Description

[Technical field]

[0001] An embodiment of the present invention relates to a luggage transport system, a luggage transport method, and a computer program. [Background technology]

[0002] In order to reduce redelivery by a delivery company, an open-type delivery box that allows a user to receive a package at a location other than the user's home is known. When the user specifies an open-type delivery box as a receiving location for redelivery of a package, the user specifies the location of the open-type delivery box where the user wishes to receive the package. The delivery company delivers the package to the location of the open-type delivery box specified by the user and stores the package in the open-type delivery box. When storing the package, the delivery company transmits a password for receiving the package generated by the open-type delivery box to the user's terminal device. The user obtains the password for receiving the package transmitted by the delivery company. The user inputs the password for receiving the package into the touch panel of the specified open-type delivery box. If the input password for receiving the package matches the generated password for receiving the package, the open-type delivery box opens the door of the open-type delivery box in which the package is stored. The user receives the package stored in the open-type delivery box with the door open, and closes the door.

[0003] Regarding open-type parcel boxes, a delivery management system that delivers between lockers is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In this delivery management system, when a shipping locker and a receiving locker are specified, a relay delivery route is determined. The sender receives an electronic key for the specified box in the shipping locker and stores the package in the shipping locker. The electronic key is also sent to the delivery company, who similarly receives the package and affixes a shipping slip. The delivery company delivers the item to the logistics station where it will be shipped. When the item has been delivered to the arrival logistics station, a second delivery company receives it, carries it to the receiving locker, unlocks it using the electronic key, and stores the package. When the recipient arrives at the locker, they open the locker with the received electronic key and collect the package. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2018-81704 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] With the technology mentioned above, the sender of the package had to find the location of the locker specified in the delivery management system when booking the delivery, and then deposit the package there, which made depositing the package a time-consuming process. In addition, if the sender discovered that their luggage was too large to fit in the locker when they dropped it off, they had to reschedule the delivery and find another locker location specified by the delivery management system to drop off the luggage, which made dropping off luggage a hassle. When a recipient of a package delivered to a locker needs to retrieve the package, they must go to the locker location specified by the delivery management system and search for the locker, which can be time-consuming. In particular, when multiple packages are delivered and each package is delivered to a different locker, the recipient must go to the different locker locations and retrieve the package from each of the multiple lockers, which can be very time-consuming. The engaging protrusion 22 is a strip extending along the left-right direction X1. The engaging protrusion 22 is provided on each inner door 21 such that the mounting position in the sliding direction E differs for each inner door 21 having a different length dimension in the sliding direction E. That is, the position of the engaging protrusion 22 provided on the upper part of the inner door 21 is different in height from the bottom surface of the mounting part 2 between the large mounting part 2A shown in FIG. 6(b) and FIG. 7(a), (b) and the small mounting part 2B shown in FIG. 6(c) and FIG. 8(a), (b). The inner door 21 does not have a driving force and slides in conjunction with the sliding of an outer door 40 (to be described later) provided at the loading / unloading opening 4 (to be described later), thereby opening and closing the opening 2a of the loading section 2.

[0033] The storage rack 3 has a plurality of storage spaces 31 arranged vertically and horizontally to store the mounting parts 2 so that they can be individually inserted and removed. These storage spaces 31 are provided in three levels, with the upper two levels capable of storing the large mounting parts 2A and the bottom level capable of storing the small mounting parts 2B. The mounting parts 2 are inserted and removed from the moving passage T side of the storage rack 3A and the storage rack 3B using the moving device 5. All the mounting parts 2 stored in the storage rack 3A and the storage rack 3B are stored with the inner door 21 facing forward. This eliminates the need for the moving device 5 to change the orientation of the mounting parts 2 that move between the storage rack 3 and the loading / unloading position P1.

[0034] 9 and 10 are diagrams showing an example of a device for moving a luggage storage device included in the luggage storage system according to this embodiment. 9 and 10, the moving device 5 arranged in the moving passage T is controlled by the transport section 135a and includes a transport lift 51 that holds the mounting section 2 and transports it between a predetermined storage space 31 of the storage rack 3 and the loading / unloading opening 4, a lateral movement guide 52 that moves the transport lift 51 in the left-right direction X1, and a lifting guide 53 that raises and lowers the lateral movement guide 52 in the up-down direction X3. The moving device 5 further includes a push-out device (not shown) for moving the transport lift 51 forward and backward from the moving passage T to each storage space 31 in the storage rack 3 and to the loading / unloading opening 4. The lateral movement guide 52 and the lifting guide 53 are supported by a gate-shaped support frame 54 erected on the base plate 13 inside the outer shell body 11. The lifting guide 53 is provided on the inner surface of the support frame 54 with a pair of left and right upper and lower rails 55 extending along the up-down direction X3. The lateral movement guide 52 includes sliding parts 56 slidably supported on vertical rails 55 at both left and right ends, and two left and right rails 57 extending in the left and right direction X1 so as to bridge the left and right sliding parts 56. The sliding parts 56 are provided so as to be movable in the vertical direction along the vertical rails 55 by a driving means such as a driving motor (not shown). This allows the lateral movement guide 52 to be raised and lowered while maintaining its horizontal position.

[0035] The transport lift 51 has a driving means such as a drive motor (not shown) and moves the mounting part 2 to an appropriate position along the lateral movement guide 52 and the lifting guide 53 while holding the mounting part 2 from below, thereby transferring the mounting part 2 between the storage rack 3 and the loading / unloading position P1. The push-out device described above, when moving the transport lift 51 forward and backward in the forward and backward direction X2, pushes the mounting unit 2 out from the lateral movement guide 52 in the forward and backward direction X2 and pulls it back forward and backward. The symbol F in the figure indicates the forward and backward direction in the push-out device. The push-out device can be configured to move the transport lift 51 carrying the mounting unit 2 along a sliding shaft via a transmission member such as a timing belt by the driving force of a drive motor (not shown). 7 and 8, the removal section 4A equipped with the loading / unloading opening 4 is disposed outside the inner door 21 of the loading section 2 stopped at a predetermined position (loading / unloading position P1). The removal section 4A is provided at the opening of the loading / unloading opening 4 formed at the loading / unloading position P1 where the loading section 2 stops, and is equipped with an outer door 40 provided so as to be slidable in a sliding direction E. The loading / unloading position P1 is a position on the inner side (rear side) of the outer door 40 at the loading / unloading opening 4 where luggage N is loaded and unloaded into the loading section 2. The outer door 40 is large enough to close the opening that communicates between the inside and outside of the removal surface 11A of the outer shell 11 at the loading / unloading port 4, and is the same size as the large inner door 21A of the large loading section 2A (at least the length dimension in the vertical direction X3 is the same). The opening size of the loading / unloading port 4 is approximately the same as the size of the opening 2a of the large loading section 2A.

[0036] The rear surface 40a of the outer door 40 facing the inner door 21 is provided with an engagement recess 41 (second engagement member) that can engage with the engagement protrusion 22 when the inner door 21 moves in the sliding direction E (in this embodiment, the vertical direction X3) from a state in which the inner door 21 is in a closed position Q1 in which the mounting section 2 is blocking the opening 2a of the mounting section 2 to an open position Q2 in which the opening 2a of the mounting section 2 is fully open while the mounting section 2 is stopped at the loading / unloading position P1. The engagement recesses 41 (41A, 41B) are provided at a plurality of positions to engage with the respective engagement protrusions 22 of the inner door 21 of different sizes. Each engagement recess 41 is a groove-like shape in which a pair of band-shaped upper pieces 41a and lower pieces 41b (second protrusions) extending along the left-right direction X1 are arranged at a distance from each other above and below, and a gap is formed between the upper pieces 41a and the lower pieces 41b with which the engagement protrusions 22 engage. As shown in Figures 7(a) and 7(b), a first engagement recess 41A provided at the upper end of the outer door 40 engages with a first engagement protrusion 22A provided at the upper part of the large inner door 21A of the large mounting part 2A. As shown in Figures 8(a) and 8(b), a second engagement recess 41B provided at the center of the outer door 40 in the up-down direction X3 engages with a second engagement protrusion 22B provided at the upper part of the small inner door 21B of the small mounting part 2B.

[0037] The outer door 40 has a driving means (not shown) and is provided so as to move in conjunction with the inner door 21, which does not have a driving force, and is configured so that the sliding stops when the inner door 21 is fully opened. As described above, the size of the outer door 40 is formed to have approximately the same shape as the large inner door 21A of the large mounting section 2A. The loading / unloading opening 4 is provided with an engagement detection sensor (not shown) that detects engagement between the engagement recess 41 and the engagement protrusion 22. The engagement detection sensor is disposed near the engagement position of the engagement recess 41 and the engagement protrusion 22 when the door is closed. The size of the mounting portion 2 is identified based on the result of detection by the engagement detection sensor, and the outer door 40 is controlled to slide by an amount based on the identified size of the mounting portion 2. As the engagement detection sensor, for example, a photoelectric sensor can be used. The type of mounting part 2 (the type of large mounting part 2A or small mounting part 2B in this embodiment) identified based on the result of detection by the engagement detection sensor may be displayed on the operation panel 12. Returning to FIG.

The recipient hands the identified package PA to user U1.

[0065] In the above embodiment, the luggage transport system 10 includes the luggage storage system 100, but the present invention is not limited to this example. For example, the luggage transport system 10 may include a plurality of luggage storage systems 100. In the above-described embodiment, the baggage storage device 100a, the control device 100b, and the baggage transport management device 200 included in the baggage transport system 10 are separate devices, but the present invention is not limited to this example. For example, at least two devices among the baggage storage device 100a, the control device 100b, and the baggage transport management device 200 may be realized in one device. For example, the baggage storage device 100a, the control device 100b, and the baggage transport management device 200 may be realized in one device, the baggage storage device 100a and the control device 100b may be realized in one device, the control device 100b and the baggage transport management device 200 may be realized in one device, or the baggage storage device 100a and the baggage transport management device 200 may be realized in one device. In the above embodiment, as an example, a case has been described in which the user U1 receives the package PA that the user U1 has deposited in the package storage system 100, which is the delivery source, at the delivery destination, but this is not limited to the example. For example, the user U1 may notify another user who will receive the package PA of package receipt information, so that the package PA that the user U1 deposited at the delivery source by the user U1 may be received at the delivery destination by another user different from the user U1. In the above-described embodiment, the luggage storage system 100 includes the luggage storage device 100a and the control device 100b, but this is not limited to the example. For example, the luggage storage system 100 may be configured by integrating the luggage storage device 100a and the control device 100b, or the luggage storage system 100 may be configured with three or more devices. For example, one control device 100b may control multiple luggage storage devices 100a. Also, multiple control devices 100b may control one luggage storage device 100a, or multiple control devices 100b may control multiple luggage storage devices 100a. When the luggage storage system includes multiple control devices 100b, the control devices 100b may be configured in a master-slave manner.

[0066] In the above embodiment, the luggage storage system 100 includes one luggage storage device 100a, but the present invention is not limited to this example. For example, the luggage storage system 100 may include multiple luggage storage devices 100a. In this case, the multiple luggage storage devices 100a may be controlled by one control device 100b or multiple control devices 100b. In the above embodiment, the luggage storage device 100a generates the delivery slip image information by capturing an image of the delivery slip DF attached to the luggage PA stored in the loading section, and the control device 100b detects the delivery request ID written on the delivery slip DF based on the delivery slip image information, but this is not limited to the example. For example, the delivery body ID may be input to the control device 100b, or may be read using an information code reading device such as a barcode reader. In the above embodiment, the image information of the recipient of the package PA signing for receipt is used as the package receipt information, but this is not limited to the example. For example, the image information of the user U2 signing for delivery may be used as the package receipt information. In the above-described embodiment, the storage rack 3 of the luggage storage device 100a has a plurality of storage spaces 31 arranged vertically and horizontally in which the mounting parts 2 are stored so that they can be taken in and out individually. The storage spaces 31 are provided in three levels, one above the other, and the upper two levels are capable of storing the large mounting parts 2A, while the lowermost level is capable of storing the small mounting parts 2B. However, this is not limiting. For example, the storage spaces 31 may be divided so that the large mounting parts 2A can be stored, or the small mounting parts 2B can be stored. In addition, the number of the large mounting parts 2A and the small mounting parts 2B stored in the storage spaces 31 may be changed as appropriate. In the above embodiment, the case where the imaging unit 120a is mounted on the opening of the luggage storage device 100a has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this example. For example, the imaging unit 120a may be installed outside the luggage storage device 100a. In this case, the imaging unit 120a installed outside the luggage storage device 100a may generate delivery form image information and transmit the generated delivery form image information to the luggage storage device 100a. In the above-described embodiment, the means for delivering the package PA from the delivery source to the delivery destination is not limited to a vehicle VE, but any means such as an airplane, a ship, or a motorcycle can be used. In the above-described embodiment, the package PA may be delivered from the delivery source to the delivery destination via multiple delivery companies.

[0067] According to the luggage transport system 10 of this embodiment, the luggage transport system 10 includes a plurality of mounting units 2 capable of storing luggage PA, and uses a luggage storage system 100 that assigns one of the mounting units 2 to a user and stores the luggage PA stored in the assigned mounting unit. The luggage transport system 10 includes an acquisition unit serving as a reception unit 270 that acquires luggage reception information issued by the luggage storage system 100 when the luggage is stored in the mounting unit that has been transported to a position where the luggage PA is to be deposited, a reception unit 270 that accepts first delivery request identification information associated with the luggage PA stored in the mounting unit, and a processing unit 260 that associates and stores the luggage reception information acquired by the acquisition unit with the first delivery request identification information accepted by the reception unit 270 in a memory unit 290. When the parcel PA is delivered to the delivery destination, the acquisition unit acquires second delivery request identification information and parcel receipt information that correspond to the parcel delivered to the delivery destination, and the processing unit 260 associates and stores the second delivery request identification information and the parcel receipt information acquired by the acquisition unit based on the first delivery request identification information stored in the memory unit 290. By configuring in this way, in a luggage storage system in which a loading unit (placing unit) capable of storing luggage can move between a luggage storage position and a storage position, luggage reception information is issued when luggage is stored in the luggage storage system, and the luggage reception information, the first delivery request identification information, and the second delivery request information are stored in association with each other, making it possible to use the luggage storage system as the delivery source and reducing the effort required when depositing luggage. Here, the first delivery request identification information and the second delivery request identification information may or may not match. Furthermore, the luggage transport system 10 can acquire luggage reception information and first delivery request identification information when a user deposits a luggage PA to be delivered in the luggage storage system 100, and store delivery luggage information in which the acquired luggage reception information and first delivery request identification information are associated with each other. Furthermore, when the deposited luggage PA is delivered from the luggage storage system 100, which is the delivery source, to the delivery destination, the luggage transport system 10 can store the delivery luggage information in association with the second delivery request identification information and luggage receipt information. Therefore, when the luggage reception information, the first delivery request identification information, the second delivery request identification information, and the luggage receipt information are stored in association with each other, the luggage transport system 10 can identify the luggage PA to which the delivery slip DF including the delivery request identification information is attached based on the luggage reception information. Therefore, the luggage can be delivered by depositing it in any locker without having to search for the location of a locker specified by the delivery management system when reserving delivery, and the like, thereby reducing the effort required when requesting the transportation of luggage. Furthermore, the parcel transport system 10 can determine, based on whether the parcel reception information, the first delivery request identification information, the second delivery request identification information, and the parcel receipt information are stored in association with each other, that if they are not stored, the parcel PA has not been delivered to the delivery destination, and if they are stored, that the parcel PA has been delivered to the delivery destination.
