[0050] Unless otherwise specified and limited, the specific meaning of all technical and scientific terms used in the specification can be specifically understood by those skilled in the art. The terms used in this specification are used only to describe specific embodiments and are not intended to limit the specification.
[0051] 1 to 4, a massage device according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided. The massage device comprises a housing 10, a drive member 20 mounted on the housing 10, and a massage member 30 transmission-connected to the drive member 20. The housing 10 defines a movement space 12 therein. The movement space 12 is in communication with the external environment. The massage member 30 extends within the movement space 12 and is moved relative to the housing 10 by the drive member 20. During the movement of the massaging members 30, at least a portion of the massaging members 30 may extend beyond the movement space 12 of the housing 10 into the external environment to massage a corresponding part of the human body outside the housing 10.
[0052] The massage member 30 extends into the movement space 12, and the driving member 20 moves the massage member 30 to oscillate relative to the housing 10, so that at least a part of the massage member 30, particularly the massage portion of the massage member 30, oscillates beyond the movement space 12 of the housing 10, causing the housing 10 to collide with a corresponding part of the human body, massaging the human body. The design of the movement space 12 in the housing 10 provides sufficient space for the oscillation of the massage member 30, so that the massage device can generate a strong force against the part to be massaged even if there is resistance from the part to be massaged, and a good massage effect can be achieved.
[0053] Preferably, the massaging members 30 have an elastic structure and can be deformed when colliding with the massaged area, so that the deformed shape of the massaging members 30 conforms to the shape of the massaged area, thus increasing the contact area between the massaging members 30 and the massaged area and further improving the massage effect.
[0054] In some embodiments, the entire massaging member 30 may be made from a soft material such as silica, rubber, or the like.
[0055] In some embodiments, the outer portion of the massaging member 30 for contacting the area to be massaged is made of a soft material, and the inner portion of the massaging member embedded in the outer portion is made of a harder material, such as plastic, metal, or the like.
[0056] As shown in Fig. 4, the massage member 30 swings up and down in the moving space 12 along the depth direction, i.e., the longitudinal direction. Preferably, the longitudinal thickness T of the massage member 30 is smaller than the depth D of the moving space 12 / the longitudinal depth of the housing 10, so that the massage member 30 is completely accommodated in the moving space 12 when not in operation. The difference in thickness between the massage member 30 and the housing 10 provides a space along the swing direction of the massage member 30, so that the massage member 30 can swing even if the massaged part is in close contact with the outer surface of the housing 10, ensuring the massage experience.
[0057] In this embodiment, the massage member 30 is generally in the form of a long and thin column. In order to provide an appropriate contact area when the massage member 30 collides with the part to be massaged, the thickness T of the massage member 30 is preferably 1 mm to 150 mm, the width of the massage member 30 is preferably 1 m to 150 mm, and the length of the massage member 30 is preferably 5 to 150 mm. One end of the massage member 30 is connected to the driving member 20, and the other end of the massage member 30 is a free end. The free end of the massage member 30 acts as a massage head 32 that functions as a massage part, and collides with the part to be massaged by swinging from the moving space 12. The entire massage member 30 is configured as a single pendulum, and even if the swing angle of the massage member 30 is small, the massage head 32 can obtain a large swing width. In this embodiment, the massage part is formed as a free end of the massage member, but in other embodiments, the massage member may be a part other than the free end, for example, a middle part of the massage member. In some other embodiments, a plurality of massage parts may be provided.
[0058] Preferably, a plurality of protrusions 34 are formed on the outer surface of the massaging head 32 of the massaging member 30 to improve stimulation of the area being massaged. Alternatively, the protrusions 34 may be formed on the entire outer surface of the massaging member 30. Preferably, the protrusions 34 are integrally formed with the massaging member 30, for example by injection molding. Alternatively, the protrusions 34 may be formed separately and then incorporated into the massaging member 30 by bonding.
[0059] As shown in FIG. 3, the massage member 30 has a lateral dimension smaller than the movement space 12 of the housing 10, and a gap 40 is formed between the outer surface of the massage member 30 and the inner surface of the housing 10 surrounding the movement space 12. The gap 40 prevents the swinging of the massage member 30 in the movement space 12 from interfering with the housing 10. On the one hand, the width W of the gap 40 is designed to be 0.5 mm or more to ensure the free swinging of the massage member 30 in the movement space 12, and on the other hand, the width W of the gap 40 is designed to be less than 100 mm to avoid wasting space and reduce the overall dimensions of the massage device. In certain embodiments, the width W of the gap 40 may be 0.5 mm, 1.5 mm, 3 mm, ..., 50 mm, ..., 99 mm, or 100 mm.
[0060] In this embodiment, the movement space 12 has a shape similar to that of the massage member 30. The width W of the gap 40 between the outer surface of the massage member 30 and the inner surface of the housing 10 is approximately constant along the circumferential direction. Specifically, the movement space 12 is usually in the shape of a race track. The inner surface of the housing 10 is continuous along the circumferential direction, and the movement space 12 is closed in the circumferential direction.
[0061] In this embodiment, the moving space 12 is a through hole extending through two opposing side surfaces (upper and lower sides as viewed from FIG. 2) of the housing 10. In this case, the depth D of the moving space 12 is the same as the thickness of the housing 10, and is preferably within a range of 1 mm to 100 mm. During operation, the massage member 30 swings along the depth direction of the moving space 12, and can swing not only upward to the outside of the housing 10, but also downward to the outside of the housing. That is, the massage member 30 can simultaneously massage two different parts of the human body located on both opposing sides of the housing 10, and is suitable for massaging cavities such as the vagina inside the human body.
[0062] In another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, the moving space 12 may be a blind hole that extends through only one side, such as the upper side of the housing 10. In this case, the depth D of the moving space 12 is smaller than the thickness of the housing 10. A massage device with a blind hole is suitable for massaging body surfaces such as the lower back and neck. Note that a massage device with a blind hole can also be used to massage the cavities of the human body, and a massage device with a through hole can also be used to massage the body surface.
[0063] In other embodiments, as shown in Figures 5a to 6d, the movement space 12 may have a shape different from that of the massage member 30, so that the width W of the gap 40 can vary along the circumferential direction.
[0064] The shape of the moving space 12 may be regular or irregular, specifically, may be any of a circle, a semicircle, an ellipse, a square, a rectangle, a triangle, a polygon, a D-shape, a C-shape, a kidney shape, a heart shape, a gourd shape, a briolette shape, etc., or may be a combination of at least two of them. For example, the moving space 12 shown in FIG. 5a is generally kidney-shaped, the moving space 12 shown in FIG. 5b is generally elliptical, the moving space 12 shown in FIG. 5c is generally rectangular, the moving space 12 shown in FIG. 5d is generally circular, the moving space 12 shown in FIG. 5e is generally irregular, and the moving space 12 shown in FIG. 5f is generally a combination of a triangle and a rectangle. The shape of the moving space 12 is not limited to the embodiment, and may be set as necessary.
[0065] Also, the moving space 12 may be open in the circumferential direction. That is, the inner surface of the housing 10 surrounding the moving space 12 is discontinuous along the circumferential direction. As shown in Fig. 5g and 5h, a circumferential opening 14 is formed in the housing 10 and communicates with the moving space 12. The circumferential opening 14 is aligned with the massage head 32 along the longitudinal direction of the massage member 30, and the massage head 32 extends through the moving space 12 through the circumferential opening 14. In this case, not only the upper and / or lower surfaces of the massage member 30 but also the massage head 32 can collide with the corresponding parts of the human body, which means that the area to be massaged is further increased at the same time.
[0066] Alternatively, the massage members 30 can be housed entirely within the movement space 12, even if the movement space 12 is open in the circumferential direction. Fig. 5i shows that when the massage members 30 are entirely within the movement space 12, the movement space 12 is generally briolette-shaped and open in the circumferential direction. Also, the massage members 30 housed within the movement space 12 can be out of the circumferential opening 14. Fig. 5i shows that the movement space 12 is generally C-shaped and the massage members 30 are generally columnar and disposed parallel to the circumferential opening 14 of the movement space 12.
[0067] The shape of the massage member 30 may be regular or irregular, specifically, may be any of circular, semicircular, elliptical, square, rectangular, triangular, polygonal, D-shaped, C-shaped, kidney-shaped, heart-shaped, gourd-shaped, branch-shaped, etc., or may be a combination of at least two of them. For example, the massage member 30 shown in FIG. 6a is generally columnar with a round massage head, the massage member 30 shown in FIG. 6b is generally irregular, the massage member 30 shown in FIG. 6c is generally a combination of columnar and circular, and the massage member 30 shown in FIG. 6d is generally branch-shaped. It should be understood that the shape of the massage member 30 is not limited to the embodiment and can be set as needed.
[0068] The shape of the massage member 30 and the shape of the movement space 12 can be selected arbitrarily as long as the massage member 30 can move within the movement space 12. Figures 5a-5j show different shapes of the movement space 12 having the same massage member 30, and Figures 6a-6d show different shapes of the movement space 12 having different shapes of the massage members 30. Note that the present invention does not impose any restrictions on the shapes of the movement space 12 and the massage member 30, and does not impose any restrictions on the combination of the shape of the movement space 12 and the shape of the massage member 30.
[0069] Referring again to FIG. 1, the housing 10 is elongated, and the movement space 12 is defined along the longitudinal direction in the middle part of the housing 10. Preferably, the movement space 12 in the middle part of the housing 10 is closed in the circumferential direction, and the housing 10 is formed with two support arms 16 on both sides (i.e., the left side and the right side) of the movement space 12. The support arms 16 strengthen the strength of the housing 10, so that the massage members 30 can be effectively supported even if the massage members 30 swing quickly and / or significantly. Preferably, the width of the support arms 16 is within the range of 1 mm to 150 mm, which is advantageous for miniaturizing the massage device, particularly for miniaturizing the diameter of the massage device, so that the massage device can be used for massage of narrow and small parts, such as cavities of the human body.
[0070] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 6a to 6d, the movement space 12 may be defined at an end of the housing 10. In this case, the movement space 12 may be closed in the circumferential direction or may be open in the circumferential direction.
[0071] The housing 10 may be designed to have an external contour depending on its application scenario. When the massage device is used on the human body, the housing 10 may be formed in a cavity of the human body, such as a vagina, as shown in Figures 1 to 4. When the massage device is used outside the human body, the housing 10 may be any shape, such as a columnar, block, disk, or branch shape.
[0072] In some embodiments, the housing 10 may be provided with a handle for gripping to facilitate the user placing the massage device on any part of the human body. Alternatively, the housing 10 may be provided with a wearable member such as an elastic belt, a bandage with a buckle, etc. The entire massage device may be attached to a wearable member on the neck, waist, arm, leg, etc., thereby freeing up the user's hands.
[0073] As shown in FIG. 2, in this embodiment, the housing 10 has a two-layer structure, and includes an inner housing 10a and an outer housing 10b that covers the entire inner housing 10a. The inner housing 10a is made of hard materials such as plastic, metal, and wood. The outer housing 10b is made of soft materials such as silicone and rubber. The inner housing 10b inside the outer housing 10b not only supports the outer housing 10b, but also provides a receiving space for mounting the driving member 20. The housing 10b for direct contact with the site to be massaged preferably has a smooth outer surface, so that the entire massage device has high strength and a comfortable use experience.
[0074] In this embodiment, the inner housing 10a is molded in two pieces by injection molding, and then assembled by snap fitting, screws, etc., to help assemble components such as the drive member 20 inside the housing 10. The outer housing 10b is integrally formed by a second injection molding, and covers the inner housing 10b after the inner housing 10a and the components inside the inner housing 10a are assembled. The integral outer housing 10b is advantageous for waterproofing and dustproofing the massage device so that the massage device can be used underwater or in a cavity of the human body.
[0075] In other embodiments, the inner housing 10a may be molded as one piece. In this case, the components mounted inside the inner housing 10a are placed in a mold and injected into the inner housing 10a. Alternatively, the outer housing 10b may be molded in two or more pieces and then assembled together. In this case, the housing 10 is removable to replace components, which is advantageous for maintenance of the massage device. The inner housing 10a may be the same as the outer housing 10b, so that the housing 10 has two different layers at any position. Alternatively, the inner housing 10a may differ from the housing 10b in partial regions, so that the partial regions of the housing 10 may be one layer without the layer being the rigid inner housing 10a.
[0076] Preferably, the movement space 12 is defined at the position of the hard outer housing 10b with the soft inner housing 10a formed therein, so that the solid part surrounding the movement space 12 is made of two layers, and its strength is sufficient to support the oscillation of the massage member 30. It should be understood that, in cases where the requirements for the usage environment are not high, the movement space 12 can be formed at the position of the outer housing 10b with the inner housing 10a not formed therein.
[0077] In other embodiments, the housing 10 may be a single layer structure having a constant hardness.
[0078] 2 and 4, the massage device further includes a vibration motor 50. The vibration motor 50 is disposed at the tip of the housing 10 to generate high-frequency vibration. When the massage device is used, for example, in the vagina of a human body, the vibration motor 50 at the tip of the housing 10 provides a vibration effect to the vaginal wall, and the massage member 30 simultaneously provides a scratching effect to the vaginal wall, thereby enhancing the stimulating effect on the user.
[0079] Preferably, the massage device includes two vibration motors 50, 52, one provided at the tip of the housing 10 and the other provided at the branch 19 of the housing 10 that bends and extends from the rear end of the moving space 12 of the housing 10 to the upper side of the massage member 30. When the massage device is used inside the vagina, the vibration motor 50 at the tip of the housing 10 provides a vibration effect to the vaginal wall, the massage member 30 provides a scratching effect to the vaginal wall, and the vibration motor 52 at the branch 19 of the housing 10 provides a vibration effect to the clitoris, thereby maximizing the stimulating effect on the user.
[0080] 8, 8a and 8b, the driving member 20 is used to generate power for moving the massage member 30 relative to the housing 10, and may be a motor, a cylinder, etc. Preferably, the driving member 20 is a rotary motor or a linear motor. Preferably, a transmission member 22 is provided between the driving member 20 and the massage member 30. The transmission member 22 may be a gear mechanism, a pulley mechanism, a crank mechanism, a cam mechanism, a turbine mechanism, etc., which not only transmits power from the driving member 20 to the massage member 30, but also changes the motion pattern therebetween, such as changing the rotation of the driving member 20 to the oscillation of the massage member 30.
[0081] In this embodiment, the driving member 20 is a rotary motor, and the transmission member 22 is a cam. The rotary motor 20, the cam 22, and the massage member 30 together constitute a massage module. The rotary motor 20 has a rotary shaft 21 connected to the center of the cam 22, and a drive shaft 23 extending from the outer periphery of the cam 22 and connected to the massage member 30. Both the rotary shaft 21 and the drive shaft 23 extend substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the housing 10, but the drive shaft 23 is eccentric with respect to the rotary shaft 21. During rotation of the drive shaft 23, the drive shaft 23 revolves around the rotary shaft 21, generating a motion along both the thickness direction and the width direction of the housing 10.
[0082] In another embodiment, the driving member 20 may be a linear motor having an output shaft rotatably connected to the massaging member 30. During the reciprocating motion of the linear motor, the massaging member 30 is driven to oscillate up and down. In this case, the massaged area is massaged in a tapping manner. Alternatively, the driving member 20 may be a vibration motor that directly transmits vibrations to the massaging member 30.
[0083] In other embodiments, the driving member 20 and the massaging member 30 can be electrically connected in a non-contact manner. For example, the driving member 20 can be in the form of an electromagnet, and the massaging member 30 is connected to the driving member 20 by magnetic forces. Depending on the direction of the current applied to the driving member 20, the polarity of the electromagnet changes, and the magnetic forces between the driving member 20 and the massaging member 30 attract or repel each other, thereby realizing the oscillating motion of the massaging member 30.
[0084] In this embodiment, the massage member 30 comprises a soft cover 36 and a hard core 38 embedded in the soft cover 36. The hard core 38 defines a groove 39 adjacent an end of the drive member 20 for receiving the drive shaft 23, the groove 39 being configured to restrict movement of the drive shaft 23 in a thickness direction while allowing movement of the drive shaft 23 in a width direction. For example, the width dimension of the groove 39 is much larger than the diameter of the drive shaft 23, and the thickness dimension of the groove 39 is equal to or slightly larger than the diameter of the drive shaft 23. This allows the drive shaft 23 to drive the hard core 38 up and down, and further allows the massage member 30 to oscillate along the thickness direction into the external environment.
[0085] Two opposing sides of the hard core 38 are rotatably connected to the housing 10, preferably to the inner housing 10a via a pivot shaft 54. The pivot shaft 54 is provided near the groove 39, so that the massage head 32 of the massage member 30 has a larger swing range. Preferably, the hard core 38 has a length equal to or greater than half the length of the soft cover 36. That is, the hard core 38 extends to at least the middle part of the soft cover 36, which is advantageous for providing sufficient support to the soft cover 36 and driving the swing of the massage head 32 within the soft cover 36.
[0086] The massage member 30 connected to the housing 10 at a position adjacent to the end of the housing 10 connected to the drive member 20 makes the massage member 30 a simple pendulum so that the massage head 32 of the massage member 30 further from the other end of the drive member 20 has a larger swing range. In other embodiments, the massage member 30 can be connected to the housing 10 at its mid-portion as shown in Figure 9b. The massage member 30 may also be connected to the housing 10 at one side, for example the left side as shown in Figure 9c. Alternatively, the massage member 30 may be connected to the housing 10 at one side, for example the left side as shown in Figure 9d. The massage member 30 may be connected at its distal end to the housing 10 .
[0087] 2 and 4, the massage device further includes a control member 56, such as a control circuit board, attached to the housing 10. The control member 56 is electrically connected to the rotary motor 20 and the vibration motors 50, 52 for controlling operations in response to a user's instruction, such as controlling the frequency of the vibration motors 50 and 52 and controlling the number of rotations of the rotary motor 20.
[0088] Preferably, a battery 58 is disposed within the housing 10 and electrically connected to the circuit board 56. The battery 58 provides power to the motors 20, 50, 52 via the circuit board 56. Preferably, the battery 58 is a rechargeable battery, and a corresponding charging interface 59 may be provided at the rear end of the housing 10 for connecting with an external power source to charge the battery 58.
[0089] The massage device according to the embodiment of the present invention defines a movement space 12 within the housing 10 to provide sufficient space for the oscillation of the massage member 30, so that the massage device 30 can generate strong force on the part being massaged even if there is resistance from the part being massaged, thereby achieving a good massage effect. In addition, the massage device is provided with vibration motors 50, 52 for generating high-frequency vibrations, which further improves the massage effect.
[0090] Finally, it should be noted that the above describes only the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the above embodiments, those skilled in the art may find that the technical aspects described in the above embodiments may be modified, or some technical features may be replaced with equivalents. Any modifications, equivalent replacements, improvements, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be within the scope of the present invention.
