Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a fastener for mounting an installation body in an uninterrupted flow state within a housing that is attached by being externally fitted in a sealing manner to a fluid pipe. [Background technology]

[0002] Generally, there is a known construction method in which an installation body such as a shutoff valve or a switching valve device can be performed in an uninterrupted flow state by sealingly surrounding an existing fluid pipe such as a water supply or gas pipe with a housing, cutting the fluid pipe inside the housing, or removing the existing installation body, and then attaching a new installation body inserted into the fluid pipe to the housing. When attaching the installation body to the housing in such an uninterrupted flow state, a fixing device is known that makes it possible to attach the installation body to the housing even if the gap between the housing and the installation body is narrow.

[0003] For example, the fixture in Patent Document 1 is mainly composed of a fixing member having a long hole extending in the radial direction of the housing and a bolt (rod) extending from the installation body, and the rod is inserted into the long hole of the fixing member. This allows the installation body to be fixed to the housing by inserting the installation body into the housing from above, moving the fixing member in the outer diameter direction, and inserting it into a groove of the housing that is open in the inner diameter direction. [0004] [Patent Document 1] Patent No. 6556502 (pages 6-8, Figure 11) Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] In the fixing device of Patent Document 1, by inserting the installation body into the housing, even if the gap between the installation body and the housing is narrow and the distance from the opening of the housing to the fixing member is long, the fixing member can be moved by operating the fixing member using a jig. In addition, after moving the fixing member, the fixing member can be fixed by tightening the bolt. However, since the worker operates the fixing member and the bolt from a remote position and the visibility of the fixing device is poor, the fixing member is likely to be insufficiently inserted into the groove and the fixing member is likely to come off due to insufficient tightening of the bolt, and there is a risk that the installation body will tilt or come off from the housing without obtaining sufficient locking force.

[0006] The present invention has been made in response to such problems, and aims to provide a fixing device that can stably fix an installation object by holding a fixing member fully inserted into a groove in a housing. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] In order to solve the above problems, the fixing device of the present invention comprises: A fixture including a fixing member having a long hole extending in a radial direction of a housing that fits a fluid pipe, and a rod extending from an installation body installed in the housing and inserted into the long hole, the fixture fixing the installation body inserted into the housing from above by inserting the fixing member into a groove provided on an inner periphery of the housing, The device further includes a locking body that is movable up and down while being guided by the rod, The upper surface of the fixing member is formed with a recess on the inner diameter side of the long hole into which the locking body falls. According to this feature, by inserting the fixing member into the groove of the housing, the locking body falls into the recess of the fixing member, so that even if the fixing member tries to move in the direction of removal, it is restricted by the locking body and the rod body, so that the movement in the backward direction can be restricted. In addition, positioning is possible. As a result, even when working in an environment with poor visibility or when the gap between the housing and the installation body is narrow, the fixing member can be kept in a state where it is sufficiently inserted into the groove of the housing.

[0008] The recess is formed so that the locking body falls at a fixed position of the fixing member. According to this feature, it is possible to shorten the movement allowance required for moving the fixing member toward the groove of the housing in order to drop the engaging body into the recess.

[0009] The rod is characterized in that it is a bolt that can be screwed into the installation body. According to this feature, the axial movement of the locking body can be restricted by tightening the bolt, so that the locking piece can be prevented from moving in the direction of coming out of the recess.

[0010] The height dimension of the engaging body and the depth dimension of the recess are formed to be substantially the same. According to this feature, the bolt can be tightened until the head of the bolt comes into contact with the locking body, so that the movement of the locking piece can be restricted reliably. Also, since the axial dimensions of the rod and the locking body are shortened, the stress when a load is applied to the rod or the locking body can be reduced.

[0011] The locking body is characterized in that it is a round washer. According to this feature, even if the locking body rotates in the circumferential direction when the fixing member is inserted into the groove of the housing, the fixing member can be dropped into the recess.

[0012] The recess has an inner peripheral surface facing the inner diameter side of the long hole and conforming to the outer peripheral surface of the circular washer. According to this feature, it is easy to distribute the force acting when the inner peripheral surface of the recess comes into contact with the round washer. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0014] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS A fixing device according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. EXAMPLES

[0015] A fixing device according to an embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 1 to Fig. 9. In the following description, the upper side of Fig. 3 is the upper side of an installation body fixed to a housing using the fixing device, and the lower side of the same is the lower side of the same installation body.

[0016] As shown in Figures 1 to 4, the fixing device 1 of this embodiment is intended to fix a flow control valve 5 (see Figures 3 and 4) as an installation body inserted into an existing fluid pipe 2 as a fluid pipe, to a housing 4 that is hermetically attached to the outer peripheral surface of the existing fluid pipe 2.

[0017] Here, the existing fluid pipe 2 is made of, for example, ductile cast iron for water supply buried underground, is formed in a substantially circular cross section, and has an inner peripheral surface coated with an epoxy resin layer. The fluid pipe according to the present invention may be made of other metals such as cast iron and steel, or made of concrete, polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polyolefin, etc. The materials of the housing 4 and the flow control valve 5 may also be compatible with the above. Furthermore, the inner peripheral surface of the fluid pipe is not limited to an epoxy resin layer, and may be coated with, for example, mortar, or an appropriate material may be powder-coated on the inner peripheral surface of the fluid pipe.

[0018] In addition, in this embodiment, the fluid in the fluid pipe is drinking water, but it is not limited to drinking water in this embodiment, and may be, for example, industrial water, agricultural water, sewage, or a gas or a gas-liquid mixture of gas and liquid.

[0019] As shown in FIG. 1, the housing 4 is a so-called split T-shaped pipe, and is structured such that it is divided into an upper housing part 41 and a lower housing part 42 in the radial direction of the existing fluid pipe 2 (the vertical direction in this embodiment).

[0020] The upper part 41 of the housing is formed with a neck part 41a, a flange part 41b connected to the neck part 41a, and a housing opening part 41d connected to the flange part 41b and communicating with the inside of the housing.

[0021] Meanwhile, the lower housing part 42 has a bowl-shaped housing bottom part 42d, and a drain hole 42b is formed in the center of the housing bottom part 42d. A valve 49 can be connected to the drain hole 42b, and as described later, chips generated when the existing fluid pipe 2 is cut can be discharged together with the fluid from the drain hole 42b by operating the valve 49.

[0022] In this embodiment, the housing is described as having an upper portion 41 and a lower portion 42, but the direction in which the housing is divided is not limited to being vertical, and may be, for example, horizontal or inclined at a predetermined angle. The number of divisions may be three or more. Similarly, the piping direction of the existing fluid pipe 2 is not limited to being horizontal, and may be, for example, vertical. Furthermore, the cutting direction of a cutter 72, which will be described later, is not limited to being vertical, and may be, for example, horizontal.

[0023] 1 and 2, with the housing 4 hermetically attached to the existing fluid pipe 2, a fixed flange body 50 is hermetically attached to the upper part of the flange portion 41b in the housing upper part 41. A plurality of press screws 51 for temporarily fixing the flow control valve 5 inserted into the housing 4 are attached in a hermetically sealed manner at predetermined intervals in the radial direction of the fixed flange body 50.

[0024] 1, a working valve housing 61 of a working valve 60 is hermetically attached to the upper part of the fixed flange body 50. A working valve body 62 that can freely open and close the space between the housing 4 and the fluid pipe cutting device 70 by sliding horizontally is hermetically attached to the working valve housing 61.

[0025] Furthermore, a drilling device housing 71 of the fluid pipe cutting device 70 is hermetically attached to the upper part of the working valve 60. A cutter shaft 73 having a cutter 72 at its tip is hermetically attached to the drilling device housing 71 so as to be vertically movable and rotatable. The cutter 72 and the cutter shaft 73 can be rotated from outside the fluid pipe cutting device 70 by a drive device (not shown).

[0026] 1, the existing fluid pipe 2 is cut in an uninterrupted flow state by the cutter 72 with the working valve 60 open. Cutting chips generated when the existing fluid pipe 2 is cut are discharged together with the fluid by opening the valve 49.

[0027] After the existing fluid pipe 2 is cut, the cutter 72 is raised, the working valve 60 is closed, and the space between the housing 4 and the fluid pipe cutting device 70 is sealed. Thereafter, the fluid within the fluid pipe cutting device 70 is discharged, and the fluid pipe cutting device 70 is removed from the working valve 60.

[0028] 3, an insertion device housing 81 of an insertion device 80 is attached in a sealed state to the top of the working valve 60. An insertion shaft 82 is attached in a sealed state within the insertion device housing 81 so as to be movable up and down. A holding portion 83 for holding the flow control valve 5 is attached to the lower end of the insertion shaft 82 by a bolt 84. Furthermore, the male screw of a spindle 85 is screwed into the female screw portion of the insertion shaft 82.

[0029] By rotating a handle 86 fixed to the upper end of the spindle 85, the insertion shaft 82 is lowered downward relative to the spindle 85, i.e., toward the existing fluid pipe 2. As a result, the flow control valve 5 held by the holding portion 83 is inserted into the housing 4.

[0030] Here, the flow control valve 5 will be described. As shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 7, the flow control valve 5 includes a valve cover 5a, a valve seat body 5b, a valve element 5v that moves within the valve seat body 5b, a valve operating shaft 5j that is connected to the upper part of the valve element 5v, and a valve box 5h that houses a packing that seals the valve operating shaft 5j. The gap between the valve seat body 5b and the housing 4 is sealed by a sealing member 5e. The valve element 5v is moved by rotating the valve operating shaft 5j, and a hole 5f provided in the valve seat body 5b is opened and closed. In this way, the flow control valve 5 can control the flow of the existing fluid pipe 2.

[0031] 4, four lid grooves 5k are formed at approximately equal intervals in the circumferential direction on the upper surface of the lid 5a of the flow control valve 5. Each lid groove 5k has lid groove side walls 5m, 5m and a lid groove inner wall 5n, and the radially outer side of the lid 5a is open.

[0032] Each valve cover groove 5k is provided with a fixing device 1 used to permanently fix the flow control valve 5 to the housing 4. The fixing device 1 is composed of a fixing member 7 that is installed between a groove 41c of the housing 4 described below and the valve cover 5a of the flow control valve 5, two bolts 9, 9 serving as rods that movably attach the fixing member 7 along the valve cover groove 5k, and two round washers 10, 10 serving as locking bodies that are inserted through the body 9b of the bolt 9 and disposed between the head 9a of the bolt 9 and the fixing member 7 (see FIG. 8).

[0033] The fixing members 7 are arranged approximately evenly around the valve box 5h of the valve cover 5a, with two fixing members 7, 7 arranged on the upstream side of the existing fluid pipe 2 in the axial direction so as to sandwich the existing fluid pipe 2, and two fixing members 7, 7 arranged on the downstream side of the existing fluid pipe 2 in the axial direction so as to sandwich the existing fluid pipe 2.

[0034] It should be noted that fewer than four fixing members may be used, or five or more fixing members may be used, and the number may be changed as appropriate. Also, for example, when two fixing members are used, they may be arranged along the pipe axis direction of the existing fluid pipe 2, and the arrangement location may also be changed as appropriate.

[0035] As shown in FIG. 5, the fixing member 7 is formed in a generally rectangular shape with a thickness in the vertical direction and a wide width in a plan view in order to retain the large fluid pressure acting on the valve cover 5a for a long period of time, and is capable of dispersing the pressure exerted by the fluid in the pipe.

[0036] 5, the fixed member 7 is provided with two long holes 7c that extend radially of the housing 4 and penetrate vertically, a recess 7d that is continuous with the inner diameter end of the long hole 7c and recessed into the upper surface 7h of the fixed member 7, and two holes 7e that are disposed between the two recesses 7d, 7d. The outer peripheral surface of the fixed member 7 is an arc-shaped wall surface 7b that is substantially arc-shaped. The long holes 7c extending radially may include a radial component of the housing 4, that is, the fixed member 7 may extend along a moving direction that includes a radial component relative to the housing 4.

[0037] 8 and 9, the fixing member 7 is attached to the valve cover 5a so as to be movable in the radial direction by screwing the male thread portion 9c of the bolt 9 inserted through the long hole 7c into the female thread portion 5q formed in the valve cover groove 5k of the flow control valve 5. The fixing member 7 can be moved in the radial direction by operating an insertion jig (not shown) inserted into the holes 7e, 7e. Furthermore, the fixing member 7 can be fixed at any position within the valve cover groove 5k by tightening the male thread portion 9c of the bolt 9 into the female thread portion 5q of the valve cover groove 5k.

[0038] 5, the recess 7d has a wall surface 7g extending downwardly and generally perpendicular to the upper surface 7h of the fixing member 7, and a bottom surface 7f extending in the inner diameter direction and generally perpendicular to the lower end edge of the wall surface 7g, and is open to the upper side and the inner diameter side. The wall surface 7g is generally arc-shaped curving from the inner diameter end edge of the fixing member 7 toward the longitudinal center of the long hole 7c, and is formed into a curved surface that can come into face contact with the outer circumferential surface 10a of the annular circular washer 10 inserted into the bolt 9. The vertical depth dimension L1 of the recess 7d is generally the same as the vertical thickness dimension L2 of the circular washer 10.

[0039] 6, a groove 41c into which the fixing member 7 is inserted and fixed is formed at the end of the housing opening 41d in the housing upper part 41, aligned with the valve cover groove 5k of the flow control valve 5. The groove 41c is open on the radially inner side, and the open surface faces the valve cover groove 5k. The width and height dimensions of the groove 41c are formed to be approximately the same as or slightly larger than the width and height dimensions of the fixing member 7 so that the fixing member 7 can be stored therein.

[0040] As shown in FIG. 8(a), the bolt 9 is fastened to the flow control valve 5 in a state where the fixing member 7 is close to the valve cover groove inner wall 5n of the valve cover groove 5k, and the arc-shaped wall surface 7b forming the outer circumferential surface of the fixing member 7 does not protrude from the valve cover 5a to the outer diameter side, so that the fixing member 7 can easily insert the flow control valve 5 into the housing 4 without interfering with the housing 4. In the state shown in FIG. 8(a), the round washer 10 inserted into the bolt 9 is placed on the upper surface 7h of the fixing member 7. In addition, when the bolt 9 is loosened from the flow control valve 5, the fixing member 7 can freely move in the radial direction along the valve cover groove side wall 5m. The dimensions of the fixing member 7 and the valve cover groove 5k are adjusted so that they come into face contact. The dimensions of the fixing member 7 and the groove 41c are also adjusted so that they come into face contact.

[0041] Next, the steps of installing the flow control valve 5 in the housing 4 will be described in order. First, as shown in Fig. 3, after the flow control valve 5 is inserted into the housing 4, the cap screw 51 provided on the fixing flange main body 50 is screwed in, and the valve cover inclined surface 5c (see Fig. 7) formed on the outer periphery of the valve cover 5a of the flow control valve 5 is engaged by the cap screw 51, whereby the flow control valve 5 is temporarily fixed to the housing 4.

[0042] Then, the fluid inside the insertion device 80 is discharged, and the insertion device housing 81 is removed from the operation valve 60, and then the holding portion 83 is removed from the flow control valve 5.

[0043] As shown in FIG. 7, after the insertion device 80 is removed from the working valve 60, the annular push-in flange 20 surrounding the upper end of the flow control valve 5 is attached to the working valve housing 61 by a plurality of fixing bolts 20b. At this time, the annular protrusion 20a protruding toward the existing fluid pipe 2 at the inner diameter side end of the push-in flange 20 pushes the protruding portion 5p protruding laterally from the upper part of the flow control valve 5 toward the existing fluid pipe 2. As a result, the flow control valve 5 is pushed further toward the existing fluid pipe 2 side from the temporary fixing position against the fluid pressure. Therefore, immediately after the temporary fixing, the ceiling surface of the groove portion 41c and the upper surface 7h of the fixing member 7 are arranged in approximately the same straight line, but by attaching the push-in flange 20, a gap S is formed between the ceiling surface of the groove portion 41c and the upper surface 7h of the fixing member 7 (see FIG. 9(a)).

[0044] Next, as shown in Fig. 8(a), an insertion jig (not shown) inserted into holes 7e, 7e of the fixing member 7 is operated to move it in the outer diameter direction, and the fixing member 7 is inserted into the groove 41c formed in the housing upper part 41 (see Figs. 8(b) and 9). At this time, the movement of the fixing member 7 can be made easier by slightly loosening the bolt 9. Note that the insertion jig is not limited to being inserted into the hole 7e, and may be operated to abut against the inner peripheral surface of the fixing member 7 to push the fixing member 7 in the outer diameter direction, for example, and the method of use thereof may be changed as appropriate.

[0045] Incidentally, inside the working valve housing 61, in addition to the valve box 5h etc., the push-in flange 20 is also arranged, so it is necessary to operate and visually check the insertion jig through a working hole (not shown) provided in the push-in flange 20. However, not only is the space required for work narrow, but it is also often dark, making visibility poor.

[0046] However, in the case of the fastener 1 of this embodiment, as shown in Figures 8(b) and 9(b), when the outer diameter side of the fastening member 7 is inserted to the fixed position in the groove 41c, the round washer 10 placed on the upper surface 7h of the fastening member 7 falls into the recess 7d while being guided by the body 9b of the bolt 9. As a result, even if the fastening member 7 is again moved toward the inner diameter side, the outer diameter side wall surface 7g of the recess 7d of the fastening member 7 abuts against the outer circumferential surface 10a of the round washer 10, preventing the fastening member 7 from moving in the direction of coming out of the groove 41c. In other words, the fastening member 7 is positioned. At this time, it is possible to confirm that the fixing member 7 has been inserted to the fixed position within the groove portion 41c by listening to the sound made by the round washer 10 falling from the upper surface 7h of the fixing member 7 into the recess 7d, visually confirming that the round washer 10 has moved away from the head 9a of the bolt 9, and visually confirming the gap that is created between the fixing member 7 and the valve cover groove inner wall portion 5n when the fixing member 7 moves into the groove portion 41c.

[0047] Furthermore, since the position where the round washer 10 falls into the recess 7d is the fixing position of the fixing member 7, the fixing member 7 is not moved excessively toward the groove 41c, and the movement allowance can be kept to a minimum.

[0048] In addition, due to the gap S formed between the ceiling surface of the groove 41c and the upper surface 7h of the fixing member 7, the fixing member 7 does not come into sliding contact with the ceiling surface of the groove 41c, and damage can be avoided. Furthermore, the fixing member 7 is guided along the valve cover groove side wall 5m. This allows the fixing member 7 to be easily inserted into the groove 41c. Note that since the inner peripheral surface of the elongated hole 7c of the fixing member 7 is guided by the body 9b of the bolt 9, the valve cover groove 5k may be omitted.

[0049] In addition, in order to confirm that the fixing member 7 is fully inserted into the groove portion 41c, a confirmation gauge may be inserted between the recess 7d and the fixing member 7 to confirm that the fixing member 7 is fully inserted.

[0050] 9(c), the circular washer 10 falls from the underside of the head of the bolt 9 into the recess 7d, forming a gap P between the underside of the head 9a of the bolt 9 and the upper surface of the circular washer 10, so the bolt 9 is tightened against the valve cover 5a to secure it. During this time, the fixing member 7 is fixed at the fixed position, improving safety during the work.

[0051] In addition, because the vertical thickness dimension L2 of the circular washer 10 and the vertical depth dimension L1 of the recess 7d are approximately the same dimension, the bolt 9 can be tightened until the head 9a of the bolt 9 comes into contact with the circular washer 10. Therefore, when an external force acts on the fixing member 7, the circular washer 10 is prevented from moving in the axial direction of the body 9b of the bolt 9 and riding onto the upper surface 7, and the circular washer 10 can be reliably restricted from slipping out of the recess 7d. In addition, because the axial dimensions of the bolt 9 and the circular washer 10 are each shortened, the stress when a load acts on the bolt 9 or the circular washer 10 can be reduced.

[0052] Next, the temporary fixed state is released by loosening the pressure screw 51 (see FIG. 7). Here, when removing the pressure screw 51, the pressure on the pressure screw 51 is reduced or no fluid pressure is applied because the pressure screw 51 is previously pressed against the fluid pressure by the press-in flange 20. In particular, the annular protrusion 20a and the protruding portion 5p are in face-to-face contact and press, so the valve is pressed evenly without being biased. This prevents the problem of a large load being placed on the back and forth movement of the screw due to fluid pressure when operating the pressure screw 51, and makes the removal work easy.

[0053] Thereafter, the push-in flange 20, the fixed flange body 50, and the working valve 60 are removed. In this manner, the fixed flange body 50 and the multiple pressure screws 51 provided on the fixed flange body 50 are left in the housing 4, and not only can the structure of the installed body be simplified without deterioration over time, but the removed fixed flange body 50 and the multiple pressure screws 51 can be attached to another housing and reused. As a result, the pressing state by the push-in flange 20 is released, so that the fixed member 7 and the groove 41c receive the fluid pressure applied from below to the flow control valve 5, and as shown in FIG. 9(d), the upper surface 7h of the fixed member 7 comes into contact with the upper end surface of the groove 41c, and the flow control valve 5 is finally fixed to the housing 4.

[0054] At this time, although an impact is generated by the fluid pressure, the fixing member 7 is prevented from coming out because the movement of the fixing member 7 is restricted.

[0055] In this way, by attaching the fixing member 7 so as to straddle the valve cover 5a and the groove 41c, the fixing member 7 can hold the fluid pressure applied to the valve cover 5a. In addition, since the side wall of the fixing member 7 that moves within the valve cover groove 5k engages with the inner wall 41e of the groove 41c (see FIG. 6), the circumferential movement of the flow control valve 5 can also be restricted.

[0056] In addition, two fixing members 7 are arranged on each of the upstream and downstream sides of the existing fluid pipe 2 in the pipe axial direction, sandwiching the existing fluid pipe 2. This makes it easier to disperse external forces such as fluid pressure and earthquake impacts, and therefore makes it easier to maintain the fixed state, compared to a configuration in which one fixing member is arranged on each of the upstream and downstream sides along the pipe axial direction.

[0057] Finally, an upper cover (not shown) is attached to the flange portion 41b with bolts and nuts, completing the installation process of the flow control valve 5.

[0058] In this manner, the fixing device 1 includes the fixing member 7 having the long holes 7c, 7c extending in the radial direction of the housing 4 that fits the existing fluid pipe 2, and the bolts 9, 9 extending from the flow control valve 5 installed in the housing 4 and inserted into the long holes 7c, and fixes the flow control valve 5 inserted into the housing 4 from above by inserting the fixing member 7 into the groove 41c provided on the inner circumference of the housing 4, and further includes a round washer 10 that can move up and down guided by the bolt 9, and the upper surface 7h of the fixing member 7 has a recess 7d into which the round washer 10 falls on the inner diameter side of the long hole 7c, so that by inserting the fixing member 7 into the groove 41c of the housing 4, the round washer 10 falls into the recess 7d of the fixing member 7, and therefore even if the fixing member 7 tries to move in the removal direction, it is restricted by the round washer 10 and the bolt 9, and therefore movement in the retreat direction can be restricted. In addition, positioning is possible. As a result, fixing member 7 can be kept fully inserted into groove 41c of housing 4 even when work is performed in a gap with poor visibility.

[0059] In addition, since the recess 7d is formed so that the round washer 10 falls at the fixed position of the fixing member 7, the movement allowance required to move the fixing member 7 toward the groove portion 41c of the housing 4 in order to drop the round washer 10 into the recess 7d can be shortened.

[0060] In addition, since bolt 9 is a bolt that can be screwed into flow control valve 5, tightening bolt 9 can restrict the axial movement of round washer 10, thereby preventing round washer 10 from moving in the direction out of recess 7d.

[0061] In addition, since the thickness dimension L2 of the circular washer 10 and the depth dimension L1 of the recess 7d are approximately the same, the bolt 9 can be tightened until the head of the bolt 9 contacts the circular washer 10, which reliably restricts the movement of the circular washer 10. In addition, since the axial dimensions of the bolt 9 and the circular washer 10 are shortened, the stress when a load is applied to the bolt 9 or the circular washer 10 can be reduced.

[0062] Furthermore, since the round washer 10 is a round washer that is approximately circular in a plan view, even if the round washer 10 rotates circumferentially along the body 9b of the bolt 9 when the fixing member 7 is inserted into the groove 41c of the housing 4, it can be reliably dropped into the recess 7d.

[0063] In addition, since the circular washer 10 is a circular washer, and the recess 7d faces the inner diameter side of the long hole 7c and has an inner surface that fits along the outer peripheral surface of the circular washer, it is easy to distribute the force that acts when the inner peripheral surface of the recess 7d comes into contact with the circular washer.

[0064] Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above with reference to the drawings, the specific configuration is not limited to these embodiments, and the present invention also includes modifications and additions that do not deviate from the gist of the present invention.

[0065] For example, in the above embodiment, the explanation has been given including the cutting process of cutting the existing fluid pipe, but the fixing device of the present invention is not limited to this, and may be a device for attaching an installation body such as a valve device to a housing that is previously provided on an existing fluid pipe.

[0066] In the above embodiment, the rod is the bolt 9, but the present invention is not limited to this and may be, for example, a pin fixed to the valve cover.

[0067] In addition, in the above embodiment, the locking piece is described as being a round washer 10, but this is not limited to this and may be various washers other than a round washer, may be rectangular, or may be modified as appropriate.

[0068] Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the fixing device 1 is described as being composed of the fixing member 7, the bolt 9, and the round washer 10, but the present invention is not limited to this and may be composed of the fixing member 7 and a pin having a head that can be engaged in the long hole. Even in this configuration, by arranging the pin so that it can move axially relative to the valve cover, the head of the pin falls into the recess while being guided by the body of the pin as the fixing member moves to the fixed position, so that the fixing member can be positioned and prevented from coming off.

[0069] In the above embodiment, the groove 41c into which the fixing member 7 is inserted has an inner wall 41e, so that the groove 41c has a shape capable of restricting the circumferential movement of the housing 4 and the flow control valve 5, but the present invention is not limited to this and may be configured as a circumferential groove. By forming a circumferential groove without an inner wall 41e, the fixing member 7 can be inserted more easily, and the work time can be shortened. The housing recess of the present invention does not need to be a circumferential groove having a U-shaped cross section, and may be a groove having an inverted L-shaped cross section as long as it can hold the fixing member 7 so as not to come off the housing 4.

[0070] In addition, in the above embodiments and drawings, a configuration has been described in which the fixing member 7 is moved in an approximately horizontal direction toward the groove portion 41c, but this is not limited to this. For example, the lower surface of the groove portion 41c may be a downwardly tapered surface, and the fixing member 7 may be moved downward in the outer diameter direction and moved into the groove portion 41c and fixed therein.

[0071] In the above embodiment, the female screw portion 56 and the pressure screw 51 constituting the temporary fixing means are provided on the fixed flange body 50, which is an intermediate member, and the push-in flange 20 is attached to the fixed flange body 50, but the temporary fixing means may be provided on the housing and the pressing means may be attached to the top of the housing. In this case, the pressing release step can be omitted, making installation easier.

[0072] The flow control valve 5 may be a flow control valve with an anticorrosive ring, or a valve such as a sluice valve, plug, or butterfly valve, or a pipe connection member. Furthermore, a cylindrical cutter was used for cutting, but a wire saw, a cutting tool, or the like may also be used.

[0073] Moreover, the working hole only needs to have an insertion portion for inserting an insertion tool, and may have a shape such as a partially open notch.

[0074] Furthermore, the push-in flange is not limited to being annular, but may be divided in the circumferential direction as long as it is attached to the operating valve 60 and can press the installation body. [Explanation of symbols]
