Abstract

[Problem] To smoothly start a group call with multiple parties. [Solution] A call control method generates a group call identifier when an instruction to create a group specifying multiple parties is given to an operation terminal of a person who will be communicating with multiple parties, notifies a management server of the group call of the identifier when an instruction to start a group call is given, makes a first call to a first terminal of a first party and the identifier, displays a group call screen on the operation terminal when the management server notifies the first party of its participation in the group call based on the first party's response to the first incoming call screen displayed on the first terminal upon the receipt of the identifier and the first call, makes a second call to a second terminal of a second party and the identifier, and updates the screen when the management server notifies the second party of its participation in the group call based on the second party's response to the second incoming call screen displayed on the second terminal upon the receipt of the identifier and the second call.
