Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a magnetic attraction tool that magnetically attracts a magnetic object, and an insert device using the magnetic attraction tool. [Background technology]

[0002] Conventionally, workers have had to bend down and pick up nails, pieces of iron, etc. that have fallen to the ground by hand. In response to this, a technology has been proposed that uses a jig with a magnet to attract nails, pieces of iron, etc.

[0003] For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a hammer with a nail-removing function that attracts and removes nails from a nail bag on one's waist. In the following paragraphs, the reference number of Patent Document 1 is shown in parentheses. The hammer with a nail-removing function (Ha) has a wooden handle (2) attached to a metal hammer body (1), a hole (5) is drilled in the base end surface of the handle (2), and a magnet (3) is embedded in the hole (5). When using the hammer (Ha) to remove a nail (9) from a nail bag (V), the base end of the handle (2) is inserted into the nail bag and pulled up. Then, the nail (9) is attracted to the magnet (3), so the worker can move it to his left hand and drive the nail in. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2000-176858 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] However, in the hammer with nail removal function (magnetic attraction tool) of Patent Document 1, various problems can occur because the magnet is fixed to the handle of the tool. For example, when magnetic objects such as iron powder or iron pieces are attracted to the handle of the tool, the worker has to take the trouble of grabbing the magnetic object by hand and removing it from the tool each time he continues to use the tool. In addition, because the length of the handle is fixed, there are problems such as the inability to pick up nails or iron pieces that have fallen in narrow places. In other words, the problem with conventional magnetic attraction tools is that they cannot fully demonstrate their convenience.

Effect of the Invention

[0020] According to one embodiment of the magnetic attraction tool of the present invention, the magnetic attraction tool can be attached to and detached from any shaft member via the connecting portion formed on the base end side, and the magnetic object can be magnetically attached to the outer surface of the magnetic attraction tool at the tip side of the connecting portion by the magnetic attachment portion. In other words, the magnetic attraction tool can be detachably attached to a shaft member selected according to the situation, and the desired magnetic attraction force can be applied to the shaft member. Therefore, the magnetic attraction tool of the present invention improves the convenience of magnetic attraction of magnetic objects using a shaft member.

[0021] According to a further form of a magnetic attraction device of the present invention, in addition to the effects of the invention described above, the magnetic attraction device can be easily attached and detached to the shaft member by inserting the shaft member into the connection portion through the opening, or by pulling the shaft member out of the connection portion through the opening.

[0022] According to a magnetic attraction device of a further embodiment of the present invention, in addition to the effects of the invention described above, the connecting portion is made of an elastic material, so that it can be adapted to shaft members having various outer peripheral shapes.

[0023] According to a magnetic attraction device of a further aspect of the present invention, in addition to the effects of the invention described above, the magnetic attraction device can be easily attached by covering the socket having a polygonal cross section of the shaft member with the connecting portion.

[0024] According to a further form of a magnetic attraction device of the present invention, in addition to the effects of the invention described above, the connection between the magnetic attraction device and the shaft member can be released by the simple operation of forcibly moving the attraction device main body in a direction away from the tip of the shaft member along the axial direction of the shaft member.

[0025] According to a further embodiment of a magnetic attraction device of the present invention, in addition to the effects of the invention described above, the regulating portion can prevent the tip of the shaft member connected to the connecting portion from coming into contact with the magnet and damaging the magnet.

[0026] According to a further embodiment of the magnetic attracting device of the present invention, in addition to the effects of the invention described above, a partition wall inside the main body can prevent the tip of the shaft member connected to the connection part from coming into contact with the magnet and damaging the magnet. Also, since the partition wall prevents the magnet from being exposed to the outside from the connection part, it is possible to prevent iron powder that has entered from the connection part side from directly attaching to the magnet. This makes cleaning easy because even if iron powder enters from the connection part side, it will not directly attach to the magnet.

[0027] According to a further form of a magnetic attraction device of the present invention, in addition to the effects of the invention described above, the magnetic attraction device can be connected to an axial member by pressing the connection portion into a polygonal socket hole or a round hole provided at the tip of the axial member.

[0028] According to a magnetic attraction device of a further embodiment of the present invention, in addition to the effects of the invention described above, it is possible to magnetically attract a magnetic object to the action surface when the exterior body is in the reference position. On the other hand, since the magnetic attraction force on the action surface is weakened when the exterior body is displaced to the separated position, it is possible to selectively create a situation in which the magnetic attraction device does not attract a magnetic object or has difficulty attracting the magnetic object. In other words, by operating the magnetic attraction device, it is possible to easily remove the magnetic object magnetically attracted to the action surface from the magnetic attraction device without touching it with one's hand.

[0029] According to a further form of a magnetic attraction device of the present invention, in addition to the effects of the above-mentioned invention, the magnetic attraction device can be made compact by inserting a cylindrical attraction device main body into a bottomed cylindrical outer body and making it axially slidable.

[0030] According to a magnetic attraction device of a further embodiment of the present invention, in addition to the effects of the above-mentioned invention, the magnetic attraction device can be stably maintained in a magnetic form and / or a non-magnetic form by the locking means. Also, the engagement state can be easily released or formed by a simple operation of rotating the exterior body relative to the main body.

[0031] According to a further embodiment of the magnetic attraction tool of the present invention, in addition to the effects of the above-mentioned invention, the magnetic attraction tool has a flat surface and a protruding step on its outer surface, so that the magnetic object can be magnetically attracted at a position set back from the protruding step. In other words, the magnetic attraction tool can be magnetically attracted with the flat surface and the magnetic object relatively spaced apart, and physical friction or pressure between them can be suppressed.

[0032] According to one embodiment of the insert device of the present invention, the effect of the magnetic attraction tool according to the above-mentioned invention can be exerted as an insert device. That is, according to the insert device, the insert is held by the magnetic attraction tool with magnetic force while the protruding step restricts the insert from sliding sideways. Then, the insert can be easily attached to the formwork by operating the shaft member to which the magnetic attraction tool is attached and pushing the insert together with the magnetic attraction tool into the through hole of the formwork. Furthermore, since the magnetic attraction tool and the insert are connected by magnetic force, the magnetic attraction tool can be easily removed from the insert after the insert is attached to the formwork. [0034] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Note that the shapes of the figures referred to in the following description are conceptual or schematic diagrams for explaining preferred shapes and dimensions, and the dimensional ratios do not necessarily match the actual dimensional ratios. In other words, the present invention is not limited to the dimensional ratios in the drawings.

[0035] The magnetic attraction tool 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention is detachably attached to a shaft member including a tool handle, a pipe, etc., and is used to magnetically attract a magnetic object. In this embodiment, examples of magnetic objects that can be magnetically attracted by the magnetic attraction tool 100 include nails, iron powder, iron pieces, and inserts, but the magnetic objects are not limited to these and include all objects that can be magnetically attracted as necessary.

[0036] First, the overall configuration of the magnetic attraction tool 100 of this embodiment will be described with reference to Figs. 1 to 10. Figs. 1 to 4 show the magnetic attraction tool 100 in a magnetic form capable of magnetically attracting a magnetic object. Figs. 5 to 8 show the magnetic attraction tool 100 in a non-magnetic form that is deformed from the magnetic form and does not magnetically attract a magnetic object. Specifically, Figs. 1(a) and (b) are schematic perspective views of the magnetic attraction tool 100 in the magnetic form of this embodiment. Figs. 2(a) to (d) are plan views, bottom views, front views, and side views of the magnetic attraction tool 100. Figs. 3(a) and (b) are AA and BB cross-sectional views of the magnetic attraction tool 100. Fig. 4 is a CC cross-sectional view of the magnetic attraction tool 100. Figs. 5(a) and (b) are schematic perspective views of the magnetic attraction tool 100 in a non-magnetic form. Figs. 6(a) to (d) are plan views, bottom views, front views, and side views of the magnetic attraction tool 100 in a non-magnetic form. 7(a) and (b) are a DD cross-sectional view and an EE cross-sectional view of the magnetic attraction tool 100 in a non-magnetic form. Fig. 8 is an FF cross-sectional view of the magnetic attraction tool 100 in a non-magnetic form. Figs. 9(a) and (b) are a front view and an NN cross-sectional view of the magnetic attraction tool 100 in an intermediate form. Fig. 10 is an exploded perspective view of the magnetic attraction tool 100.

[0037] As shown in Figs. 1 to 4, the magnetic attraction device 100 has a cylindrical shape extending in the axial direction from the base end to the tip end as an overall shape. The base end of the magnetic attraction device 100 is open, and the tip end is closed. The magnetic attraction device 100 includes an attraction device main body 101 and an exterior body 110 that is exteriorly wrapped around the attraction device main body 101. The exterior body 110 is movably supported by the attraction device main body 101. The magnetic attraction device 100 can magnetically attract a predetermined magnetic object when it takes the magnetic attraction form (shortened in the axial direction) shown in Figs. 1 to 4. The magnetic attraction device 100 can be transformed into a non-magnetic form elongated in the axial direction as shown in Figs. 5 to 8, and this non-magnetic form is not intended to magnetically attract a magnetic object. The magnetic attraction device 100 can be transformed to be elongated and shortened by the relative axial movement of the exterior body 110 to the attraction device main body 101 as shown in the intermediate form in Fig. 9. The attracting tool main body 101 and the exterior body 110 are detachably assembled as shown in Fig. 10. Before describing the configuration of the magnetic attracting tool 100 in detail, the structures of the attracting tool main body 101 and the exterior body 110 which constitute the magnetic attracting tool 100 will be described.

[0038] The suction tool body 101 is shown in Fig. 11 to Fig. 14. Fig. 11(a) and (b) are schematic perspective views of the suction tool body 101. Fig. 12(a) to (d) are plan, bottom, front and side views of the suction tool body 101. Fig. 13(a) and (b) are GG and HH cross-sectional views of the suction tool body 101 cut along the axial direction. Fig. 14(a) to (c) are II, JJ and KK cross-sectional views of the suction tool body 101 cut perpendicularly to the axial direction.

[0039] The suction tool body 101 has a hollow cylindrical shape extending from a base end to a tip end along the axial direction. The base end and tip end of the suction tool body 101 are open. The suction tool body 101 includes a cylindrical peripheral wall portion 102 and an annular connecting portion 103 formed on the base end side of the peripheral wall portion 102. In this embodiment, the peripheral wall portion 102 is formed of a hard synthetic resin material, whereas the connecting portion 103 is formed of an elastic material such as rubber.

[0040] The connecting part 103 is formed on the base end side of the suction tool main body 101 and is configured to detachably connect the shaft member. The connecting part 103 can be deformed according to the tip shape of the shaft member having various shapes to receive the shaft member. As shown in FIG. 13, the connecting part 103 is composed of an opening 103a opening toward the axial tip, an annular part 103b connected to the opening 103a and extending in the axial direction, a joining part 103c joined to the outer surface of the peripheral wall part 102 on the base end side of the annular part 103b, and a partition wall 103d formed between the annular part 103b and the joining part 103c. The opening 103a has a size that allows the tip of the shaft member to be inserted without or with out of diameter expansion deformation. In addition, since the opening 103a is open in the axial direction, the connecting part 103 is configured to be disconnected by forcibly moving the suction tool main body 101 in the direction away from the tip of the shaft member along the axial direction. The annular portion 103b is configured to expand in diameter in response to the outer peripheral shape of the shaft member, while its inner surface is pressed against the outer surface of the shaft member. The joining portion 103c can be integrally joined to the outer peripheral surface of the base end side of the peripheral wall portion 102 by elastic crimping, adhesion, or the like. The partition wall 103d extends over the entire cross section of the connecting portion 103 so as to separate the internal space of the annular portion 103b from the internal space of the peripheral wall portion 102, and functions as a restricting portion that restricts the shaft portion inserted into the connecting portion 103 from moving toward the peripheral wall portion 102.

[0041] As shown in FIG. 12(c), a U-shaped guide groove 106 and a straight introduction groove 109 are recessed on the outer surface of the peripheral wall 102. The guide groove 106 and the introduction groove 109 are formed at two locations, respectively, on the front and back of the outer surface of the peripheral wall 102. The guide groove 106 is a groove for guiding the axial and circumferential sliding movement of the engagement protrusion 115 of the exterior body 110, which will be described later. The guide groove 106 is composed of a vertical groove extending in the axial direction and a horizontal groove extending in the circumferential direction from the base end (upper end) and the tip end (lower end) of the vertical groove. As shown in FIG. 14(a), the horizontal groove on the base end side of the guide groove 106 has a space capable of accommodating the engagement protrusion 115, and a first locking claw 107 is provided between the space and the vertical groove. As shown in FIG. 14(b), the horizontal groove at the tip side of the guide groove 106 similarly has a space capable of accommodating the engaging protrusion 115, and the second locking claw 108 is provided between the space and the vertical groove. The first locking claw 107 and the second locking claw 108 lock the engaging protrusion 115 against circumferential movement, but are configured to be overcome by the engaging protrusion 115 (which is relatively elastically displaced in the radial direction) when a circumferential force of a certain degree or more is applied to the engaging protrusion 115. In addition, an introduction groove 109 communicates with the vicinity of the tip of the vertical groove of the guide groove 106. The introduction groove 109 is open at the tip (lower end) of the peripheral wall portion 102. The engaging protrusion 115 of the exterior body 110 is introduced into the guide groove 106 via the introduction groove 109, whereby the exterior body 110 is assembled to the suction tool main body 101.

[0042] The tip of the suction tool body 101 is provided with a magnetic attachment section 105 that exerts a magnetic force on the outside. The magnetic attachment section 105 is configured to magnetically attach a magnetic object to the outer surface of the magnetic attraction tool 100 on the tip side of the connection section 103 of the suction tool body 101. More specifically, as shown in Figs. 13(a), (b) and 14(c), the magnetic attachment section 105 includes a button-shaped magnet 105a and a magnet holding section 105b that holds the magnet 105a on the suction tool body 101. The magnet 105a is preferably selected from a strong permanent magnet such as a neodymium magnet. The magnet holding section 105b is a space for holding the magnet 105a inside the peripheral wall section 102. The magnet 105a may be fitted to or bonded to the inner surface of the peripheral wall section 102. The magnet holding section 105b is open at the tip of the suction tool body 101. That is, the magnet 105a is exposed from the suction tool main body 101 to the tip side so as to effectively exert a magnetic force to the outside. Also, as shown in Fig. 14(c), the magnet holding portion 105b is opened in a part in the radial direction so as to introduce the magnet 105a into the inside of the peripheral wall portion 102. On the other hand, the partition wall 103d prevents the magnet 105a from being exposed to the outside from the connection portion 103, so that it is possible to prevent iron powder that has entered from the connection portion 103 side from being directly attached to the magnet 105a. As a result, even if iron powder enters from the connection portion 103 side, it does not directly attach to the magnet 105a, making cleaning easy.

[0043] 14(a) and (b), a plurality of ridges 102a extending in the axial direction are provided on the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall portion 102. The ridges 102a reinforce the structural strength of the peripheral wall portion 102.

[0044] The exterior body 110 is shown in Figs. 15 to 17. The exterior body 110 covers the tip portion of the suction tool main body 101 and functions to protect the magnetically attached part 105 (magnet 105a). Figs. 15(a) and (b) are schematic perspective views of the exterior body 110. Figs. 16(a) to (d) are plan, bottom, front and side views of the exterior body 110. Figs. 17(a) and (b) are LL and MM cross-sectional views of the exterior body 110.

[0045] The exterior body 110 has a bottomed cylindrical shape extending from the base end to the tip along the axial direction. In this embodiment, the exterior body 110 is formed of a hard synthetic resin, although this does not limit the present invention. The exterior body 110 has a cylindrical wall 111 that is circular in cross section and extends in the axial direction, and a bottom wall 112 that closes the tip of the cylindrical wall 111. The cylindrical wall 111 opens at the base end and has a size and shape that allows the tip part of the suction tool main body 101 to be inserted therein. The bottom wall 112 closes the tip of the cylindrical wall 111 so as to cover the magnetic part 105 of the suction tool main body 101 from the outside. The bottom wall 112 is formed as a flange that is larger than the outer diameter of the cylindrical wall 111. An action surface 113 for magnetically acting on a magnetic object is provided on the outer surface of the bottom wall 112. This action surface 113 is a flat surface. Further, the outer surface of the bottom wall 112 is provided with a protruding step 114 that rises in a step shape from the action surface 113. The protruding step 114 extends in an arc shape at two points near the outer periphery of the outer surface of the bottom wall 112. For example, when the magnetic object is iron powder scattered on the ground, the protruding step 114 functions to keep the action surface 113 away from the magnetic object and the ground, and prevents the action surface 113 from being strongly rubbed against the magnetic object and the ground and being damaged. As described later, the protruding step 114 also functions to prevent the insert (see FIG. 20, etc.) magnetically attached to the action surface 113 from sliding sideways.

[0046] As shown in FIG. 17(b), a pair of engaging protrusions 115, 115 protruding from the inner peripheral surface toward the center is provided near the base end of the cylindrical wall 111 of the exterior body 110. The pair of engaging protrusions 115, 115 are arranged on the same diameter and face each other across the center. The engaging protrusions 115 have a shape and dimensions that allow them to slide in the vertical groove and horizontal groove of the guide groove 106. The engaging protrusions 115 can also slide in the introduction groove 109. The engaging protrusions 115 cooperate with the first engaging claw 107 and the second engaging claw 108 in the guide groove 106 to function as an engaging means for maintaining the exterior body 110 in a predetermined shape relative to the suction tool body 101.

[0047] A grip portion 116 is formed to protrude from the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical wall 111 of the exterior body 110. The grip portion 116 has a shape that allows an operator to hook his / her finger. A through hole is formed in the center of the grip portion 116. The magnetic attraction device 100 may be carried by a user by passing a strap or the like through the through hole.

[0048] An arrow-shaped display unit 117 is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical wall 111 of the exterior body 110. The display unit 117 visually instructs the user on the operation of the exterior body 110 with respect to the suction tool body 101. Specifically, when the user operates the exterior body 110 along the arrow, the exterior body 110 can be locked to the suction tool body 101.

[0049] Based on the above description of the attracting device main body 101 and the exterior body 110, the magnetic attracting device 100 in the magnetically attracted form, the non-magnetic form, and the intermediate form will be described in more detail.

[0050] In the magnetic attraction device 100 of this embodiment, the attraction device body 101 and the exterior body 110 are assembled in a nested structure such that the bottomed cylindrical exterior body 110 covers the tip portion of the cylindrical attraction device body 101 from the outside. The attraction device body 101 movably and detachably supports the exterior body 110 by fitting two engagement protrusions 115 of the exterior body 110 into two guide grooves 106 of the attraction device body 101. In addition, the magnet 105a is isolated from the outside by the partition wall 103d of the connection part 103 and the exterior body 110, so that iron powder and the like are prevented from being magnetically attracted to the magnet 105a.

[0051] In the magnetic attraction device 100 in the magnetic attachment form shown in Figs. 1 to 4, the action surface 113 of the exterior body 110 is located at the closest position to the magnetic attachment portion 105 at the tip of the attraction device main body 101. This position is set as the reference position. The action surface 113 covers the magnetic attachment portion 105 from the tip. Since the distance between the action surface 113 in the reference position and the magnetic attachment portion 105 (magnet 105a) is small, the action surface 113 can exert a magnetic force on the outside of the magnetic attraction device 100 and magnetically attract a magnetic object. That is, in this magnetic attachment form, the magnetic attraction device 100 can magnetically attract a magnetic object to its outer surface.

[0052] The exterior body 110 is locked to the suction tool body 101 by a locking means so that the magnetic attraction tool 100 maintains the magnetically attracted shape. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 4, each of the engagement protrusions 115 of the exterior body 110 is accommodated in a horizontal groove on the tip side of each guide groove 106 of the suction tool body 101. Since the engagement protrusions 115 are accommodated in the horizontal groove on the tip side of the guide groove 106, the exterior body 110 cannot move toward the axial tip side (extension direction) relative to the suction tool body 101. In addition, a first locking claw 107 is present on the vertical groove side of the engagement protrusions 115. The first locking claw 107 locks the engagement protrusions 115, thereby restricting the engagement protrusions 115 from sliding into the vertical groove (i.e., the exterior body 110 from rotating in the circumferential direction relative to the suction tool body 101). However, by rotating the exterior body 110 in the circumferential direction relative to the suction tool body 101 with a force strong enough to be greater than a certain level, the engaging protrusions 115 are elastically displaced radially outward relative to the suction tool body 101 and overcome the first locking claws 107, thereby releasing the locked state. As a result, the engaging protrusions 115 can move between the horizontal groove and the vertical groove of the guide groove 106 by the user's rotation of the exterior body 110. That is, the magnetic attraction tool 100, in the magnetically attached form, can release or form the locked state by the locking means by rotating the exterior body 110 relative to the suction tool body 101 in the axial direction.

[0053] In the magnetic attraction tool 100 in the non-magnetic form shown in Figs. 5 to 8, the action surface 113 of the exterior body 110 is at the position farthest from the magnetic attraction part 105 at the tip of the attraction tool main body 101. This position is called the distant position. The action surface 113 covers the magnetic attraction part 105 from the tip. Since the distance between the action surface 113 at the distant position and the magnetic attraction part 105 (magnet 105a) is sufficiently large, the magnetic force exerted on the action surface 113 to the outside of the magnetic attraction tool 100 is weakened, and the action surface 113 cannot magnetically attract a magnetic object. In other words, in the non-magnetic form, the magnetic attraction tool 100 does not magnetically attract a magnetic object, or can remove a magnetically attracted magnetic object from its outer surface.

[0054] The exterior body 110 is locked to the suction tool body 101 by a locking means so that the magnetic attraction tool 100 maintains the non-magnetic form. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 8, each of the engagement protrusions 115 of the exterior body 110 is accommodated in the horizontal groove on the base end side of each guide groove 106 of the suction tool body 101. Since the engagement protrusions 115 are accommodated in the horizontal groove on the base end side of the guide groove 106, the exterior body 110 cannot move toward the base end side in the axial direction (shortening direction) relative to the suction tool body 101. In addition, a second locking claw 108 is present on the vertical groove side of the engagement protrusions 115. The second locking claw 108 locks the engagement protrusions 115, thereby restricting the engagement protrusions 115 from sliding into the vertical groove (i.e., the exterior body 110 from rotating in the circumferential direction relative to the suction tool body 101). However, by rotating the exterior body 110 in the circumferential direction relative to the suction tool body 101 with a force strong enough to be greater than a certain level, the engaging protrusions 115 are elastically displaced radially outward and overcome the second locking claws 108, thereby releasing the locked state. As a result, the engaging protrusions 115 can move between the horizontal groove and the vertical groove of the guide groove 106 by the user's rotation of the exterior body 110. That is, the magnetic attraction tool 100 can release or form the locked state by the locking means by rotating the exterior body 110 relative to the suction tool body 101 in the axial direction in the non-magnetic form.

[0055] To change the magnetic attraction tool 100 from the magnetic form to the non-magnetic form, the exterior body 110 is rotated clockwise around the axial direction relative to the attraction tool body 101 to release the locked state. At this time, the engagement protrusion 115 enters the vertical groove of the guide groove 106. Then, through the intermediate form of the magnetic attraction tool 100 shown in FIG. 9, the engagement protrusion 115 can be moved within the vertical groove of the guide groove 106 to slide the exterior body 110 toward the axial tip side relative to the attraction tool body 101. As a result, the action surface 113 can be moved from the reference position to the separated position relative to the magnetic part 105. Furthermore, to lock the magnetic attraction tool 100 in the non-magnetic form, the exterior body 110 is rotated counterclockwise according to the arrow indicated by the display part 117. Then, the engagement protrusion 115 is accommodated in the horizontal groove of the guide groove 106 to form the locked state. To transform the magnetic attraction device 100 from the non-magnetic form to the magnetic form, the above-mentioned steps may be reversed.

[0056] Next, a process of separating / assembling the exterior body 110 from the suction tool main body 101 will be described. In the separation process, in the intermediate form of the magnetic attraction tool 100 shown in FIG. 9, the exterior body 110 is twisted to cause the engaging protrusion 115 to enter the introduction groove 109 from the vertical groove of the guide groove 106. Then, the engaging protrusion 115 is moved from the open end of the introduction groove 109 to the tip, whereby the suction tool main body 101 and the exterior body 110 can be separated. To assemble the exterior body 110 to the suction tool main body 101, the suction tool main body 101 and the exterior body 110 are manipulated by hand in the opposite manner to the above-mentioned process, to insert the engaging protrusion 115 into the introduction groove 109 from the open end, and cause the engaging protrusion 115 to enter the vertical groove of the guide groove 106 from the introduction groove 109, whereby the suction tool main body 101 and the exterior body 110 can be assembled. Furthermore, since the introduction groove 109 is connected to a position spaced apart from the tip of the vertical groove of the guide groove 106, the engaging protrusion 115 is prevented from unintentionally moving from the guide groove 106 to the introduction groove 109, thereby preventing the magnetic attraction device 100 from suddenly separating.

[0057] Next, with reference to Figs. 18 and 19, examples of mounting the magnetic attraction device 100 to different shaft members will be described.

[0058] FIG. 18 shows a first mounting example in which the shaft member to which the magnetic attraction tool 100 is attached is a socket S. As shown in FIG. 18, the shaft member is a socket S formed at the tip of the handle of a hammer with a socket. The socket S has an outer peripheral shape with a polygonal (hexagonal) cross section. The socket S has an imaginary circumscribing circle circumscribing each corner of the polygon. In other words, the circumscribing circle is defined so that its radius is the same as the distance between the center point and each corner. Here, the dimensions and shape of the connecting part 103 are determined so that the inner diameter of the annular part 103b of the connecting part 103 is at least smaller than the diameter of the circumscribing circle of the socket S. This is because if the inner diameter of the annular part 103b is larger than the diameter of the circumscribing circle of the socket S, a sufficient crimping effect cannot be obtained. In this embodiment, the outer diameter of the annular part 103b is further determined to be smaller than the diameter of the circumscribing circle of the socket S. As shown in FIG. 18(b), the annular portion 103b of the connecting portion 103 is elastically expanded and deformed to follow the irregular outer shape of the socket S, and is pressed against the outer surface of the socket S. Also, as shown in FIG. 18(c), the socket S is inserted into the annular portion 103b until it abuts against the partition wall 103d. That is, the partition wall 103d prevents the tip of the socket S from abutting against the magnet 105a. That is, the magnetic attraction device 100 is stably connected to the socket S by the elastic pressure of the connecting portion 103. This connection can be released by forcibly moving the magnetic attraction device 100 in a direction away from the socket S along the axial direction.

[0059] FIG. 19 shows a second mounting example in which the shaft member to which the magnetic attraction device 100 is attached is a pipe P. As shown in FIG. 19, the shaft member is a pipe P having a circular cross section. The pipe P is a cylindrical body having a predetermined outer diameter and a series of circles of the same outer diameter. Here, the dimensions and shape of the connection part 103 are determined so that the inner diameter of the annular part 103b of the connection part 103 is at least smaller than the outer diameter of the pipe P. This is because if the inner diameter of the annular part 103b is larger than the outer diameter of the pipe P, a sufficient crimping effect cannot be obtained. In this embodiment, the outer diameter of the annular part 103b is further determined to be smaller than the outer diameter of the pipe P. As shown in FIG. 19(b), the annular part 103b of the connection part 103 is elastically expanded and deformed so as to follow the cylindrical pipe P with a series of circles of the same outer diameter, and is crimped to the outer surface of the pipe P. Also, as shown in FIG. 19(c), the pipe P is inserted into the annular part 103b until it abuts against the partition wall 103d. That is, the partition wall 103d prevents the tip of the pipe P from contacting the magnet 105a. That is, the magnetic attraction tool 100 is stably connected to the pipe P by the elastic pressure of the connection part 103. This connection can be released by forcibly moving the magnetic attraction tool 100 in the direction away from the pipe P along the axial direction.

[0060] That is, the magnetic attraction tool 100 can be easily attached to and detached from shaft members of various shapes, and can be used by replacing it with shaft members having various handle lengths. In addition, the user can attach the magnetic attraction tool 100 to a pipe or a hammer and carry it around depending on the purpose.

[0061] It should be noted that the shaft member described here is merely an example, and it goes without saying that the magnetic attraction tool 100 can be connected to various types of shaft members. Preferably, the shaft member may be a rigid polyvinyl chloride electric conduit (nominal: VE16, outer diameter 22.0 mm) specified in JIS C8430:2019. The shaft member may also be a steel electric conduit (nominal: G16 (outer diameter 21.0 mm) thick steel electric conduit, nominal: G19 (outer diameter 19.1 mm) thin steel electric conduit, nominal: E19 (outer diameter 19.1 mm) threadless electric conduit) specified in JIS C8305:2019. Furthermore, the size of the socket of the socket hammer may be a socket of a size generally called a 3-part socket (W3 / 8 socket) or M10 socket, with a hexagonal opposite side of 17 mm, provided at the tip of the handle. In the magnetic attraction tool 100 of this embodiment, the connection part 103 is configured so as to be adaptable to both the above-mentioned three-part socket hammer and a pipe having an outer diameter of 19 mm to 22 mm (VE16, G16, C19, E19 pipe).

[0062] Next, with reference to Fig. 20, a mechanism for magnetically attracting a magnetic object to the magnetic attraction part 105 and removing the magnetically attracted magnetic object from the magnetic attraction part 105 (without touching the magnetic object) in the magnetic attraction device 100 of this embodiment will be described. As shown in Fig. 20, the magnetic object is an iron piece X, but is not limited to this and may include any object such as an iron nail, iron powder, and iron sand.

[0063] As shown in FIG. 20(a), when the magnetic attraction tool 100 attached to the shaft member in the magnetic form is brought close to the iron piece X lying on the ground, the magnetic force leaking out from the magnetic attraction part 105 (working surface 113) of the magnetic attraction tool 100 acts on the iron piece X. As a result, the iron piece X is magnetically attracted to the working surface 113, which is the outer surface of the magnetic attraction tool 100. That is, by operating the shaft member, the user can magnetically attract the iron piece X lying on the ground to the outer surface of the magnetic attraction tool 100 and pick it up without bending over. By selecting the shaft member according to the purpose, the user can easily magnetically attract the iron piece X lying in a narrow place that is difficult to reach. Here, since the tip of the magnetic attraction tool 100 is provided with a protruding step portion 114, when the magnetic object is iron powder or the like, physical damage to the working surface 113 when the magnetic attraction tool 100 is pressed against the ground can be reduced.

[0064] When the magnetic attraction tool 100 is operated to change the shape of the magnetic attraction tool 100 to a non-magnetic shape as shown in FIG. 20(b), the distance between the magnet 105a and the action surface 113 increases, and the magnetic attraction force acting on the magnetic attraction part 105 (action surface 113) from the magnetic attraction tool 100 is significantly reduced. This releases the magnetic attraction of the magnetic attraction tool 100, and the magnetic attraction tool 100 falls freely from the outer surface (action surface 113) of the magnetic attraction tool 100. That is, the user can remove the magnetic object magnetically attracted to the outer surface of the magnetic attraction tool 100 from the magnetic attraction tool 100 without touching it with his / her hands, simply by extending the magnetic attraction tool 100. Furthermore, since the magnetic attraction tool 100 can be easily removed from the shaft member, the long handle of the shaft member does not get in the way when removing the magnetic piece X (or iron powder). For example, it is possible to take only the magnetic attraction tool 100 that magnetically attracts the iron piece X (in a state where it is detached from the shaft member) to a trash can and dispose of the iron piece X.

[0065] For example, when a user drills a through hole in a steel plate such as a deck plate, the user can easily pick up and discard the iron powder and chips generated during drilling by performing the magnetic attachment process in Fig. 20(a) and the removal process in Fig. 20(b) as a series of operations. In particular, since the user can dispose of the iron powder and sharp chips without touching them, it is possible to prevent the user from getting their hands dirty or getting injured.

[0066] Next, as an application example of the magnetic attraction tool 100 of this embodiment, a process of fitting the magnetic object as an insert 11 into a through hole of a deck plate Y serving as a formwork using the magnetic attraction tool 100 will be described with reference to Figs. 21 to 24. The insert 11 is typically attached to a through hole of the deck plate Y arranged on a ceiling, and is used for supporting a hanging bolt for holding wiring, piping, etc. by screwing it into the insert 11. In the present invention, the insert device 10 is a device for constructing an installation structure of the insert 11 on the deck plate Y (formwork) by using the magnetic attraction tool 100 and the insert 11 in cooperation.

[0067] 21, the insert device 10 includes a magnetic attraction tool 100 and an insert 11 magnetically attached to the magnetic attraction tool 100. In the insert device 10, the magnetic attraction tool 100 is attached to an axial member such as a pipe or a tool handle, and functions to magnetically attach the base end of the insert 11 as a magnetic object.

[0068] The insert 11 includes an insert body 11a, a top wall 11b, an upper clamping piece 11c, a lower clamping piece 11d, and a spring 11e. The insert body 11a is a hollow cylindrical body that extends in the axial direction so as to be inserted into the through hole of the deck plate Y and has a screw groove on the inner surface. The top wall 11b is a flange that protrudes radially outward from the base end of the insert body 11a. The top wall 11b is made of a magnetic material so as to be magnetically attached by the magnetic attraction tool 100. The upper clamping piece 11c is an annular plate that is movably inserted into the insert body 11a, and has a first clamping surface on its lower surface that abuts against the periphery of the through hole. The lower clamping piece 11d is a protrusion that protrudes radially outward from the insert body 11a, and has a second clamping surface on its upper surface that abuts against the periphery of the through hole. The spring 11e is fitted onto the insert body 11a and is disposed in a compressed state between the top wall 11b and the upper clamping piece 11c. The spring 11e functions to bias the upper clamping piece 11c toward the tip side. In other words, the upper clamping piece 11c, the lower clamping piece 11d and the spring 11e are fastening means formed on the tip side of the insert body 11a for fastening to the periphery of the through hole of the deck plate Y.

[0069] 22, the top wall 11b of the insert 11 can be magnetically attached to the flat working surface 113 of the magnetic attraction device 100. In this magnetic state, the protruding step 114 is located radially outside the top wall 11b and can engage with the side surface of the top wall 11b. That is, the protruding step 114 can function as a restricting portion that restricts the insert 11 from sliding sideways relative to the magnetic attraction device 100.

[0070] Fig. 23 shows an installation structure in which the insert 11 is installed on a deck plate Y. As shown in Fig. 23, the insert body 11a passes through a through hole in the deck plate Y. The elastic force of the spring 11e clamps the periphery of the through hole between a first clamping surface of the upper clamping piece 11c and a second clamping surface of the lower clamping piece 11d, thereby fixing the insert 11 to the periphery of the through hole.

[0071] Next, with reference to FIG. 24, a method of constructing an installation structure using the insert device 10 will be described. As shown in FIG. 24, the user connects the magnetic attraction tool 100 to a long shaft member S (exemplified as a tool S with a socket) and magnetically attaches the insert 11 to the outer surface (working surface 113) of the tip of the magnetic attraction tool 100. This allows the user to hold and operate the shaft member S, the magnetic attraction tool 100, and the insert 11 as a whole. Then, the user operates the shaft member S to press the insert 11 against the through hole of the deck plate Y with a strong force, thereby elastically deforming the periphery of the through hole and pushing the insert 11 into the through hole as shown in FIG. 23. When pushing in, the protruding step portion 114 at the tip of the magnetic attraction tool 100 abuts against the side surface of the top wall 11b of the insert 11, thereby restricting the lateral sliding of the insert 11. This allows the user to stably transmit force through the insert device 10 and push the insert 11 into the through hole. That is, the insert device 10 of this embodiment makes it possible to easily attach the insert 11 to the deck plate Y. Furthermore, since the magnetic attraction tool 100 and the insert 11 are connected only by magnetic force, the magnetic attraction tool 100 can be easily removed from the insert 11 after the insert 11 is attached to the deck plate Y.

[0072] The following describes the effects of the magnetic attraction device 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0073] The magnetic attraction tool 100 of this embodiment can be attached to and detached from any shaft member via the connecting part 103 formed on the base end side, and the magnetic object can be magnetically attached to the outer surface of the magnetic attraction tool 100 at the tip side of the connecting part 103 by the magnetic attraction part 105. That is, the magnetic attraction tool 100 can be detachably attached to any shaft member depending on the situation, and a desired magnetic attraction force can be applied to the shaft member. Furthermore, the magnetic attraction tool 100 has an action surface 113 that covers the magnetic attraction part 105 (magnet 105a) from the outside, and includes an exterior body 110 that is movably supported by the attraction tool main body 101. When the exterior body 110 is in a reference position with respect to the attraction tool main body 101, the magnetic object can be magnetically attached to the action surface 113. On the other hand, since the magnetic attraction force on the action surface 113 is weakened when the exterior body 110 is displaced from the reference position to the separated position, the magnetic attraction tool 100 can selectively create a situation in which the magnetic object is not attracted to the outer surface or is difficult to attract. That is, by operating the magnetic attraction tool 100, it becomes possible to easily remove the magnetic object magnetically attracted to the action surface 113 from the magnetic attraction tool 100 without touching it with one's hand. Therefore, the magnetic attraction tool 100 of this embodiment significantly improves the convenience in magnetic attraction applications using a shaft member.

[0074] The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various embodiments and modifications are possible. Hereinafter, other embodiments of the present invention will be described. In each embodiment, components that have the same last two digits of the reference number have the same or similar characteristics unless otherwise specified, and their description will be omitted.

[0075] (1) The magnetic attraction tool of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment and may take various forms. In the magnetic attraction tool of the above embodiment, the connection part is formed to have an elastically deformable ring-shaped body, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. The magnetic attraction tool 200 of FIG. 25 has a connection part 203 made of a solid elastic body. The connection part 203 is formed in a cylindrical shape having dimensions that allow it to be press-fitted into the socket hole of the shaft member (socket S). The socket S has a virtual inscribed circle inscribed in each side of a polygon. The outer diameter of the connection part 203 is determined to be larger than the diameter of the inscribed circle. As shown in FIG. 25(b) and (c), the connection part 203 deforms following the hexagonal shape of the inner surface of the socket S, so that it is pressed against the inner surface of the hole of the socket S and is connected to the socket S. That is, the magnetic attraction tool 200 is stably connected to the socket S by the elastic pressure force of the connection part 203. This connection can be released by forcibly moving the magnetic attraction tool 200 in a direction away from the socket S along the axial direction.

[0076] (2) The magnetic attraction tool of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment and may take various forms. In the magnetic attraction tool of the above embodiment, the connection part utilizes elastic pressure contact force, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. The connection part may be configured as a screwing means having an external thread or an internal thread, in which case the shaft member has a corresponding screwed part. By using a connection by the screwing means, it is possible to more firmly connect the magnetic attraction tool to the shaft member. In addition, the connection part may be polygonal to fit into a polygonal hole of the socket of the shaft member. Alternatively, the connection part may be connected to the shaft member by a locking metal fitting.

[0077] (3) The magnetic attraction tool of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment and may take various forms. In the magnetic attraction tool of the above embodiment, the exterior body is configured as a bottomed cylindrical slide body, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. The magnetic attraction tool 300 of FIG. 26 includes an attraction tool main body 301 and an exterior body 310 having an action surface 313 that covers the magnetic attraction part 305 (magnet 305a) from the outside and movably supported by the attraction tool main body 301. The exterior body 310 is displaceable between a reference position where the magnetic object can be magnetically attracted to the action surface 313 by the magnetic force from the magnetic attraction part 305, and a separated position where the action surface 313 is relatively separated from the magnetic attraction part 305. In this embodiment, the exterior body 310 is a lid body hinged to the attraction tool main body 301. The state in which the lid body as the exterior body 310 is closed is the reference position, and the position in which the lid body is open is the separated position. As shown in Fig. 26(a), when the exterior body 310 is in the reference position, the iron piece X as a magnetic object is magnetically attached to the action surface 313. As shown in Fig. 26(b), when the exterior body 310 is operated by a user and the exterior body 310 is in the separated position, the iron piece X falls freely from the action surface 313. That is, the user can remove the magnetic object magnetically attached to the outer surface of the magnetic attraction device 300 from the magnetic attraction device 300 without touching it with their hands, simply by opening the magnetic attraction device 300.

[0078] (4) The magnetic attraction tool of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment and may take various forms. In the magnetic attraction tool of the above embodiment, the exterior body is configured as a bottomed cylindrical slide body, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment.
