[0023] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail. The embodiments described with reference to the drawings are merely illustrative. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail.
[0024] In addition, in the description of the present disclosure, the orientations or positional relationships indicated by the terms "center," "longitudinal," "lateral," "length," "width," "thickness," "up," "down," "front," "rear," "left," "right," "vertical," "horizontal," "top," "bottom," "inner," "outer," "clockwise," "counterclockwise," "axial direction," "radial direction," "circumferential direction," and the like are based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are merely intended to easily explain and simplify the present disclosure, and do not indicate or suggest that the illustrated devices or parts must have a specific orientation and be configured and operate in a specific orientation, and therefore should not be understood as limiting the present disclosure.
[0025] In the context of this disclosure, "plurality" means two or more.
[0026] Hereinafter, a motor controller 1 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0027] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 7, a motor controller 1 according to the present disclosure includes a box 100, a low voltage control unit 200, a drive unit 300, and a power unit 400.
[0028] Within the box 100, a low voltage control layer 110, a drive layer 120, and a power layer 130 are defined, which are stacked in this order. A low voltage control unit 200 is disposed on the low voltage control layer 110. A drive unit 300 is disposed on the drive layer 120. A power unit 400 is disposed on the power layer 130. The portion of the box 100 located between the low voltage control layer 110 and the drive layer 120 is an electromagnetic shield.
[0029] For example, the operating voltage of the low voltage control unit 200 is 6V to 12V, for example 8V. The operating power of the power unit 400 is 600uF to 800uF. The electromagnetic shield may be made of a metal material. The low voltage control layer 110, the driving layer 120 and the power layer 130 are installed at intervals along the vertical direction of the box 100, and the driving layer 120 is located between the low voltage control layer 110 and the power layer 130, in other words, the low voltage control layer 110, the driving layer 120 and the power layer 130 are arranged in order along the vertical direction. The operating voltage of the driving unit 300 is much higher than the operating voltage of the low voltage control unit 200, and the operating power of the power unit 400 is higher than the operating power of the driving unit 300 and the operating power of the low voltage control unit 200.
[0030] In the motor controller 1 according to the embodiment of the present disclosure, a low voltage control layer 110, a drive layer 120, and a power layer 130 are defined within a box 100, which are stacked in this order. A low voltage control unit 200 is disposed on the low voltage control layer 110. A drive unit 300 is disposed on the drive layer 120. A portion of the box 100 located between the low voltage control layer 110 and the drive layer 120 is an electromagnetic shield. Since the operating voltage of the drive unit 300 is much higher than the operating voltage of the low voltage control unit 200, the drive unit 300 is Low-pressure control layer 110 The low-voltage control unit 200 has strong electromagnetic interference against the driving unit 300. Therefore, by hierarchically installing the low-voltage control unit 200 and the driving unit 300, the distance between the low-voltage control unit 200 and the driving unit 300 is increased, improving the electromagnetic compatibility (Electronic Magnetic Compatibility, EMC) between the low-voltage control unit 200 and the driving unit 300, and by installing an electromagnetic shield between the low-voltage control unit 200 and the driving unit 300, it is possible to prevent radiation interference of the driving unit 300. The interference signal of the driving unit 300 is attenuated by the electromagnetic shield before reaching the low-voltage control unit 200. In this way, the electromagnetic compatibility between the low-voltage control unit 200 and the driving unit 300 is further improved, the anti-interference ability is improved, and the external radiation intensity is reduced.
[0031] In addition, the power unit 400 is installed in the power layer 130. As can be understood, the operating power of the power unit 400 is much higher than the operating power of the low-voltage control unit 200 and the operating power of the drive unit 300. Therefore, the volume of the power unit 400 is much larger than the volume of the low-voltage control unit 200 and the volume of the drive unit 300. The power unit 400 is disposed alone in one layer of the box 100. The power unit 400 having a large volume may be disposed uniformly. The stacked structure of the motor controller 1 can be combined to improve the compactness of the motor controller 1 and greatly reduce the volume of the motor controller 1, which is advantageous for miniaturization of the motor controller 1.
[0032] In this way, the motor controller 1 according to the embodiment of the present disclosure has the advantages of compact structure, good electromagnetic compatibility, high anti-interference ability, low external radiation strength, etc.
[0033] According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in FIG. 3, the box 100 includes a first box 140, a second box 150, a first cover plate 160, and a second cover plate 170.
[0034] The first cover plate 160 is attached to one side of the first box 140 and defines the low voltage control layer 110 together with the first box 140, and the second box 150 is attached to the other side of the first box 140 and defines the driving layer 120 together with the first box 140. The second cover plate 170 is attached to the side of the second box 150 facing away from the first box 140 and defines the power layer 130 together with the second box 150. The electromagnetic shield is formed on the side of the first box 140 facing the second box 150. In this way, the volume of the motor controller 1 is ensured to be small, and the structural stability of the entire motor controller 1 is improved.
[0035] For example, the first cover plate 160 is attached above the first box 140. The second box 150 is attached below the first box 140. The second cover plate 170 is attached below the second box 150. The electromagnetic shield is formed below the first box 140. The second cover plate 170 is provided with a plurality of openwork portions so as to reduce the weight of the entire motor controller 1 and reduce costs.
[0036] 4 , the low voltage control unit 200 includes a low voltage integrated control board 210, a bleeder resistor 220, and a low voltage plug terminal 230. The low voltage integrated control board 210 is installed in the first box 140. The bleeder resistor 220 is installed in the first box 140. The low voltage plug terminal 230 is installed on the low voltage integrated control board 210 and exposed from the first cover plate 160.
[0037] 4, low-voltage plug terminal 230 of low-voltage control unit 200 is located at the rear of first box 140, in the left rear region of low-voltage control unit 200, and above low-voltage control unit 200, and is connected to low-voltage control unit 200. Bleeder resistor 220 is located at the right front of low-voltage control unit 200.
[0038] For example, the low-voltage integrated control board 210 is electrically connected to a vehicle controller (Vehicle control unit, VCU) via a low-voltage plug terminal 230, and controls the operation of the vehicle motor based on a signal from the vehicle controller. The bleeder resistor 220 consumes energy stored in a capacitor element in the motor controller 1 when the vehicle is parked, etc. It takes 2 to 3 minutes to release the energy stored in the capacitor element. This prevents a user from getting an electric shock when removing the motor controller 1, and improves the reliability of the motor controller 1.
[0039] According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in FIG. 7 , the power unit 400 includes a boost circuit installed in the second box 150, a DC connector 410 connected to the boost circuit and protruding from the second box 150, and a power distribution connector 420 connected to the boost circuit and protruding from the second box 150.
[0040] According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the boost circuit includes a capacitor 430 with an integrated third magnetic ring and an inductor 440 .
[0041] According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the boost circuit includes a capacitor 430 with an integrated Y-capacitor and an inductor 440 .
[0042] According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the boost circuit includes a capacitor 430 that is an integrated Y-capacitor with a third magnetic ring, and an inductor 440.
[0043] 7, the inductor 440 is located in a central region of the lower surface of the second box 150. The capacitor 430 surrounds the inductor 440 along the circumferential direction of the inductor 440. The DC connector 410 is located in a right rear region of the lower surface of the second box 150. The power distribution connector 420 is located in a right front region of the lower surface of the second box 150.
[0044] For example, the capacitor 430 may be a thin film capacitor. A bus capacitor and a boost capacitor are further integrated into the capacitor 430. The bleeder resistor 220 mainly consumes the electric energy in the bus capacitor. The boost capacitor and the inductor 440 constitute the boost circuit. The DC connector 410 is connected to a power source in the vehicle. The boost circuit is respectively connected to the DC connector 410 and the power distribution connector 420. The electric energy of the power source passes through the DC connector 410 and then flows to the boost circuit, and the voltage is further increased by the boost circuit before flowing to the power distribution connector 420, which can supply power to an electric device (e.g., an air conditioner) of the vehicle.
[0045] In addition, the Y capacitor and the third magnetic ring are installed at the DC inlet of the capacitor 430. As can be understood, there exists electromagnetic interference between DC and AC. The Y capacitor can suppress common mode interference. The third magnetic ring can improve the anti-interference ability of the capacitor 430. In this way, the electromagnetic compatibility of the motor controller 1 is further improved. In addition, the DC connector 410 and the power distribution connector 420 are installed at both ends of the motor controller 1, respectively, which also prevents electromagnetic interference from occurring between the current in the DC connector 410 and the current in the power distribution connector 420, and further improves the electromagnetic compatibility of the motor controller 1.
[0046] According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in FIG. 5 , the drive unit 300 includes a first IGBT module assembly and a second IGBT module assembly installed in the second box 150, and a DC hole 350 and an AC hole 360 installed in the second box 150.
[0047] The motor controller 1 further includes a first magnetic ring 370 and a second magnetic ring 380. The first IGBT module assembly includes a first IGBT module 310 and a first driving plate 330 connected to the low voltage control unit 200 by a first signal line 240. The first magnetic ring 370 is sleeved to the first signal line 240. The second IGBT module assembly includes a second IGBT module 320 and a second driving plate 340 connected to the low voltage control unit 200 by a second signal line 250. The second magnetic ring 380 is sleeved to the second signal line 250.
[0048] As shown in FIG. 5, the first IGBT module assembly and the second IGBT module assembly are installed at a distance from each other along the front-rear direction. The first signal line 240 is attached to the first driving plate 330 and is located in the rear area of the first driving plate 330. The second signal line 250 is attached to the second driving plate 340 and is located in the rear area of the second driving plate 340. The first IGBT module 310 is located on the left side of the first driving plate 330. The second IGBT module 320 is located on the left side of the second driving plate 340. The first magnetic ring 370 is sleeved on the first signal line 240 and is located above the first driving plate 330. The second magnetic ring 380 is sleeved on the second signal line 250 and is located above the second driving plate 340. The AC hole 360 and the DC hole 350 are both located on the left side of the first IGBT module assembly and the second IGBT module assembly. The AC hole 360 is located in front of the DC hole 350. Also, as shown in Fig. 7, a part of the AC hole 360 is located on the lower surface of the second box 150, on the left side of the inductor 440, and between the DC connector 410 and the power distribution connector 420 in the front-rear direction.
[0049] For example, the DC hole 350 collects DC signals between the capacitor 430 and the two IGBT module assemblies. The AC hole 360 collects AC signals between the three-phase output terminals of the two IGBT modules and the capacitor 430. As shown in FIG. 5, at least a portion of the capacitor 430 extends to the driving layer 120 so as to be connected to the two IGBT module assemblies, respectively. The DC hole 350 and the AC hole 360 are result The motor parameters are adjusted and controlled based on the feedback to ensure the normal operation of the vehicle.
[0050] The first signal line 240 and the second signal line 250 may both be PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) lines. The magnetic ring can improve the anti-interference capability of the circuit and suppress noise, so that the first magnetic ring 370 and the second magnetic ring 380 can further prevent the high voltage interference of the driving unit 300 from being coupled to the low voltage integrated control board 210, and further improve the EMC of the motor controller 1.
[0051] The motor controller 1 further includes a three-phase wire injection molded part 620 and a three-phase wire cover 640. The three-phase wire injection molded part 620 includes: 2 IGBT modules The three-phase wire injection molding part 620 fixes the copper bus bar of the three-phase output of the motor controller 1. The three-phase wire injection molding part 620 is an insulator, so that it can reduce the high voltage of the copper bus bar flowing to the box 100, and prevent the high voltage of the motor controller 1 from being connected to other parts of the vehicle, thereby not only improving the safety of use of the motor controller 1 but also reducing the external radiation intensity of the motor controller 1. As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the three-phase wire cover 640 constitutes a three-phase socket of the motor controller 1. The motor of the vehicle can be electrically connected to the motor controller 1 through the three-phase socket constituted by the three-phase wire cover 640.
[0052] According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in FIG. 6, the box 100 is located between the drive layer 120 and the power layer 130 and includes a coolant passage 500 for dissipating heat from the drive unit 300 and the power unit 400.
[0053] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the coolant passage 500 is installed in the second box 150. The second box 150 includes the coolant passage 500 that is integrally molded with the second box 150 by friction welding during manufacturing. Compared to the related art in which the second box 150 is manufactured separately and then a water passage plate is attached to define the cooling water passage, the assembly flow is simplified, production efficiency is improved, and the structural stability between the coolant passage 500 and the second box 150 is higher.
[0054] The first IGBT module assembly and the second IGBT module assembly in the drive unit 300 generate heat during the operation process. The coolant (e.g., water) in the coolant passage 500 can improve the heat dissipation efficiency of the first IGBT module assembly and the second IGBT module assembly, ensure the operation efficiency of the first IGBT module assembly and the second IGBT module assembly, and prevent the first IGBT module assembly and the second IGBT module assembly from being damaged due to overheating. The capacitor 430 and the inductor 440 in the power unit 400 also generate heat. The coolant (e.g., water) in the coolant passage 500 can improve the heat dissipation efficiency of the capacitor 430 and the inductor 440, ensure the operation efficiency of the capacitor 430 and the inductor 440, and prevent the capacitor 430 and the inductor 440 from being damaged due to overheating. In this way, the reliability of the motor controller 1 is improved.
[0055] In this way, the coolant passage 500 can simultaneously dissipate heat from four components, namely the two IGBT module assemblies, the capacitor 430 and the inductor 440, greatly improving the space utilization rate of the motor controller 1, reducing the volume of the coolant passage 500, and improving the integration level of the motor controller 1, thereby favoring the miniaturization of the motor controller 1.
[0056] 6 , the motor controller 1 further includes a liquid inlet pipe 510 connected to one end of the refrigerant passage 500 and a liquid outlet pipe 520 connected to the other end of the refrigerant passage 500. The liquid inlet pipe 510 and the liquid outlet pipe 520 are installed on two opposing side walls of the box 100, respectively.
[0057] For example, the refrigerant passage 500 extends along the length of the motor controller 1. The two IGBT module assemblies are installed at intervals along the length of the refrigerant passage 500. The length of each IGBT module assembly is the same as the length of the refrigerant passage 500. The liquid injection pipe 510 and the liquid discharge pipe 520 are installed to facilitate timely and continuous replacement of the refrigerant in the refrigerant passage 500, and ensure the cooling efficiency of the refrigerant passage 500. In addition, the liquid injection pipe 510 and the liquid discharge pipe 520 are located at both ends of the length of the refrigerant passage 500. In this way, the flow direction of the refrigerant in the refrigerant passage 500 is the same as the arrangement direction of the two IGBT module assemblies, and the refrigerant flows sufficiently through the two IGBT module assemblies, thereby ensuring the contact area between the refrigerant and the two IGBT module assemblies and further improving the heat dissipation effect.
[0058] Hereinafter, a vehicle 1000 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the drawings. The vehicle 1000 includes a motor controller 1 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0059] 1 to 8, the motor controller 1 further includes a movable support leg 610 that can be removed from the box 100, and a positioning pin 630. The motor controller 1 can be attached to different types of vehicles 1000 by replacing the movable support leg 610, improving the applicability of the motor controller 1. In addition, the motor controller 1 improves the stability of the connection with the vehicle 1000 by the positioning pin 630.
[0060] The vehicle 1000 according to the embodiment of the present disclosure has advantages such as a compact structure, good electromagnetic compatibility, high interference resistance, low external radiation strength, and high space utilization rate due to the motor controller 1 according to the embodiment of the present disclosure.
