[0054] The gasket 47 is securely sandwiched between two thin steel plates 49 , 50 by first fixing members 55 , and is supported by one of the first fixing members 55 .
[0055] Furthermore, of the two thin steel plates 49, 50, one of the thin steel plates 49 is provided at its lower end with a second fixing portion 56 that protrudes to the left when the transformer device 38 is viewed from the front, and a second mounting hole 58 for mounting a second fixing member 57 is formed in the fixing portion 56.
[0056] The second fixing member 57 is composed of a second bolt 60 protruding upward from the upper surface (not shown) of a tank 59 of the transformer device 38, and a second nut 61 attached thereto. The second bolt 60 is inserted through an insertion hole 63 formed in a top plate 62 placed on the upper surface (not shown) of the tank 59, and protrudes upward from the upper surface of the top plate 62. The main purpose of the second bolt 60 is to fix the top plate 62 to the upper surface of the tank 59 of the transformer device 38.
[0057] The second pressure relief device 45 is generally configured by an outer frame made of two standing thin steel plates 64, 65 with their longitudinal direction oriented vertically. The thin steel plates 64, 65 have upper surface 66a, 66b, middle surface 67a, 67b, upper lower surface 68a, 68b at the upper part, short vertical surfaces 69a, 69b, inclined surfaces 70a, 70b, and long vertical surfaces 71a, 71b connecting these, and have a flat shape with lower lower surface 72a, 72b at the lower part.
[0058] The two thin steel plates 64, 65 have hollow portions 73, 74 (74 is not indicated in the drawing number for the purpose of drawing) formed by an opening at the center, and mounting portions 75, 76 around them, and a gasket 48 is sandwiched between the two thin steel plates 64, 65.
[0059] The gasket 48 is securely sandwiched between the two thin steel plates 64, 65 by fixing the same with a third fixing member 78.
[0060] In addition, the two thin steel plates 64, 65 have fourth mounting holes 80a, 80b (80b is not indicated in the drawing number for drawing purposes) formed between the upper lower surfaces 68a, 68b and the lower lower surfaces 72a, 72b, for attaching a fourth fixing member 79, and the fourth fixing member 79 is attached to the edge of the side surface 59a of the tank 59 of the transformer device 38 and is composed of a fourth bolt 81 protruding to the side (to the left when looking at the transformer device 38 from the front) and a fourth nut 82 attached thereto.
[0061] The gasket 48 is supported between the two thin steel plates 64, 65 by a pair of a fourth bolt 81 and a fourth nut 82.
[0062] Partition plate 46 is made of a thin steel plate with its length oriented vertically, and has an upper surface 83 formed at its top, with a fifth mounting hole 85 formed vertically for mounting a fifth fixing member 84. Fifth fixing member 84 is attached to the edge of side surface 59a of tank 59 of transformer device 38, and is made up of a fifth bolt 86 protruding to the side (to the left when transformer device 38 is viewed from the front), and a fifth nut 87 attached thereto.
[0063] The above-mentioned first pressure relief device 44 is fixed onto the edge of the top plate 62 of the transformer device 38 by inserting a second bolt 60 protruding upward from the top plate 62 of the transformer device 38 into a second mounting hole 58 of the second mounting portion 56, and then tightening a second nut 61 onto the second bolt 60.
[0064] In addition, the second pressure relief device 45 is fixed to the edge of the side surface 59a of the tank 59 of the transformer equipment 38 by inserting a fourth bolt 81 protruding laterally from the side surface 59a of the tank 59 of the transformer equipment 38 into the fourth mounting holes 80a, 80b and then tightening a fourth nut 82 onto the fourth bolt 81.
[0065] At this time, the upper surfaces 66a, 66b and the middle surfaces 67a, 67b, the short vertical surfaces 69a, 69b connecting them, and the inclined surfaces 70a, 70b connecting the middle surfaces 67a, 67b and the long vertical surfaces 71a, 71b are formed on the upper parts of the two thin steel plates 64, 65 constituting the second pressure release device 45, so that even if the top plate 62 of the transformer device 38 and the high-pressure side bushing 88 protrude laterally from the side surface 59a of the tank 59, the top plate 62 is fitted onto the middle surfaces 67a, 67b. In other words, the inclined surfaces 70a, 70b allow the bushing 88 to be attached in a manner that avoids the second pressure release device 45, and the second pressure release device 45 can be fixed in close contact with the side surface 59a of the tank 59.
[0066] In addition, the partition plate 46 is fixed to the opposite edge of the side surface 59a of the tank 59 of the transformer device 38 by inserting a fifth bolt 86 protruding laterally from the side surface 59a of the tank 59 of the transformer device 38 into a fifth mounting hole 85 and then tightening a fifth nut 87 to the fifth bolt 86.
[0067] At this time, since an upper surface 83 is formed on the upper part of the partition plate 46, even if the top plate 62 of the transformer device 38 protrudes laterally from the side surface 59a of the tank 59, the top plate 62 can be fitted into a position above the upper surface 83, and the partition plate 46 can be fixed tightly to the side surface 59a of the tank 59.
[0068] 10 is a left sectional view of the ground-mounted transformer PMT of the present invention, showing a state in which the first and second pressure relief devices 44, 45 and the partition plate 46 are attached to the side surface 59a of the tank 59 of the transformer device 38. As shown in Fig. 10, when the first and second pressure relief devices 44, 45 are attached, gaps that cannot be completely sealed by the pressure relief devices 44, 45 and the partition plate 46 are generated at the left-right and upward positions of the first pressure relief device 44, the upward, left and downward positions of the second pressure relief device 45, and the upward, right and downward positions of the partition plate 46.
[0069] Therefore, these gaps are sealed with blocking members 89a to 89h made of gaskets to prevent them from falling out, thereby forming the partition wall 36 shown in Figure 5 together with the first and second pressure relief devices 44, 45 and the partition plate 46, separating the first compartment chamber 37a and the second compartment chamber 37b and making the second compartment chamber 37b into an airtight space.
[0070] Next, a situation in which the first and second pressure relief devices 44, 45 configured as described above are utilized will be described. When an internal short circuit or the like occurs in the second compartment 37b housing the high-voltage equipment 42 shown in Fig. 5, and the air in the compartment 37b expands and the internal pressure of the compartment 37b increases abnormally, the internal pressure of the compartment 37b presses the inner wall surface of the housing 31 surrounding the compartment 37b outward.
[0071] At the same time, a pressing force is also applied to the partition wall 36 that separates the inside of the housing 31 into the first compartment chamber 37a and the second compartment chamber 37b, pressing the partition wall 36 toward the first compartment chamber 37a. At this time, pressure is applied uniformly to the partition wall 36 over the entire surfaces of the side surface 59a of the tank 59 of the transformer device 38 shown in Fig. 10, the first and second pressure relief devices 44, 45, the partition plate 46, and the blocking members 89a to 89h.
[0072] Here, in the first and second pressure relief devices 44, 45, gaskets 47, 48 are sandwiched between two thin steel plates 49, 50 and between two thin steel plates 64, 65, respectively, and a part of them is exposed from the hollow portions 51, 73.
[0073] Therefore, the internal pressure applied to the partition 36 causes the gasket 47 of the first pressure relief device 44 and the gasket 48 of the second pressure relief device 45 to rotate around one first fixing member 55 or one set of fourth bolts and nuts 81, 82, as shown in Figure 11, causing them to fall out from between the two thin steel plates 49, 50 or between the thin steel plates 64, 65, opening the first compartment chamber 37a side shown in Figure 5.
[0074] As a result, since first compartment 37a has ventilation openings 34a-34c provided on the right side surface of housing 31 and ventilation openings 35a-35d provided on the back surface of housing 31, as shown in FIG. 8, the pressure inside housing 31 flows inside first compartment 37a as shown by dotted lines in FIG. 8 and is released to the outside through the multiple ventilation openings 34a-34c, 35a-35d.
[0075] As a result, even if an abnormal increase in internal pressure occurs in the second compartment 37b which houses and installs the high-pressure equipment 42, the pressure can be quickly released to the outside via the thirty-first compartment 37a, thereby reliably preventing problems such as the housing 31 being damaged by internal pressure or the joints of the housing 31 peeling off.
[0076] As described above, the pressure relief device attached to the ground-mounted transformer of the present invention has a significantly reduced number of parts and a simplified structure compared to conventional pressure relief devices, which reduces the cost of the device and minimizes the need for assembly and adjustment during installation, allowing installation to be completed with less labor and time, thereby improving productivity.
[0077] Furthermore, since the pressure relief devices 44, 45 are configured using the partition 36 that separates the first compartment 37a and the second compartment 37b, there is no need to reserve additional space for installing the pressure relief devices 44, 45, which contributes to the miniaturization of the device. [Industrial Applicability]
[0078] The present invention can be applied to various electrical devices in which a sealed space is formed by a partition wall. [Explanation of symbols]
