Method and apparatus for producing zeolite

Abstract

To provide a manufacturing method capable of manufacturing high quality zeolite by making it easy to control a reaction time by rapidly crashing blocks of zeolite formed when the zeolite is manufactured by a sealed heating of a static state without using OSDA, at the same time, capable of easily taking out to the outside of a reactor, and capable of combining high quality, yield improvement and manufacturing cost reduction.SOLUTION: A production method of the present invention includes a first step of heating a reaction mixture and seed crystals in a reaction vessel and allowing them to react in a stationary state, and a second step of discharging the produced massive zeolite out of the reaction vessel. A bottom surface of the reaction vessel is funnel-shaped with an inclined surface inclined downward toward the outlet of the zeolite, and a stirring member of the reaction vessel has a first stirring blade having an edge extending along the inclined surface of the reaction vessel and a second stirring blade on its upper part, the inclined surface and the edge of the first stirring blade are in a non-contact state, and in the second step, the first stirring blade and the second stirring blade fluidize the zeolite and discharged from the outlet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
