Modes for Carrying Out the Invention
[0008] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The sliding window 1 that constitutes the fitting of one embodiment will be described. In this specification, the "finding direction" means the surface direction of the facing materials 35 and 45 in the sliding window 1 housed in the opening formed in the wall of the building, and the "prospective direction" means the thickness direction (i.e., the depth direction) of the facing materials 35 and 45. The "prospective direction" is also the indoor-outdoor direction. The "found surface" means the respective surfaces facing the outdoor side and the indoor side in the sliding window 1, and the "prospective surface" means the surface extending in the indoor-outdoor direction in the sliding window 1. In the drawings, the outdoor side of the sliding window 1 is designated as the outdoor side X1, and the indoor side of the sliding window 1 is designated as the indoor side X2.
[0009] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the sliding window 1 is composed of a frame body 2 attached to an opening of a building body (not shown), two sliding doors including an outer sliding door 3 (shoji) arranged on the outdoor side X1 inside the frame body 2 and an inner sliding door 4 (shoji) arranged on the indoor side X2, and a single screen door 51 arranged on the outdoor side X1 of the outer sliding door 3. The outer sliding door 3 and the inner sliding door 4 are slidable in the left-right direction (lateral direction) of the finding direction inside the frame body 2.
[0010] The frame body 2 is configured by framing an upper frame 21, a lower frame 22, and a pair of left and right vertical frames 23 and 24 in a rectangle. As shown in FIG. 2, an outdoor rail 211 and an indoor rail 212 are provided on the upper frame 21. The upper frame 21 has a screen door rail 213 on the outdoor side X1 of the outdoor rail 211. The outdoor rail 211 is formed to protrude downward from the upper frame 21 on the outdoor side X1 of the upper frame 21 and guides the upper end portion of the outer sliding door 3. The indoor rail 212 is formed to protrude downward from the upper frame 21 on the indoor side X2 of the upper frame 21 and guides the upper end portion of the inner sliding door 4.
[0011] An outdoor rail 221 and an indoor rail 222 are provided on the lower frame 22. The lower frame 22 has a screen door rail 223 on the outdoor side X1 of the outdoor rail 221.
[0012] The screen door 51 is engaged with the screen door rails 213 and 223 of the upper frame 21 and the lower frame 22 so as to be movable in the left - right direction.
[0013] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the exterior shutter 3 is configured by housing a face material 35 made of two sheets of glass inside a frame body 30 formed by rectangularly framing an upper frame 31, a lower frame 32, a vertical frame 33 arranged on the door tip side, and an outer calling - together frame 34 which is a vertical frame arranged on the door butt side. The exterior shutter 3 is engaged with the outdoor - side rails 211 and 221 of the upper frame 21 and the lower frame 22 so as to be movable in the left - right direction. A door wheel 36 that rolls on the outdoor - side rail 221 of the lower frame 22 is provided on the lower frame 32 of the exterior shutter 3.
[0014] The interior shutter 4 is configured by housing a face material 45 made of two sheets of glass inside a frame body 40 formed by rectangularly framing an upper frame 41, a lower frame 42, a vertical frame 43 arranged on the door tip side, and an inner calling - together frame 44 (vertical member) arranged on the door butt side. The interior shutter 4 is engaged with the indoor - side rails 212 and 222 of the upper frame 21 and the lower frame 22 so as to be movable in the left - right direction. A door wheel 46 that rolls on the indoor - side rail 222 of the lower frame 22 is provided on the lower frame 42 of the interior shutter 4.
[0015] Since the face material 35 made of two sheets of glass and the face material 45 have the same configuration, the face material 35 will be described below, and the description of the face material 45 will be omitted. The face material 35 has a glass 351 that constitutes a multilayer glass and a grating channel 352. The glass 351 is arranged in two sheets with a spacer 354 sandwiched between the outdoor side and the indoor side. The grating channel 352 is a rubber packing having a substantially U - shaped cross - section for holding two sheets of glass. The grating channel 352 is inserted between a lower - side extending portion 3114 that constitutes the outdoor - side face - material holding portion of the frame 30 and a stepped portion 3134 of a wood attachment 313 described later, and holds the end face of the glass 351.
[0016] The combination of the external call assembly frame 34 and the upper frame 31, and the combination of the external call assembly frame 34 and the lower frame 32 are combined in a so-called vertical win structure in which the upper end of the external call assembly frame 34 is disposed outside the lateral end of the upper frame 31 and the lower end of the external call assembly frame 34 is disposed outside the lateral end of the lower frame 32.
[0017] In the outer shutter 3, when assembling the upper frame 31 to the upper end of the external call assembly frame 34 or assembling the lower frame 32 to the lower end of the external call assembly frame 34, a part of the lateral end of the upper frame 31 (metal frame member 311, wooden frame member 312) or a part of the lateral end of the lower frame 32 (metal frame member 321, wooden frame member 322) is inserted into the upper end or the lower end of the external call assembly frame 34 for assembly.
[0018] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the upper frame 31, the lower frame 32, the vertical frame 33 disposed on the door tip side, and the external call assembly frame 34 (vertical member) of the outer shutter 3 have a composite structure in which wooden frame members 312, 322, 332, 342 as indoor side members are attached to the indoor side X2 of the metal frame members 311, 321, 331, 341 as outdoor side members via the wood mounting attachments 313, 323, 333, 343 as indoor side surface material holding portions. The upper frame 41, the lower frame 42, the vertical frame 43 disposed on the door tip side, and the internal call assembly frame 44 of the inner shutter 4 have a composite structure in which wooden frame members 412, 422, 432, 442 and 445 as indoor side members are attached to the indoor side X2 of the metal frame members 411, 421, 431, 441 via the wood mounting attachments 413, 423, 433, 443 as indoor side surface material holding portions. The outer shutter 3 and the inner shutter 4 constitute an aluminum-wood composite sash.
[0019] In this embodiment, for example, the metal frame members 311, 321, 331, 341, 411, 421, 431, 441 are formed of an aluminum material, and the frames of the outer sash 3 (the upper frame 31, the lower frame 32, the vertical frame 33 arranged on the door tip side, and the outer call frame 34) and the frames of the inner sash 4 (the upper frame 41, the lower frame 42, the vertical frame 43 arranged on the door tip side, and the inner call frame 44) are composed of a composite structure of aluminum and wood. Thereby, the outer sash 3 and the inner sash 4 are excellent in heat insulation and dew prevention properties.
[0020] The metal frame member 311 and the metal frame member 411 have the same configuration. The metal frame member 321 and the metal frame member 421 have the same configuration. The wooden frame member 312 and the wooden frame member 412 have the same configuration. The wooden frame member 322 and the wooden frame member 422 have the same configuration. The wood attachment 313 and the wood attachment 413 have the same configuration. The wood attachment 323 and the wood attachment 423 have the same configuration. Therefore, in the following description, the metal frame member 311, the metal frame member 321, the wooden frame member 312, the wooden frame member 322, the wood attachment 313, and the wood attachment 323 will be described, and the description of the metal frame member 411, the metal frame member 421, the wooden frame member 412, the wooden frame member 422, the wood attachment 413, and the wood attachment 423 will be omitted.
[0021] The upper end portion of the metal frame member 311 on the indoor side has a U-shaped engaging portion 3111 that opens upward. The lower end portion of the metal frame member 311 on the indoor side has an engaging portion 3112 that extends downward. The wood mounting attachment 313 is made of, for example, metal or resin. In the case of being made of metal, it is composed of, for example, an aluminum material, but is not limited to the aluminum material. Since the wood mounting attachment 313 is made of metal or resin, the processing accuracy of the wood mounting attachment 313 as the indoor side member holding portion can be increased compared to the case where the face member 35 made of glass is constituted by a wooden indoor side member holding portion, and it is also possible to suppress the aging deterioration of the wood mounting attachment 313. As a result, it is possible to suppress the face member 35 made of glass from easily coming off from the upper frame 31. Further, when the wood mounting attachment 313 is made of resin, it is possible to suppress the outdoor side surface of the wooden frame member 312 from being cooled from the outdoor side, and it is possible to enhance the heat insulation performance.
[0022] The upper end portion of the wood mounting attachment 313 on the outdoor side has an engaged portion 3131 that extends downward. The middle portion of the wood mounting attachment 313 in the vertical direction on the outdoor side has a U-shaped engaged portion 3132 that opens upward.
[0023] The engaged portion 3131 engages with the opening portion of the engaging portion 3111. The engaging portion 3112 engages with the opening portion of the engaged portion 3131. By these engagements, the wood mounting attachment 313 can be detachably engaged with the metal frame member 311.
[0024] The upper end portion of the wood mounting attachment 313 on the indoor side has an L-shaped locking portion 3133 in which the end portion extending indoors extends downward. The lower end portion of the wood mounting attachment 313 on the indoor side has a stepped portion 3134 that protrudes indoors by one step.
[0025] The wooden frame member 312 is composed of plate-shaped wood. The upper end portion on the outdoor side of the wooden frame member 312 has a locked portion 3121 with the same shape as the locking portion 3133 to which the locking portion 3133 can be engaged. The lower end portion on the indoor side of the wooden frame member 312 has a stepped portion 3122 with the same shape as the stepped portion 3134 to which the stepped portion 3134 can be engaged. The lower end portion of the stepped portion 3122 has a positional relationship that coincides with the lower end portion of the stepped portion 3134.
[0026] The locking portion 3133 engages with the locked portion 3121. The stepped portion 3134 engages with the stepped portion 3122. In addition to these engagements, the screw 314 passes through the through hole formed in the wood attachment 313 and is screwed into the wooden frame member 312, so that the wood attachment 313 is fixed to the wooden frame member 312.
[0027] Since the wood attachment 313 can be detachably engaged with the metal frame member 311, the wooden frame member 312 to which the wood attachment 313 is fixed is detachable and replaceable with respect to the metal frame member 311. That is, the wood attachment 313 to which the wooden frame member 312 is fixed is removed from the metal frame member 311, and another wood attachment 313 or another wood attachment (not shown) having a portion similar in shape to the portion of the wood attachment 313 that engages with the metal frame member 311 and having a different shape in other portions can be detachably attached to the metal frame member 311. The above-mentioned other wood attachments 313 and other wood attachments are prepared in advance with indoor side members made of other non-metallic materials different in material from the wooden frame member 312, for example, resin, stone, etc. fixed thereto. Thereby, it becomes possible to use a wooden indoor side member or a resin indoor side member by detaching and replacing the wood attachment 313 with respect to the metal frame member 311 as needed. For this reason, the indoor side member can be easily replaced even in the case of renovation or the like. In particular, when the indoor side member made of the above-mentioned non-metallic material is fixed to and used with the above-mentioned other wood attachment 313, since the wood attachment 313 to which the wooden frame member 312 is fixed and the other wood attachment 313 are common, it is possible to suppress an increase in equipment investment for product manufacturing and an increase in cost due to an increase in the number of parts.
[0028] The upper end portion of the metal frame member 321 on the indoor side has an engaging portion 3211 extending upward. The lower end portion of the metal frame member 321 on the indoor side has an engaging portion 3212 extending downward. The wood mounting attachment 323 is made of, for example, metal or resin. In the case of being made of metal, it is composed of, for example, an aluminum material, but is not limited to the aluminum material. Since the wood mounting attachment 323 is made of metal or resin, the processing accuracy of the wood mounting attachment 323 as the indoor side member holding portion can be increased compared to the case where the face member 35 made of glass is constituted by the wooden indoor side member holding portion, and it is also possible to suppress the aging deterioration of the wood mounting attachment 323. As a result, it is possible to suppress the face member 35 made of glass from easily coming off from the lower frame 32. Further, when the wood mounting attachment 323 is made of resin, it is possible to suppress the outdoor side surface of the wooden frame member 322 from being cooled from the outdoor side, and it is possible to enhance the heat insulation performance.
[0029] The middle portion of the wood mounting attachment 323 in the vertical direction on the outdoor side has a U-shaped engaged portion 3231 opening downward. The lower end portion of the wood mounting attachment 323 on the outdoor side has a U-shaped engaged portion 3232 opening downward.
[0030] The engaging portion 3211 engages with the opening portion of the engaged portion 3231. The engaging portion 3212 engages with the opening portion of the engaged portion 3231. By these engagements, the wood mounting attachment 323 can be detachably engaged with the metal frame member 321.
[0031] The upper end portion of the wood mounting attachment 323 on the indoor side has a stepped portion 3234 protruding one step inward. The lower end portion of the wood mounting attachment 323 on the indoor side has an L-shaped locking portion 3233 in which the end extending inward extends downward.
[0032] The wooden frame member 322 is composed of plate-shaped wood. The lower end portion on the outdoor side of the wooden frame member 322 has a locked portion 3221 having the same shape as the locking portion 3233 with which the locking portion 3233 can be engaged. The upper end portion on the indoor side of the wooden frame member 322 has a stepped portion 3222 having the same shape as the stepped portion 3234 with which the stepped portion 3234 can be engaged. The upper end portion of the stepped portion 3222 has a positional relationship that coincides with the lower end portion of the stepped portion 3234.
[0033] The locking portion 3233 engages with the locked portion 3221. The stepped portion 3234 engages with the stepped portion 3222. In addition to these engagements, the wood attachment 323 is fixed to the wooden frame member 322 by the screw 324 passing through the through hole formed in the wood attachment 323 and screwing into the wooden frame member 322.
[0034] Since the wood attachment 323 can be detachably engaged with the metal frame member 321, the wooden frame member 322 to which the wood attachment 323 is fixed is detachable and replaceable with respect to the metal frame member 321. That is, the wood attachment 323 to which the wooden frame member 322 is fixed is removed from the metal frame member 321, and another wood attachment 323 or another wood attachment (not shown) having a portion with the same shape as the portion of the wood attachment 323 that engages with the metal frame member 321 and having a different shape in other portions can be detachably attached to the metal frame member 321. The above-mentioned other wood attachments 323 and another wood attachment are prepared in advance with an indoor side member made of another non-metallic material different in material from the wooden frame member 322, for example, resin, stone, etc. fixed thereto. Thereby, it becomes possible to use a wooden indoor side member or a resin indoor side member by detaching and replacing the wood attachment 323 with respect to the metal frame member 321 as needed. For this reason, the indoor side member can be easily replaced even in the case of renovation or the like. In particular, when the indoor side member made of the above-mentioned non-metallic material is fixed to and used with the above-mentioned other wood attachment 323, since the wood attachment 323 to which the wooden frame member 322 is fixed and the other wood attachment 323 are common, it is possible to suppress an increase in equipment investment for product manufacturing and an increase in cost due to an increase in the number of parts.
[0035] The combination of the inner summons frame 44 and the upper frame 41, and the combination of the inner summons frame 44 and the lower frame 42 are combined in a so-called vertical-win structure in which the upper end portion of the inner summons frame 44 is disposed outside the lateral end portion of the upper frame 41 and the lower end portion of the inner summons frame 44 is disposed outside the lateral end portion of the lower frame 42.
[0036] In the inner blind 4, when assembling the upper frame 41 to the upper end of the inner mating frame 44 or assembling the lower frame 42 to the lower end of the inner mating frame 44, a part of the lateral end of the upper frame 41 (metal frame member 411, wooden frame member 412) or a part of the lateral end of the lower frame 42 (metal frame member 421, wooden frame member 422) is inserted into the upper end or the lower end of the inner mating frame 44 for assembly.
[0037] The metal frame member 331 of the vertical frame 33 and the metal frame member 431 of the vertical frame 43 have a symmetric configuration. The wooden frame member 332 and the wooden frame member 432 have a symmetric configuration. The wood attachment 333 and the wood attachment 433 have a symmetric configuration. Therefore, in the following description, the metal frame member 331, the wooden frame member 332, and the wood attachment 333 will be described, and the description of the metal frame member 431, the wooden frame member 432, and the wood attachment 433 will be omitted.
[0038] As shown in FIG. 3, the end of the metal frame member 331 on the indoor side and at the door tip has an engaging portion 3311 in an L shape where the end extending to the door tip extends to the outdoor side. The vicinity of the end of the metal frame member 331 on the indoor side and at the door butt has an engaging portion 3312 extending to the door butt side.
[0039] The wood attachment 333 is made of, for example, metal or resin. In the case of being made of metal, it is composed of, for example, an aluminum material, but is not limited to the aluminum material. Since the wood attachment 333 is made of metal or resin, the processing accuracy of the wood attachment 333 as the indoor side face material holding portion can be increased compared with the case where the face material 35 made of glass is constituted by the wooden indoor side face material holding portion, and the aging deterioration of the wood attachment 333 can be suppressed. As a result, it is possible to suppress the face material 35 made of glass from easily coming off from the vertical frame 33. Also, when the wood attachment 333 is made of resin, it is possible to suppress the outdoor side of the wooden frame member 332 from being cooled from the outdoor side, and it is possible to enhance the heat insulation property.
[0040] The outdoor side end of the door tip side of the wood attachment 333 has an engaged portion 3331 with an L-shaped end extending toward the door butt side and further extending indoors. In the outdoor side of the wood attachment 333, at the intermediate portion between the door tip side end and the door butt side end, there is an engaged portion 3332 with an L-shaped end extending toward the door tip side and further extending outdoors.
[0041] The engaging portion 3311 engages with the engaged portion 3331. The engaging portion 3312 engages with the engaged portion 3332. Through these engagements, the wood attachment 333 can be detachably engaged with the metal frame member 331.
[0042] The indoor side end of the door tip side of the wood attachment 333 has a locking portion 3333 with an L-shaped end extending toward the indoor side and further extending toward the door butt side. The indoor side end of the door butt side of the wood attachment 333 has a stepped portion 3334 that protrudes indoors by one step.
[0043] The wooden frame member 332 is composed of a plate-shaped wood. The outdoor side end of the door tip side of the wooden frame member 332 has a locked portion 3321 with the same shape as the locking portion 3333 where the locking portion 3333 can be locked. The indoor side end of the door butt side of the wooden frame member 332 has a stepped portion 3322 with the same shape as the stepped portion 3334 where the stepped portion 3334 can be locked. The door butt side end of the stepped portion 3322 is located on the door butt side of the shoji 3 further than the door butt side end of the stepped portion 3334 and has a positional relationship that coincides with the door butt side end of the grating channel 352.
[0044] The locking portion 3333 locks to the locked portion 3321. The stepped portion 3334 locks to the stepped portion 3322. In addition to these lockings, by passing a screw 334 through the through hole formed in the wood attachment 333 and screwing it into the wooden frame member 332, the wood attachment 333 is fixed to the wooden frame member 332.
[0045] Since the wood attachment 333 can be detachably engaged with the metal frame member 331, the wooden frame member 332 to which the wood attachment 333 is fixed is detachable and replaceable with respect to the metal frame member 331. That is, the wood attachment 333 to which the wooden frame member 332 is fixed can be removed from the metal frame member 331, and another wood attachment 333 or another wood attachment (not shown) having a portion with the same shape as the portion of the wood attachment 333 that engages with the metal frame member 331 and having a different shape in other portions can be detachably attached to the metal frame member 331. The above-mentioned other wood attachments 333 and other wood attachments are prepared in advance with indoor side members made of other non-metallic materials different in material from the wooden frame member 332, such as resin and stone, fixed thereto. Thereby, it becomes possible to use a wooden indoor side member or a resin indoor side member by detaching and replacing the wood attachment 333 with respect to the metal frame member 331 as needed. For this reason, the indoor side member can be easily replaced even in the case of renovation or the like. In particular, when the indoor side member made of the above-mentioned non-metallic material is fixed to and used with the above-mentioned other wood attachment 333, since the wood attachment 333 to which the wooden frame member 332 is fixed and the other wood attachment 333 are common, it is possible to suppress an increase in equipment investment for product manufacturing and an increase in cost due to an increase in the number of parts.
[0046] As shown in FIG. 3, the indoor-side end of the metal frame member 341 of the outer call assembly frame 34 has a U-shaped engaging portion 3411 that opens toward the door tip side of the shoji 3. Both ends of the opening of the engaging portion 3411 are formed in a groove shape.
[0047] The wood attachment 343 is made of, for example, metal or resin. In the case of metal, it is composed of, for example, an aluminum material, but is not limited to the aluminum material. Since the wood attachment 343 is made of metal or resin, the processing accuracy of the wood attachment 343 as an indoor side member holding part can be increased compared to the case where the face material 35 made of glass is constituted by a wooden indoor side member holding part, and it is also possible to suppress the aging deterioration of the wood attachment 343. As a result, it is possible to suppress the face material 35 made of glass from easily coming off from the outer call box 34. Also, when the wood attachment 343 is made of resin, it is possible to suppress the outdoor side of the wooden frame member 342 from being cooled from the outdoor side, and it is possible to enhance the heat insulation performance.
[0048] As shown in FIG. 3, the wood attachment 343 has a door end side part 3431 and a face material holding part 3435. Both ends of the door end side part 3431 in the expected direction extend indoors and outdoors, respectively, and this part engages with the groove-shaped parts at both ends of the opening of the engaging part 3411 of the metal frame member 341. By this engagement, the wood attachment 343 can be detachably engaged with the metal frame member 341. Also, by screwing a screw 344 through a through hole formed in the door end side part 3431 and screwing it into the wooden frame member 342, the wood attachment 343 is fixed to the wooden frame member 342. The wooden frame member 342 is constituted by a plate-shaped wood.
[0049] Since the wood attachment 343 can be detachably engaged with the metal frame member 341, the wooden frame member 342 to which the wood attachment 343 is fixed is detachable and replaceable with respect to the metal frame member 341. That is, the wood attachment 343 to which the wooden frame member 342 is fixed is removed from the metal frame member 341, and another wood attachment 343 or another wood attachment (not shown) having a portion with the same shape as the portion of the wood attachment 343 that engages with the metal frame member 341 and having a different shape in other portions from the wood attachment 343 can be detachably attached to the metal frame member 341. The above-mentioned other wood attachments 343 and other wood attachments are prepared in advance with indoor side members made of other non-metallic materials different in material from the wooden frame member 342, such as resin or stone, fixed thereto. Thereby, it becomes possible to use a wooden indoor side member or a resin indoor side member by detaching and replacing the wood attachment 343 with respect to the metal frame member 341 as needed. For this reason, the indoor side member can be easily replaced even in the case of renovation or the like. In particular, when the indoor side member made of the above-mentioned non-metallic material is fixed to and used with the above-mentioned other wood attachment 343, since the wood attachment 343 to which the wooden frame member 342 is fixed and the other wood attachment 343 are common, it is possible to suppress an increase in equipment investment for product manufacturing and an increase in cost due to an increase in the number of parts.
[0050] As shown in FIG. 3, the outdoor side door end portion of the metal frame member 441 of the inner summons frame 44 has an engaging portion 4411 extending toward the outdoor side and the door tip side of the shoji 4. The indoor side door end portion of the metal frame member 441 of the inner summons frame 44 has a U-shaped engaging portion 4412 that opens toward the door tip side of the shoji 4.
[0051] The wood attachment 443 is made of, for example, metal or resin. In the case of metal, it is composed of, for example, an aluminum material, but is not limited to the aluminum material. Since the wood attachment 443 is made of metal or resin, the processing accuracy of the wood attachment 443 as an indoor side member holding part can be increased compared to the case where the face member 45 made of glass is constituted by a wooden indoor side member holding part, and it is also possible to suppress the aging deterioration of the wood attachment 443. As a result, it is possible to suppress the face member 45 made of glass from easily coming off the inner calling frame 44. Further, when the wood attachment 443 is made of resin, it is possible to suppress the outdoor side of the wooden frame member 442 from being cooled from the outdoor side, and it is possible to enhance the heat insulation property.
[0052] As shown in FIG. 3, the wood attachment 443 has an engaged part 4431, a face member holding part 4432, an engaged part 4433, a stepped part 4434, a locking part 4435, and a locking part 4436.
[0053] The engaged part 4431 is formed in a U-shaped shape in which the end extending to the door tip side of the shoji 4 extends indoors and further extends to the door butt side, and engages with the engaging part 4411. The face member holding part 4432 extends to the door tip side of the shoji 4 at the indoor side end of the wood attachment 443 and holds the face member 45 together with the metal frame member 441. The engaged part 4433 is located at the boundary between the face member holding part 4432 and the stepped part 4434, and is formed in a U-shaped shape that opens toward the door tip side of the shoji 4, and engages with the engaging part 4412. The stepped part 4434 protrudes one step indoors. The locking part 4435 is formed by the end of the outdoor side of the wood attachment 443 that extends further to the door butt side from the door butt side end of the shoji 4 extending indoors. The locking part 4436 is formed by the end of the indoor side of the wood attachment 443 that extends further to the door butt side from the door butt side end of the shoji 4 extending outdoors.
[0054] The wooden frame member 442 is composed of plate-shaped wood. The outdoor-side end of the wooden frame member 442 has a stepped portion 4421 with the same shape as the stepped portion 4434, where the stepped portion 4434 can be engaged. By screwing a screw 444 passing through the through-hole of the stepped portion 4434 into the stepped portion 4421, the wooden frame member 442 is fixed to the indoor-side finding surface (the surface material holding portion 4432, the stepped portion 4434) of the wood attachment 443 and covers the finding surface.
[0055] The wooden frame member 445 is composed of plate-shaped wood. The outdoor-side, door-bottom-side end of the shoji 4 of the wooden frame member 445 has a locked portion 4451 with the same shape as the locking portion 4435, where the locking portion 4435 can be locked. The indoor-side, door-bottom-side end of the shoji 4 of the wooden frame member 445 has a locked portion 4452 with the same shape as the locking portion 4436, where the locking portion 4436 can be locked. By locking the locked portion 4451 to the locking portion 4435 and the locked portion 4452 to the locking portion 4436, the wooden frame member 445 is fixed to the prospective surface of the wood attachment 443 and covers the prospective surface.
[0056] Since the wooden frame member 442 covers the finding surface of the inner summons frame 44 by covering the indoor-side finding surface of the wood attachment 443, and the wooden frame member 445 covers the prospective surface of the inner summons frame 44 by covering the prospective surface of the wood attachment 443, the wooden frame member 442 and the wooden frame member 445 can be configured by independent members from each other. For this reason, it becomes possible to facilitate the wood processing for manufacturing the wooden frame member 442 and the wooden frame member 445, and it becomes possible to improve the yield of the raw material steps.
[0057] Next, a second embodiment of the present disclosure will be described. In the second embodiment, the configurations of the wooden frame members 332A and 432A of the vertical frames 33A and 43A are different from the configurations of the wooden frame members 332 and 432 in the first embodiment. For the other configurations, since they are the same as those in the first embodiment, the same members will be denoted by the same reference numerals and the description thereof will be omitted.
[0058] The wooden frame member 332A is fixed to the wood attachment 333A only by the screw 334A. For this reason, the wooden frame member 332A does not have the locked portion 3321 of the wooden frame member 332 in the first embodiment. Further, the wood attachment 333A does not have the locking portion 3333 of the wood attachment 333 in the first embodiment. Similarly, the wooden frame member 432A is fixed to the wood attachment 433A only by the screw 434A. The end portion of the wooden frame member 432A in the left direction of the finding direction (the left direction in FIG. 4) has a positional relationship that coincides with the end portion of the wood attachment 433A in the same direction.
[0059] Next, a third embodiment of the present disclosure will be described. In the third embodiment, the configurations of the wooden frame members 332B and 432B of the vertical frames 33B and 43B are different from the configurations of the wooden frame members 332 and 432 in the first embodiment. For the other configurations, since they are the same as those in the first embodiment or the second embodiment, the same members will be denoted by the same reference numerals and the description thereof will be omitted.
[0060] The wooden frame member 332B is fixed to the joint fitting 3311B that protrudes from the metal frame member 331B directly to the indoor side without passing through the wood attachment only by the screw 334B. The joint fitting 3311B is provided integrally with the metal frame member 331B. Note that the joint fitting 3311B may not be provided integrally with the metal frame member 331B. In this case, the joint fitting and the metal frame member may be configured separately. The wooden frame member 432B is fixed to the wood attachment 433A only by screws (not shown). The end portion of the wooden frame member 432B in the left direction of the finding direction (the left direction in FIG. 5) has a positional relationship that coincides with the end portion of the grating channel 452 in the same direction.
[0061] Next, a fourth embodiment of the present disclosure will be described. In the fourth embodiment, the configurations of the wooden frame members 332C of the vertical frames 33C and 43C are different from those of the wooden frame members 332 and 432 in the first embodiment. For other configurations, since they are the same as those in the first to third embodiments, the same members will be denoted by the same reference numerals and the description thereof will be omitted.
[0062] The wooden frame member 332C is fixed to the joint fitting 3311B that protrudes directly from the metal frame member 331B to the indoor side without passing through the wood attachment attachment by only the screw 334C. A recess 3365C is formed on the indoor side end face of the wooden frame member 332C, and a dug-in part 336C is fixedly provided in the recess 3365C.
[0063] The wooden frame member 432C is fixed to the wood attachment attachment 433A by only screws (not shown). A recess 4325C is formed on the indoor side end face of the wooden frame member 432C, and a dug-in part 436C is fixedly provided in the recess 4325C. The end of the wooden frame member 432C in the left direction of the finding direction (the left direction in FIG. 6) has a positional relationship that coincides with the end of the wood attachment attachment 433A in the same direction.
[0064] Next, a fifth embodiment of the present disclosure will be described. In the fifth embodiment, the configuration of the inner summons frame 44D is different from that of the inner summons frame 44 in the first embodiment. For other configurations, since they are the same as those in the first to third embodiments, the same members will be denoted by the same reference numerals and the description thereof will be omitted.
[0065] The inner call box 44D has a wooden frame member 442D, a wooden frame member 445D, and a wooden frame member 446D. The wooden frame member 442D is fixed to the metal frame member 4441D via a wood attachment 447D. The wooden frame member 445D is fixed to the metal frame member 4441D via a wood attachment 443D. The wooden frame member 446D is fixed to the metal frame member 4441D via a wood attachment 448D. Thereby, the visible surface on the indoor side of the inner call box 44D is covered by the wooden frame member 442D. The prospective surface of the inner call box 44D is covered by the wooden frame member 445D and the wooden frame member 446D.
[0066] Both ends of the wooden frame member 442D in the left - right direction of the visible direction have convex portions 4421D and 4422D that protrude outward. The end portion of the wooden frame member 445D on the indoor side in the prospective direction has a convex portion 4451D. The convex portion 4451D fits with the convex portion 4421D. Also, the end portion of the wooden frame member 446D on the indoor side in the prospective direction has a convex portion 4461D. The convex portion 4461D fits with the convex portion 4422D. Since the convex portion 4451D and the convex portion 4421D fit together, and the convex portion 4461D and the convex portion 4422D fit together, even if there are some variations in the dimensions of the wooden frame member 442D, the wooden frame member 445D, and the wooden frame member 446D, it is possible to make it difficult for the gaps between these members to be exposed. Also, when the inner call box 44D is grasped and operated during the opening and closing of the shoji, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of displacement in the left - right direction of the visible direction of the wooden frame member 442D.
[0067] Next, the sixth embodiment of the present disclosure will be described. In the sixth embodiment, the configuration of the inner call box 44E is different from the configuration of the inner call box 44D in the fifth embodiment. For the other configurations, since they are the same as those in the fifth embodiment, the same members will be denoted by the same reference numerals and the description will be omitted.
[0068] On both ends in the left - right direction of the finding direction of the wooden frame member 442E, the outdoor - side end faces are each composed of a flat surface 4421E and a flat surface 4422E. The indoor - side end face in the prospective direction of the wooden frame member 445E is composed of a flat surface 4451E. The flat surface 4451E is in surface - contact with the flat surface 4421E. The indoor - side end face in the prospective direction of the wooden frame member 446E is composed of a flat surface 4461E. The flat surface 4461E is in surface - contact with the flat surface 4422E. By making the end faces of the wooden frame members 442E, 445E, and 446E flat so as to be in surface - contact in this way, the processing of these wooden members can be facilitated.
[0069] Next, a seventh embodiment of the present disclosure will be described. In the seventh embodiment, the configurations of the wooden frame members 312F and 412F of the upper frames 31F and 41F, and the wooden frame members 322F and 422F of the lower frames 32F and 42F are different from the configurations of the wooden frame members 312 and 412 of the upper frames 31 and 41, and the wooden frame members 322 and 422 of the lower frames 32 and 42 in the first embodiment. For other configurations, since they are the same as those in the first embodiment, the same members will be denoted by the same reference numerals and the description will be omitted.
[0070] The upper frame 31F and the upper frame 41F have the same configuration. Therefore, the upper frame 31F will be described, and the description of the upper frame 41F will be omitted. Also, the lower frame 32F and the lower frame 42F have the same configuration. Therefore, the lower frame 32F will be described, and the description of the lower frame 42F will be omitted.
[0071] The wooden frame member 312F is fixed to the wood - mounting attachment 313F only by screws 314F. Therefore, the wooden frame member 312F does not have the locked portion 3121 of the wooden frame member 312 in the first embodiment. Also, the wood - mounting attachment 313F does not have the locking portion 3133 of the wood - mounting attachment 313 in the first embodiment. The lower end portion of the wooden frame member 312F in the up - down direction has a positional relationship that coincides with the lower end portion of the grating channel 352 arranged at the upper end portion of the facing material 35. Thereby, by the wooden frame member 312F covering the grating channel 352, it is possible to enhance the design property.
[0072] Similarly, the wooden frame member 322F is fixed to the wood attachment 323F only by the screws 324F. Therefore, the wooden frame member 322F does not have the locked portion 3221 of the wooden frame member 322 in the first embodiment. Further, the wood attachment 323F does not have the locking portion 3233 of the wood attachment 323 in the first embodiment. The upper end portion of the wooden frame member 322F in the vertical direction has a positional relationship that coincides with the upper end portion of the grating channel 352 disposed at the lower end portion of the facing material 35. Thereby, by covering the grating channel 352 with the wooden frame member 322F, it is possible to enhance the design property.
[0073] As described above, the preferred embodiment of the present disclosure has been described. However, the present disclosure is not limited to the above-described embodiment and can be appropriately changed. For example, in the present embodiment, the outdoor side members are constituted by the metal frame members 311, 321, 331, 341, 411, 421, 431, 441, and the indoor side members are constituted by the wooden frame members 312, 322, 332, 342, 412, 422, 432, 442, 445. However, the present disclosure is not limited to this configuration. For example, instead of the shoji screen, a frame may be constituted by an outdoor side member, an indoor side member, and an attachment that engages with the outdoor side member. In this case, the outdoor side member may be made of metal, the indoor side member may be made of a non-metallic material, and the attachment may be made of metal or resin. Further, the fixing of the wooden frame member to the wood attachment may be performed using a double-sided tape or an adhesive. Further, when the indoor side member is constituted by resin, the wood attachment may be made of resin and integrally formed with the indoor side member.
