Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a method for producing a multicolor solid cosmetic preparation. [Background technology]
[0002] In recent years, multi-color solid cosmetic products have been provided in which solid cosmetic products of multiple colors are loaded directly adjacent to each other in a cosmetic tray without partitions.
[0003] Conventionally, methods proposed for producing such multi-colored solid cosmetics include, for example, a method in which several colors of single-colored rod-shaped cosmetics are molded, these are combined, and a multi-colored rod-shaped cosmetic is formed into a small diameter product using a piston-type extrusion molding machine, which is then cut in a direction perpendicular to the axis to obtain a multi-colored solid cosmetic plate (see Patent Document 1); and a method in which a multi-colored cosmetic bulk (a rod-shaped molded product with powdered cosmetic) in which a powdered cosmetic is molded into a rod shape and the powdered cosmetic is adhered to the surface of the rod-shaped molded product is placed in a container capable of extruding the contents, a predetermined amount is extruded in the longitudinal direction of the rod-shaped molded product, and the rod-shaped molded product is cut in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis to obtain a multi-colored solid cosmetic (see Patent Document 2). [0004] [Patent Document 1] Special Publication No. 63-5368 [Patent Document 2] JP 2013-79202 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] However, according to the method described in Patent Document 1, a piston-type extruder is used to mold the multicolored stick-shaped cosmetic material, so it is necessary to use a cosmetic bulk that is soft enough to be extruded by the extruder. Similarly, according to the method described in Patent Document 2, a predetermined amount of the multicolored cosmetic bulk is extruded and cut by a container that can extrude the contents, so it is necessary to use a cosmetic bulk that is soft enough to be extruded by the container. As a result, the conventional methods have a problem in that the range of choices for usable cosmetic bulks is limited.
[0006] On the other hand, according to the method described in Patent Document 2, a container capable of pushing out the contents is used to push out a predetermined amount of the multi-colored cosmetic bulk when cutting the cosmetic bulk, which poses the problem that the cosmetic bulk may unintentionally harden and deteriorate due to the pushing out during cutting.
[0007] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned points, and has an object to provide a method for producing a multicolored solid cosmetic that allows for a wide range of cosmetic bulks to be selected for use in the production and that can prevent unintended deterioration of the cosmetic bulk hardness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0018] The method for producing a multi-color solid cosmetic product according to the present invention includes a rod-shaped body obtaining step of obtaining a multi-colored rod-shaped body by adhering a powdered cosmetic product of a different color to the color of the rod-shaped body formed by molding a powdered cosmetic product into a rod shape; a compression step of obtaining a multi-colored rod-shaped body by compressing two or more multi-colored rod-shaped bodies arranged with their central axes parallel to each other in a container formed by combining two or more split dies, thereby obtaining a multi-colored cosmetic product bulk having a shape corresponding to the internal shape of the container; and a cutting step of cutting the multi-colored cosmetic product bulk removed from the container by separating the two or more split dies in a direction perpendicular to the central axes of the rod-shaped bodies.
[0019] The method for producing a multi-color solid cosmetic product according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. The method for producing a multi-color solid cosmetic product according to the present invention is particularly suitable for producing blushers, eye shadows and other face powders, i.e., multi-color solid powder cosmetic products for makeup.
[0020] [Rod-shaped compact acquisition process] The step of obtaining a stick-shaped body in the method for producing a multicolor solid cosmetic product according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 1. Fig. 1 is a diagram showing the method for producing a multicolor solid cosmetic product according to the embodiment of the present invention, in which (a) is a perspective view of a stick-shaped body, and (b) is a perspective view of the multicolor stick-shaped body.
[0021] The rod-shaped body obtaining step in the method for producing a multi-color solid cosmetic according to this embodiment is a step of obtaining a multi-color rod-shaped body by adhering a powder cosmetic of a different color to the rod-shaped body obtained by molding a powder cosmetic into a rod shape to the periphery of the rod-shaped body.
[0022] As shown in FIG. 1(a), two or more rod-shaped molded bodies 11 are obtained by molding the powder cosmetic material into a rod shape. shape As an example of a method for forming the body 11, an injection molding method in which a monochrome slurry or clay-like cosmetic bulk is extruded using a screw extrusion hopper, or a press molding method using a press mold can be used.
[0023] The powder cosmetic used to mold the rod-shaped product 11 may be any cosmetic that contains powder and can be molded into a rod shape, and the form in which it is molded is not particularly limited. For example, a powder cosmetic in the form of a powder, granules, aggregates, clay, slurry, or a mixture of these may be used to mold the rod-shaped product 11. When the powder cosmetic is to be molded into these forms, it is possible to adjust the form by adding an appropriate amount of a known volatile solvent as necessary.
[0024] The two or more rod-shaped bodies 11 may all be molded using powder cosmetics of the same color, or may be molded using powder cosmetics of different colors.
[0025] The hardness of the rod-shaped molded body 11 is not limited and may be adjusted appropriately depending on the usability of the multicolor solid cosmetic material 1, but in some cases, a hardness that allows the molded shape to be maintained when left to stand may be preferable because it improves workability.
[0026] The shape of the rod-shaped body 11 is not particularly limited, and can be appropriately selected so that a desired pattern is obtained when the multicolor cosmetic bulk 10 containing the rod-shaped body 11 is cut. Therefore, the rod-shaped body 11 may be cylindrical as shown in Fig. 1(a) or may be any other polygonal column shape.
[0027] Next, as shown in Fig. 1(b), a powder cosmetic is applied around the rod-shaped body 11 to obtain a multi-colored rod-shaped body 12. It is preferable that the powder cosmetic applied around the rod-shaped body 11 is of a different color from the powder cosmetic used to form the rod-shaped body 11. A mesh pattern in a color different from that of the rod-shaped body 11 can be produced in the multi-colored solid cosmetic 1 obtained through the steps described below using such a multi-colored rod-shaped body 12 (see Fig. 5(b) and Fig. 6). This makes it possible to provide a multi-colored solid cosmetic 1 that can be used for makeup by being taken up by a puff so that at least the powder cosmetic constituting the rod-shaped body 11 and the powder cosmetic applied around the rod-shaped body 11, which are different colors of powder cosmetic, are blended.
[0028] There is no particular limitation on the method for adhering the powder cosmetic material to the periphery of the rod-shaped body 11. Examples of the method include a method in which the rod-shaped body 11 is rolled on top of the powder cosmetic material placed in a flat tray to adhering the powder cosmetic material to the periphery of the rod-shaped body 11, and a method in which the rod-shaped body 11 is placed on top of the powder cosmetic material spread on a belt conveyor, and the belt conveyor is driven while pressing the rod-shaped body 11 from above with a pressing member to adhering the powder cosmetic material to the periphery of the rod-shaped body 11. This makes it possible to form a substantially uniform layer of powder cosmetic material around the rod-shaped body 11.
[0029] The powder cosmetic may be applied to any part of the rod-shaped product 11, and is not particularly limited; it may be applied only to the side surface of the rod-shaped product 11 as shown in FIG. 1(b), or it may be applied to the entire surface of the rod-shaped product 11, including both longitudinal end surfaces (bottom surface).
[0030] The thickness of the powder cosmetic layer formed around the rod-shaped molded product 11 may be adjusted appropriately according to the desired width of the mesh pattern to be formed on the multicolor solid cosmetic material 1.
[0031] In order to obtain a multi-colored solid cosmetic material with a more complicated pattern, two or more powder cosmetic layers may be formed on the rod-shaped molded body 11, and in this case, the second powder cosmetic layer may be formed using a powder cosmetic material of a color different from the color of the powder cosmetic material used in the first powder cosmetic layer.
[0032] [Containing process / Compression process] The containing step and the compressing step of the method for producing a multicolor solid cosmetic product according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to Figures 2 to 4. Figure 2 shows a container used in the method for producing a multicolor solid cosmetic product according to the embodiment of the present invention, where (a) is a perspective view of the container with the split molds separated, (b) is a perspective view of the container with the split molds joined together, Figure 3 is a perspective view showing the containing step in the method for producing a multicolor solid cosmetic product according to the embodiment of the present invention, and Figure 4 is a perspective view showing the compressing step in the method for producing a multicolor solid cosmetic product according to the embodiment of the present invention.
[0033] The storing step of the method for producing a multicolor solid cosmetic product according to this embodiment is a step in which two or more multicolor rod-shaped bodies are placed and stored in a container with their central axes parallel to each other. The compression step of the method for producing a multicolor solid cosmetic product according to this embodiment is a step in which two or more multicolor rod-shaped bodies placed with their central axes parallel to each other are compressed in a container formed by joining two or more split dies together to obtain a multicolor cosmetic bulk having a shape corresponding to the internal shape of the container.
[0034] As shown in FIG. 3, two or more multicolor rod-shaped molded products 12 are placed and contained in a container 20 with their central axes B parallel to each other.
[0035] The container according to this embodiment has a first split mold and a second split mold which are divided along the longitudinal direction of the container. As an example, the container 20 according to this embodiment has a first split mold 21 and a second split mold 22, each of which has an open top, and which are formed by dividing the cylindrical container 20 in half along the longitudinal direction A, as shown in FIG. 2(a). Then, as shown in FIG. 2(b), the first split mold 21 and the second split mold 22 are joined together and closed to form a cylindrical internal shape (storage space). As a result, as shown in FIG. 3(a) described later, from the open top sides of the first split mold 21 and the second split mold 22, Multicolored rod-shaped molded object It can accommodate 12.
[0036] In the container according to the present embodiment, at least one end side in the longitudinal direction of the container is constituted by a side wall that restricts movement of the container in the longitudinal direction. As an example, the container 20 is constituted by side walls 21a, 21b, 22a, and 22b at both ends in the longitudinal direction A of the container 20 that restrict movement of the container 20 in the longitudinal direction A. For example, as shown in Fig. 2, the side walls 21a, 21b, 22a, and 22b of the container 20 may be fixedly provided, and the container 20 does not need a structure for pushing out the contents in the storage space.
[0037] The container 20 in this embodiment is described as having a cylindrical internal shape (storage space) when the split molds are joined together (see FIG. 2(b)). However, the internal shape is not particularly limited and can be changed as appropriate depending on the outer shape of the multi-color solid cosmetic material 1 to be finally produced.
[0038] The material of the container 20 is not particularly limited as long as it is capable of housing two or more multi-colored rod-shaped molded bodies 12, but from the standpoint of workability and hygiene, it is preferable to use a resin or metal material.
[0039] From the viewpoint of making the multicolor solid cosmetic product 1 have a mesh pattern, it is preferable to arrange and contain two or more multicolor stick-shaped bodies 12 in the container 20, as shown in Fig. 3. The number and arrangement of the multicolor stick-shaped bodies 12 to be contained may be appropriately adjusted according to the desired pattern to be formed in the multicolor solid cosmetic product 1.
[0040] The multicolor stick-shaped bodies 12 are preferably placed in the container 20 so that a desired pattern appears on the multicolor solid cosmetic 1 obtained through the steps described below. At this time, if necessary, a suitable amount of powder cosmetic of the same quality as the powder cosmetic attached around the stick-shaped body 11 may be replenished into the gap between the container 20 and the multicolor stick-shaped bodies 12 or into the gaps between two or more multicolor stick-shaped bodies 12. This allows the multicolor stick-shaped bodies 12 to be placed in the desired position in the container 20, and can be reflected in the pattern formed on the surface of the multicolor solid cosmetic 1.
[0041] The two or more multicolored rod-shaped bodies 12 arranged in the container 20 may each have rod-shaped bodies 11 of the same color, or may each have rod-shaped bodies 11 of different colors.
[0042] In order to facilitate removal of the multi-color cosmetic bulk 10 from the container 20, as described below, when placing two or more multi-color rod-shaped bodies 12 in the container 20, it is possible and preferable to lay a non-woven fabric or the like in the first split mold 21 and the second split mold 22 in advance.
[0043] As shown in FIG. 4(a), two or more multi-colored rod-shaped bodies 12 are arranged and contained in a container 20 (a first split mold 21 and a second split mold 22, respectively), and then the second split mold 22 is joined to the first split mold 21 in the direction of the arrow, and as shown in FIG. 4(b), the first split mold 21 and the second split mold 22 are completely closed to compress the two or more multi-colored rod-shaped bodies 12 arranged in the first split mold 21 and the second split mold 22.
[0044] As a result, the two or more multi-colored rod-shaped bodies 12 are compressed into a shape that corresponds to the internal shape of the container 20 (a cylindrical shape in this embodiment), thereby making the density uniform, and a multi-colored cosmetic bulk 10 is formed within the container 20.
[0045] [Cutting process] The cutting step of the method for producing a multicolor solid cosmetic material according to this embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 5. Fig. 5 is a diagram showing the method for producing a multicolor solid cosmetic material according to an embodiment of the present invention, where (a) is a perspective view showing the removal step of a multicolor cosmetic material bulk, and (b) is a perspective view showing the cutting step of the multicolor cosmetic material bulk.
[0046] The cutting step in the manufacturing method for a multicolor solid cosmetic material according to this embodiment is a step in which the multicolor cosmetic material bulk, which has been removed from the container by separating two or more split molds, is cut to a predetermined thickness in a direction perpendicular to the central axis of the multicolor cosmetic material bulk while it is placed on a mounting surface.
[0047] After the compression step, as shown in Fig. 5(a), the first split mold 21 and the second split mold 22 of the container 20 are separated, and the multicolor cosmetic bulk 10 formed within the container 20 is taken out. This multicolor cosmetic bulk 10 is composed of a compressed rod-shaped molded body 11 and compressed and integrated powder cosmetic material (adhered to the periphery of the rod-shaped molded body 11 and / or filled in the gaps). Furthermore, by going through each of the steps up to this point, the multicolor cosmetic bulk 10 can be formed uniformly from one end to the other end in the direction of the central axis (see Fig. 5(b)).
[0048] As shown in FIG. 5(b), the multi-color cosmetic bulk 10 removed from the container 20 is cut into pieces of a predetermined thickness in a direction perpendicular to the central axis B of at least one of the rod-shaped bodies 11 contained in the multi-color cosmetic bulk 10, thereby obtaining the multi-color solid cosmetic 1.
[0049] In order to prevent unintentional deterioration of the hardness of the multicolor solid cosmetic material 1, it is preferable that the multicolor cosmetic material bulk 10 is placed on a placement surface (not shown) during cutting, and that, whenever possible, no means is used to hold down the periphery of the multicolor cosmetic material bulk 10. The placement surface on which the multicolor cosmetic material bulk 10 is placed in order to cut the multicolor cosmetic material bulk 10 is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, the upper surface of a fixedly installed pedestal or the upper surface of a conveyor belt. In addition, the placement surface is not limited to a flat surface, and may be one having one or more grooves through which the cutting edge of a cutting means can be inserted, or one having a shape for preventing the multicolor cosmetic material bulk 10 from rolling, etc.
[0050] The cutting means is preferably a means capable of cutting the multicolor solid cosmetic material 1 in an open state after being completely removed from the container 20 without causing the material to lose its shape, and more specifically, an ultrasonic cutter is preferable. However, it goes without saying that other cutting means may be used depending on the hardness of the multicolor solid cosmetic material 1.
[0051] The predetermined thickness is appropriately set according to the depth of the decorative plate 2 (see FIG. 6) described later.
[0052] [Pressing process] The pressing step of the method for producing a multicolor solid cosmetic material according to this embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 6. Fig. 6 is a diagram showing the method for producing a multicolor solid cosmetic material according to the embodiment of the present invention, in which (a) is a perspective view showing the loading step of the multicolor solid cosmetic material, and (b) is a perspective view showing the pressing step of the multicolor solid cosmetic material.
[0053] As shown in Fig. 6(a), the multicolor solid cosmetic material 1 is loaded into a cosmetic tray 2. Thereafter, the multicolor solid cosmetic material 1 is pressed from the opening side of the cosmetic tray 2 (the direction of the arrow in Fig. 6(b)) by a known pressing device (not shown).
[0054] As described above, the method for producing a multicolor solid cosmetic product according to the present embodiment not only enables efficient production of a multicolor solid cosmetic product 1 having a uniform pattern formed from the surface to the bottom, but also provides the following advantages.
[0055] In the molding (compression step) of the multicolor cosmetic bulk according to this embodiment, the multicolor cosmetic bulk is compressed and molded using a container consisting of two or more split molds, without using a piston-type extrusion molding machine as in the past, and the split molds are separated to remove the multicolor cosmetic bulk from the container, so that even hard cosmetic bulks that could not be extruded using conventional extrusion molding machines can be used. Similarly, in the cutting step of the multicolor solid cosmetic according to this embodiment, instead of extruding a predetermined amount using a container that can push out the contents as in the past and cutting, the cosmetic bulk is completely removed from the container and cut while placed on a mounting surface, so that even hard cosmetic bulks that could not be extruded using conventional extrusion containers can be used. As a result, the manufacturing method of the multicolor solid cosmetic according to this embodiment has the effect of widening the range of cosmetic bulks that can be used.
[0056] Furthermore, in the cutting process of the multi-color cosmetic bulk according to this embodiment, the content is not extruded and cut by a predetermined amount using a container capable of pushing out the contents as in the conventional method, but is cut in an open state after being completely removed from the container and placed on a mounting surface, which also has the effect of preventing the hardness of the multi-color cosmetic bulk from being unintentionally altered during the manufacturing process.
[0057] Below, a modification of the above embodiment will be described.
[0058] [Variation 1] In the above embodiment, a method for producing a multicolored solid cosmetic 1 having a mesh pattern is described, in which a multicolored stick-shaped body 12 (see FIG. 1(b)) in which a powdered cosmetic material is attached to the periphery of a stick-shaped body 11 is used to form a multicolored cosmetic bulk 10 (see FIG. 5). The present invention is not limited to this, and may be a method for producing a multicolored solid cosmetic including a stick-shaped body obtaining step for obtaining desired colors from stick-shaped bodies (see FIG. 1(a)) formed by forming a powdered cosmetic material into a stick shape, a compression step for compressing two or more stick-shaped bodies arranged with their central axes parallel to each other in a container formed by combining two or more split dies to obtain a multicolored cosmetic bulk having a shape corresponding to the internal shape of the container, and a cutting step for cutting the multicolored cosmetic bulk removed from the container by separating the two or more split dies in a direction perpendicular to the central axis of the stick-shaped body to a predetermined thickness. The same applies to the modified examples described below.
[0059] Modification 1 also makes it possible to provide a multi-color solid cosmetic product in which solid cosmetic products of multiple colors are loaded directly adjacent to each other in a cosmetic tray without partitions, while achieving the same effects as the above embodiment.
[0060] [Variation 2] Hereinafter, Modification 2 of the above embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 7. It is a perspective view of a container used in the manufacturing method of a multicolor solid cosmetic product according to Modification 2 of the embodiment of the present invention, (a) is a perspective view of the container in a state where the split molds are separated, and (b) is a perspective view of the container in a state where the split molds are joined together.
[0061] The container 20 according to the above embodiment has been described as having a first split mold 21 and a second split mold 22, each having an open top, and each having a shape obtained by dividing the cylindrical container 20 in half along the longitudinal direction A, as shown in Fig. 2(a). The present invention is not limited to this, and as shown in Fig. 7(a), the container 200 may be configured to have a first split mold 210 having an opening 211 along the longitudinal direction A of the container 200, and a second split mold 220 closing the opening 211, and the compression step may be configured to compress two or more multicolor rod-shaped molded articles 12 arranged in the first split mold 210 by pressing the second split mold 220 through the opening 211 of the first split mold 210.
[0062] In the container 200 according to the second modification, two or more multicolor rod-shaped molded bodies 12 to be stored are arranged and stored in a first split mold 210, which is then closed and compressed by a second split mold 220. As shown in Fig. 7(b) , in the container 200 according to the second modification, when the first split mold 210 is closed by the second split mold 220, a cylindrical internal shape (storage space) is formed by the internal shapes of the first split mold 210 and the second split mold 220.
[0063] Modification 2 also makes it possible to provide a multi-color solid cosmetic product in which solid cosmetic products of multiple colors are loaded directly adjacent to each other in a cosmetic tray without partitions, while achieving the same effects as the above embodiment.
[0064] [Variation 3] Hereinafter, Modification 3 of the above embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 8. Fig. 8 is a perspective view of a container used in a method for producing a multicolor solid cosmetic product according to Modification 3 of the embodiment of the present invention, where (a) is a perspective view of the container with the split dies separated, and (b) is a perspective view of the container with the split dies joined together.
[0065] As shown in FIG. 2, the container 20 according to the embodiment is described as being configured with side walls 21a, 21b, 22a, and 22b at both ends in the longitudinal direction A, in which movement of the container 20 in the longitudinal direction A is restricted. The present invention is not limited to this, and it is sufficient that at least one end of the container in the longitudinal direction is configured with a side wall in which movement of the container in the longitudinal direction A is restricted. As an example, the container 300 according to the third modification has a first split mold 310 and a second split mold 320 with an open top, which are formed by dividing a bottomed cylindrical container 300 in half along the longitudinal direction A, and has side walls 310a and 320a whose movement in the longitudinal direction A is restricted only at one end of the longitudinal direction A, and has an opening 301 without a side wall at the other end of the longitudinal direction A, as shown in FIG. 8(b). As shown in FIG. 8, side walls 310a, 320a of the container 300 are fixedly provided, for example, and the container 300 does not require a structure for pushing out the contents within the storage space.
[0066] In the storage step when using the container 300, it is also possible to put the multicolor stick-shaped bodies 12 into the container 300 through the opening 301 of the container 300, which has been formed into a cylindrical shape with a bottom by combining the first split mold 310 and the second split mold 320, and store the multicolor stick-shaped bodies 12 in the container 300. At this time, a partition member for arranging the multicolor stick-shaped bodies 12 may be placed in advance in the container 300, and the multicolor stick-shaped bodies 12 may be placed in the space partitioned by the partition member. This can improve the reproducibility of the pattern appearing on the multicolor solid cosmetic product 1.
[0067] In the compression step when the container 300 is used, the two or more multicolor rod-shaped bodies 12 placed in the container 300 are compressed by pressing with a pressing member 330 from an opening 301 of the container 300 in which the multicolor rod-shaped bodies 12 are accommodated. If a partition member is used in the accommodation step, the partition member is removed before the compression step.
[0068] With the third modification, it is possible to provide a multi-color solid cosmetic product in which solid cosmetic products of multiple colors are loaded directly adjacent to each other in a cosmetic tray without partitions while obtaining the same effects as the above embodiment.
[0069] [Variation 4] The fourth modified example of the above embodiment will be described below with reference to Fig. 9. Fig. 9 shows a method for producing a multicolor solid cosmetic material according to the fourth modified example of the embodiment of the present invention, in which (a) is a perspective view of a container in a state in which the split molds are joined together, (b) is a perspective view showing the containing step and the compressing step, (c) is a perspective view showing the step of removing the multicolor cosmetic material bulk, (d) is a front view showing the step of cutting the multicolor cosmetic material bulk, (e) is a view showing the step of loading the multicolor solid cosmetic material, and (f) is a view showing the step of pressing the multicolor solid cosmetic material.
[0070] As shown in FIG. 9(a), a container 400 used in the method for producing a multicolor solid cosmetic material according to the fourth modification has a first split mold 410 and a second split mold 420, each of which has a hemispherical cavity formed therein. As shown in FIG. 9(b), two or more multicolor rod-shaped molded bodies 12 are placed in the first split mold 410 (or the second split mold 420) with their central axes B parallel to each other, and the first split mold 410 and the second split mold 420 are combined and closed, whereby the two or more multicolor rod-shaped molded bodies 12 are compressed into a spherical shape within the container 400. As shown in FIG. 9(c), the first split mold 410 and the second split mold 420 are separated, and the multicolor cosmetic material bulk 10 molded into a spherical shape is taken out of the container 400. As shown in FIG. 9(d), the multicolor cosmetic material bulk 10 molded into a spherical shape is placed on a placement surface (not shown) and compressed into a rod-shaped molded body. 11 The multicolor solid cosmetic material 1 is then cut in a direction perpendicular to the central axis B to obtain a multicolor solid cosmetic material 1. As shown in Fig. 9(e), the multicolor solid cosmetic material 1 is placed in a cosmetic tray 2, and as shown in Fig. 9(f), the multicolor solid cosmetic material 1 is pressed from above (in the direction of the arrow) by a press device 450.
[0071] Modification 4 also provides a multi-color solid cosmetic product in which solid cosmetic products of multiple colors are loaded directly adjacent to each other in a partitionless cosmetic tray while achieving the same effects as the above embodiment. In particular, Modification 4 provides a multi-color solid cosmetic product formed in a shape that bulges toward the center (dome shape), which increases the freedom of shape design.
[0072] Although the present invention has been described with reference to the above-mentioned embodiment, the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment, and improvements or modifications can be made within the scope of the invention or the purpose of the improvements.
