[0013] FIG. 1 is a schematic block diagram showing the system configuration of a ground evaluation information prediction system 100 of the present invention. The ground evaluation information prediction system 100 is used when predicting ground evaluation information based on information on an evaluation target (hereinafter referred to as "evaluation target information"). More specifically, the evaluation target information may include one or more of information on the location of the land to be evaluated (hereinafter referred to as "location information"), information on the time that has passed since development was carried out on the land to be evaluated in the past (hereinafter referred to as "development progress information"), and information on the weight of a structure planned to be constructed on the land to be evaluated (hereinafter referred to as "building information"). As the ground evaluation information, information on the evaluation of the ground is obtained. As a specific example of the ground evaluation information, information including information on measures required for the ground (hereinafter referred to as "ground countermeasure information") and information on the evaluation work of the ground (hereinafter referred to as "evaluation related information") is obtained.
[0014] The ground evaluation information prediction system 100 includes a terminal device 10, a learning device 20, and a ground evaluation information prediction device 30. The terminal device 10 and the ground evaluation information prediction device 30 are communicatively connected via a network 70. The learning device 20 and the ground evaluation information prediction device 30 may be communicatively connected via the network 70. The network 70 may be a network using wireless communication, or may be a network using wired communication. The network 70 may be configured using, for example, the Internet, or may be configured using a local area network (LAN). The network 70 may be configured by combining a plurality of networks.
[0015] 2 is a schematic block diagram showing a specific example of a functional configuration of the terminal device 10. The terminal device 10 is configured using information devices such as a smartphone, a tablet, a personal computer, a dedicated device, etc. The terminal device 10 includes a communication unit 11, an input unit 12, an output unit 13, a storage unit 14, and a control unit 15.
[0016] The communication unit 11 is a communication device. The communication unit 11 may be configured as, for example, a network interface. The communication unit 11 performs data communication with other devices via the network 70 in response to the control of the control unit 15. The communication unit 11 may be a device that performs wireless communication or a device that performs wired communication.
[0017] The input unit 12 is configured using existing input devices such as a keyboard, a pointing device (mouse, tablet, etc.), a button, a touch panel, etc. The input unit 12 is operated by a user when inputting a user's instruction to the terminal device 10. The input unit 12 may be an interface for connecting the input device to the terminal device 10. In this case, the input unit 12 inputs an input signal generated in the input device in response to a user's input to the terminal device 10. The input unit 12 may be configured using a microphone and a voice recognition device. In this case, the input unit 12 acquires an acoustic signal generated by the user's speech, performs voice recognition on the words spoken by the user, and inputs character string information of the recognition result to the terminal device 10. The voice recognition process may be executed by the control unit 15. The input unit 12 may be configured in any way as long as it is configured to input a user's instruction to the terminal device 10.
[0018] The output unit 13 outputs information in a form that can be recognized by the user. The output unit 13 may be, for example, an image display device such as a liquid crystal display or an organic EL (Electro Luminescence) display. The output unit 13 may be an interface for connecting the image display device to the terminal device 10. In this case, the output unit 13 generates a video signal for displaying image data and outputs the video signal to the image display device connected to the output unit 13. The output unit 13 may be a device for outputting sound such as a speaker. The output unit 13 may be an interface for connecting an audio output device such as a speaker or a headphone to the terminal device 10. In this case, the output unit 13 generates an audio signal for reproducing audio data and outputs the audio signal to the audio output device connected to the output unit 13. The output unit 13 may be configured as a touch panel integrated with the input unit 12.
[0019] The storage unit 14 is configured using a storage device such as a magnetic hard disk device or a semiconductor storage device. The storage unit 14 stores data used by the control unit 15. The storage unit 14 stores data required when the control unit 15 performs processing.
[0020] The control unit 15 is configured using a processor such as a CPU (Central Processing Unit) and a memory (main storage device). The control unit 15 functions by the processor executing a program. All or part of the functions of the control unit 15 may be realized using hardware such as an ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit), a PLD (Programmable Logic Device), or an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array). The above program may be recorded on a computer-readable recording medium. The computer-readable recording medium is, for example, a portable medium such as a flexible disk, a magneto-optical disk, a ROM, a CD-ROM, or a semiconductor storage device (e.g., an SSD: Solid State Drive), or a storage device such as a hard disk or a semiconductor storage device built into a computer system. The above program may be transmitted via an electric communication line.
[0021] The control unit 15 may execute, for example, an application installed in its own device (terminal device 10). A specific example of such an application is an application provided to the terminal device 10 as a dedicated application for the ground evaluation information prediction system 100. Another specific example of such an application is a WEB browser application. Such an application may be installed in the terminal device 10 in advance, or may be downloaded each time the ground evaluation information prediction process is executed. For example, when implemented as a WEB browser application, the terminal device 10 may download and execute the application from a device (for example, the WEB server itself or another server) designated by the WEB server in response to the terminal device 10 connecting to the specific WEB server. The control unit 15 operates according to the program of the application being executed.
[0022] The control unit 15 controls the terminal device 10 in response to a user's operation or information received from the ground evaluation information prediction device 30. For example, the control unit 15 transmits information input by the user operating the input unit 12 to the ground evaluation information prediction device 30 by using the communication unit 11. For example, when the control unit 15 receives information transmitted from the ground evaluation information prediction device 30 via the network 70 at the communication unit 11, the control unit 15 generates screen data based on the received information and causes the output unit 13 to display the screen data. Such screen data includes images and characters indicating the information transmitted from the ground evaluation information prediction device 30. For example, when the control unit 15 receives information transmitted from the ground evaluation information prediction device 30 via the network 70 at the communication unit 11, the control unit 15 generates voice data based on the received information and causes the output unit 13 to output the voice data.
[0023] 3 is a schematic block diagram showing a specific example of the functional configuration of learning device 20. Learning device 20 is configured using an information processing device such as a personal computer or a server device. Learning device 20 includes a communication unit 21, a storage unit 22, and a control unit 23.
[0024] The communication unit 21 is a communication device. The communication unit 21 may be configured as, for example, a network interface. The communication unit 21 performs data communication with other devices via the network 70 in accordance with the control of the control unit 23. The communication unit 21 may be a device that performs wireless communication or a device that performs wired communication.
[0025] The storage unit 22 is configured using a storage device such as a magnetic hard disk device or a semiconductor storage device. The storage unit 22 stores data used by the control unit 23. The storage unit 22 may function as, for example, a soil evaluation teacher data storage unit 221, a preprocessed teacher data storage unit 222, and a trained model storage unit 223.
[0026] The ground evaluation teacher data storage unit 221 stores teacher data used in the learning process executed in the learning device 20. The teacher data stored in the ground evaluation teacher data storage unit 221 includes evaluation target information, which is an explanatory variable, and ground evaluation information, which is a target variable. Specific examples of the evaluation target information will be explained in more detail. The evaluation target information includes, for example, at least one of location information, construction progress information, and floor information. Specific examples of each piece of information will be explained below.
[0027] The location information may be, for example, information (for example, a character string) indicating the address of the land to be evaluated. The location information may be expressed using latitude and longitude.
[0028] The development progress information may be a numerical value indicating the time (e.g., the number of years) that has passed since development was carried out on the land to be evaluated. The development progress information may be information indicating which of a plurality of categories that directly or indirectly indicate the period of time that has passed since development was carried out on the land to be evaluated belongs to. Such categories may be defined using, for example, three categories: "less than one year", "reconstruction", and "other". "Less than one year" indicates that less than one year has passed since development was carried out in the past. "Reconstruction" indicates that a structure was built on the land in the past. In other words, "reconstruction" indicates that development has been carried out on the land in the past. "Other" indicates that it is unknown whether a structure was built on the land in the past or whether development has been carried out. "Other" may include the fact that it is clear that no development has been carried out on the land in the past.
[0029] The building information may be information indicating the weight of the building planned to be constructed on the land to be evaluated, or information indicating the floors and structure of the building.
[0030] The ground evaluation information may include either or both of the ground countermeasure information and the evaluation-related information as described above. The ground countermeasure information may be, for example, information indicating whether or not countermeasures are necessary for the ground being evaluated. The ground countermeasure information may be, for example, information indicating which of the two categories, "spread foundation" or "requires countermeasures", the ground belongs to, or may be a numerical value indicating the possibility of belonging to each category. "Spread foundation" indicates that no prior ground countermeasures are necessary for construction planned on the land. "Requires countermeasures" indicates that prior ground countermeasures are necessary for construction planned on the land.
[0031] Other specific examples of ground countermeasure information may include information indicating the cost required for countermeasures on the ground being evaluated, or information indicating the time required for countermeasures on the ground being evaluated.
[0032] Other specific examples of ground countermeasure information may include information indicating the content of countermeasures required for the ground to be evaluated. Specific examples of such information include information indicating the type of construction method used as the countermeasure and information indicating the depth of the bearing layer. As the type of construction method, for example, each value of "columnar improvement system", "prefabricated pile (bearing pile)", "prefabricated pile (friction pile)", "cast-in-place pile", "wooden pile", "crushed stone pile" and "other" may be used. The bearing layer depth indicates the depth of the piles driven into the ground as a ground countermeasure.
[0033] As a specific example of the evaluation-related information, values indicating the depth of ground investigation and the strength of the ground may be used. The depth of ground investigation is information indicating the depth to which an investigation would be required if an investigation were actually carried out on the ground to be evaluated. An example of such an investigation is the SWS (screw weight penetration test).
[0034] The preprocessed teacher data storage unit 222 stores the preprocessed teacher data. The preprocessed teacher data is teacher data including information obtained by performing preprocessing on the soil evaluation teacher data. For example, the preprocessed teacher data may be data in which some or all of the values included in the soil evaluation teacher data have been replaced with other values by preprocessing. For example, the preprocessed teacher data may be data to which information obtained by preprocessing using some or all of the values included in the soil evaluation teacher data has been added. The preprocessed teacher data may include one or more of topography information and soil information obtained by preprocessing using position information, for example. Both the topography information and the soil information are used as explanatory variables.
[0035] The topographical information is information indicating the topography of the land to be evaluated. The topographical information may be, for example, information indicating the magnitude of inclination. Specific examples of such information include the maximum inclination angle and the minimum inclination angle. The topographical information may be, for example, information indicating the altitude. The topographical information may be information within a predetermined range centered on the land to be evaluated. For example, information within a 20 meter radius or information within a 50 meter radius centered on the land to be evaluated may be used.
[0036] The soil information is information indicating the soil of the land to be evaluated. The soil information may be, for example, information indicating the type of soil. The soil information may be, for example, a value indicating the possibility of containing humus, or information indicating the degree of humus contained in the soil.
[0037] The trained model memory unit 223 stores a trained model obtained by a learning process using the teacher data stored in the ground evaluation teacher data memory unit 221 and the preprocessed teacher data stored in the preprocessed teacher data memory unit 222.
[0038] The control unit 23 is configured using a processor such as a CPU and a memory. The control unit 23 functions as an information control unit 231, a pre-processing control unit 232, and a learning control unit 233 by the processor executing a program. All or part of the functions of the control unit 23 may be realized using hardware such as an ASIC, a PLD, or an FPGA. The above program may be recorded on a computer-readable recording medium. The computer-readable recording medium is, for example, a portable medium such as a flexible disk, a magneto-optical disk, a ROM, a CD-ROM, or a semiconductor storage device (e.g., SSD), or a storage device such as a hard disk or a semiconductor storage device built into a computer system. The above program may be transmitted via an electric communication line.
[0039] The information control unit 231 controls the input and output of information. For example, the information control unit 231 acquires soil evaluation teacher data from other devices (information processing devices and storage media) and records the soil evaluation teacher data storage unit 221. For example, the information control unit 231 transmits the trained model stored in the trained model storage unit 223 to other devices (for example, the soil evaluation information prediction device 30).
[0040] The preprocessing control unit 232 generates preprocessed teacher data by performing a predetermined preprocessing on the ground evaluation teacher data. The preprocessing control unit 232 may acquire values of latitude and longitude based on information indicating an address, for example. The preprocessing control unit 232 may acquire information indicating an address based on latitude and longitude, for example. The preprocessing control unit 232 may acquire topographical information based on positional information, for example. In this case, the storage unit 22 may store the positional information and the topographical information in advance in association with each other. The preprocessing control unit 232 may acquire topographical information corresponding to the positional information based on the information stored in the storage unit 22. The preprocessing control unit 232 may acquire topographical information corresponding to the positional information from another information processing device that stores the positional information and the topographical information in association with each other in advance. The preprocessing control unit 232 may acquire soil information based on positional information, for example. In this case, the storage unit 22 may store the positional information and the soil information in association with each other in advance. The preprocessing control unit 232 may acquire soil information corresponding to the positional information based on the information stored in the storage unit 22. The pre-processing control unit 232 may acquire soil information corresponding to the position information from another information processing device that previously stores the position information and the soil information in association with each other.
[0041] The learning control unit 233 executes a learning process using the preprocessed teacher data stored in the preprocessed teacher data storage unit 222. As a specific example of such a learning process, for example, supervised learning for classification such as a support vector machine, a random forest, or a neural network may be used. The learning control unit 233 generates a trained model for outputting a response variable (for example, ground countermeasure information) based on any one or more pieces of information (for example, location information) of the input explanatory variables, for example, by performing supervised learning. The learning control unit 233 records the generated trained model in the trained model storage unit 223. The trained model obtained by the learning control unit 233 may be transmitted to the ground evaluation information prediction device 30 and recorded in the ground evaluation information prediction model storage unit 321 of the ground evaluation information prediction device 30. Such a trained model can obtain a response variable (for example, ground countermeasure information) as an output by providing any one or more pieces of information (for example, location information) of the explanatory variables as an input.
[0042] 4 is a flowchart showing a specific example of processing of the learning device 20. First, the information control unit 231 acquires soil evaluation teacher data (step S101). The soil evaluation teacher data may be input by a user (administrator) of the learning device 20, for example, may be acquired from another information device by communication, or may be acquired from a recording medium connected to the learning device 20. The preprocessing control unit 232 executes a predetermined preprocessing on the soil evaluation teacher data (step S102). The learning control unit 233 executes a learning process using the preprocessed teacher data, and records a learned model in the learned model storage unit 223 (step S103).
[0043] 5 is a schematic block diagram showing a specific example of a functional configuration of the ground evaluation information prediction device 30. The ground evaluation information prediction device 30 is configured using an information processing device such as a personal computer or a server device. The ground evaluation information prediction device 30 includes a communication unit 31, a storage unit 32, and a control unit 33.
[0044] The communication unit 31 is a communication device. The communication unit 31 may be configured as, for example, a network interface. The communication unit 31 performs data communication with other devices via the network 70 according to the control of the control unit 33. The communication unit 31 may be a device that performs wireless communication or a device that performs wired communication.
[0045] The storage unit 32 is configured using a storage device such as a magnetic hard disk device or a semiconductor storage device. The storage unit 32 stores data used by the control unit 33. The storage unit 32 may function as a ground evaluation information prediction model storage unit 321, for example.
[0046] The ground evaluation information prediction model storage unit 321 stores a ground evaluation information prediction model used when the ground evaluation information prediction unit 333 performs a ground evaluation information prediction process. The ground evaluation information prediction model may be configured using information of a learned model generated in advance by a learning process, for example. Such a learning process may be executed by, for example, another device (for example, the learning device 20), or may be executed by the device itself (the ground evaluation information prediction device 30). The ground evaluation information prediction model does not necessarily have to be generated by a learning process. The ground evaluation information prediction model may be configured using, for example, a lookup table that associates evaluation target information with ground evaluation information, or may be configured in another manner.
[0047] The control unit 33 is configured using a processor such as a CPU and a memory. The control unit 33 functions as an information control unit 331, a pre-processing control unit 332, and a ground evaluation information prediction unit 333 by the processor executing a program. All or part of the functions of the control unit 33 may be realized using hardware such as ASIC, PLD, and FPGA.
[0048] The information control unit 331 acquires evaluation target information from other devices such as the terminal device 10. The information control unit 331 transmits information indicating the prediction result obtained by the ground evaluation information prediction unit 333 (e.g., ground countermeasure information) to other devices such as the terminal device 10. Such exchange of information between the information control unit 331 and other devices may be performed by communication using the communication unit 31, for example.
[0049] The preprocessing control unit 332 acquires preprocessed information by performing a predetermined preprocessing on the evaluation target information acquired by the information control unit 331. The preprocessing performed by the preprocessing control unit 332 is the same as the preprocessing performed when generating a trained model used by the ground evaluation information prediction unit 333. In other words, the processing performed by the preprocessing control unit 332 on the evaluation target information is the same as the processing performed by the preprocessing control unit 232 on the ground evaluation teacher data. The preprocessing control unit 332 acquires preprocessed information by performing such preprocessing. For example, the preprocessing control unit 332 may acquire one or more of topographical information and soil information by performing preprocessing using position information.
[0050] The ground evaluation information prediction unit 333 performs a ground evaluation information prediction process using the ground evaluation information prediction model stored in the ground evaluation information prediction model storage unit 321 and the preprocessed information. The ground evaluation information prediction process predicts ground evaluation information. In this embodiment, the ground evaluation information prediction unit 333 predicts either or both of the ground countermeasure information and the evaluation-related information. The ground evaluation information prediction unit 333 outputs a prediction result regarding at least either or both of the ground countermeasure information and the evaluation-related information.
[0051] 6 is a flowchart showing a specific example of processing of the ground evaluation information prediction device 30. First, the information control unit 331 acquires evaluation target information from the terminal device 10 (step S201). The preprocessing control unit 332 acquires preprocessed information by performing preprocessing on the evaluation target information (step S202). The ground evaluation information prediction unit 333 performs a ground evaluation information prediction process using at least the preprocessed information (step S203). The ground evaluation information prediction unit 333 transmits information indicating the prediction result to the terminal device 10 (step S204).
[0052] In the ground evaluation information prediction system 100 configured in this manner, it becomes possible to predict ground evaluation information in a shorter time by using evaluation target information. Specifically, it is as follows. In the ground evaluation information prediction system 100, a learning process is performed using a plurality of preprocessed teacher data generated using a plurality of pieces of evaluation target information, and a learned model is obtained. Then, in the ground evaluation information prediction system 100, new evaluation target information to be predicted is obtained, and preprocessing is performed based on the new evaluation target information to obtain ground evaluation information. The preprocessed information has a correlation with the ground evaluation information.
[0053] For example, the necessity of measures for the ground and the contents of the measures often correlate with the strength of the ground. For example, measures may be necessary if the ground is relatively weak, and measures may not be necessary if the ground is relatively strong. The contents of the measures required also change depending on the weakness of the ground. The strength of the ground also changes depending on the location of the land. Therefore, it is considered that a high correlation occurs between the location information and the ground measure information depending on such characteristics. It is also considered that a high correlation occurs between the topography or soil of the land and the strength of the ground. Therefore, it is considered that a high correlation occurs between the soil information or topography information and the ground measure information depending on such characteristics.
[0054] For example, the necessity for ground countermeasures and the details of those countermeasures often correlate with past construction work carried out on that ground. For example, if the ground has been constructed recently, there is a high possibility that countermeasures will not be necessary, whereas if the ground has not been constructed, there is a high possibility that countermeasures will be necessary. Furthermore, even if construction work was carried out in the past, the longer the time that has passed, the higher the possibility that countermeasures will be necessary. Therefore, it is believed that a high correlation will arise between construction progress information and ground countermeasure information depending on such characteristics.
[0055] For example, the necessity for ground measures and their contents often correlate with the weight of the building to be constructed on that land. For example, a lighter building is more likely to not require measures, while a heavier building is more likely to require measures. The weight of a building may be expressed as a required bearing capacity of the ground. The weight of a building increases with the number of floors it has. Therefore, it is considered that a high correlation occurs between building information and ground measure information according to such characteristics.
[0056] These correlations are common not only to ground countermeasure information, but also to evaluation-related information. In other words, in ground that requires more costly ground countermeasures, there is a high possibility that the investigation will also be more costly. For example, in ground that requires deeper pile driving, the investigation will also need to be conducted deeper. Due to these characteristics, it is thought that there will be a high correlation between location information, construction progress information, building information, and evaluation-related information.
[0057] FIG. 7 is a diagram showing an outline of a hardware configuration example of an information processing device 90 applied to this embodiment. The information processing device 90 includes a processor 91, a main storage device 92, a communication interface 93, an auxiliary storage device 94, an input / output interface 95, and an internal bus 96. The processor 91, the main storage device 92, the communication interface 93, the auxiliary storage device 94, and the input / output interface 95 are communicably connected to each other via the internal bus 96. The information processing device 90 may be applied to, for example, the learning device 20 and the ground evaluation information prediction device 30. In this case, for example, the communication unit 21 and the communication unit 31 may be configured using the communication interface 93. For example, the memory unit 22 and the memory unit 32 may be configured using the auxiliary storage device 94. In addition, the control unit 23 and the control unit 33 may be configured using the processor 91 and the main storage device 92.
[0058] (Modification) In this embodiment, the terminal device 10 and the ground evaluation information prediction device 30 are configured as different devices, but may be configured as an integrated device. The control unit 33 operates in response to an operation on the input unit 34, performs a ground evaluation information prediction process using the input evaluation target information, and outputs ground evaluation information using the output unit 35.
[0059] In this embodiment, the learning device 20 and the ground evaluation information prediction device 30 are configured as different devices, but may be configured as an integrated device. FIG. 9 is a diagram showing a modified example of the ground evaluation information prediction device 30 configured in this manner. The storage unit 32 of the ground evaluation information prediction device 30 shown in FIG. 9 also functions as a ground evaluation teacher data storage unit 322 and a preprocessed teacher data storage unit 323. The control unit 33 of the ground evaluation information prediction device 30 shown in FIG. 9 also functions as a preprocessing control unit 332 and a learning control unit 334. The ground evaluation teacher data storage unit 322 and the preprocessed teacher data storage unit 323 function in the same manner as the ground evaluation teacher data storage unit 221 and the preprocessed teacher data storage unit 222 of the learning device 20, respectively. The preprocessing control unit 332 performs not only preprocessing of the ground evaluation information prediction device 30 (preprocessing of the evaluation target information of the prediction target) but also preprocessing of the learning device 20 (preprocessing of the evaluation target information of the teacher data). The learning control unit 334 functions in the same manner as the learning control unit 233 of the learning device 20 .
[0060] The learning device 20 may be implemented using a plurality of information processing devices. For example, the learning device 20 may be implemented using a device such as a cloud. For example, in the learning device 20, the memory unit 22 and the control unit 23 may be implemented in different information processing devices. For example, the memory unit 22 of the learning device 20 may be distributed and implemented in a plurality of information processing devices. The ground evaluation information prediction device 30 may be implemented using a plurality of information processing devices. For example, the ground evaluation information prediction device 30 may be implemented using a device such as a cloud. For example, in the ground evaluation information prediction device 30, the memory unit 32 and the control unit 33 may be implemented in different information processing devices. For example, the memory unit 32 of the ground evaluation information prediction device 30 may be distributed and implemented in a plurality of information processing devices.
[0061] The ground evaluation information prediction device 30 may receive a request for prediction processing from an information processing device other than the terminal device 10. FIG. 10 is a diagram showing a modified example of the ground evaluation information prediction system 100. In the ground evaluation information prediction system 100 shown in FIG. 10, the ground evaluation information prediction device 30 communicates with the information providing device 19. The information providing device 19 receives input information (including, for example, evaluation target information) from the terminal device 10, and provides output information corresponding to the input information to the terminal device 10. In the process of generating output information from the input information, the information providing device 19 acquires ground evaluation information from the ground evaluation information prediction device 30. Specifically, this is as follows.
[0062] For example, when the information providing device 19 receives evaluation target information from the terminal device 10, it transmits the received evaluation target information to the ground evaluation information prediction device 30. The ground evaluation information prediction device 30 predicts ground evaluation information based on the received evaluation target information and transmits the prediction result to the information providing device 19. When the information providing device 19 receives the ground evaluation information, it generates information to be provided based on the received ground evaluation information. For example, the information providing device 19 may provide the terminal device 10 with candidates for contractors capable of implementing ground countermeasures based on the ground countermeasures information included in the ground evaluation information. The information providing device 19 transmits the generated information to be provided to the terminal device 10.
[0063] The application running on the terminal device 10 may not be intended to predict ground evaluation information itself, but may be an application that provides a user with information obtained by performing processing using the results of the prediction of ground evaluation information. Such an application may be, for example, an application that performs processing using an API (Application Programming Interface) provided by the ground evaluation information prediction device 30. In this case, the output unit 13 may output to the terminal device 10 other information obtained by processing using the ground evaluation information, instead of information indicating the information itself (ground evaluation information) obtained from the ground evaluation information prediction device 30.
[0064] Although an embodiment of the present invention has been described in detail above with reference to the drawings, the specific configuration is not limited to this embodiment, and designs that do not deviate from the gist of the present invention are also included. [Explanation of symbols]
