Description

[Technical field]

[0001] [Cross-reference to related applications] This disclosure claims priority to and the benefit of two Chinese patent applications having Chinese patent application number 202011460421.4, filed on December 11, 2020, and Chinese patent application number 202022987500.2, filed on December 11, 2020, the entire contents of which are hereby incorporated by reference into this disclosure.

[0026] Hereinafter, a heat exchanger 001 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the drawings.

[0027] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 23, a heat exchanger 001 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a first flow collecting tube 100, a second flow collecting tube 200, a plurality of heat exchange tubes 300, a plurality of fins 400, and a first assembly 600.

[0028] As shown in Figs. 1 to 3, the first flow collection pipe 100 includes a first peripheral wall 110 and a first passage 120 formed by being surrounded by the first peripheral wall 110, and a first end cover 130 is provided at both one end (e.g., the upper end of the first flow collection pipe 100 in Fig. 2) in the longitudinal direction (e.g., the vertical direction in Fig. 2) of the first flow collection pipe 100 and the other end (e.g., the lower end of the first flow collection pipe 100 in Fig. 2) in the longitudinal direction of the first flow collection pipe 100. The second flow collection pipe 200 includes a second peripheral wall 210 and a second passage 220 formed by being surrounded by the second peripheral wall 210, and a second end cover 230 is provided at both one end (e.g., the upper end of the second flow collection pipe 200 in Fig. 2) in the longitudinal direction of the second flow collection pipe 200 (e.g., the lower end of the second flow collection pipe 200 in Fig. 2) in the longitudinal direction of the second flow collection pipe 200.

[0029] The outer peripheral contour of the cross section of the heat exchange tube 300 is substantially flattened. One end (e.g., the left end of the heat exchange tube 300 in FIG. 1) in the longitudinal direction (e.g., the left-right direction in FIG. 1) of the heat exchange tube 300 is connected to the first flow collector tube 100, and the other end (e.g., the right end of the heat exchange tube 300 in FIG. 1) in the longitudinal direction of the heat exchange tube 300 is connected to the second flow collector tube 200, thereby communicating the first flow collector tube 100 and the second flow collector tube 200. The multiple heat exchange tubes 300 are arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the first flow collector tube 100, the multiple fins 400 are arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the heat exchange tube 300, the fins 400 pass through the multiple heat exchange tubes 300 in the longitudinal direction of the first flow collector tube 100, and the angle between the longitudinal direction of the first flow collector tube 100 and the horizontal plane is greater than 0 degrees. Preferably, when the heat exchanger operates as an evaporator of the refrigerant, the longitudinal direction of the first flow collecting pipe 100 is perpendicular to the horizontal plane, i.e., the angle between the longitudinal direction of the first flow collecting pipe 100 and the horizontal plane is 90 degrees.

[0030] The first assembly 600 is located inside the first passage 120, and the first assembly 600 includes a first member 610. The first passage 120 includes a first sub-passage 151 and a second sub-passage 152, the first sub-passage 151 is located on one side of the first member 610 in the longitudinal direction of the heat exchange tube 300 (e.g., on the right side of the first member 610 in FIG. 2 ), and the second sub-passage 152 is located on the other side of the first member 610 in the longitudinal direction of the heat exchange tube 300 (e.g., on the left side of the first member 610 in FIG. 2 ).

[0031] The first sub-passage 151 communicates with the heat exchange tube 300 , and at least a portion of one end of the heat exchange tube 300 in the longitudinal direction is located within the first sub-passage 151 .

[0032] The first member 610 includes a first side portion facing the first sub-passage 151, the first side portion including a protruding portion 620 located in the first sub-passage 151, and there is a gap between the protruding portion 620 and the inner circumferential surface of the first circumferential wall 110 surrounding the first sub-passage 151 in the longitudinal direction of the heat exchange tube 300, and there are a plurality of protruding portions 620. This allows the refrigerant to flow downward through this gap in the first sub-passage 151, and the protruding portion 620 can slow down the flow of the refrigerant, which is advantageous in that the refrigerant is distributed uniformly among the plurality of heat exchange tubes 300.

[0033] The first passage 120 further includes a third sub-passage 153 and a fourth sub-passage 154. The third sub-passage 153 connects the first sub-passage 151 to the second sub-passage 152, and the fourth sub-passage 154 connects the first sub-passage 151 to the second sub-passage 152, thereby forming at least one circulation passage in the first passage 120 for the refrigerant to circulate and flow.

[0034] Specifically, the third sub-passage 153 is located at one end (e.g., the upper end of the first member 610 in FIG. 2) of the longitudinal direction (e.g., the vertical direction in FIG. 2) of the first member 610, and the fourth sub-passage 154 is located at the other end (e.g., the lower end of the first member 610 in FIG. 2) of the first member 610 in the longitudinal direction.

[0035] The first passage 120 in the first collecting tube 100 of the heat exchanger 001 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a first sub-passage 151, a second sub-passage 152, a third sub-passage 153, and a fourth sub-passage 154, and the first sub-passage 151, the second sub-passage 152, the third sub-passage 153, and the fourth sub-passage 154 form at least one flow passage through which the refrigerant circulates. As a result, the refrigerant circulates in the flow passage, and the refrigerant can be uniformly distributed in the first collecting tube 100. In addition, the convex portion 620 located in the first sub-passage 151 can slow down the flow of the refrigerant, reducing local concentration of the refrigerant in the collecting tube, and is advantageous in allocating the refrigerant among the multiple heat exchange tubes 300.

[0036] Therefore, the heat exchanger 001 according to the embodiment of the present invention is advantageous in that the refrigerant is dispersed and distributed within the flow collection pipe, and has good heat exchange performance.

[0037] In some embodiments, as shown in Figs. 2 and 3, the multiple protrusions 620 are arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the first flow collector tube 100, and at least one heat exchange tube 300 is located between two protrusions 620 adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction of the first flow collector tube 100. That is, one or more heat exchange tubes 300 are provided between two protrusions 620 adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction of the first flow collector tube 100. In other words, at least some of the heat exchange tubes 300 and the multiple protrusions 620 are alternately arranged in the longitudinal direction of the first flow collector tube 100. This is advantageous for the heat exchanger 001 according to the embodiment of the present invention to uniformly distribute the refrigerant in the multiple heat exchange tubes 300, which is advantageous for improving the heat exchange performance of the heat exchanger 001.

[0038] In some embodiments, the minimum distance from the at least one heat exchange tube 300 to the first side is d1, and the minimum distance in the longitudinal direction of the heat exchange tube 300 between the two adjacent protrusions 620 and the inner circumferential surface of the first peripheral wall 110 surrounding the first sub-passage 151 is d2, and d1 is greater than d2. That is, the minimum distance from the at least one heat exchange tube 300 to one side surface of the first member 610 facing the first sub-passage 151 (for example, the right side surface of the first member 610 in FIG. 2) is d1, and the minimum distance in the longitudinal direction of the heat exchange tube 300 between the two adjacent protrusions 620 and the inner circumferential surface of the first peripheral wall 110 surrounding the first sub-passage 151 in the above embodiments is d2, and d1 is greater than d2. Specifically, in the first sub-passage 151, the protrusions 620 and one end of the heat exchange tube 300 in the longitudinal direction are distributed in a stepped manner. As a result, when the refrigerant of the heat exchanger 001 according to the embodiment of the present invention flows through the first sub-passage 151, it is successively blocked by the convex portion 620 and the heat exchange tube 300, so that the refrigerant flow path becomes meandering and the flow speed of the refrigerant is decelerated. This is advantageous to uniformly distribute the refrigerant among the multiple heat exchange tubes 300, and further improves the heat exchange performance of the heat exchanger 001.

[0039] In some embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the first assembly 600 further includes a support plate 630, in which one side of the support plate 630 in the longitudinal direction of the heat exchange tube 300 (for example, the right side of the support plate 630 in FIG. 2) abuts against the first member 610, and the other side of the support plate 630 in the longitudinal direction of the heat exchange tube 300 (for example, the left side of the support plate 630 in FIG. 2) abuts against the inner circumferential surface of the first peripheral wall 110. That is, the right side of the support plate 630 abuts against the left side surface of the first member 610, the right side of the support plate 630 is connected to the left side surface of the first member 610, the left side of the support plate 630 abuts against the inner circumferential surface of the first peripheral wall 110, and the left side of the support plate 630 is connected to the inner circumferential surface of the first peripheral wall 110. As a result, the support plate 630 supports and positions the first member 610, thereby making the position of the first member 610 stable and reliable.

[0040] In some embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, at least one protrusion 620 has one end (for example, the right end of the protrusion 620 in FIG. 2) that is separated from the first member 610 in the longitudinal direction of the first heat exchange tube 300 abutting against the inner circumferential surface of the first circumferential wall 110. The protrusion 620 has a ninth through hole 621 that penetrates the protrusion 620 in the longitudinal direction of the first flow collector tube 100. That is, the right end of at least one protrusion 620 abuts against the inner circumferential surface of the first circumferential wall 110, and the protrusion 620 has a ninth through hole 621 that penetrates the protrusion 620 in the vertical direction. As a result, the protrusion 620 supports and positions the first member 610, making the position of the first member 610 stable and reliable, and the refrigerant can flow through the protrusion 620 via the ninth through hole 621, which is advantageous in that the refrigerant is uniformly distributed within the heat exchange tube 300. Specifically, there are a plurality of ninth through holes 621, and the plurality of ninth through holes 621 are arranged at intervals in the front-rear direction.

[0041] 5 and 6, at least one of the protrusions 620 has a part of one end of the first heat exchange tube 300 that is separated from the first member 610 in the longitudinal direction thereof in contact with the inner circumferential surface of the first peripheral wall 110. The protrusion 620 has a gap between the remaining part of the one end of the first heat exchange tube 300 that is separated from the first member 610 in the longitudinal direction thereof and the inner circumferential surface of the first peripheral wall 110. Specifically, both side portions of the right end of at least one of the protrusions 620 abut on the inner circumferential surface of the first peripheral wall 110, and a first gap 622 is formed between the central portion of the protrusion 620 and the inner circumferential surface of the first peripheral wall 110. Alternatively, the central portion of the right end of at least one of the protrusions 620 abuts on the inner circumferential surface of the first peripheral wall 110, and a second gap 623 is formed between both side portions of the protrusion 620 and the inner circumferential surface of the first peripheral wall 110.

[0042] In some embodiments, as shown in Figs. 7 to 11, the first member 610 includes a first through hole 611 and a second through hole 612. The first through hole 611 penetrates the first member 610 in the longitudinal direction of the heat exchange tube 300, and communicates the first sub-passage 151 and the second sub-passage 152. The second through hole 612 penetrates the first member 610 in the longitudinal direction of the heat exchange tube 300, and communicates the first sub-passage 151 and the second sub-passage 152. The first through hole 611 is located on one side of one convex portion 620 in the longitudinal direction of the first flow collecting tube 100, and the second through hole 612 is located on the other side of the convex portion 620 in the longitudinal direction of the first flow collecting tube 100. That is, the second sub-passage 152, the third sub-passage 153, the first sub-passage 151, and the first through hole 611 form one circulation flow passage. The second sub-passage 152, the second through hole 612, the first sub-passage 151 and the fourth sub-passage 154 form another circulation passage. Specifically, the cross sections of the first through hole 611 and the second through hole 612 are both circular. Note that one end in the longitudinal direction of a portion of the heat exchange tubes 300 is located in one circulation passage, and one end in the longitudinal direction of another portion of the heat exchange tubes 300 is located in another circulation passage. As a result, the refrigerant of the heat exchanger 001 according to the embodiment of the present invention is dispersed and distributed in the collection tube, which is advantageous in allocating the refrigerant among the multiple heat exchange tubes 300, and is therefore advantageous in improving the heat exchange performance of the heat exchanger 001.

[0043] Furthermore, one end of the protruding portion 620, which is separated from the first member 610 in the longitudinal direction of the first heat exchange tube 300, abuts against the inner peripheral surface of the first peripheral wall 110. That is, the protruding portion 620 divides the first sub-passage 151 into two parts. That is, the second sub-passage 152, the third sub-passage 153, a part of the first sub-passage 151, and the first through hole 611 form one circulation flow passage, and the second sub-passage 152, the second through hole 612, another part of the first sub-passage 151, and the fourth sub-passage 154 form another circulation flow passage. As a result, the refrigerant in the part of the first sub-passage 151 and the refrigerant in the other part of the first sub-passage 151 do not affect each other, which is advantageous in reducing the concentration distribution of the refrigerant in the collection tube, which is advantageous in allocating the refrigerant in the first sub-passage 151 among a plurality of heat exchange tubes 300, and further advantageous in improving the heat exchange performance of the heat exchanger 001.

[0044] In some embodiments, as shown in Figs. 9 to 11, the cross-sectional flow area of the first through hole 611 is smaller than the cross-sectional flow area of the second through hole 612. That is, the hole diameter of the first through hole 611 is smaller than the hole diameter of the second through hole 612. The refrigerant in the second sub-passage 152 easily enters the first sub-passage 151 from the second through hole 612, and does not affect the refrigerant in the first sub-passage 151 from the first through hole 611. This allows the one circulation passage and the other circulation passage of the heat exchanger 001 according to the embodiment of the present invention to be relatively independent from each other, which is advantageous in promoting the flow of the refrigerant in the flow collecting tube and allocating the refrigerant among the multiple heat exchange tubes 300, and is further advantageous in improving the heat exchange performance of the heat exchanger 001.

[0045] In some embodiments, as shown in Fig. 11, the first through hole 611 and the second through hole 612 are spaced apart at a certain distance in the width direction of the first member 610 (for example, the front-rear direction in Fig. 9). That is, the first through hole 611 and the second through hole 612 are offset in the width direction of the first member 610, and the refrigerant flow path of one circulation flow path and the refrigerant flow path of the other circulation flow path are also offset in the width direction of the first member 610. As a result, the heat exchanger 001 according to the embodiment of the present invention has at least two flow paths through which the refrigerant circulates and flows inside, which is advantageous in reducing local concentration of the refrigerant, facilitating allocation of the refrigerant among the multiple heat exchange tubes 300, and further advantageous in improving the heat exchange performance of the heat exchanger 001.

[0046] Specifically, the first through hole 611 is located on one side of the center line of the first member 610 in the longitudinal direction, and the second through hole is located on the other side of the center line of the first member 610 in the longitudinal direction.

[0047] In some embodiments, as shown in Figs. 12 to 14, the first member 610 includes a third through hole 613, at least two protruding portions 620 are arranged adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction of the first flow collecting tube 100, the third through hole 613 is located between the at least two protruding portions 620 arranged adjacent to each other, the third through hole 613 penetrates the first member 610 in the longitudinal direction of the heat exchange tube 300, and the third through hole 613 is multiple. That is, the third through hole 613 is located between the third sub passage 153 and the fourth sub passage 154. Note that most of the refrigerant in the second sub passage 152 can enter the first sub passage 151 through the third sub passage 153, and a small portion of the refrigerant in the second sub passage 152 passes through a position that cannot reach the third sub passage 153, and this small portion of the refrigerant can enter the first sub passage 151 through the third through hole 613. As a result, the heat exchanger 001 of this embodiment of the present invention is advantageous for sufficient flow of refrigerant within the collection tube, promotes allocation of refrigerant among multiple heat exchange tubes 300, and is further advantageous for improving the heat exchange performance of the heat exchanger 001.

[0048] Specifically, the multiple third through holes 613 are arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the first flow collection pipe 100, and the multiple third through holes 613 and the multiple convex portions 620 are arranged alternately in the longitudinal direction of the first flow collection pipe 100. That is, one third through hole 613 is provided between two convex portions 620 adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction of the first flow collection pipe 100, and one convex portion 620 is provided between two third through holes 613 adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction of the first flow collection pipe 100.

[0049] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 2, 3, 7, 8, 12 and 13, the heat exchanger 001 further includes a partition plate 140, the first partition plate 140 divides the first passage 120 into a third passage 150 and a fourth passage 160, the third passage 150 includes a first sub-passage 151, a second sub-passage 152, a third sub-passage 153 and a fourth sub-passage 154, the first partition plate 140 includes a fourth through-hole 141 penetrating the first partition plate 140 in the longitudinal direction of the first collecting pipe 100, and the fourth through-hole 141 communicates the second sub-passage 152 and the fourth passage 160. The refrigerant in the fourth passage 160 is ejected into the second sub-passage 152 through the fourth through-hole 141 so that the refrigerant in the second sub-passage 152 enters the first sub-passage 151 through the third sub-passage 153. This allows most of the refrigerant in the second sub-passage 152 to enter the first sub-passage 151 via the third sub-passage 153, which is advantageous for the refrigerant to flow in the collection tube, thereby being allocated among the multiple heat exchange tubes 300, and is further advantageous for improving the heat exchange performance of the heat exchanger 001.

[0050] 2 to 23, in some embodiments, the third sub-passage 153 is formed between one longitudinal end of the first member 610 and the first end cover 130 at one longitudinal end of the first flow collection pipe 100, and the fourth sub-passage 154 is formed between the other longitudinal end of the first member 610 and the first partition plate 140. This allows the refrigerant to circulate throughout the entire first sub-passage 151 and the entire second sub-passage 152, which is advantageous for uniform allocation of the refrigerant and for improving the heat exchange performance of the heat exchanger 001.

[0051] Specifically, there is a gap between one longitudinal end of the first member 610 and the first end cover 130 at one longitudinal end of the first flow collecting pipe 100, and this gap forms the third sub-passage 153. Alternatively, a part of one longitudinal end of the first member 610 abuts against the first end cover 130 at one longitudinal end of the first flow collecting pipe 100, and there is a gap between the remaining part of one longitudinal end of the first member 610 and the first end cover 130 at one longitudinal end of the first flow collecting pipe 100, and this gap forms the third sub-passage 153.

[0052] A part of the other longitudinal end of the first member 610 abuts against the first partition plate 140, and there is a gap between the remaining part of the other longitudinal end of the first member 610 and the first partition plate 140, and this gap forms the fourth sub-passage 154. Alternatively, the other longitudinal end of the first member 610 has a through hole that penetrates the first member 610 in the longitudinal direction of the heat exchange tube 300, and this through hole forms the fourth sub-passage 154.

[0053] In some embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 15 to 19, the heat exchanger 001 further includes a second member 640. The second member 640 is located in the fourth passage 160, and the second member 640 divides the fourth passage 160 into a fifth sub-passage 161 and a sixth sub-passage 162 arranged in parallel in the longitudinal direction of the heat exchange tube 300. At least a portion of one end of the heat exchange tube 300 in the longitudinal direction is located in the fifth sub-passage 161. The second member 640 includes a fifth through-hole 641 penetrating the second member 640 in the longitudinal direction of the heat exchange tube 300, and the fifth through-hole 641 connects the fifth sub-passage 161 and the sixth sub-passage 162. That is, the second member 640 divides the fourth passage 160 into a fifth sub passage 161 and a sixth sub passage 162 within the fourth passage 160, and the second member 640 has a fifth through hole 641 penetrating the second member 640. The fifth sub passage 161 and the sixth sub passage 162 are arranged in parallel in the longitudinal direction of the heat exchange tube 300, and the fifth sub passage 161 and the sixth sub passage 162 are communicated with each other via the fifth through hole 641. Specifically, the second member 640 and the first member 610 may have an integral structure or separate structures.

[0054] The second member 640 and the first member 610 divide the first passage 120 into a first portion and a second portion, the first portion including the fifth sub-passage 161 and the first sub-passage 151, and the second portion including the sixth sub-passage 162 and the second sub-passage 152. The refrigerant enters the second portion from the first portion, and then passes through the second portion to enter the heat exchange tube 300. Specifically, most of the refrigerant enters the second sub-passage 152 from the sixth sub-passage 162, and the refrigerant in the second sub-passage 152 enters the first sub-passage 151, the refrigerant in the first sub-passage 151 is evenly distributed in the heat exchange tube 300, and the remaining refrigerant in the first sub-passage 151 circulates again to enter the second sub-passage 152. A small portion of the refrigerant enters the fifth sub-passage 161 from the sixth sub-passage 162, and the refrigerant in the fifth sub-passage 161 is evenly distributed in the heat exchange tube 300. The refrigerant circulates in the first passage 120, which is advantageous in that the refrigerant is distributed uniformly in the heat exchange tube 300, and is also advantageous in improving the heat exchange performance of the heat exchanger 001.

[0055] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 20 to 23, the heat exchanger 001 further includes a second partition plate 170. The second partition plate 170 divides the first sub-passage 151 into a seventh sub-passage 155 and an eighth sub-passage 156 in the longitudinal direction of the first flow collecting pipe 100, and the second partition plate 170 divides the second sub-passage 152 into a ninth sub-passage 157 and a tenth sub-passage 158 in the longitudinal direction of the first flow collecting pipe 100. The second partition plate 170 includes a sixth through hole 171 penetrating the second partition plate 170 in the longitudinal direction of the first flow collecting pipe 100, and the sixth through hole 171 connects the ninth sub-passage 157 and the tenth sub-passage 158. The first member 610 includes a seventh through hole 614 penetrating the first member 610 in the longitudinal direction of the heat exchange tube 300, and the seventh through hole 614 connects the seventh sub passage 155 and the ninth sub passage 157. The first member 610 further includes an eighth through hole 615 penetrating the first member 610 in the longitudinal direction of the heat exchange tube 300, and the eighth through hole 615 connects the eighth sub passage 156 and the tenth sub passage 158.

[0056] That is, the ninth sub passage 157, the seventh through hole 614, the seventh sub passage 155, and the fourth sub passage 154 form one circulation flow passage. The tenth sub passage 158, the third sub passage 153, the first sub passage 151, and the eighth through hole 615 form another circulation flow passage. Note that one longitudinal end of a portion of the heat exchange tubes 300 is located in the one circulation flow passage, and one longitudinal end of another portion of the heat exchange tubes 300 is located in the other circulation flow passage.

[0057] Specifically, the refrigerant enters the ninth sub passage 157 from the fourth passage 160, and a part of the refrigerant in the ninth sub passage 157 circulates and flows in one circulation passage. Another part of the refrigerant in the ninth sub passage 157 enters the tenth sub passage 158, and the refrigerant in the tenth sub passage 158 circulates and flows in another circulation passage. This intensifies the flow of the refrigerant in the collection tube of the heat exchanger 001 according to the embodiment of the present invention, which is advantageous in that the refrigerant is uniformly distributed in the heat exchange tube 300, and is advantageous in improving the heat exchange performance of the heat exchanger 001.

[0058] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 1 to 23, the heat exchanger 001 further includes an inlet / outlet pipe, which includes a first inlet / outlet pipe 510 and a second inlet / outlet pipe 520, and the first inlet / outlet pipe 510 and the second inlet / outlet pipe 520 are connected to the second flow collector pipe 200, or the first inlet / outlet pipe 510 is connected to the first flow collector pipe 100, and the second inlet / outlet pipe 520 is connected to the second flow collector pipe 200.

[0059] Specifically, as shown in Figs. 1 to 3, 7, 8, 12, 13, 20 and 21, the first inlet / outlet pipe 510 and the second inlet / outlet pipe 520 are both connected to the second flow collecting pipe 200. The first inlet / outlet pipe 510 communicates with the fifth passage 221, and the second inlet / outlet pipe 520 communicates with the sixth passage 222. This increases the number of refrigerant flow paths in the heat exchanger 001 according to the embodiment of the present invention, which is advantageous in improving the heat exchange performance of the heat exchanger 001.

[0060] 15 and 16, the first inlet / outlet pipe 510 is connected to the first collecting pipe 100, and the second inlet / outlet pipe 520 is connected to the second collecting pipe 200. The refrigerant enters the first collecting pipe 100 from the first inlet / outlet pipe 510, and the refrigerant is allocated to the heat exchange tubes 300 in the first collecting pipe 100. The refrigerant that has been heat exchanged in the heat exchange tubes 300 joins together and enters the second collecting pipe 200, and the refrigerant in the second collecting pipe 200 flows out from the second inlet / outlet pipe 520. As a result, the heat exchanger 001 according to the embodiment of the present invention is favorable for sufficient heat exchange of the refrigerant in the heat exchanger, and promotes uniform allocation of the refrigerant in the multiple heat exchange tubes 300, which is favorable for improving the heat exchange performance of the heat exchanger 001.
