Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a piping design support device. [Background technology]
[0002] When connecting a new pipeline to an existing pipeline (existing pipeline or designed pipeline) for water supply or sewerage, the new pipeline must be laid according to the environment of the area to be laid. For example, if there are unconfirmed buried objects as obstacles in the area to be laid, the laying route of the new pipeline, which was designed in advance, must be updated on-site to a detour pipe using irregular pipes such as bent pipes or straight pipes, for example, a hidden pipe.
[0003] Specifically, if an unidentified buried object is found on-site during construction, it is necessary to arrange and lay curved or other irregular pipes to avoid it and proceed with the piping work. However, designing detour piping such as hidden piping is a time-consuming task even for experienced designers, as it requires ensuring an appropriate distance from obstacles, and so it is not something that can be handled quickly and easily on-site.
[0004] Patent Document 1 discloses a method for designing piping for connecting one pipeline and another pipeline, which comprises preparing a plurality of types of piping patterns each composed of a plurality of pipes that can be arranged between the one pipeline and the other pipeline, selecting an arbitrary piping pattern corresponding to the installation conditions of the one pipeline and the other pipeline, and determining specifications for the selected piping pattern and the plurality of pipes that compose this piping pattern according to the installation conditions of the one pipeline and the other pipeline.
[0005] This piping design method is used in a piping design support device that includes a database that stores map information of the target installation area and data on various pipe materials, and a computer with CAD functionality that creates pipe layout diagrams of the pipeline to be installed in the target installation area using pipe materials selected from the database. [0006] [Patent Document 1] JP 2007-328550 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0007] However, in a piping design support device using the piping design method disclosed in Patent Document 1, it is necessary to select one of several types of piping patterns prepared in advance, and it is not always possible to design an appropriate pipeline to detour around various obstacles found at the installation site.
[0008] We have explained the issues involved in responding to on-site issues using an existing pipeline as an example. However, when designing a new pipeline to connect to a designed pipeline, if there are buried objects that may be obstructions in the area where the pipeline is to be laid, it is similarly difficult to design a detour that can flexibly respond to such situations using the conventional piping design support device described above.
[0009] In view of the above-mentioned problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a piping design support device that can quickly and appropriately design a detour pipeline in accordance with the size and position of an obstacle buried underground. [Means for solving the problem]
[0010] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, a first characteristic configuration of a piping design support device according to the present invention is a piping design support device for updating a laying route of a new pipeline to be connected to an existing pipeline, comprising: a guide screen generation unit that generates a guide screen for providing detour design information required to generate a detour route that detours around an obstacle when an obstacle is present on the previously set laying route; a detour design information input processing unit that displays the guide screen generated by the guide screen generation unit to prompt input of the detour design information; a detour route generation processing unit that generates and displays the detour route based on the detour design information input by the detour design information input processing unit; Detour a laying route update processing unit that updates the original laying route using the detour route generated by the route generation processing unit. a reference plane according to the state of the detour route is set in advance, and the detour design information guided by the guidance screen includes obstacle location information indicating a relative position of the obstacle with respect to the reference plane, detour route location information indicating a relative position of the detour route that includes at least one bending point and can avoid the obstacle, relative to the reference plane, and pipe type information including at least an angle and joint information of a curved pipe that constitutes the detour route. It's at the point.
[0011] The guidance screen generated by the guidance screen generation unit is displayed via the detour design information input processing unit. The detour design information required to generate a detour route that detours around an obstacle is presented to the operator, who is the designer, via the guidance screen, so the operator only needs to obtain and input the necessary detour design information. The detour route generation processing unit automatically generates and displays a detour route based on the input detour design information, allowing the operator to visually confirm the detour route. If there are no problems, the original laying route is updated to the detour route by the laying route update processing unit. In other words, by inputting the necessary information in the detour design information field displayed on the guidance screen, a detour pipeline can be obtained quickly and appropriately.
[0012] moreover, The detour route must be different depending on the obstacle. For example, if the obstacle is buried shallowly, a hidden piping is used, in which the pipe is laid below the obstacle, if the obstacle is buried deep, a top piping is used, in which the pipe is laid above the obstacle, and if the obstacle is buried vertically, a switch piping is used, which bypasses the obstacle horizontally. There is also a twist piping, which combines hidden or top piping with a switch piping to bypass the obstacle diagonally, combining both the depth direction and the horizontal direction.
[0013] A predetermined reference plane is set corresponding to each aspect of the detour route. When the detour design information includes obstacle location information indicating the relative position of the obstacle with respect to the reference plane, detour route location information indicating the relative position of the detour route that includes at least one bending point and can avoid the obstacle with respect to the reference plane, and pipe type information including at least the angle and joint information of the curved pipes that constitute the detour route, the installation position of the detour route is determined based on the reference plane.
[0014] Same number two The characteristic configuration of the above oneIn addition to the characteristic configuration described above, the detour route generation processing unit calculates the route length of the detour route based on the detour design information, and generates the detour route by placing the curved pipe at the bend point of the detour route and placing straight pipes and cut pipes in the section excluding the curved pipe.
[0015] Based on the detour design information set for each type of detour route, the specific detour route, i.e., the route length, the angle and type of joint of the curved pipe at the bending point, and the number and length of straight pipes and cut pipes other than the curved pipes, are determined.
[0016] Same number three The characteristic configuration of the above two In addition to the characteristic configuration described above, the detour route generation processing unit outputs a warning to an operator when the length of the cut pipe that constitutes the detour route is shorter than a predetermined minimum length, and prompts the operator to update the detour design information.
[0017] When the length of the cut pipe included in the generated specific detour route is shorter than a specified minimum length, a warning is output so that the operator can recognize it, and the operator who recognizes the warning can update the detour design information and generate a new detour route.
[0018] Same number four The characteristic configuration of the above one From three In addition to any one of the characteristic configurations described above, when the detour route is a turnaround or overhead route, the reference plane is set on the ground, when the detour route is a cutting route, the reference plane is set on a vertical plane perpendicular to the ground, and when the detour route is a twisting route, the reference plane is set on an inclined plane at an arbitrary angle to the ground or to a vertical plane perpendicular to the ground.
[0019] In overturned piping and over-top piping, the reference plane is set on the ground, in switch piping, the reference plane is set on a specified vertical plane, and in twisted piping, the reference plane is set on an inclined plane at an arbitrary angle to the ground or a vertical plane perpendicular to the ground, and for each reference plane, obstacle location information, detour route location information, and pipe type information including the angle of the curved pipe and joint information are set. Effect of the Invention
[0020] As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a piping design support device that can quickly and appropriately design a detour pipeline in accordance with the size and position of an obstacle buried underground. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0022] Hereinafter, a piping design support device according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 shows a functional block configuration of a piping design support device 10. The piping design support device 10 is composed of a tablet computer equipped with a liquid crystal display type display unit 10A and a touch panel type input unit 10B.
[0023] The control board contained in the main body is equipped with a CPU, a memory unit 16, an input / output circuit, a communication interface circuit, etc., and the function of the piping design support device 10 is realized by executing an application program stored in the memory unit 16 by the CPU.
[0024] That is, the piping design support device 10 includes a pipe layout drawing generating unit 11, a storage unit 16, a communication processing unit 17, a display processing unit 18, and an input processing unit 19. The communication processing unit 17 wirelessly connects to an external database 20, and has a function of acquiring piping information such as existing pipe layout drawings, maps, pipe parts, and other information required for piping design from the database 20, and storing newly designed piping information. The display processing unit 18 controls the display of required information via the display unit 10A, and the input processing unit 19 controls the processing of information operated via the input unit 10B.
[0025] The pipe layout drawing generation unit 11 is a functional block that automatically generates a pipe layout drawing (see Figure 2(b)) of a pipeline (the pipeline is called a planned line) that connects multiple intersections IP (IP1, IP2, IP3, IP4 in Figure 2(a)) that extend from a start point to an end point specified on a road on a map displayed on the display unit 10A, and passes through selectively specified passing instruction points CP (CP in Figure 2(a)) between each intersection IP.
[0026] As shown in Fig. 3, the pipe layout diagram generating unit 11 displays a road map on a map layer in accordance with an operator's operation (SA1), and sets intersections IP and necessary passing indicator points CP on a pipe diagram layer that is superimposed on the map layer (SA2). The passing indicator points CP are specified when laying a pipe so as to draw a gentle curve along a road.
[0027] The special-shaped pipes to be placed at each intersection point IP are selected from the database 20 and placed (SA3), and the number of straight pipes to be placed between each intersection point IP and the length of the special-shaped pipes are calculated and placed (SA4). The number of straight pipes is calculated by dividing the length between adjacent intersection points IP by the length of one straight pipe, and the length of the cut pipes is calculated as the remainder. A pipe division diagram is generated by bending and placing straight pipes within a predetermined allowable angle range so that they pass through the passing instruction point CP (SA5). In this way, the attributes and installation positions (coordinates) of each pipe to be laid along the planned line are listed and stored in the memory unit 16 together with the pipe division diagram (SA6).
[0028] Although not described in detail, in order to allow the operator to easily operate the system, the display unit 10A displays selectable operation commands such as specifying an intersection point IP, specifying a passing point CP, and arranging pipes, and the operator can switch to an intersection point IP specification mode or a passing point CP specification mode by touching the corresponding display area, and can input the intersection point IP or the passing point CP by touching a predetermined position on the road map. In addition, when placing a special-shaped pipe at the intersection point IP, a selection branch for special-shaped pipes is displayed, and the special-shaped pipe to be placed is specified by the operator touching the corresponding display area. An operation interface is constructed so that the operator can automatically generate a pipe division drawing by selecting an operation command displayed on the display unit 10A.
[0029] At the construction site, the work of laying new pipes is carried out so as to connect the new pipes to the existing pipes according to the pipe division diagram displayed on the display unit 10A. However, unexpected and unidentified buried objects may be found underground, and such buried objects may become obstacles and prevent the pipes from being laid according to the pipe division diagram. For example, when laying a water supply pipe, it may interfere with an existing gas pipe, or with a manhole or sewer pipe.
[0030] In preparation for such cases, the pipe layout plan generating unit 11 is provided with the following functional blocks: a guide screen generating unit 12, a detour design information input processing unit 13, a detour route generating process 14, and a pipe laying route update processing unit 15.
[0031] The guidance screen generating unit 12 generates a guidance screen for providing detour design information required for generating a detour route that detours around an obstacle. The detour design information input processing unit 13 displays the guidance screen generated by the guidance screen generating unit 12 to prompt the operator to input the detour design information.
[0032] The detour route generation processor 14 generates and displays a detour route based on the detour design information input by the detour design information input processor 13. The cable laying route update processor 15 updates the original cable laying route with the detour route generated by the detour route generation processor 14, or adds a new cable laying route.
[0033] 4(a) to (c) show the configuration of the detour route. The symbol G indicates the ground, the symbol O indicates an obstacle, and the symbol DR indicates the detour route. FIG. 4(a) shows a dip-over piping (also simply called "dip-over") in which the detour route DR is set below an underground obstacle O, FIG. 4(b) shows an over-top piping in which the detour route DR is set above an underground obstacle O, and FIG. 4(c) shows a bypass piping in which the detour route DR is set horizontally to the underground obstacle O. In addition, there is a twist piping that combines a dip-over piping and a bypass piping, or a over-top piping and a bypass piping. A twist piping is a piping that bypasses an obstacle O from diagonally above or diagonally below.
[0034] 5 shows a procedure for designing a detouring pipe using the pipe design support device 10. This is a procedure for designing a detouring pipe when an unidentified underground object is found during excavation work at a pipe installation site and the underground object becomes an obstacle to the installation of a new pipe.
[0035] Pipeline diagrams of the existing and new pipelines are displayed on the display unit 10A, and as the installation work progresses (SB1), if an obstacle is discovered, the operator, who is the designer, determines the condition of the obstacle based on the measurements of its size and buried depth (SB2).
[0036] If the operator determines that an obstacle interferes with the designed piping route or sufficient clearance cannot be secured and a detour route needs to be generated, the operator selects (touches) the existing piping that is the starting point of the detour route displayed on display unit 10A, and touches the display area of the detour route generation command displayed on the command display unit (SB2, Y).
[0037] When the detour route generation command is executed, a detour route type selection screen is displayed on the display unit 10A, and the operator selects one of a plurality of display parts indicating the detour route type (SB3). In this embodiment, a case where the inverted piping is selected will be described, but similar processing is also performed when another detour route type is selected.
[0038] The guidance screen generation unit 12 is started and a guidance screen corresponding to the inverted piping is generated (SB4), the detour design information input processing unit 13 displays the guidance screen on the display unit 10A, and the operator inputs the detour design information (SB5).
[0039] The detour route automatically generated by the detour route generation processor 14 based on the input detour design information is displayed on the display unit 10A (SB6), allowing the operator to visually confirm the detour route via the display unit 10A. If there are no problems (SB7, OK), the original laying route is updated to the detour route by the laying route update processor 15 (SB8). If there are problems (SB7, NG), a warning is displayed on the display unit 10A and the process returns to step SB5). In other words, by inputting the necessary information into the detour design information field displayed on the guidance screen, a detour pipeline can be obtained quickly and appropriately.
[0040] FIG. 6 shows an example of a guidance screen corresponding to a hidden piping. The detour design information displayed on the guidance screen includes obstacle location information indicating the relative position of the obstacle with respect to a reference plane according to the nature of the detour route, detour route location information indicating the relative position of a detour route that includes at least one bend point and can avoid the obstacle relative to the reference plane, and pipe type information including the angle and joint information of at least the curved pipes that make up the detour route.
[0041] The mode of the detour route needs to be different depending on the obstacle, and a reference plane is set as a reference for this. When the mode of the detour route is underpassing or overpassing, the reference plane is set to the ground G, when the mode of the detour route is turning, the reference plane is set to a vertical plane V perpendicular to the ground, and when the mode of the detour route is twisting, the reference plane is set to an inclined plane at an arbitrary angle θ with respect to the ground G or the vertical plane V perpendicular to the ground. The angle θ is set by the operator.
[0042] As shown in Fig. 6, an input field for detour design information is located at the top of the guidance screen, and a guide field for detour design information related to the detour route is located at the bottom of the guidance screen. The operator visually checks the variables H1, H2, L, a, b, etc. displayed in the guide field, and inputs the corresponding numerical values into the input fields.
[0043] As shown in Fig. 4(a), the hidden pipe is a pipe that bypasses the obstacle O by arranging two curved pipes on the upstream and downstream sides of the obstacle O along the pipe laying direction and connecting the curved pipes using straight pipes and cut pipes. For such hidden pipes, the depth H3 from the ground to the bottom of the obstacle and the width or outer diameter W of the pipe in the laying direction are input as obstacle location information, and the soil cover of the existing pipeline from which the pipe is connected (soil cover in front of the obstacle as seen from the starting point of the design) H1, the soil cover of the pipeline after the bypass (soil cover after bypassing the obstacle) H2, the distance L from the end of the existing pipe to the obstacle O along the laying direction, the distance a in the depth direction between the obstacle O and the hidden pipe, and the length b between the obstacle O and the curved pipe located at the deepest part of the hidden pipe are input as detour route location information. These values may be preset by the owner.
[0044] Furthermore, the nominal diameter, curved pipe angles θ1, θ2, and connection mode (specifically, distinction between inlet-receiving port, receiving port-inserting port, receiving port-receiving port (double receiving pipe)) are specified as pipe attributes of the four curved pipes. The connection mode can be selected taking into consideration the inventory of curved pipes held at the construction site. The curved pipe angle θ1 is the angle of the two curved pipes upstream of obstacle O, and the curved pipe angle θ2 is the angle of the two curved pipes downstream of obstacle O, with the angle θ1 of the two upstream curved pipes being inputted with the same value, and the angle θ2 of the two downstream curved pipes being inputted with the same value. However, it is also possible to input different values for angle θ1 and angle θ2.
[0045] When the operator finishes inputting the detour design information and touches the command display area that says “Apply and execute” (see FIG. 6), the detour route generation processing unit 14 first calculates the coordinates of a point (shown by a white circle in FIG. 7) that is determined from the positional relationship between the pipe and the obstacle O, regardless of the values of the angles θ1 and θ2 of the curved pipe.
[0046] As shown in Figure 7, the coordinates of the design base point, which is the connection point with the existing pipe Ps, are calculated as (0, 0-H1-D2 / 2), the coordinates of the curved pipe located below the upstream side of the obstacle O as (Lb, 0-H3-a-D2 / 2), the coordinates of the curved pipe located below the downstream side of the obstacle O as (L+W+b, 0-H3-a-D2 / 2), and the coordinates of the design end point as (X_end, 0-H2-D2 / 2). Here, the intersection of the vertical line of the design base point and the ground is the origin, the vertical line is the Y axis, and the direction of laying the pipe along the ground is the X axis. D2 is the outer diameter of the pipe, and X_end is the position where two straight pipes are placed (the number of pipes is not particularly limited).
[0047] The detour route generation processor 14 then calculates unset coordinates, taking into account the angles θ1 and θ2 of the curved pipe that have been input. Based on the coordinates of the points indicated by the black circles in Fig. 8 that have been calculated previously and the angles θ1 and θ2 of the curved pipe, the detour route generation processor 14 calculates the coordinates of the positions indicated by the white circles, that is, the coordinates of the curved pipe located above the upstream side of the obstacle O and the curved pipe located above the downstream side.
[0048] As shown in Figure 9(a), the detour route generation processing unit 14 calculates the lengths L1, L2, L3, and L4 of each section based on the coordinates of each calculated point, and then, as shown in Figure 9(b), places the curved pipes specified in the detour design information.
[0049] 9(c), the detour route generation processor 14 calculates the number of straight pipes and the length of cut pipes to be placed between the design base point, which is the connection point with the existing pipe Ps, and the design end point based on the lengths L1, L2, L3, and L4 of each section and the lengths of the curved pipes, and places them between the design base point and the design end point. In this way, the hidden pipe is automatically generated.
[0050] The detour route generation processing unit 14 evaluates whether the inverted piping generated in this manner meets predetermined evaluation criteria, and if it does not meet the criteria, displays a warning to that effect and prompts the user to re-enter the detour design information.
[0051] For example, if there is a point in the piping where the pipes are connected in a spigot-spigot manner, a splice ring is required, and a warning to that effect is issued. Also, if the length of the cut pipe that constitutes the detour route is shorter than a predetermined minimum length, construction will be difficult, and a warning to that effect is issued.
[0052] In the above embodiment, a case has been described in which there is a connection with the existing pipe Ps on the upstream side of the obstacle O. However, even if there is a connection with the existing pipe Ps on both the upstream side and the downstream side of the obstacle O, by inputting the coordinates of the downstream connection, the straight pipe and cut pipe lengths can be calculated in the same manner as described above, and a bypass pipeline can be designed by applying a joint to the connection.
[0053] In other words, the detour route generation processing unit 14 calculates the route length of the detour route based on the detour design information, arranges curved pipes at the bending points of the detour route, arranges straight pipes and cut pipes in the sections other than the curved pipes, and generates the detour route by outputting a warning to the operator when the length of the cut pipes constituting the detour route is shorter than a predetermined minimum length, and prompts the operator to update the detour design information. When the operator recognizes the warning and updates the detour design information, a new detour route can be generated. Any of the obstacle location information, detour route location information, and pipe type information of the curved pipe will be changed.
[0054] The above has been an explanation of the overtop piping, but in the case of overtop piping, instead of the depth H3 from the ground to the bottom of the obstacle, the depth H3 from the ground to the top of the obstacle is input as the obstacle location information, and the distance a in the depth direction between the obstacle O and the overtop piping and the length b between the obstacle O and the curved pipe located at the shallowest part of the overtop piping are input as the detour route location information. The evaluation criterion for overtop piping is added that the soil covering of the straight pipe placed at the shallowest part of the overtop piping must be at least a specified depth.
[0055] Furthermore, when the detour route is a turning route, the obstacle location information and the detour route location information are set with respect to a reference plane set on a vertical plane perpendicular to the ground. In this case, the reference plane may be defined by the horizontal distance from the obstacle O. When the detour route is a twisting route, it is preferable to set the inclination angle of the reference plane so that it is aligned with the longitudinal direction of the obstacle O, for example.
[0056] Although the above description has been given of a piping design support device that generates a detour route during installation work such as connecting a new pipe to an existing pipe at a construction site, the above-mentioned piping design support device can also be used in a design office, etc., to generate a detour route to avoid known obstacles that exist underground when designing a new pipe to be connected to an already designed pipe. In other words, the piping design support device according to the present invention is a piping design support device that updates the installation route of a new pipeline to be connected to existing pipelines including existing pipelines and designed pipelines.
[0057] The piping design support device 10 can be configured as a mobile device such as a smartphone or a laptop computer, in addition to a tablet computer. The piping design support device 10 may be configured in such a manner that all or some of the functional blocks of the pipe layout diagram generating unit 11, which is a functional block constructed in the mobile device, are embodied in conjunction with a cloud server, or may be configured as a stand-alone type in which the functional blocks operate solely on the mobile device. Even in the case of a stand-alone type, it is preferable that information on the generated detour route is stored in a database 20 via a communication processing unit 17, or uploaded to a server computer for managing the laid pipeline.
[0058] The above-described embodiment shows one aspect of the present invention, and the technical scope of the present invention is not limited based on the description. It goes without saying that the present invention can be appropriately modified and designed within the scope in which the effects of the present invention are achieved. [Explanation of symbols]
