Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a ball screw device. [Background technology]

[0002] A ball screw device is a device that converts rotary motion into linear motion or linear motion into rotary motion. The ball screw device includes a screw shaft, a nut, a number of balls that roll on a track between the screw shaft and the nut, and a circulation part that returns the balls that have rolled from one end of the track to the other end of the track.

[0003] One example of a circulation part is a tube-shaped part as shown in Patent Document 1. This tube-shaped circulation part includes a cylindrical part extending along the outer circumferential surface of the nut, a bent part bent from the cylindrical part, and a leg part extending from the bent part. The leg part is inserted into a through hole penetrating the outer circumferential surface and the inner circumferential surface of the nut. The tip of the leg part scoops up balls from the track and returns the balls to the track from the tip of the leg part.

[0004] Incidentally, the through hole of the nut penetrates in the direction in which the circulation component is assembled to the nut (hereinafter referred to as the assembly direction). The leg of Patent Document 1 also extends in the assembly direction. That is, the leg and the through hole extend in the same direction, and the leg is fitted into the through hole. This fitting restricts the leg from rotating around the cylindrical portion. Hereinafter, rotation around the cylindrical portion may be simply referred to as rotation. [0005] [Patent Document 1] JP 2003-269564 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0006] In recent years, a circulation part that scoops up balls from a tangential direction to the track has been developed. The legs of this circulation part are inclined with respect to the assembly direction of the circulation part. In other words, the legs do not fit into the through holes and the legs are prone to rotate. If the legs rotate, the tips of the legs will shift position, making it impossible to smoothly scoop up or return the balls.

[0007] The present disclosure has been made in consideration of the above, and aims to provide a ball screw device that suppresses positional deviation in the rotation direction due to the legs. [Means for solving the problem]

[0008] In order to achieve the above object, a ball screw device according to one embodiment of the present disclosure includes a screw shaft, a nut that is inserted through the screw shaft, a plurality of balls that are disposed between the screw shaft and the nut, a circulation part that has a circular cross-sectional shape and circulates the balls, a base part that is disposed between the outer circumferential surface of the nut and the circulation part, and a fixing part that sandwiches the circulation part between the base part. The nut is provided with two through holes that penetrate the nut in an assembly direction in which the circulation part is assembled to the outer circumferential surface of the nut. The circulation part has a cylindrical portion that is disposed on the outer circumferential side of the nut, two legs that are inserted into the through holes, and two bent portions that connect the cylindrical portion and the legs. The base part has a main body that extends along the cylindrical portion and the two bent portions. The main body has a groove-shaped seat on which the cylindrical portion and the two bent portions are overlapped. The cross-sectional shape of the seat is an arc shape centered on the center line of the cylindrical portion and the two bent portions. A portion of the seating surface that abuts against the cylindrical portion forms an arc-shaped support surface that is open in the opposite direction to the assembly direction when viewed from a rotation axis direction parallel to the center line of the cylindrical portion. A portion of the seating surface that abuts against the bent portion forms an arc-shaped restricting surface that is open in the direction in which the end of the main body portion points when viewed from the assembly direction. The restricting surface has a first restricting portion that abuts against the bent portion from a first rotation direction centered on the center line of the cylindrical portion, and a second restricting portion that abuts against the bent portion from a second rotation direction that is opposite to the first rotation direction.

[0009] According to the present disclosure, when the circulation component is assembled to the nut, the bent portion abuts against the first and second restricting portions. This prevents the bent portion from being assembled in a state where it is rotated in the first or second rotation direction. As a result, the positional deviation in the rotation direction of the leg portion connected to the bent portion is suppressed. In addition, the conventional cylindrical portion is sandwiched between the outer circumferential surface of the nut and the fixed part. The outer circumferential surface of the conventional nut is flat, and the fixing force to the circulation component is small. When the ball rolls inside the circulation component, the circulation component vibrates and wear occurs in the circulation component. On the other hand, the cylindrical portion of the present disclosure is supported by an arc-shaped seating surface. In other words, the contact area between the base part and the cylindrical portion is increased, and the fixing force for fixing the cylindrical portion is high. Therefore, the circulation component is less likely to vibrate, and wear of the circulation component is suppressed.

[0010] In a preferred embodiment of the ball screw device according to the present disclosure, a recess is provided on an outer peripheral surface of the nut at an edge of the through hole to avoid contact with the two bent portions. The base component has two fitting portions that protrude from an end of the main body in the assembly direction and fit into the recesses.

[0011] According to the above-mentioned configuration, the main body and the circulation part are prevented from being assembled in a misaligned state along the outer peripheral surface of the nut. In other words, the positioning accuracy of the legs is improved. In addition, the recess is used as a portion where the fitting part fits. This eliminates the need to form a separate recess for fitting the fitting part, and prevents a decrease in the strength of the nut.

[0012] In a preferred embodiment of the ball screw device according to the present disclosure, the fitting portion has an inner surface facing the through hole when viewed from the assembly direction, the seat surface extends to the inner surface, and the fitting portion abuts against the bent portion or the leg portion.

[0013] According to the above-mentioned configuration, the number of portions that support the bent portion or the leg portion is increased, and therefore the positioning accuracy of the leg portion is improved.

[0014] In a preferred embodiment of the ball screw device according to the present disclosure, the base component is made of resin.

[0015] According to the above configuration, a load can be applied by the fixed part, and the main body can be assembled to the nut in a compressed state. As a result, even if wear occurs in the cylindrical part of the circulation part, no gap is created between the cylindrical part and the main body. Therefore, the clamping force by the fixed part and the base part is maintained for a long period of time. As a result, it is difficult for vibrations to occur in the circulation part, causing wear of the circulation part.

[0016] In a preferred embodiment of the ball screw device according to the present disclosure, the two legs extend in a tangential direction to a track between the nut and the screw shaft.

[0017] In a preferred aspect of the ball screw device according to the aspect of the present disclosure, the main body portion is provided with a through hole penetrating the main body portion.

[0018] When the base component is exposed to high temperatures, the main body portion thermally expands in the length direction. The regulating surface of the main body portion presses the bent portions in a direction separating them from each other. Meanwhile, the main body portion receives a reaction force from the two pressed bent portions. As a result, the main body portion deforms so that the through holes are crushed. As a result, it is possible to prevent the thermally expanded main body portion from pressing the bent portions and causing the tips of the legs to become misaligned.

[0019] In a preferred embodiment of the ball screw device according to the present disclosure, the main body has two split main body portions separated at a central portion in a longitudinal direction of the main body, and a gap is provided between the two split main body portions.

[0020] When the split main body portion thermally expands, it extends toward the gap between the two split main body portions, thereby preventing the thermally expanded main body portion from pressing the bent portion and causing the tip of the leg portion to become misaligned.

[0021] According to the above-mentioned configuration, the ball can be smoothly scooped up and returned. Effect of the Invention

[0022] According to the ball screw device of the present disclosure, positional deviation of the leg in the rotation direction is suppressed. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0024] The embodiment of the invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The present disclosure is not limited to the contents described in the following description. The components described below include those that a person skilled in the art can easily imagine and those that are substantially the same. Furthermore, the components described below can be appropriately combined.

FIG. 5 is a view of the base component and the circulatory component as seen from the direction indicated by the arrow V in FIG. 4 in the first embodiment. FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line VI-VI in FIG. 1. FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line VII-VII in FIG. 1. FIG. 8 is a plan view of the base component as seen from the assembly direction. FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view of the base component cut at the center line. FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line XX in FIG. 8. FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line XI-XI in FIG. 8. FIG. 12 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line XII-XII in FIG. 9.

[0026] 1, a ball screw device 100 of the first embodiment includes a screw shaft 1, a nut 2, a plurality of balls 3 (see FIG. 6), a circulation component 4, a fixed component 5, and a base component 6. In the following description, a direction parallel to the screw shaft 1 is referred to as an axial direction.

[0027] The screw shaft 1 is a solid rod-shaped part. An outer peripheral raceway surface 10 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the screw shaft 1. The nut 2 is a cylindrical part. An inner peripheral raceway surface 20 (see FIG. 2) is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the nut 2. The screw shaft 1 passes through the nut 2, and the outer peripheral raceway surface 10 and the inner peripheral raceway surface 20 face each other. Between the outer peripheral raceway surface 10 and the inner peripheral raceway surface 20 is a spiral raceway 7 (see FIG. 6) on which the balls 3 roll.

[0028] The outer peripheral surface 21 of the nut 2 is D-cut. Therefore, the outer peripheral surface 21 has a plane 22 and an arcuate surface 23 that is arcuate (approximately C-shaped) when viewed from the axial direction. The plane 22 is the surface on which the circulating part 4 is placed. Therefore, the direction that is parallel to the perpendicular to the plane 22 and approaches the plane 22 is the direction in which the circulating part 4 is assembled to the nut 2 (see arrow A in FIG. 2 ; hereinafter, referred to as assembly direction A).

[0029] Two ridge lines 24 extending in the axial direction are provided at the boundary between the plane 22 and the arc surface 23. Hereinafter, the direction in which the ridge lines 24 extend is referred to as the length direction X of the plane 22. In addition, a direction parallel to the plane 22 and perpendicular to the length direction X of the plane 22 is referred to as the width direction Y of the plane 22. The nut 2 is provided with two through holes 25 penetrating the outer peripheral surface 21 and the inner peripheral surface of the nut 2.

[0030] In this embodiment, the two through holes 25, the circulation part 4, the fixed part 5, and the base part 6 have shapes that are point-symmetrical with respect to point P (see FIG. 1) on the plane 22 when viewed from the assembly direction A. Point P on the plane 22 is an arbitrary point on the plane 22. Therefore, any one of the circulation part 4, the fixed part 5, and the base part 6 can be assembled to the nut 2 even in a state where it is rotated around point P on the plane 22. Therefore, in the following explanation, a configuration on one side of point P will be explained as a representative example, and an explanation of a configuration on the other side of point P will be omitted.

[0031] 2, the through hole 25 is formed by cutting the outer peripheral surface 21 of the nut 2 from the assembly direction A. That is, the through hole 25 extends in the assembly direction A (see FIGS. 5 and 6). Note that in the present disclosure, the method for forming the through hole may be a processing method other than cutting.

[0032] 3, the through hole 25 crosses the ridge line 24 and penetrates the plane 22 and the arc surface 23. The through hole 25 is longer in the width direction Y of the plane 22 than in the length direction X of the plane 22. This allows the leg portion 42 of the circulatory part 4 to be disposed in the through hole 25 while being inclined in the width direction Y of the plane 22.

[0033] A recess 26 recessed toward the inner periphery of the nut 2 is provided on the outer periphery 21 of the nut 2 at the edge of the through hole 25. This recess 26 is provided to avoid contact with the bent portion 43 of the circulation part 4 (see FIG. 6). In FIG. 6, the fitting portion 61 of the base part 6 placed in the recess 26 is omitted in order to make the recess 26 easier to see. The recess 26 is provided with an arc-shaped fitting surface 28. In addition, the flat surface 22 is provided with two female screw holes 29 into which screws 59 for attaching the fixed part 5 are screwed.

[0034] The circulation part 4 is a cylindrical part, and its internal space serves as a return path 40 (see FIG. 7). As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the circulation part 4 includes a cylindrical part 41 disposed on the outer periphery of the nut 2, two leg parts 42 inserted into the through hole 25, and two bent parts 43 connecting the cylindrical part 41 and the leg parts 42.

[0035] The cross-sectional shapes of the cylindrical portion 41, the leg portion 42, and the bent portion 43 are each circular (see FIG. 7). Hereinafter, the line connecting the centers of the cross-sectional shapes (circular shapes) of the cylindrical portion 41, the leg portion 42, and the bent portion 43 will be referred to as the center line M of the circulatory part 4. In addition, in the first embodiment, the circulatory part 4 is manufactured by bending a metallic cylindrical part by press processing.

[0036] Although the circulating part 4 in the first embodiment is made of metal, the present disclosure may be a circulating part made of resin. Furthermore, in the present disclosure, when the circulating part 4 is manufactured from a cylindrical part made of metal, the processing method is not limited to press processing. Furthermore, although the circulating part 4 in the first embodiment is made of a single part, the present disclosure may be a circulating part made of multiple parts joined together.

[0037] The center line M41 of the cylindrical portion 41 is linear. In other words, the cylindrical portion 41 has a cylindrical shape. The "rotation" mentioned above refers to rotation about the center line M41 of the cylindrical portion 41. Hereinafter, a direction parallel to the center line M41 will be referred to as a rotation axis direction. In addition, with regard to the rotation directions about the center line M41, one will be referred to as a first rotation direction L1, and the other will be referred to as a second rotation direction L2 (see FIGS. 10 and 11).

[0038] 6, the center line M42 of the leg portion 42 is substantially linear. Therefore, the leg portion 42 is substantially cylindrical. The leg portion 42 is disposed in the through hole 25. The center line M42 of the leg portion 42 is inclined with respect to the assembly direction A. Therefore, the leg portion 42 has a shape that cannot be fitted into the through hole 25.

[0039] The tip of the leg 42 is provided with a scooping portion 42a that scoops up the ball 3 from the track 7. The center line M42 of the leg 42 is tangent to a pitch circle C that connects the centers of the balls 3 rolling on the track 7. This allows the ball 3 to be smoothly scooped up and returned from the tip of the leg 42.

[0040] As shown in Fig. 5, the center line M43 of the bent portion 43 forms an arc shape (quadrant shape) when viewed from the direction of the arrow V in Fig. 4. Therefore, when the ball 3 rolls in the bent portion 43, the moving direction of the ball 3 changes by approximately 90°. As shown in Fig. 6, a part of the bent portion 43 is disposed in the recess 26 of the nut 2.

[0041] As shown in Fig. 7, the fixing part 5 includes a pressing part 50 and two fastened parts 51. The cross-sectional shape of the pressing part 50 includes an arc part 52 that is arc-shaped along the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical part 41, and two wall parts 53 that extend linearly from the ends of the arc part 52 in the assembly direction A. The fastened part 51 is fastened toward the plane 22 by a screw 59. As a result, the cylindrical part 41 is pressed against the main body part 60 of the base part 6. In this embodiment, the main body part 60 of the base part 6 is assembled in a compressed and deformed state by the fastening of the screw 59.

[0042] The base component 6 of the first embodiment is a resin product. As shown in Fig. 5, the base component 6 includes a main body 60 extending along the flat surface 22 of the nut 2, and two fitting portions 61 protruding from both ends of the main body 60 in the assembly direction A.

[0043] 8, when viewed from the assembly direction A, the main body portion 60 extends between the two through holes 25. Therefore, the extension direction of the main body portion 60 is inclined with respect to the ridge line 24 (the length direction X of the plane 22). Hereinafter, the extension direction of the main body portion 60 will be referred to as the length direction Z. In addition, the direction parallel to the plane 22 and perpendicular to the length direction Z of the main body portion 60 will be referred to as the width direction W of the main body portion 60.

[0044] 9, the main body 60 has a bottom surface 62 facing the assembly direction A, and a seat surface 63 provided on a surface facing in the opposite direction to the bottom surface 62. The bottom surface 62 is flat and abuts against the flat surface 22 of the nut 2 (see FIG. 5).

[0045] The seat 63 is a concave surface (arc surface) that opens toward the circulation part 4. The seat 63 extends from one end to the other end of the main body 60 and is groove-shaped. As shown in FIG. 9, the bottom (most recessed portion) 63a of the seat 63 extends in a direction parallel to the plane 22 at the center of the length direction Z of the main body 60. On the other hand, the bottom 63a of the seat 63 curves toward the plane 22 toward the end of the main body 60. Thus, the seat 63 is divided into a portion that is linear in the length direction Z of the main body 60 and a portion that is curved in the length direction Z of the main body 60. Hereinafter, the linear portion of the seat 63 is referred to as a support surface 70. The curved portion of the seat 63 is referred to as a regulating surface 71.

[0046] 7, the cylindrical portion 41 is placed on the support surface 70. The support surface 70 cooperates with the fixed part 5 to sandwich the cylindrical portion 41. The cross-sectional shape of the support surface 70 is an arc shape centered on the center line M41 of the cylindrical portion 41. Therefore, the cylindrical portion 41 is supported by the main body portion 60 without being misaligned in the width direction W of the main body portion 60.

[0047] As shown in FIG. 5, the bent portion 43 is overlapped with the regulating surface 71 and abuts against the bent portion 43. In addition, since the regulating surface 71 is curved, the range in which the regulating surface 71 abuts against the bent portion 43 is not a part of the direction in which the bent portion 43 extends, but abuts over a certain length. Furthermore, the two bent portions 43 abut against the two regulating surfaces 71 so as to sandwich them from the longitudinal direction Z of the main body portion 60. Therefore, the circulation part 4 is supported by the main body portion 60 without being displaced in the longitudinal direction Z of the main body portion 60. In this embodiment, the regulating surface 71 is also provided on the fitting portion 61. Therefore, the regulating surface 71 will be described in detail after the fitting portion 61 is described.

[0048] As shown in Fig. 8, the fitting portion 61 is disposed in the recess 26. The fitting portion 61 has an outer side surface 65 that faces the fitting surface 28 of the recess 26. The outer side surface 65 is arc-shaped and has the same shape as the fitting surface 28. Thus, the fitting portion 61 fits into the recess 26. Furthermore, due to this fitting, the main body portion 60 is assembled to the nut 2 without being misaligned in the direction parallel to the plane 22.

[0049] When viewed from the assembly direction A, the fitting portion 61 has a circular shape with a portion thereof cut out. This cut-out portion is an area that overlaps with the through-hole 25 when viewed from the assembly direction A. Hereinafter, the cut-out portion will be referred to as the inner surface 66. The inner surface 66 of the fitting portion 61 is provided with a seat surface 63 (restriction surface 71) of the main body portion 60. In other words, the seat surface 63 extends to the inner surface 66 of the fitting portion 61. The inner surface 66 of the fitting portion 61 (seat surface 63, restriction surface 71) abuts against the outer circumferential surface of the bent portion 43.

[0050] Next, the details of the restriction surface 71 will be described. There are two restriction surfaces 71: a restriction surface 71 provided on the fitting portion 61, and a restriction surface 71 located at the end of the main body portion 60. For convenience of explanation, the restriction surface 71 provided on the fitting portion 61 will be first described.

[0051] 8, the restricting surface 71 provided on the fitting portion 61 is arc-shaped with the center line M43 of the bent portion 43 as the center. Therefore, when viewed from the assembly direction A, the restricting surface 71 provided on the fitting portion 61 is open toward the side where the through-hole 25 (leg portion 42) is disposed. In addition, of the two fitting portions 61, the restricting surface 71A of one fitting portion 61 and the restricting surface 71B of the other fitting portion 61 are open so as to face in opposite directions.

[0052] 10, when viewed from the rotation axis direction, the restricting surface 71A abuts in an arc shape against the outer circumferential surface of the bent portion 43 across the center line M42 and the center line M43. That is, the restricting surface 71A has a first restricting portion 72 that abuts from a first rotation direction L1 and a second restricting portion 73 that abuts from a second rotation direction L2, with the center line M42 and the center line M43 as the boundary line. Therefore, the rotation (displacement) of the bent portion 43 in the first rotation direction L1 is restricted by the first restricting portion 72. Moreover, the rotation (displacement) of the bent portion 43 in the second rotation direction L2 is restricted by the second restricting portion 73.

[0053] The first restricting portion 72 is a portion of the restricting surface 71A that is disposed in the first rotation direction L1 from the boundary line (center line M42 and center line M43). The second restricting portion 73 is a portion of the restricting surface 71A that is disposed in the second rotation direction L2 from the boundary line (center line M42 and center line M43). As shown in Figs. 8 and 10, the circumferential length of the restricting surface 71A that abuts against the bent portion 43 is longer for the second restricting portion 73 than for the first restricting portion 72. In other words, the supporting force that supports the bent portion 43 is greater for the second restricting portion 73 than for the first restricting portion 72 on the restricting surface 71A.

[0054] 11, with respect to the restricting surface 71B provided on the other fitting portion 61, the circumferential length of the portion that abuts against the bent portion 43 is longer for the first restricting portion 72 arranged in the first rotation direction L1 than for the second restricting portion 73 arranged in the second rotation direction L2 from the boundary line (center line M42 and center line M43). In other words, the supporting force that supports the bent portion 43 is greater for the first restricting portion 72 than for the second restricting portion 73 on the restricting surface 71B. Therefore, the supporting force of the restricting surface 71 is uniform without being biased to one side in the rotation direction.

[0055] 12, the restricting surface 71 provided at the end of the main body 60 is arc-shaped with the center line M42 of the bent portion 43 as the center. That is, the restricting surface 71 located at the end of the main body 60 also has a first restricting portion 72 that abuts from a first rotation direction L1 and a second restricting portion 73 that abuts from a second rotation direction L2, with the center line M42 as the boundary line. Therefore, the restricting surface 71 provided on the main body 60 also restricts the rotation of the bent portion 43.

[0056] From the above, although the cross-sectional shape of the seating surface 63 has the same shape (arcuate) centered on the center line M of the circulative part 4, since the object it comes into contact with is different (cylindrical portion 41 or bent portion 43), the supporting surface 70 and the restricting surface 71 open in different directions. In other words, the supporting surface 70 restricts the cylindrical portion 41 from shifting in the width direction W of the main body 60, and the restricting surface 71 restricts the bending portion 43 from shifting in the rotation direction.

[0057] Next, the effect of the ball screw device 100 of the present embodiment 1 will be described. Before assembling the circulation part 4, the base part 6 is placed on the flat surface 22 of the nut 2. At this time, the two fitting portions 61 of the base part 6 are fitted into the recessed portions 26 of the nut 2. This allows the base part 6 to be assembled to the nut 2 without being misaligned in the direction parallel to the flat surface 22.

[0058] Next, the circulation part 4 is assembled. The circulation part 4 and the leg parts 42 of the circulation part 4 are inserted into the through holes 25. At this time, the cylindrical part 41 and the two bent parts 43 are arranged so as to overlap with the seat surface 63 of the base part 6. In this way, the cylindrical part 41 is supported by the support surface 70, and misalignment in the width direction W of the main body part 60 is suppressed. In addition, the two bent parts 43 abut against the two regulating surfaces 71, and misalignment in the length direction Z of the main body part 60 is suppressed. From the above, the circulation part 4 is assembled to the base part 6 without misalignment in the direction parallel to the plane 22.

[0059] Furthermore, bent portion 43 abuts against regulating surface 71, suppressing misalignment in the rotation direction. Therefore, misalignment in the rotation direction caused by leg portion 42 is also suppressed. As a result, the tip of leg portion 42 is positioned at a predetermined assembly position, allowing ball 3 to be smoothly scooped up and returned.

[0060] In addition, the support surface 70 has the same shape as the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 41, and abuts against the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 41 without any gap. Conventionally, the cylindrical portion is sandwiched between the flat surface 22 of the nut 2 and the fixed part 5, but according to this embodiment in which the cylindrical portion is sandwiched between the support surface 70 and the fixed part 5, the frictional force against the cylindrical portion 41 is large. Therefore, the fixing force that fixes the cylindrical portion 41 is larger than in the past. As a result, the circulation part 4 is less likely to vibrate, and wear of the circulation part 4 is suppressed.

[0061] In addition, even if the cylindrical portion 41 of the circulation part 4 wears, no gap is generated between the fixed part 5 and the base part 6. In other words, even if the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical part 41 shrinks in diameter due to wear, the compressively deformed main body part 60 elastically deforms, so no gap is generated. Therefore, the clamping force between the fixed part 5 and the base part 6 is maintained for a long period of time.

[0062] In addition, the recess 26 is used as a portion into which the fitting portion 61 fits to avoid contact with the bent portion 43. This eliminates the need to separately form a recess into which the fitting portion 61 fits, and thus makes it possible to avoid a decrease in the strength of the nut 2.

[0063] As described above, the ball screw device 100 of the first embodiment includes the screw shaft 1, the nut 2 that is inserted through the screw shaft 1, a plurality of balls 3 that are arranged between the screw shaft 1 and the nut 2, a circulation part 4 that has a circular cross-sectional shape and circulates the balls 3, a base part 6 that is arranged between the outer circumferential surface 21 of the nut 2 and the circulation part 4, and a fixed part 5 that sandwiches the circulation part 4 between the base part 6. The nut 2 is provided with two through holes 25 that penetrate the nut 2 in the assembly direction A in which the circulation part 4 is assembled to the outer circumferential surface 21 of the nut 2. The circulation part 4 has a cylindrical portion 41 that is arranged on the outer circumferential side of the nut 2, two leg portions 42 that are inserted into the through holes 25, and two bent portions 43 that connect the cylindrical portion 41 and the leg portions 42. The base part 6 has a main body portion 60 that extends along the cylindrical portion 41 and the two bent portions 43. The main body 60 has a groove-shaped seat 63 on which the cylindrical portion 41 and the two bent portions 43 are overlapped. The cross-sectional shape of the seat 63 forms an arc shape centered on the center line M41 of the cylindrical portion 41 and the center line M43 of the two bent portions 43. A portion of the seat 63 that abuts against the cylindrical portion 41 forms an arc-shaped support surface 70 that is open in the opposite direction to the assembly direction A when viewed from the rotation axis direction parallel to the center line M41 of the cylindrical portion 41. A portion of the seat 63 that abuts against the bent portions 43 forms an arc-shaped restricting surface 71 that is open in the direction in which the through hole 25 is disposed when viewed from the assembly direction A. The regulating surface 71 has a first regulating portion 72 that abuts against the bent portion 43 from a first rotation direction L1 centered on the center line M41 of the cylindrical portion 41, and a second regulating portion 73 that abuts against the bent portion 43 from a second rotation direction L2 that is opposite to the first rotation direction L1.

[0064] According to the ball screw device 100 of the first embodiment, the leg portion 42 does not shift in the rotation direction. In addition, the fixing force for fixing the circulation part 4 is strong, and wear of the circulation part 4 is suppressed.

[0065] In the first embodiment, the outer peripheral surface 21 of the nut 2 is provided at the edge of the through hole 25 with a recess 26 for avoiding contact with the two bent portions 43. The base component 6 protrudes from an end of the main body portion 60 in the assembly direction A and has two fitting portions 61 that fit into the recesses 26.

[0066] According to the first embodiment, the circulation part 4 does not shift in position in a direction parallel to the flat surface 22 of the nut 2. In addition, a decrease in the strength of the nut 2 can be avoided.

[0067] In the first embodiment, the fitting portion 61 has an inner side surface 66 facing the through hole 25 when viewed from the assembly direction A. The seat surface 63 extends to the inner side surface 66. The fitting portion 61 abuts against the bent portion 43 or the leg portion .

[0068] According to the first embodiment, the number of portions of the base component 6 that come into contact with the bent portion 43 or the leg portion 42 is increased. This makes it possible to more reliably prevent the leg portion 42 from shifting in the rotation direction.

[0069] In the first embodiment, the base component 6 is made of resin.

[0070] According to the first embodiment, the base component 6 can be assembled in a state where it is compressed in the assembly direction A. Therefore, no gap is generated between the fixed component 5 and the base component 6 even if the cylindrical portion 41 is worn.

[0071] In the first embodiment, the two legs 42 extend in a tangential direction to the raceway 7 between the screw shaft 1 and the nut 2 .

[0072] According to the first embodiment, the ball 3 can be smoothly scooped up and returned.

[0073] Although the first embodiment has been described above, the present disclosure is not limited to the example described in the first embodiment. For example, the base part 6 may be made of a metal material, such as brass, which is softer than the nut 2 and the circulation part 4, instead of a resin material. If the base part is made of a soft metal material, it will be compressed by the load from the fixed part 5. When the cylindrical part 41 is worn, the base part made of a soft metal material will deform, and no gap will be generated between the fixed part 5 and the base part 6. Therefore, the same effect as the resin base part 6 of the first embodiment can be achieved.

[0074] In addition, in the present disclosure, the resin body 60 may contain glass fibers extending in the longitudinal direction Z of the body 60. This makes the base component 6 less susceptible to thermal expansion. This reduces the difference in linear expansion coefficient with the metal nut 2, suppressing creep deformation.

[0075] The base part of the present disclosure may be made of a material other than the above-mentioned resin material or soft metal material. Even with such a base part, the same effect as in the first embodiment can be achieved, and the positional deviation in the rotation direction of the leg 42 and the positional deviation in the direction parallel to the plane 22 can be suppressed. In addition, the fixing force for fixing the circulation part 4 is high, and wear of the circulation part 4 can be suppressed.

[0076] Furthermore, while the circulation component 4 of the first embodiment has legs 42 inclined toward the assembly direction A, the present disclosure may also be a circulation component in which the legs 42 are parallel to the assembly direction A (the legs 42 can be fitted into the through holes 25). Even in such a circulation component, a gap may occur between the legs 42 and the through holes 25 due to manufacturing errors. Therefore, the base component of the present disclosure can support the legs 42 and suppress misalignment of the legs 42 in the rotation direction.

[0077] Next, a base component according to a modified example will be described, focusing on the differences from the first embodiment.

[0078] (Variation 1) FIG. 13 is a perspective view of the base part according to the first modification, viewed from the assembly direction. As shown in FIG. 13, the base part 6A according to the first modification is different from the base part 6 of the first embodiment in that it does not have a fitting part 61. According to such a base part 6A, the regulating surface 71 (71A, 71B) provided at the end of the main body part 60 regulates the positional deviation of the bent part 43 and the leg part 42 in the rotation direction. In addition, the fixing force for fixing the circulation part 4 is high, and wear of the circulation part 4 can be suppressed. However, since the base part 6A is not positioned, the circulation part 4 supported by the base part 6 may be displaced in a direction parallel to the flat surface 22 of the nut 2.

[0079] (Variation 2) Fig. 14 is a view of the base part according to Modification 2 as viewed from the assembly direction. Fig. 15 is a side view of the base part according to Modification 2 as viewed from the side. As shown in Figs. 14 and 15, the base part 6B according to Modification 2 differs from the base part 6 of embodiment 1 in that it is provided with a circular through hole 75. The through hole 75 penetrates the main body 60 in a direction parallel to the assembly direction A. In other words, it penetrates a part of the support surface 70 (seat surface 63).

[0080] According to the base component 6B of the second modification, when the base component 6B is exposed to high temperatures during use of the ball screw device 100, the main body 60 thermally expands in the length direction Z. As a result, the base component 6B presses the two bent portions 43 that contact the regulating surface 71 in directions separating them from each other. In addition, the main body 60 receives a reaction force from the two bent portions 43, and is deformed so as to crush the through hole 75. Therefore, according to the second modification, the positional deviation of the bent portions 43 due to the thermal expansion of the base component 6B is suppressed.

[0081] Although the through-hole 75 in the second modification is circular, the present disclosure is not limited to this.

[0082] (Variation 3) Fig. 16 is a view of the base component according to Modification 3 as seen from the assembly direction. As shown in Fig. 16, the base component 6C according to Modification 3 differs from the base component 6 of embodiment 1 in that the main body portion 60 is divided into two. The main body portion 60 has two divided main body portions 76 divided at the center in the longitudinal direction Z of the main body portion 60. Furthermore, the combined length of the main body portion 60 in the longitudinal direction of the two divided main body portions 76 is shorter than that of the main body portion 60 of embodiment 1. In other words, a gap S is generated between the two divided main body portions 76.

[0083] As described above, according to the base component 6C of Modification 3, when the divided main body portion 76 thermally expands, it expands so as to reduce the gap S. Therefore, the positional deviation of the bent portion 43 can be suppressed. [Explanation of symbols]
