Abstract

【Problem】 To provide an emergency power supply device that is low-cost, user-friendly, and allows for retrofitting of emergency power supply measures after building construction. 【Solution】 A retrofit power outage countermeasure set that is attached to an existing distribution board 8 includes a first main wiring 41 connecting a target branch switch 81 and a switch box 1, a second main wiring 42 connecting the switch box 1 and a specific load 9, and a portable battery 2 and a solar power generation panel 3 attached to the switch box 1. The portable battery 2 charged by power supply from the target branch switch 81 during non-power outage supplies power to the specific load 9 during power outage. The portable battery 2 can also be charged by the power generated by the solar power generation panel 3 connected in parallel with the target branch switch 81 on the input side of the portable battery 2. When the power supply to the portable battery 2 during non-power outage is performed using the power from the solar power generation panel 3, power supply from the target branch switch 81 to the specific load 9 is ensured. 【Selected Drawing】 Figure 1
