Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of perfumes and perfume compositions. The invention finds particularly advantageous applications in the fields of fine perfumes, cosmetics, rinsed or no-rinsed hygiene products, ambient fragrances or room deodorants, cleaning agents or air fresheners. [Background technology]
[0002] One recurring problem in the perfumery field concerns the solubility of perfumes in water.
[0003] It has been found that in order to ensure both sufficient solubility and olfactory performance for the user, it is necessary to add certain additives, which have the drawback, among other things, of leaving a sticky or greasy feeling and in most cases of being irritating to the skin, and also of modifying the properties of the solutions in which they are contained, such as the viscosity and the rate of foam formed.
[0004] Many compositions currently on the market contain ethanol, which is, however, a harmful VOC (volatile organic compound) with regard to certain regulatory and environmental constraints. In parallel, research has made it possible to demonstrate that the presence of water and the reduction or absence of ethanol makes it possible to improve the long-term persistence of fragrances over time, to avoid irritation and dryness of the skin and hair, to eliminate the risks associated with exposure to sunlight, and to avoid problems related to storage, transport (customs), flammability.
[0005] In order to improve the above-mentioned shortcomings, compositions based on cosolvents, such as isosorbide, solketal, and their ethers, have been proposed. Also proposed are compositions that contain ethoxylated oleyl alcohol (marketed under the name Ameroscol®) or sulfates, such as sodium lauryl sulfate and sodium laureth sulfate, as surfactants. However, such compounds irritate and dry skin and hair, and therefore should be avoided in the field of perfumery and cosmetics.
[0006] One solution identified by the applicant of this application is described in WO 2019 / 154892 A1. This solution consists of a composition comprising a solvent selected to ensure a high proportion of fragrance, without the drawbacks mentioned above. However, consumer demand is increasingly directed towards compositions of natural origin. The fragrance composition provided must, however, make it possible to solubilize essential oils, which are ingredients that are very difficult to solubilize in water. Furthermore, the weak capacity of stabilizers and solvents of natural origin greatly limits the possible proportion of fragrance.
[0007] Moreover, this also raises the question of the transparency of the composition to facilitate its use in various fields, without constituting any particular limitation. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0008] [Patent Document 1] International Publication No. 2019 / 154892A1 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0009] In perfumery, obtaining fragrance mixtures which are versatile in terms of application, transparent, have improved sensory properties and are preferentially stable and of natural origin is the subject of ongoing research.
[0010] There is therefore a need to provide a fragrance composition which overcomes all or some of these shortcomings. [Means for solving the problem]
[0011] To this end, according to one aspect, the present invention comprises a composition comprising the following components: - 25-34% of a fragrance complex as described below; - a mixture of 66-75% of polyglyceryl-6 caprylic / capric acid and sodium caproyl / lauroyl lactylate, and these percentages relate to the perfume composition, expressed by weight, relative to the total weight of the two components mentioned above.
[0012] The fragrance complex above contains the following ingredients: - 5-70% fragrance, - 10-30% caprylyl glycol as a solvent, and - 0-85% monopropylene glycol as a solvent; These percentages are expressed by weight based on the total weight of the three components.

[0017] Advantageously, the perfume composition is free of water, meaning that the perfume composition does not contain additional water in addition to the components of the composition. As with perfume complexes, this makes them stable and non-irritating to the skin, while at the same time facilitating their transportation and packaging.
[0018] To this end, according to another aspect, the present invention provides a composition comprising the following components: - 20 to 30% of the above fragrance composition, - 70-80% water, and these percentages are expressed by weight relative to the total weight of the two components mentioned above.
[0019] Advantageously, the aqueous perfume composition is in the form of a microemulsion.
[0020] According to another aspect, the present invention relates to a method for producing a fragrance composition as described above, the method comprising the steps of: - preparing the fragrance complex as defined above; - heating a mixture of caprylic / capric polyglyceryl-6 and sodium caproyl / lauroyl lactylate, preferentially at a maximum temperature of 65°C; - adding the heated mixture of polyglyceryl-6 caprylic / capric acid and sodium caproyl / lauroyl lactylate to the fragrance complex; and - homogenizing the obtained flavor composition; Includes.

[0022] The present invention also relates to a cosmetic base, a cleansing base, or an ambient fragrance comprising the aqueous fragrance composition or fragrance composition or fragrance complex described above.
[0023] The present invention also relates to the use of an aqueous perfume composition, or a cosmetic base, or a cleaning base, or an ambient fragrance as described above, for masking malodours.
[0024] Preferentially, the perfume complexes, the perfume compositions and the aqueous perfume compositions are of natural origin and even more preferentially are COSMOS certified.
[0025] Finally, the formulations created are compatible with whatever perfume or olfactory system is chosen. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0068] This solubilizer is a mixture of COSMOS surfactants. The solubilizing properties of the molecules contained in this mixture have been studied in order to obtain synergistic effects. This solubilizer makes it possible to obtain very satisfactory results in cutting with perfumes. Moreover, surprisingly, this solubilizer acts synergistically with the solvent selected for the perfume complex, making it possible to obtain clear, homogeneous aqueous solutions. This raw material is suitable as a solubilizer for COSMOS microemulsions. Advantageously, the perfume composition is configured not to foam excessively or to have an excessively high viscosity, parameters that make it difficult to use the perfume composition during the manufacture and / or during the manufacture of aqueous perfume compositions.

[0091] The method includes preparing a perfume complex. The preparation of the perfume complex includes mixing a perfume with a first solvent and a second solvent.
[0092] The method then includes a method for preparing a fragrance composition. This step includes heating a mixture of polyglyceryl-6 (caprylic / capric) acid and sodium (caproyl / lauroyl) lactylate. Heating is carried out by means known to those skilled in the art, for example convection heating by storing in a hot chamber, or conduction heating (bain marie, sand bath, hot plate, double jacket, etc.). Heating is carried out until a usable viscosity is obtained. Advantageously, heating is carried out at a maximum temperature of 65°C.
[0093] The process for preparing the perfume composition includes, after the heating step, mixing the mixture of heated polyglyceryl-6 (caprylic / capric) (and) sodium (caproyl / lauroyl) lactylate with the perfume complex, advantageously without volute, until a homogeneous and transparent perfume composition is obtained.
[0094] The method then comprises the step of preparing an aqueous perfume composition from the previously obtained perfume composition. The perfume composition is mixed with water.
