Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present disclosure relates to an interposition member and a fitting. [Background technology]

[0002] Conventionally, sliding windows are removably attached to a frame attached to an opening in a building. Therefore, a gap is generated between the frame and the sliding window. The gap between the frame and the sliding window may allow wind to pass between the inside and outside of the room, reducing airtightness and heat insulation. Therefore, for example, in the fittings of Patent Document 1, airtight materials are provided between the frame and the rail and between the vertical frame and the vertical frame. [Figure 16] FIG. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0009] Hereinafter, with reference to the drawings, a sliding window will be described as an example of one embodiment of the interposition member and fitting. The sliding window 100 is installed in an opening in a wall of a building. As shown in FIG. 1, the sliding window 100 comprises a frame body 10, an outer screen 30, an inner screen 20, and an interposition member 1 shown in FIG. 3. The outer screen 30 and the inner screen 20 are examples of screens. The outer screen 30 and the inner screen 20 have a glass panel 50 provided within a frame body 40.

[0010] In the following description, the direction perpendicular to the glass panel 50 of the outer screen 30 and the inner screen 20 is referred to as the inside-outside direction D. Among the directions perpendicular to the inside-outside direction D, the direction along the horizontal direction is referred to as the width direction W, and the vertical direction is referred to as the length direction V.

[0011] A sliding window 100 has an outer screen 30 and an inner screen 20 installed inside a frame body 10 that is provided along an opening in a wall. The outer screen 30 and the inner screen 20 move in the width direction W inside the frame body 10 to open and close the opening in the wall. When the outer screen 30 and the inner screen 20 are closed, they block the inside of the frame body 10. Hereinafter, the inner screen 20 and the outer screen 30 may be collectively referred to as screens 20, 30.

[0012] 1 and 2, the frame body 10 has a rectangular frame shape when viewed from the inside-outside direction D. The frame body 10 has an upper frame 11, a lower frame 12, and a pair of vertical frames 13. The frame body 10 is made of resin, for example. In addition, the frame body 10 may be made of a metal shaped material such as an aluminum alloy, or may be made of an aluminum-resin composite member formed by assembling an aluminum member and a resin member.

[0013] The upper frame 11 and the lower frame 12 extend in the width direction W. Each vertical frame 13 extends in the vertical direction V. Each vertical frame 13 is disposed at both ends of the upper frame 11 and the lower frame 12 in the width direction W. As shown in FIG. 3, two upper rails 17 are formed in the upper frame 11 at positions spaced apart in the inward / outward direction D. The upper rails 17 protrude downward from the upper frame 11 and extend in the width direction W. Two lower rails 14 are formed in the lower frame 12 at positions spaced apart in the inward / outward direction D. The lower rails 14 protrude upward from the lower frame 12 and extend in the width direction W.

[0014] As shown in Fig. 3, the shoji screens 20, 30 are arranged within the frame body 10 along the upper rail 17 and the lower rail 14. The shoji screens 20, 30 are provided so as to be movable within the frame body 10 in the width direction W. The outer shoji screen 30 and the inner shoji screen 20 are arranged adjacent to each other in the inside-outside direction D.

[0015] The outer screen 30 and the inner screen 20 have the same structure. The screens 20, 30 are configured by fitting a glass panel 50 into a frame 40. The glass panel 50 may be a double-glazed structure or a single-glazed structure.

[0016] As shown in FIG. 2, the frame body 40 has a rectangular frame shape when viewed from the inside-outside direction D. The frame body 40 has an upper frame 41, a lower frame 42, and a pair of vertical frames 43. The upper frame 41 and the lower frame 42 extend in the width direction W. Each vertical frame 43 extends in the vertical direction V. Each vertical frame 43 is disposed at both ends of the upper frame 41 and the lower frame 42 in the width direction W. Of the pair of vertical frames 43, the vertical frame that abuts against the vertical frame 13 when the shoji screens 20, 30 are closed is referred to as the door end frame 431, and the vertical frame located on the opposite side of the door end frame 431 in the width direction W is referred to as the door joint frame 432. When the shoji screens 20, 30 are closed, the joint frames 432 of the shoji screens 20, 30 are arranged in a position where they overlap in the width direction W. The frame body 40 is made of resin, for example. In addition, the frame body 40 may be made of a metal shaped material such as an aluminum alloy, or may be made of an aluminum-resin composite material.

[0017] As shown in FIG. 1, the shoji 20, 30 is placed on the lower rail 14 so that the lower frame 42 sandwiches the lower rail 14, and the upper frame 41 is arranged to sandwich the upper rail 17. The shoji 20, 30 is removably attached to the frame 10. When attaching the shoji 20, 30 to the frame 10, the shoji 20, 30 is lifted diagonally upward to insert the upper rail 17 into the upper frame 41, and then the lower frame 42 is placed on the lower rail 14. When removing the shoji 20, 30 from the frame 10, the shoji 20, 30 is lifted in the vertical direction V to release the engagement of the lower frame 42 with the lower rail 14. After that, the shoji 20, 30 is lowered diagonally downward to release the engagement of the upper frame 41 with the upper rail 17. Therefore, when installed in the frame 10, the top surface 16 of the upper frame 11 and the upper end of the upper frame 41 are separated.

[0018] The interposed member 1 is attached to the top surface 16 of the upper frame 11 between the two upper rails 17. As shown in Fig. 2, the interposed member 1 is provided in the center of the upper frame 11 in the width direction W. The interposed member 1 is disposed above the joint frame 432 when the screens 20, 30 are in the closed position. As shown in Fig. 3, the interposed member 1 is disposed in the gap between the top surface 16 of the upper frame 11 and the upper end of the upper frame 41.

[0019] The interposed member 1 has a sealing performance for sealing the gap between the upper frame 11 and the screens 20, 30, and a fall-prevention function for preventing the screens 20, 30 from coming off. As shown in Figs. 5 to 7, the interposed member 1 has an attachment portion 2, a first protrusion 31, a second protrusion 32, and a seal portion 5. The interposed member 1 is a component in which the attachment portion 2, the first protrusion 31, the second protrusion 32, and the seal portion 5 are integrally formed. The interposed member 1 is made of, for example, resin.

[0020] As shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, the mounting portion 2 has a substantially flat plate shape. As shown in FIG. 5, the mounting portion 2 has an area that can be arranged between two upper rails 17. As shown in FIG. 8, the mounting portion 2 has a substantially triangular shape in a plan view with both ends in the width direction W as apexes and two sides extending toward the ends in the inward and outward directions D of the second protrusion 32 described later. Both ends in the width direction W have a curved shape. Through holes 23 are formed on the inside of both ends in the width direction W of the mounting portion 2 in the width direction W. As shown in FIG. 7, the mounting portion 2 has a mounting surface 21 and a lower surface 22. The mounting surface 21 is a surface that is disposed opposite to the top surface 16 of the upper frame 11. The lower surface 22 is a surface opposite to the mounting surface 21 and faces downward. The first protrusion 31, the second protrusion 32, and the seal portion 5 protrude downward from the lower surface 22.

[0021] The first protrusion 31 is disposed in the center of the spacer 1 in the width direction W. The first protrusion 31 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape. The length of the first protrusion 31 in the inward / outward direction D is substantially equal to the length of the mounting portion 2. The first protrusion 31 is an example of a falling-off prevention portion.

[0022] The first protrusion 31 functions as a fall prevention part. Specifically, it has a function of preventing the shoji screens 20, 30 from being lifted in the vertical direction V by earthquakes, strong winds, and other external forces during normal use when the shoji screens 20, 30 are attached to the frame body 10 and coming off. As shown in FIG. 3, the dimension H3 in the vertical direction V of the first protrusion 31 is set so that the length L1 in the vertical direction V between the lower end of the first protrusion 31 and the upper end of the upper frame 41 is shorter than the distance L2 between the lower end of the lower frame 42 and the upper end of the lower rail 14. As a result, even if the shoji screens 20, 30 are lifted and the upper frame 41 abuts against the first protrusion 31, the lower frame 42 does not come off the lower rail 14.

[0023] The seal portion 5 is provided on the outside of the first protrusion 31 in the width direction W. In the illustrated example, a plurality of seal portions 51, 52, 53 are arranged side by side in the width direction W. As shown in Figs. 6 and 7, the second seal portion 52 and the third seal portion 53 are provided in this order from the first seal portion 51 arranged closest to the first protrusion 31 toward the outside in the width direction W. Each seal portion 51, 52, 53 has a fin shape including a surface intersecting the width direction W. In the illustrated example, each seal portion 51, 52, 53 has a surface approximately perpendicular to the width direction W. Each seal portion 51, 52, 53 extends in a sheet shape along the inner-outer direction D. Each seal portion 51, 52, 53 is arranged apart in the width direction W. The first seal portion 51 and the second seal portion 52 have approximately the same length in the vertical direction V. The third seal portion 53 has a shorter length in the vertical direction V than the first seal portion 51 and the second seal portion 52. The seal portion 5 has a length that allows it to contact each upper frame 41 of the inner and outer screens 20 and 30. Specifically, the protruding length H5 of the seal portion 5 from the mounting surface 21 is approximately equal to the length between the top surface 16 of the upper frame 11 and each upper frame 41, or the protruding length H5 is slightly longer than the length between the top surface 16 of the upper frame 11 and each upper frame 41. As a result, the seal portion 5 can prevent gaps between the upper frame 11 and each screen 20, 30 and maintain airtightness. The seal portion 5 is configured to be elastically deformable in the width direction W when an external force is applied in the width direction W. The lengths of the vertical direction V of the multiple seal portions 51, 52, 53 may be equal.

[0024] As shown in FIG. 6, each of the seal parts 51, 52, and 53 has a cut portion 54 formed therein. The cut portion 54 is formed by cutting the lower portion of the seal parts 51, 52, and 53 linearly in the vertical direction V so as to divide the seal parts 51, 52, and 53 into the inner and outer directions D. The cut portion 54 is formed in the middle portion of the seal parts 51, 52, and 53 in the inner and outer directions D. As shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 8, the first seal part 51 and the second seal part 52 each have two cut portions 54 formed therein. The third seal part 53 has one cut portion 54 formed therein. The positions of the cut portions 54 of the seal parts 51, 52, and 53 are different on both sides of the first protrusion 31. For example, the cut portions 54 are arranged at positions that are line-symmetrical with respect to a line passing through the center of the intermediate member 1 in the inner and outer directions D. The number, length, and position of the cut portions are arbitrary. The cut portion 54 is not an essential component.

[0025] The seal portion 5 is elastically deformable. When a force in the width direction W is applied to the seal portion 5, each of the seal portions 51, 52, and 53 elastically deforms in the width direction W. The cut portion 54 is cut up to the vicinity of the upper end of each of the seal portions 51, 52, and 53. Therefore, the seal portions on both sides of the cut portion 54 in the inward / outward direction D can elastically deform in opposite directions of the width direction W.

[0026] As shown in Fig. 5, the length of the seal portion 5 in the inward / outward direction D is approximately equal to the distance between the two upper rails 17. Therefore, the seal portion 5 contacts each upper frame 41 of the inner screen 20 and the outer screen 30. Since the cutout portion 54 is formed in each seal portion 5, when the inner screen 20 and the outer screen 30 move in the width direction W, the seal portion 5 can elastically deform to follow the movement of each screen 20, 30. As a result, when the inner screen 20 and the outer screen 30 are moved in different directions along the width direction W, the seal portion 5 does not interfere with the movement, and the movement can be made smoothly.

[0027] The positions of the cut portions 54 of the seal portions 51, 52, 53 in the inward / outward direction D are shifted. Therefore, even if the seal portions arranged on both sides of the cut portion 54 in the inward / outward direction D elastically deform in the opposite direction of the width direction W, the cut portions 54 opened in the seal portions 51, 52, 53 adjacent to each other in the width direction W are shifted. As a result, wind, dust, etc. are less likely to enter through the cut portions 54 of the seal portions 5.

[0028] The second protrusion 32 is provided outside the seal portion 5 in the width direction W. The second protrusion 32 is disposed between the seal portions 51, 52, 53 and the through hole 23. The second protrusion 32 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape in a plan view. As shown in FIG. 7 , a protrusion length H3 of the second protrusion 32 from the mounting portion 2 in the vertical direction V is substantially equal to a protrusion length H3 of the first protrusion 31. The length of the second protrusion 32 in the width direction W is shorter than that of the first protrusion 31.

[0029] The second protrusion 32 has a fall prevention function similar to the first protrusion 31. The protruding length H3 of the first protrusion 31 and the second protrusion 32 is longer than the distance L2 between the lower end of the lower frame 42 and the upper end of the lower rail 14. When the shoji screens 20, 30 placed on the lower rail 14 are lifted, they come into contact with the first protrusion 31 and the second protrusion 32. As a result, the shoji screens 20, 30 are prevented from being excessively lifted and the engagement between the lower frame 42 and the lower rail 14 is prevented from being released. The protruding length H3 of the second protrusion 32 is shorter than the gap between the top surface 16 of the upper frame 11 and the upper frame 41 of the shoji screens 20, 30. Therefore, when the shoji screens 20, 30 are opened or closed, the first protrusion 31 and the second protrusion 32 do not come into contact with the shoji screens 20, 30, but the seal portion 5 comes into contact with them. Therefore, the intermediate member 1 does not interfere with the opening and closing of the shoji screens 20, 30.

[0030] The seal portion 5 is provided between the first protrusion 31 and the second protrusion 32. The first seal portion 51 is provided away from the first protrusion 31 in the width direction W. The third seal portion 53 is also provided away from the second protrusion 32 in the width direction W. The protruding length H3 of the first protrusion 31 and the second protrusion 32 from the mounting surface 21 is shorter than the protruding length H5 of the seal portion 5. With this configuration, when the seal portion 5 is elastically deformed, the upper portion of the seal portion 5 contacts either the first protrusion 31 or the second protrusion 32, thereby restricting the elastic deformation of the upper portion of the seal portion 5. As a result, the lower portion of the seal portion 5 elastically deforms in the width direction W, and the seal portion 5 between the first protrusion 31 and the second protrusion 32 is unlikely to elastically deform in the width direction W. The first protrusion 31 and the second protrusion 32 define a range in which the seal portion 5 can elastically deform in the width direction W. With this configuration, for example, excessive elastic deformation of the seal portion 5 is prevented. This configuration allows the seal portion 5 to be maintained in contact with the upper frame 41.

[0031] The mounting structure of the intermediate member 1 will be described. The mounting surface 21 of the mounting portion 2 abuts against the top surface 16 of the upper frame 11. A lock pin 90 is inserted into the through hole 23 from the lower surface 22 side, and the mounting portion 2 is detachably fixed to the upper frame 11.

[0032] 15 and 16 show an example of a lock pin 90. The lock pin 90 includes a base 91 and an insertion member 92. The base 91 has a cylindrical shaft 912 that is disposed penetrating the mounting portion 2 and the upper frame 11, and a connecting portion 911. The connecting portion 911 has a substantially disk shape and is disposed along the mounting portion 2. The cylindrical shaft 912 extends in a direction perpendicular to the connecting portion 911. The cylindrical shaft 912 is disposed along the thickness direction of the mounting portion 2. An insertion hole is formed in the center of the connecting portion 911 in a plan view and inside the cylindrical shaft 912. The insertion hole penetrates the base 91 along the axial direction of the cylindrical shaft 912. A pair of slits 913 is formed along the axial direction on the outer periphery of the cylindrical shaft 912. The pair of slits 913 are formed at positions approximately 180 degrees apart in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical shaft 912. Only one of the pair of slits 913 is shown in the figure.

[0033] The insertion member 92 has an insertion shaft 921, a head 922, and an engagement piece 923. The head 922 has a substantially disk shape. The insertion shaft 921 extends in a direction perpendicular to the head 922. The tip of the insertion shaft 921 has a locking end 924. The insertion shaft 921 is disposed along the thickness direction of the mounting portion 2. The insertion shaft 921 has a protruding piece (not shown) protruding outward in the circumferential direction at a middle portion in the axial direction. The protruding piece has a shape whose protruding amount changes along the circumferential direction of the insertion shaft 921. The engagement piece 923 is formed protruding from the head 922 along the axial direction of the insertion shaft 921. The engagement piece 923 is a protrusion that can be engaged with an engaged hole (not shown) formed in a recess in the connection portion 911 of the base 91.

[0034] The lock pin 90 is a member formed by inserting an insertion shaft 921 into an insertion hole of a base 91 and assembling the member. The locking end 924 has a diameter larger than the opening at the lower end of the cylindrical shaft 912. When the insertion shaft 921 is inserted into the insertion hole of the base 91 and the locking end 924 abuts against the lower end of the cylindrical shaft 912, the insertion member 92 is prevented from falling off the base 91. The insertion member 92 is provided so as to be movable axially relative to the base 91.

[0035] The tubular shaft 912 of the base 91 is inserted into the through hole 23 of the mounting portion 2 and the through hole 111 of the upper frame 11, and the connecting portion 911 is brought into contact with the mounting portion 2. Next, the insertion member 92 is pushed in while rotating around its axis so that the head 922 approaches the connecting portion 911. When the insertion member 92 is pushed in to a position where the head 922 contacts the connecting portion 911, the protruding piece of the insertion shaft 921 comes into contact with the inner surface of the tubular shaft 912, and the tubular shaft 912 is pushed outward in the circumferential direction by the protruding piece. Since the tubular shaft 912 has a slit 913 formed therein, the tubular shaft 912 expands radially outward as shown in FIG. 16. The tubular shaft 912 expanding radially outward becomes larger in diameter than the through hole 23 of the mounting portion 2 and the through hole 111 of the upper frame 11, so that the base 91 engages with the mounting portion 2 and the upper frame 11. When the head 922 is further rotated about its axis in this state, the engagement piece 923 engages with the engaged hole of the connection portion 911, and the base 91 engages with the insertion member 92. As a result, the lock pin 90 engages with the attachment portion 2 and the upper frame 11, and the interposition member 1 is fixed to the upper frame 11 by the lock pin 90.

[0036] The insertion member 92 is detachably attached to the base 91. When the head 922 is turned about its axis in the direction opposite to that at the time of attachment, the engagement piece 923 is released from the engaged hole, and the protruding piece of the insertion shaft 921 moves away from the inner surface of the tubular shaft 912, restoring the tubular shaft 912 to the state shown in FIG. 15. As a result, the tubular shaft 912 can be removed from the through hole 23 of the attachment portion 2 and the through hole 111 of the upper frame 11, and the lock pin 9 can be removed. By using the lock pin 9, the intermediate member 1 can be easily fixed to the upper frame 11.

[0037] The intermediate member 1 is disposed approximately in the center of the width direction W of the upper frame 11. The intermediate member 1 is disposed above the joint frame 432 when the screens 20, 30 are closed. The lower end of the sealing portion 5 contacts the upper frame 41. The first protrusion 31 and the second protrusion 32 are separated from the upper frame 41 and do not contact it. One of the ends 24, 25 of the mounting portion 2 is exposed when the screens 20, 30 are fully closed and fully open.

[0038] The seal portion 5 has a sheet shape that is elastically deformable in the width direction W. Therefore, when the screens 20, 30 are opened or closed in the width direction W, the lower end of the seal portion 5 that is in contact with the upper frame 41 moves following the screens 20, 30, and each seal portion 51, 52, 53 is elastically deformed. The seal portion 5 is in contact with the inner screen 20 and the outer screen 30. Therefore, when the inner screen 20 and the outer screen 30 move in opposite directions in the width direction W, each seal portion 51, 52, 53 is elastically deformed in the opposite directions in the width direction W, with the cut portion 54 as the boundary.

[0039] A method for attaching and detaching the interposition member 1 will be described. After the screens 20, 30 are attached inside the frame body 10, the interposition member 1 is attached to the upper frame 11. Before the interposition member 1 is attached, the gap between the screens 20, 30 and the frame body 10 in the vertical direction V is large. Therefore, when the screens 20, 30 are lifted along the vertical direction V, the engagement between the lower frame 42 and the lower rail 14 is released, and the screens 20, 30 can be easily removed. On the other hand, when the screens 20, 30 are in use, it is desired that the screens 20, 30 do not easily come off the frame body 10. Therefore, the interposition member 1 is attached to the frame body 10.

[0040] Specifically, with the screens 20 and 30 closed, the worker inserts the interposing member 1 into the gap between the joint frame 432 of the inner screen 20 and the upper frame 11. As shown in FIG. 4, the length of the mounting portion 2 in the width direction W is longer than the width of the joint frame 432 of the screens 20 and 30. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 9, with the screens 20 and 30 closed, the interposing member 1 can be placed in a position where the through hole 23 of the end 24 of the mounting portion 2 is exposed outside the joint frame 432 in the width direction W. In this state, the worker inserts the lock pin 90 into the through hole 23 and pushes it up from below, so that the mounting portion 2 on the end 24 side is attached to the upper frame 11. When at least one of the two ends 24 and 25 in the width direction W of the interposing member 1 is fixed to the upper frame 11, the interposing member 1 is maintained in a state in which it is disposed close to the upper frame 11 to such an extent that the inner screen 20 can move in the width direction W.

[0041] Next, when the inner screen 20 is fully opened, the inner screen 20 and the outer screen 30 are aligned in the inward / outward direction D, and the door end frame 422 of the inner screen 20 and the door joint frame 432 of the outer screen 30 are aligned in the inward / outward direction D. At this time, the end 25 of the mounting part 2 in the width direction W is exposed. In this state, the worker inserts the lock pin 90 into the through hole 23 and pushes it up from below, and the mounting part 2 on the end 25 side is attached to the upper frame 11.

[0042] When removing the screens 20 and 30, the inner screen 20 is fully opened to expose the end 25 of the intermediate member 1. Next, the lock pin 90 is unlocked and removed from the through hole 23. Next, the inner screen 20 is moved to a fully closed state to expose the end 24 of the intermediate member 1. In this state, the lock pin 90 is unlocked and removed from the through hole 23. After that, the worker removes the intermediate member 1 from the gap between the screens 20 and 30 and the upper frame 11 while holding the end 24. Next, when the screens 20 and 30 are lifted in the vertical direction V, the upper frame 41 approaches the upper frame 11, and the engagement of the lower frame 42 with the lower rail 14 can be released. After that, the screens 20 and 30 are lowered diagonally downward to release the engagement of the upper frame 41 with the upper rail 17.

[0043] According to the embodiment, the interposed member 1 includes the mounting portion 2, the first protruding portion 31, the second protruding portion 32, and the sealing portion 5, and thus has both a falling-off prevention function and a sealing function in one member. As a result, the work of attaching the interposed member 1 is made more efficient than in the conventional case where a falling-off prevention member and a sealing member are attached separately. As a result, the work efficiency can be improved when constructing highly airtight fittings.

[0044] According to the embodiment, the seal portion 5 protrudes from the mounting portion 2 and is arranged alongside the first protrusion 31 and the second protrusion 32 in the width direction W. The first protrusion 31 and the second protrusion 32 can prevent the screens 20, 30 from falling off. The first protrusion 31 and the second protrusion 32 further restrict the elastic range of the seal portion 5 in the width direction W. The seal portion 5 protrudes downward further than the first protrusion 31 and the second protrusion 32, and can close the gap between the upper frame 41 and the first protrusion 31 and the second protrusion 32. The seal portion 5 has sealing performance.

[0045] According to the embodiment, the attachment portion 2, the first protrusion 31, the second protrusion 32, and the seal portion 5 are integrally formed, which makes handling easy.

[0046] According to the embodiment, the seal portion 5 has a fin shape including a surface perpendicular to the width direction W, so that when the screens 20, 30 are opened or closed, the seal portion 5 elastically deforms while contacting the upper frame 41. Therefore, when the screens 20, 30 are stationary, the seal portion 5 contacts the upper frame 41 and closes the gap between the upper frame 11 and the upper frame 41. Since the seal portion 5 elastically deforms during opening and closing, the screens 20, 30 are opened and closed smoothly while the seal portion 5 closes the gap between the upper frame 11 and the upper frame 41.

[0047] According to the embodiment, the seal portion 5 protrudes longer than the first protrusion 31 and the second protrusion 32. With this configuration, the first protrusion 31 and the second protrusion 32, which function as fall-off prevention portions, do not interfere with the opening and closing operation of the shoji screens 20, 30, and the seal portion 5 can seal the upper ends of the shoji screens 20, 30.

[0048] According to the embodiment, each seal portion 51, 52, 53 has a cut portion 54 along the width direction W, so that both sides of the cut portion 54 in the inward / outward direction D can elastically deform in opposite directions. The seal portion 5 is provided to fill the gap in the inward / outward direction D between the two upper rails 17. Therefore, when the outer shroud 30 and the inner shroud 20 move in opposite directions in the width direction W, each seal portion 51, 52, 53 can elastically deform in the opposite direction along the movement direction of each shroud 20, 30. As a result, the outer shroud 30 and the inner shroud 20 can be smoothly moved in the opposite directions.

[0049] According to the embodiment, since the multiple seal portions 51, 52, 53 are arranged side by side and spaced apart from each other in the width direction W, high sealing performance can be achieved.

[0050] According to the embodiment, the length in the width direction W of the mounting portion 2 is longer than the width of the joint frame 432 of the shoji screens 20, 30, and the mounting portion 2 is provided with through holes 23 at both ends in the width direction. As a result, the intermediate member 1 can be attached and detached with the shoji screens 20, 30 attached.

[0051] According to the embodiment, the interposing member 1 is attached between the upper frame 11 and the joint frame 432. As a result, by attaching the interposing member 1 to one place of the upper frame 11, a member having a falling prevention function and a sealing function can be attached. Therefore, compared with the conventional case where a falling prevention member and a sealing member are separately provided, the work load during construction can be reduced. If the interposing member 1 is provided between the joint frame 432 and the upper frame 11 and between the joint frame 432 and the lower frame 12, the wind flowing in the width direction W along the rails 14, 17 can be blocked. Therefore, for example, it is possible to prevent cold air or warm air from flowing in from the outside into the room. As a result, a fitting with excellent airtightness can be provided.

[0052] In the above-described embodiment, an example has been shown in which the interposition member 1 is attached to the upper frame 11, but as shown in Fig. 10 to Fig. 14, the interposition member 1A may also be attached to the lower frame 12. The interposition member 1A for the lower frame functions as a sealing member.

[0053] 10 and 11, an interposition member 1A is attached to the lower frame 12 between the two lower rails 14. The interposition member 1A is disposed below the joint frame 432 when the screens 20, 30 are in a closed state. Although not shown in the figures, the interposition member 1A is removably fixed to the lower frame 12 by using a lock pin 90.

[0054] 12 and 13, the lower frame interposition member 1A has a first protrusion 31, a plurality of seal portions 51A, 52A, 53A, and a second protrusion 32. Four seal portions 51A, 52A, 53A are provided on each of both sides in the width direction of the first protrusion 31A. As shown in Fig. 13, two second seal portions 52A are provided between the first seal portion 51A, which is the innermost in the width direction W, and the third seal portion 53A, which is the outermost in the width direction W.

[0055] 12, the first seal portion 51A and the second seal portion 52A are formed with a notch 54. The upper ends of the first seal portion 51A and the second seal portion 52A are provided with steps having different shapes.

[0056] The mounting portion 2 of the interposed member 1A does not have a portion that protrudes outward in the width direction W from the second protrusion 32, unlike the interposed member 1 for the upper frame 11. The mounting surface 21 is provided with a locking projection 26 that protrudes downward. When the interposed member 1A is pressed into an engagement hole (not shown) in the lower frame 12, the interposed member 1A engages with the lower frame 12.

[0057] 14, by providing an interposition member 1A to the bottom frame 12, it is possible to block the flow paths of wind and dust in the bottom frame 12. The sliding window 100 can further improve its airtightness and dustproofness by providing an interposition member 1A to the bottom frame 12 in addition to the interposition member 1A to the upper frame 11. The interposition member 1A to the bottom frame 12 is not a required component.

[0058] In the above embodiment, the sliding window 100 having an outer and inner shoji screen is given as an example of a fixture, but the fixture is not limited to a sliding window. For example, the fixture may be a single flat window with one shoji screen provided within the frame, or a fixture with three or more shoji screens provided within the frame.

[0059] In the above-described embodiment, the interposing member 1 is an integrally molded product made of resin, but the sealing member is not limited to this configuration. For example, the sealing portion may be formed of a separate member. For example, the mounting portion, the first protrusion, and the second protrusion may be integrally molded from a hard resin, and the upper end of the sealing portion made of a soft resin may be fixed to the fixing portion. For example, the sealing portion may be made of mohair.

[0060] In the above-described embodiment, an example is shown in which the interposed member 1 is provided with the second protrusion 32. However, in order to provide the anti-fall-off function, it is sufficient for the interposed member 1 to be provided with the first protrusion 31, and the second protrusion 32 is not a required configuration.

[0061] In the above-described embodiment, an example has been shown in which the interposed member 1, 1A is detachably fixed to the upper frame 11 or the lower frame 12 using the lock pin 90, but the fixing structure of the interposed member to the frame body is not limited to the lock pin. For example, a known screw or the like may be used.

[0062] The above-described embodiments are illustrative and are not limited to the scope of the disclosure. The above-described embodiments can be implemented in various other forms, and various omissions, substitutions, and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the disclosure. These embodiments and their modifications are included in the scope of the claims and their equivalents. [Explanation of symbols]
