Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a fixed body and a fixing device in a structure in which a fixed body with an insertion portion inserted into a groove of a fixed body is rotated in an engagement direction to engage and fix the fixed body to the fixed body, and which allows an operator to sense that the fixed body is about to reach the required rotation amount. [Background technology]
[0002] A structure for engaging and fixing a fixed body to a fixed body by rotating a fixed body with an insert part inserted into a groove of the fixed body in an engagement direction is disclosed in Patent Document 1. The support body 1 is fixed to a support member S made of lip groove steel by an engagement structure, and is configured such that a rectangular temporary fixing wing piece 6 whose long side dimension is larger than the width of the groove of the support member S and whose short side dimension is smaller than the width of the groove is connected to an engagement part 2 via a neck part, and the long side directions of the temporary fixing wing piece 6 and the engagement part 2 are oriented in the same direction.
[0003] To engage and fix the support body 1 to the support member S, the engaging portion 2 of the support body 1 is inserted into the support member S with the long side direction of the engaging portion 2 aligned along the direction in which the groove is formed, and then the support body 1 is rotated 90° to position the long side of the engaging portion 2 along the groove width direction of the support member S, and a pair of lip portions L of the support member S are forcibly clamped between the temporary fastening wing piece 6 and the engaging portion 2, thereby engaging the engaging portion 2 with the pair of lip portions L formed inside the support member S inside the support member S.
[0004] As described above, the structure forcibly clamps a pair of lip portions L of the support member S between the temporary stop wing pieces 6 and the engagement portion 2, and the rotation resistance gradually increases in proportion to the gradually increasing clamping range from midway through the rotation of the support 1. As described above, in the engagement structure of Patent Document 1, the rotation resistance of the support 1 only increases gradually, so the worker cannot determine whether the support 1 has reached the required rotation amount, and works by relying on intuition and experience. As a result, problems occur in which the support 1 is damaged by rotating it more than the required rotation amount, or the required engagement and fixing force cannot be secured due to an insufficient rotation amount. [0005] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 63-156515 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0006] The present invention aims to, when a fixed body is rotated relative to a fixed body to engage and fix it, have an operator sense that the fixed body has reached just before the required rotation amount, and to always stop the rotation of the fixed body at the appropriate rotation amount without damaging the fixed body due to excessive rotation or causing insufficient engagement and fixing force due to insufficient rotation. [Means for solving the problem]
[0007] The invention of claim 1 for solving the above problem is a fixed body fixed to a fixed body having a pair of opposed plate parts with a groove part formed between each opposed tip part arranged opposite to each other, The fixed body is a main body portion disposed on a surface side of the fixed body where the groove portion is open and disposed in contact with the surfaces of the pair of opposed plate portions across the groove portion; an insertion portion having a shaft portion that protrudes from a rear surface of the main body portion and is inserted into the fixed body through the groove portion, and an engagement portion that is formed on a tip side of the shaft portion and is engaged with the pair of opposing plate portions, The engagement portion is a narrow portion that is formed to have a width narrower than the groove width of the fixed body and that allows the fixed body to be inserted into the groove portion with the width direction aligned with the opposing direction of the pair of opposing plate portions; a wide portion that protrudes outward from the shaft portion with a width wider than the groove width, is formed in a direction perpendicular to the width direction of the narrow portion, and is disposed on each back surface side of the pair of opposing plate portions and can engage with the pair of opposing plate portions so as to be prevented from slipping out of the groove portion by rotating the fixed body in a rotation direction about the shaft portion immediately after the engaging portion is inserted into the groove portion, The insertion portion of the fixed body has a rotation restriction portion that contacts the fixed body and restricts rotation in the rotation direction beyond the contact point; a pressure portion provided at a position where the pressure portion abuts against at least one of the pair of opposing plate portions during the rotation, During the rotation of the fixed body, the pressing portion comes into contact with the opposing plate portion, thereby increasing the rotation resistance, and immediately before the pressing portion separates from the opposing plate portion and is disposed in the groove portion, the rotation resistance decreases, A pair of protruding plate portions are formed at the opposing tip portions of the pair of opposing plate portions of the fixed body, the protruding plate portions protruding toward the rear side further than the rear surfaces of the pair of opposing plate portions, The pressure portion is formed at a position close to the narrow width portion with respect to an intersection of the directions in which the wide width portion and the narrow width portion are formed on the outer surface of the shaft portion so as to abut against an inner surface of at least one of the pair of projecting plate portions. It is characterized by the following.
[0008] According to the invention of claim 1, when the insertion portion of the fixed body is inserted into the groove portion of the fixed body and the fixed body is rotated to its maximum in the engagement direction with the shaft portion as the rotation axis to a rotation position restricted by the rotation restricting portion, the engagement portion formed at the tip of the shaft portion remains engaged with the back side of a pair of opposing plate portions of the fixed body, and the rotation restricting portion of the fixed body abuts against the fixed body, restricting rotation in a further rotation direction beyond the maximum rotation position of the fixed body.
[0009] During rotation before the fixed body reaches the maximum rotation position, the pressure portion provided on the insertion portion abuts against at least one of the pair of opposing plate portions, increasing the rotation resistance, and immediately before the pressure portion separates from the opposing plate portions and is disposed in the groove portion, the rotation resistance drops suddenly, so that the operator can sense the above-mentioned sudden change in the rotation resistance of the fixed body. Therefore, the operator can sense that the fixed body is approaching the maximum rotation position by the sudden increase and decrease in the rotation resistance of the fixed body, and can take measures such as loosening (reducing) the rotation force of the fixed body, and can prevent damage to the fixed body by rotating the fixed body with a large rotation force until the maximum rotation position is reached. In addition, after the rotation resistance of the fixed body suddenly decreases, the rotation restriction portion of the fixed body abuts against the fixed body, so that the rotation resistance increases again, making it easy to grasp the maximum rotation position, which is the rotation end position. Furthermore, the pressure portion provided on the fixed body restricts the reverse rotation of the fixed body, resulting in a structure in which the fixed body is not easily removed from the fixed body.

[0025] Claim 5 According to the invention, the pressure applying portion and the rotation regulating portion are pressed against or positioned against a pair of opposing plate portions of the fixed body at the same time, so that the fixed body can be rotated while maintaining a constant position along the width direction of the groove portion of the fixed body, thereby enabling stable rotation operations of the fixed body to be performed.
[0026] Claim 6 The invention is A fixed body fixed to a fixed body having a pair of opposed plate portions with a groove portion formed between each opposed tip portion, The fixed body is a main body portion disposed on a surface side of the fixed body where the groove portion is open and disposed in contact with the surfaces of the pair of opposed plate portions across the groove portion; an insertion portion having a shaft portion that protrudes from a rear surface of the main body portion and is inserted into the fixed body through the groove portion, and an engagement portion that is formed on a tip side of the shaft portion and is engaged with the pair of opposing plate portions, The engagement portion is a narrow portion that is formed to have a width narrower than the groove width of the fixed body and that allows the fixed body to be inserted into the groove portion with the width direction aligned with the opposing direction of the pair of opposing plate portions; a wide portion that protrudes outward from the shaft portion with a width wider than the groove width, is formed in a direction perpendicular to the width direction of the narrow portion, and is disposed on each back surface side of the pair of opposing plate portions and can engage with the pair of opposing plate portions so as to be prevented from slipping out of the groove portion by rotating the fixed body in a rotation direction about the shaft portion immediately after the engaging portion is inserted into the groove portion, The insertion portion of the fixed body has a rotation restriction portion that contacts the fixed body and restricts rotation in the rotation direction beyond the contact point; a pressure portion provided at a position where the pressure portion abuts against at least one of the pair of opposing plate portions during the rotation, During the rotation of the fixed body, the pressing portion comes into contact with the opposing plate portion, thereby increasing the rotation resistance, and immediately before the pressing portion separates from the opposing plate portion and is disposed in the groove portion, the rotation resistance decreases, The present invention is characterized in that at both ends of the engaging portion in the direction in which the wide portion is formed, a pressure-contact protrusion is formed which extends from each base end of the pair of opposing plate portions of the fixed body further toward the back side than the back surfaces of the pair of opposing plate portions and is pressed against the opposing surfaces facing in the opposing direction of the pair of opposing plate portions, thereby preventing the fixed body from rattling relative to the fixed body.

[0032] According to the present invention, during rotation before the fixed body reaches the maximum rotation position, the pressure portion provided on the insertion portion abuts against at least one of the pair of opposing plate portions, increasing the rotation resistance, and the rotation resistance suddenly decreases just before the pressure portion separates from the opposing plate portions and is disposed in the groove portion, so that the operator can sense the above-mentioned sudden change in the rotation resistance of the fixed body. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0034] The present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to several preferred embodiments. EXAMPLES
[0035] First, a fixed body F1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Figs. 1 to 6. The fixed body F1 is fixed to an aluminum frame E having a plurality of first grooves 54 formed in the longitudinal direction on its outer peripheral surface by an engagement structure, and the main body plate 1 of the fixed body F1 exposed on the outer surface 57 of the aluminum frame E is formed into a shape according to the intended use. The main body plate 1 shown in the figure is a schematic representation and is a square plate smaller in size than the width dimension of the aluminum frame E. However, for example, when wiring and piping materials are to be held by the aluminum frame E, the main body plate 1 is formed into a size corresponding to the outer diameter of the wiring and piping materials, and may be larger than the width dimension of the aluminum frame E. Furthermore, the main body plate 1 may be formed into a flat shape so that a sticker showing a guide may be attached thereto, or a support member capable of supporting tools or spray cans may be provided, and the intended use is wide-ranging.
[0036] The aluminum frame E is an extrusion molded product of aluminum material, and is widely used in a wide range of fields to engage and fix various items using grooves. The overall shape is an irregular square cylinder, and a total of four connecting plate parts 52 are integrally provided outward along a pair of diagonal directions (radial directions when the center of the central cylinder part 51 is used as a reference) at each corner of the central cylinder part 51 with a square cross section, and a thick groove forming part 53 with an L-shaped cross section is provided at the tip of each connecting plate part 52, so that first and second groove parts 54, 55, which have different groove widths due to the adjacent two groove forming parts 53 and are stepped, are continuously formed along the longitudinal direction on the total of four outer surfaces with a square cross section. The first groove part 54 is formed between the opposing plate parts 56 of the two adjacent groove forming parts 53, and the second groove part 55 is formed on the back side of the second groove part 55 with a groove width wider than the groove width of the first groove part 54. The four outer surfaces 57 of the aluminum frame E on which the first and second grooves 54, 55 are formed are flat. The groove widths of the first and second grooves 54, 55 are (W1) and (W2), respectively. The central cylinder portion 51 and each groove forming portion 53 are lightened by forming recesses 58a, 58b over their entire length.
[0037] The fixed body F1 engaged and fixed to the aluminum frame E is made of resin, and as shown in Figs. 1 to 6, it is composed of a main body portion A1 arranged in abutment against an outer surface 57 of the aluminum frame E including the surfaces of a pair of opposing plate portions 56 of the aluminum frame E, and an insertion portion B1 arranged in an inserted state in each of the first and second groove portions 54, 55 (see Fig. 4(b)). The main body portion A1 is composed of a main body plate portion 1 in the form of a square thick plate, and the insertion portion B1 is composed of a shaft portion 2 formed integrally with the back surface side of the main body plate portion 1 and arranged in the first groove portion 54 formed between the pair of opposing plate portions 56 of the aluminum frame E, and an engagement plate portion 3 formed integrally with the tip portion (rear end portion) of the shaft portion 2 and arranged in close contact with the second groove portion 55 on the back surface side (rear side) of the pair of opposing plate portions 56, thereby engaging with the pair of opposing plate portions 56 from the back surface side.
[0038] The shaft portion 2 of the fixed body F1 arranged in the first groove portion 54 of the aluminum frame E is short-shaft shaped, as shown in Figs. 3 to 5, particularly Fig. 5(a), and has a rectangular cross section with a slight difference in size between the short side and the long side. Only one of the opposing corners of the short-angle shaft body is largely chamfered with a radius to form a partial short cylindrical portion 4, and the other opposing corners are not chamfered with a radius, and have a cross section shape that leaves a "pin angle" as it is. The dimension of the shaft portion 2 along the short side is the same as the dimension L1 of a narrow width portion 6 of the engagement plate portion 3 described later, and the surfaces of the shaft portion 2 and the engagement plate portion 3 along the long side are arranged on the same plane (see Fig. 5(a)), and the long side direction flat portion 10 of the shaft portion 2 along the long side is perpendicular only at one end of a rotation restriction flat portion 9 described later.
[0039] By being arranged in contact with the back side of the pair of opposing plate portions 56 of the aluminum frame E, the engaging plate portion 3 of the fixing body F1 that is entirely disposed in the second groove portion 55 is in the shape of a rectangular plate with significantly different lengths of the short side and the long side. Each of one pair of opposing corner portions is greatly rounded and chamfered to serve as an interference avoidance portion 5 for avoiding interference with the groove inner end surface 54a of the first groove portion 54 of the aluminum frame E and facilitating insertion when inserting the engaging plate portion 3 of the fixing body F1 into the first groove portion 54. As described above, the dimension of the narrow portion 6 of the engaging plate portion 3 is L1, and the dimension of the wide portion 7 is L2. The relationship between the dimensions L1 and L2 of the narrow portion 6 and the wide portion 7 of the engaging plate portion 3 and the groove width W1 of the first groove portion 54 of the aluminum frame E is (L1 < W1 < L2). Also, the dimension L2 of the wide portion 7 of the engaging plate portion 3 is formed to be slightly smaller than the groove width W2 of the second groove portion 55 of the aluminum frame E. At a pair of opposing corner portions different from the pair of opposing corner portions where the pair of interference avoidance portions 5 are formed in the engaging plate portion 3, a pair of pressure contact protrusions 8 are formed that slightly protrude outward in the long side direction so that the engaging plate portion 3 inserted into the second groove portion 55 through the first groove portion 54 of the aluminum frame E bites into and is locked to the groove inner end surface 55a (see FIG. 6) of the second groove portion 55 of the aluminum frame E in a pressure contact state. Further, when rotating and engagingly fixing the fixing body F1 with respect to the first and second groove portions 54 and 55 of the aluminum frame E, since the fixing body F1 is rotated in the clockwise direction, correspondingly, considering the rotation direction of the fixing body F1, the interference avoidance portion 5 approaches the groove inner end surface 55a of the second groove portion 55 of the aluminum frame E first, so that the pair of pressure contact protrusions 8 are configured to press against and bite into the groove inner end surface 55a immediately before the final arrangement position. Note that both end portions in the long side direction on the back surface of the rectangular plate-shaped engaging plate portion 3 are formed in an inclined surface shape such that the wall thickness decreases toward both ends to avoid interference with the connecting plate portion 52 of the aluminum frame E.
[0040] Then, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 5(a), when the insertion portion B1 of the fixing body F1 is inserted into the first and second groove portions 54 and 55 of the aluminum frame E in a state where the opposing planes parallel to each other along the long side direction in the shaft portion 2 are inserted, and the fixing body F1 is rotated clockwise to be engaged and fixed to the aluminum frame E, a maximum rotation position is determined, and it serves as a rotation restricting plane portion 9 for restricting further rotation in the same direction beyond this position. The rotation restricting plane portion 9 is a plane along the short side direction of the shaft portion 2. Also, based on the intersection of the short side portion and the long side portion in the shaft portion 2 having an irregular rectangular cross section, that is, at a position shifted by a predetermined length toward the short side portion from the intersection, in other words, at the end portion on the short side portion side in the partial short cylindrical portion 4, during the rotation of the fixing body F1, it presses against the inner groove end surface 54a of the first groove portion 54 of the aluminum frame E to generate a pressing resistance, and immediately after generating the maximum pressing force, the pressing force is rapidly decreased to return to the normal rotation resistance. A pair of pressing portions 11 are formed in a stepped shape at point-symmetrical positions with respect to the rotation axis C1. The dimension (L3) of the pair of opposing rotation restricting plane portions 9 is slightly smaller than the groove width (W1) of the first groove portion 54 of the aluminum frame E, slightly larger than the dimension (L1) of each narrow portion 6 of the shaft portion 2 and the engaging plate portion 3, and further, the dimension (L4) between the outer surfaces of the pair of pressing portions 11 arranged point-symmetrically with respect to the rotation axis C1 is slightly larger than the groove width (W1) (L1 < L3 < W1 < L4). In FIGS. 3 and 5, reference numeral 12 denotes a hollow cylindrical meat theft hole portion formed so as to open to the bottom surface of the engaging plate portion 3 around the rotation axis C1 between the shaft portion 2 and the engaging plate portion 3 of the fixing body F1.
[0041] 7 and 8, the operation of engaging and fixing the fixed body F1 to the first and second grooves 54, 55 of the aluminum frame E will be described. First, as shown in Fig. 7(a), the wide portion 7 of the engagement plate portion 3 of the fixed body F1 is aligned along the formation direction of the first groove portion 54 of the aluminum frame E, and the shaft portion 2 and engagement plate portion 3, which are the insertion portion B1 of the fixed body F1, are inserted into the first and second groove portions 54, 55, respectively, so that only the main body portion A1 is disposed outside the aluminum frame E. This state is the rotation start position, and when the fixed body F1 is rotated clockwise around the rotation axis C1 of the shaft portion 2, the fixed body F1 is rotated in an "unpressurized state" in which only a slight sliding rotation resistance is generated and no pressure resistance is generated at all. As shown in Figure 7(b), when the fixed body F1 is rotated about 45° from the rotation start position, the pair of pressure members 11 formed on the shaft portion 2 begin to press against the opposing inner groove end faces 54a of the first groove portion 54, and when it is rotated a further 15° as shown in Figure 7(c), the maximum pressure position is reached as shown in Figure 8, and immediately thereafter the pressure force suddenly drops. Due to the sudden increase in the pressure (rotation resistance) and the sudden drop immediately thereafter, the operator can sense that the rotation of the fixed body F1 is approaching the required rotation angle of 90°, and can adjust and reduce the rotation force of the fixed body F1, making it possible to rotate the fixed body F1 to the maximum rotation position with a small rotation force, and as shown in Fig. 7(d), when the fixed body F1 is rotated to just before the maximum rotation angle (90.5°), a pair of rotation restriction flat parts 9 provided opposite to the shaft part 2 abut against the groove inner end surface 54a of the first groove part 54, thereby restricting further rotation in the rotation direction. As a result, the wide part 7 of the fixed body F1 is disposed in a direction perpendicular to the formation direction of the first and second groove parts 54, 55, and a pair of opposing plate parts 56 is sandwiched between the engagement plate part 3 and the main body plate part 1, and the fixed body F1 is engaged and fixed to the pair of opposing plate parts 56.
[0042] 7(e), when the fixed body F1 reaches the maximum rotation position, which is the rotation end posture, each rotation restriction flat portion 9 abuts against each groove inner end surface 54a of the first groove portion 54, increasing the rotation resistance felt by the operator, and the pair of pressure contact protrusions 8 formed at both ends in the long side direction of the engagement plate portion 3 press against each groove inner end surface 55a of the second groove portion 55 in a biting state, so that the fixed body F1 is partially fixed to the aluminum frame E and cannot shift relative to the first and second groove portions 54, 55. When the partial fixing force of the fixed body F1 by the pair of pressure contact protrusions 8 is large, the fixed body F1 will not shift vertically downward relative to the aluminum frame E even when the aluminum frame E is used vertically. EXAMPLES
[0043] Next, the fixed body F2 of the embodiment 2, which is a modification of the fixed body F1 described above, will be described only in terms of the parts that differ from the fixed body F1 of the embodiment 1. The fixed body F1 has a pressure portion 11 formed on the outer circumferential surface of the shaft portion 2, while the fixed body F2 differs only in that a protruding pressure portion 15 is formed on the upper surface of the engagement plate portion 3, and therefore the same parts as the fixed body F1 are designated by the same reference numerals or the same reference numerals with an "'" added thereto. The fixed body F2 has a small diameter portion 14 that is smaller in diameter than the other portions at the portion of the shaft portion 2 of the fixed body F1 of the embodiment 1 that connects with the engagement plate portion 3, so that a pair of arc-shaped pressure portions 15 are formed on the upper surface of the engagement plate portion 3 at point-symmetric positions with respect to the rotation axis C2.
[0044] Therefore, when the shaft portion 2' and the locking plate portion 3 are inserted into the first groove portion 54 and the fixed body F2 is rotated clockwise around the rotation axis, at a position exceeding half of the required rotation amount of 90°, the pair of pressure members 15 formed on the upper surface of the engaging plate portion 3 are pressed against the groove inner end face 54a of the first groove portion 54, causing pressure to be applied, and the rotation resistance suddenly increases. Immediately thereafter, when the pressure of the pair of pressure members 15 is released, the rotation resistance suddenly decreases and the pair of rotation restriction flat portions 9 of the fixed body F2 abut against each of the groove inner end faces 54a, restricting rotation beyond this amount in the same direction. EXAMPLES
[0045] Next, a fixed body F3 according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Fig. 11 to Fig. 16. The fixed body F3 is fixed to a hollow base body V having a groove 65 formed on the front side along the longitudinal direction by an engagement structure, and is used to bind and hold pipes to the base body V via the fixed body F3, or to suspend a suspension bolt or the like from the base body V.
[0046] The base body V is made of metal and is a short member having a length of 100 to 500 mm along the direction in which the groove portion 65 is formed. As shown in Figures 11 and 12, side plate portions 62 are erected in the same direction at both ends of the width direction of the bottom plate portion 61, so that the pair of side plate portions 62 are arranged opposite each other in a form bent at a right angle to the bottom plate portion 61, and at the tips of the pair of side plate portions 62, a pair of opposing plate portions 63 are bent inward at a right angle so as to be parallel to the bottom plate portion 61, so that each opposing tip portion 63a is formed in an opposing arrangement. Furthermore, at each opposing tip portion 63a of the pair of opposing plate portions 63, each protruding plate portion 64 is formed in a form bent at a right angle toward the inside (towards the bottom plate portion 61), so that a groove portion 65 is formed continuously along the longitudinal direction between each opposing tip portion 63a of the pair of opposing plate portions 63. The width W3 of the groove 65 is a reference for determining the dimensions (lengths) of the narrow portion 42 and the wide portion 43 of the engagement plate portion 32 of the fixed body F3, which will be described later. The space formed by the bottom plate portion 61, the pair of side plate portions 62, and the pair of opposing plate portions 63 is an arrangement space portion 66 for inserting and arranging an insertion portion B3, which will be described later and is a part of the fixed body F3, and the depth of the arrangement space portion 66 (the height of the side plate portions 62) is determined relatively in relation to the insertion length of the insertion portion B3 of the fixed body F3. The bottom plate portion 61 of the base body V is formed with a plurality of holes of different shapes for fixing the base body V to a floor member, a ceiling member, or the like via bolts.
[0047] The fixed body F3 engaged and fixed to the base body V is made of resin, and as shown in Figs. 11 to 16, it is composed of a rectangular plate-shaped main body A3 arranged in contact with the front surface of a pair of opposing plate portions 63, which are the surface of the base body V, and an insertion portion B3 formed integrally with the back surface of the main body A3 and inserted into the arrangement space 66 through a groove portion 65 of the base body V (see Fig. 14(b)). The main body A3 is formed with pipe holding portions 22, each having an arc-shaped cross section, bulging out toward the front surface at each corner portion on the front surface side of a rectangular plate-shaped main body plate portion 21, and a pair of pipe holding portions 22 arranged along one diagonal line of the total of four pipe holding portions 22 have a rotation operation portion 23 that protrudes in the short side direction of the main body plate portion 21 and that is used by an operator to hook the fingers of the operator to rotate the pipe holding portion 22 when engaging and fixing the fixed body F3 to the base body V. The dimension L5 in the short side direction of the main body plate 21 is slightly smaller than the width W3 of the groove 65 of the base body V, and the dimension L6 in the long side direction thereof is much larger than the width W3 of the groove 65 and slightly smaller than the overall width W4 of the base body V. Of the four pipe holding portions 22 formed on the main body plate 21, one of the two pipe holding portions 22 arranged along the other diagonal has a screw attachment portion 25 formed to protrude in the short side direction of the main body plate 21 for attaching a reverse rotation restriction screw 24 that restricts the fixed body F3 engaged and fixed to the base body V from rotating reversely. A circular screw head insertion hole 25a is formed on the surface of the screw attachment portion 25, into which the head 24a of the reverse rotation control screw 24 is inserted, and a screw pilot hole 25b is formed perpendicular to the main body plate portion 21 in the center of the screw head insertion hole 25a, into which the shaft portion 24b of the reverse rotation control screw 24 is screwed by inserting it while rotating it.
[0048] At one end along the long side direction of the main body plate part 21 of the fixed body F3, and at the center in the short side direction, a rectangular plate-shaped restricting plate part 26 is provided protruding in the short side direction to form a restricting protrusion 27 that prevents a corrugated tube (not shown) from shifting in its longitudinal direction (axial direction) when the main body plate part 21 of the fixed body F3 holds a part of the corrugated tube, and the restricting plate part 26 is provided with a linear restricting protrusion 27 that is inserted into a groove of the corrugated tube partially supported by the main body plate part 21 along the short side direction of the main body plate part 21. A V-shaped break groove 28 is provided in a portion of the connection part between the main body plate part 21 and the restricting plate part 26 except for both ends, and a large difference is provided in the length of the connection part along the short side direction of both ends where the break groove 28 is not provided.
[0049] As shown in Figure 14 (b), when the fixed body F3 is engaged and fixed to the base body V, the insertion portion B3 of the fixed body F3 consists of an axis portion 31 which is integrally formed on the back surface of the main body plate portion 21 and is arranged between a pair of protruding plate portions 64 of the base body V, and an engagement plate portion 32 which is integrally formed on the tip portion (rear end portion) of the axis portion 31 and engages with the inner end surfaces 64a of the pair of protruding plate portions 64 of the base body V from the rear side, and each of the three integrally formed parts of the main body plate portion 21, axis portion 31 and engagement plate portion 32 has a circular cross-sectional through hole 33 formed therein for inserting bolts or the like. 15, the shaft portion 31 has an irregular cylindrical shape because the through hole 33 is formed in the center thereof, and the cross-sectional shape is point-symmetrical about the rotation axis C3 of the through hole 33, and includes a partial cylindrical portion 34 having its axis at the rotation axis C3 of the through hole 33, and a pair of opposed planar portions 35 connected to the outer circumferential surface of the partial cylindrical portion 34 at an obtuse angle and opposed to each other with a gap inside each protruding plate portion 64 of the base body V in a state in which the fixed body F3 is engaged and fixed to the base body V. The dimension of the irregular cylindrical shaft portion 31 along the short side direction of the main body plate portion 21 is the same as the dimension L5 along the short side direction of the main body plate portion 21, and the dimension L7 of the shaft portion 31 along the long side direction of the main body plate portion 21 is slightly shorter than the width W3 of the groove portion 65 of the base body V. That is, when the fixed body F3 is rotated in the engagement direction to engage with the base body V, the pair of opposed flat portions 35 formed in parallel to each other on the outer circumferential surface of the shaft portion 31 are arranged in parallel to the protruding plate portion 64 of the base body V in the engagement completion state as shown in FIG. 17(d), and function as a "rotation restriction portion" that restricts further rotation of the fixed body F3 in the engagement direction. The connection portion between the outer circumferential surface of the partial cylindrical portion 34 and the pair of opposed flat portions 35 is formed in a stepped shape, and a first pressure portion 36 is formed that can sensuously inform the operator rotating the fixed body F3 that the engagement is approaching completion by abutting against the inner surfaces of the pair of protruding plate portions 64 of the base body V in a pressurized state during the rotation of the fixed body F3 to engage and fix it to the base body V. In FIG. 15(b), 37 indicates a recessed portion formed on the shaft portion 31.
[0050] The engaging plate 32 formed integrally with the tip (rear end) of the shaft 31 has an irregular rectangular plate shape in which a pair of interference avoidance parts 41 are formed by largely obliquely chamfering each end along one diagonal direction of the rectangle in order to avoid interference with the pair of opposing plate parts 63 of the base body V and facilitate insertion when the fixed body F3 is inserted into the base body V, as shown in Figs. 11 to 16. Therefore, even if the wide part 43 of the engaging plate 32 of the fixed body F3 is slightly inclined without completely matching it with the groove part 65 of the base body V, the engaging plate 32 can be inserted into the groove part 65, making the work easier. The surfaces of the engaging plate 32 on both sides of the shaft 31 and located at both ends of the main body plate 21 in the long side direction facing the main body plate 21 are a pair of engaging surfaces 32a and an engaging guide surface 32b that abut against or approach the inner end surfaces 64a of the pair of protruding plate parts 64 of the base body V. 14(b), (c) and 15, the engagement surface 32a and the engagement guide surface 32b are continuous, and the length of the engagement surface 32a along the short side direction of the engagement plate portion 32 is "K", and the engagement surface 32a on which the protruding second pressure portion 44 is formed is formed parallel to the main body plate portion 21, but the portion of the through hole 33 on which the interference avoidance portion 41 is formed, with a central angle β of approximately 90° about the rotation axis C3, is connected to the engagement surface 32a and forms the engagement guide surface 32b. The engagement guide surface 32b is formed in a slightly tapered shape along the circumferential direction about the rotation axis C3 of the through hole 33 so that the distance between the engagement guide surface 32b and the main body plate portion 21 becomes wider as the distance between the engagement guide surface 32b and the main body plate portion 21 increases as the engagement surface 32a increases. By providing the engagement guide surface 32b and the interference avoidance portion 41 in the form of a tapered surface on the engagement plate portion 32, when the fixed body F3 is rotated with the insertion portion B3 inserted into the groove portion 65 of the base body V and the fixed body F3 is engaged and fixed to the base body V, the rotation operation of the fixed body F3 can be easily performed from just before the engagement of the engagement plate portion 32 to when the engagement is completed.
[0051] Each short side and each long side of the engagement plate portion 32 respectively forms a narrow width portion 42 and a wide width portion 43, and the short side portion which is the narrow width portion 42 is arranged parallel to the opposing planar portion 35 of the shaft portion 31. On the inner surface of the engagement plate portion 32 facing the main body plate portion 21, and on each end portion along a diagonal direction different from the diagonal direction along which the pair of interference avoidance portions 41 are formed, there is provided a protruding second pressure portion 44 which, when the fixed body F3 is engaged and fixed to the base body V, passes over the pair of protruding plate portions 64 of the base body V and is arranged on the outside (opposite the groove portion side) of the pair of protruding plate portions 64, and which also serves the function of restricting reverse rotation of the fixed body F3 engaged and fixed to the base body V. The dimension of the engagement plate 32 along the short side direction of the main body plate 21 is the same as the dimension L5 along the short side direction of the main body plate 21, and the dimension L8 along the long side direction is larger than the dimension of each outer surface (the surface on the side opposite the groove portion 65) of the pair of protruding plate portions 64 so as to be engageable with the pair of protruding plate portions 64 of the base body V. In addition, a pair of nut holding pieces 46 for enabling a nut (not shown) to be arranged in this portion is integrally formed facing each other along the long side direction of the main body plate 21 on the rear surface of the engagement plate 32, and a side opening 47 formed between the pair of nut holding pieces 46 allows the arrangement of a bind wire 71 (see FIG. 13(b)) for binding and fixing the pipes arranged on the main body plate 21 of the fixed body F3 to the fixed body F3. The space formed by the pair of nut retaining pieces 46 is a nut arrangement space 48 in which a nut is arranged, and a protrusion 46a for maintaining the nut in a pressed-in state is provided on the inner surface of each nut retaining piece 46 parallel to the rotation axis C3 of the through hole 33.
[0052] Next, referring to FIG. 17, the action of engaging and fixing the fixed body F3 to the base body V will be described. First, as shown in FIG. 17(a), the long side direction of the main body plate portion 21 of the fixed body F3 is aligned with the formation direction of the groove portion 65 of the base body V, and the entire insertion portion B3 of the fixed body F3 is inserted into the groove portion 65, so that only the main body portion A3 is disposed outside the base body V. In this state, when the fixed body F3 is rotated clockwise around the rotation axis C3 of the through hole 33, as shown in FIG. 17(b), the pair of first pressure portions 36 formed on the shaft portion 31 are pressed against the respective outer surfaces (opposing side surfaces) of the pair of protruding plate portions 64 of the base body V, generating a large rotation resistance. In this state, the protruding second pressure portions 44 formed on the respective engagement surfaces 32a of the engagement plate portion 32 are close to the respective outer surfaces (opposing side surfaces) of the pair of protruding plate portions 64 of the base body V.
[0053] When the fixed body F3 is further rotated slightly in the same direction from the state shown in Figure 17(b), the pressure resistance of the pair of first pressure portions 36 against the pair of protruding plate portions 64 suddenly decreases, as shown in Figure 17(c), and the pair of second pressure portions 44 formed on the engaging plate portion 32 pass through a state in which they are pressed against the opposing tip portions 63a of each protruding plate portion 64, and then, as shown in Figure 17(d), the pair of second pressure portions 44 climb over each protruding plate portion 64 and are positioned inside (opposite the groove portion side) of each protruding plate portion 64, and the engaging plate portion 32 of the fixed body F3 is positioned so that each engaging surface 32a faces the inner end surface 64a of each protruding plate portion 64, and the engaging plate portion 32 of the fixed body F3 is engaged with the pair of protruding plate portions 64 of the base body V. Here, the pair of second pressure members 44 press against the respective protruding plate portions 64 and the pair of first pressure members 36 press against the respective protruding plate portions 64 almost simultaneously, so that the operator can sense a sudden increase in the rotation resistance of the fixed body F3. As a result, the respective opposed planar portions 35 of the shaft portion 31 of the fixed body F3 are arranged parallel to and close to the inner surfaces of the respective protruding plate portions 64 of the base body V, so that the further rotation of the fixed body F3 in the rotation direction is restricted. Also, the respective second pressure members 44 are arranged on the inner side (opposite the groove portion side) of the respective protruding plate portions 64, and the engaging plate portion 32 is engaged with the respective protruding plate portions 64 of the base body V, so that the wide portion 43 of the engaging plate portion 32 is arranged in the width direction of the groove portion 65 of the base body V, so that the fixed body F3 cannot come out of the base body V. Furthermore, when the fixed body F3 is engaged and fixed to the base body V, the pair of second pressure members 44 are positioned close to the outer surfaces (the surfaces opposite the groove portion) of the pair of protruding plate portions 64 of the base body V, thereby not only restricting the fixed body F3 from rotating in the reverse direction, but also restricting the fixed body F3 from moving in the longitudinal direction of the base body V (the direction in which the groove portion 65 is formed) by friction caused by sliding contact.
[0054] In addition, the pair of first pressure members 36 and the pair of second pressure members 44 formed on the shaft portion 31 are pressed against the respective outer surfaces (opposing surfaces) of the pair of protruding plate portions 64 of the base body V, and then the fixed body F3 is engaged and fixed to the base body V by rotating the fixed body F3 clockwise by a small angle after a large rotation resistance is generated, so that the operator can intuitively know that the engagement and fixing of the fixed body F3 to the base body V is about to be completed due to the generation of the large rotation resistance, and that the engagement and fixing will be completed with the remaining small rotation. Therefore, the operator can reduce the rotation force in the engagement direction by sensing the large rotation resistance, and the excessive rotation of the fixed body F3 can be prevented in advance, and partial damage to the fixed body F3 caused by rotating the fixed body F3 with an excessive rotation force until the engagement and fixing is completed can also be prevented.
[0055] In the above-mentioned third embodiment, of the first and second pressure applying portions 36, 44, the first pressure applying portion 36 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion 31 may be omitted, and only the second pressure applying portion 44 may be provided. In addition, the first and second pressure applying portions 36, 44 in the third embodiment are disposed at positions where they are pressed almost simultaneously, but the pressure applying portions 36, 44 may be disposed so that the timing of pressing is staggered. In this way, two large rotation resistances due to pressing are detected, so that the operator can more reliably sense the completion of the rotation.
[0056] With the fixed body F3 engaged and fixed to the base body V as described above, when the shaft portion 24b of the reverse rotation restricting screw 24 is screwed into the screw pilot hole 25b formed in the screw attachment portion 25 of the main body plate portion 21 of the fixed body F3 as shown in Figures 11 and 12, the shaft portion 24b is pressed against one of the opposing tip portions 63a of the base body V, thereby causing the fixed body F3 as a whole to move slightly in the groove width direction of the groove portion 65 while being screwed in at an angle of α. The reverse rotation restricting screw 24 restricts the reverse rotation of the fixed body F3. In Figure 12, 72 denotes a fixing member for the ceiling member or floor member to which the base body V is fixed. [Explanation of symbols]
