Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a speaker attached to an attachment member.
Background Art
[0002] When attaching a speaker to a vertically standing plate surface, an operator has to hold the speaker at a predetermined position with one hand and perform the tightening operation of a screw with the other hand. Since such work is inefficient, Patent Document 1 describes a technique in which a pin with a return is inserted into a through hole provided in the plate surface so that the speaker does not fall from the plate surface to temporarily fix the speaker, and then tightening is performed with a screw.

Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0004] However, since a snap - fit mechanism is used for the conventional temporary fixing of the speaker, workability deteriorates, such as the need for force in the temporary fixing work. In addition, since the pin for temporary fixing is also used for permanent fixing, problems such as a low tolerance for dimensional variations of the attachment member occur.
[0005] The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object thereof is to provide a speaker that can be easily temporarily fixed to an attachment member.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0006] In order to achieve the above object, a speaker according to one aspect of the present invention is a speaker to be attached to an attachment member, and includes a temporary fixing pin that is inserted into a temporary fixing hole provided in the attachment member and temporarily supports the speaker in a suspended state. The temporary fixing pin includes a rod-shaped portion that protrudes rearward from the rear end surface of the frame of the speaker, an inclined surface portion that is a part of the peripheral surface of the rod-shaped portion and abuts against the inner peripheral surface of the temporary fixing hole and inclines so as to approach the central axis of the rod-shaped portion from the proximal end side to the distal end side in the protruding direction, and a flange portion that is adjacent to the inclined surface portion at the distal end portion of the rod-shaped portion, protrudes in a direction intersecting the protruding direction, and catches on the back surface of the attachment member.
Advantages of the Invention
[0007] According to the present invention, since the temporary fixing pin can be easily inserted into the temporary fixing hole provided in the attachment member and can be formed into a shape that surely catches on the attachment member, the tolerance for dimensional variations of the attachment member is increased, and the temporary fixing work can be easily performed.

For example, the shapes, structures, materials, components, relative positional relationships, connection states, numerical values, mathematical formulas, the contents of each step in the method, the order of each step, etc. shown in the following embodiments are examples, and may include contents not described below. In addition, geometric expressions such as parallel and orthogonal may be used, but these expressions do not indicate mathematical precision and include substantially allowable errors, deviations, etc. Also, expressions such as simultaneous and identical include a substantially allowable range.
[0010] Also, the drawings are schematic diagrams that are appropriately emphasized, omitted, or adjusted in ratio for explaining the present invention, and are different from the actual shapes, positional relationships, and ratios.
[0011] Also, in the following, a plurality of inventions may be comprehensively described as one embodiment. In addition, a part of the content described below is explained as an arbitrary component related to the present invention.
[0012] FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing in an unfolded state a speaker according to an embodiment and a part of a member to be attached. The member to be attached 200 is not particularly limited as long as it is a plate-like member to which the speaker 100 is attached, and the material and the like are not limited either. In the case of the present embodiment, the member to be attached 200 is the inner wall of a vehicle door and is made of sheet metal. The member to be attached 200 includes a temporary fixing hole 210 which is a through hole for temporarily fixing the speaker 100, a fastening hole 130 for fastening the speaker 100, and an insertion hole 230 into which a part of the attached speaker 100 is inserted.
[0013] The speaker 100 is a speaker 100 to be attached to the attachment member 200, and includes a frame 110 and a temporary fixing pin 120. In the case of this embodiment, the speaker 100 is to be attached to the standing plate-shaped attachment member 200, and includes a fastening hole 130 and a sealing member 140. Note that the speaker 100 includes general components for generating sound, such as a magnetic circuit, a voice coil, and a diaphragm, but descriptions thereof are omitted. Note that in this specification and the claims, the side where the diaphragm is disposed (the side that emits sound) is described as the front, and the side where the magnetic circuit is disposed is described as the rear.
[0014] The frame 110 holds the magnetic circuit and the diaphragm, and is a member that forms the structural basis of the speaker 100. The shape of the frame 110 is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a cylindrical shape and a rectangular tube shape. In the case of this embodiment, the frame 110 has a substantially cylindrical shape. The material of the frame 110 is not limited, but in the case of this embodiment, resin is adopted. Further, the frame 110 is formed by injection molding.
[0015] The temporary fixing pin 120 is a portion that is inserted into a temporary fixing hole 210 provided in the attachment member 200 and temporarily supports the speaker 100 in a suspended state. In the case of this embodiment, the temporary fixing pin 120 is made of resin and is integrally formed with the frame 110.
[0016] FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the temporary fixing pin. The temporary fixing pin 120 includes a rod-shaped portion 121, an inclined surface portion 122, and a flange portion 123. In the case of this embodiment, the temporary fixing pin 120 includes a tapered portion 124, a notch portion 125, a tapered portion 126, and a reinforcing portion 127.
[0017] The rod-shaped portion 121 protrudes rearward from the rear end surface of the frame 110, that is, it protrudes in a direction that can be inserted into the temporary fixing hole 210 when the speaker 100 is attached to the attached member 200, and it is a portion that forms the structural basis of the temporary fixing pin 120. The shape of the rod-shaped portion 121 is not limited, but in the case of this embodiment, the rod-shaped portion 121 is cylindrical and includes a reinforcing portion 127 whose cross-sectional area increases in a direction perpendicular to the protruding direction toward the base end portion, that is, the portion connected to the rear end surface of the frame.
[0018] The inclined surface portion 122 is a part of the peripheral surface of the rod-shaped portion 121 that abuts against the inner peripheral surface of the temporary fixing hole 210, and is a surface that inclines so as to approach the central axis 129 of the rod-shaped portion 121 from the base end side (frame side) toward the tip end side in the protruding direction (X+ direction in FIG. 2).
[0019] FIG. 3 is a diagram showing a cross-section obtained by cutting the temporary fixing pin along the line I-I shown in FIG. 2. In the case of this embodiment, the inclined surface portion 122 is composed of a curved surface disposed inside a virtual outer peripheral surface 128 obtained by virtually extending the outer peripheral surface of the rod-shaped portion 121. The inclined surface portion 122 faces the inside of the speaker 100 and is disposed at a position where it abuts against the inner periphery of the temporary fixing hole 210 when the speaker 100 is suspended during temporary fixing. This state is established at least in the vicinity of the base end side of the flange portion 123 from the flange portion 123. According to this, when the speaker 100 is temporarily fixed to the attached member 200, it is possible to widen the area of the flange portion 123 that catches on the attached member 200. Note that the inclined surface portion 122 may be a flat surface.
[0020] The flange portion 123 is adjacent to the inclined surface portion 122 at the tip of the rod-shaped portion 121, protrudes in a direction intersecting the protruding direction (the X-axis direction in the figure), and is a portion that catches on the back surface of the member 200 to be attached. In the case of this embodiment, the flange portion 123 is a part of an annular portion with a rectangular cross-section with a portion corresponding to the inclined surface portion 122 cut out, and is arranged on both sides of the inclined surface portion 122 in the circumferential direction. Note that the interval between the two flange portions 123 is preferably less than 180 degrees around the central axis 129 of the rod-shaped portion 121. If it is 180 degrees or more, the amount by which the flange portion 123 catches on the member 200 to be attached becomes too small, making temporary fixing difficult. Preferably, it is selected from the range of 60 degrees or more and 90 degrees or less. If it is less than 60 degrees, the structure of the mold used when integrally injection-molding the frame 110 and the temporary fixing pin 120 becomes too complicated. If the interval of the flange portion 123 is made wider than 90 degrees, the engagement margin with the member 200 to be attached is small, and there is a high possibility that the temporary fixing will be released during temporary fixing.
[0021] The tapered portion 124 has the flange portion 123 as a part of the bottom surface, becomes thinner toward the protruding direction, and is a portion provided with a notch portion 125 corresponding to the inclined surface portion 122. In the case of this embodiment, the flange portion 123 is an annular shape with a part cut out, and the tapered portion 124 is a frustum of a cone shape. By the tapered portion 124, the temporary fixing pin 120 can be easily inserted into the temporary fixing hole 210 during the temporary fixing operation. Further, by providing the notch portion 125 corresponding to the inclined surface portion 122 in the tapered portion 124, the continuity of the inclined surface portion 122 in the protruding direction can be ensured, and the mold release property of the mold during injection molding can be improved.
[0022] The taper portion 126 is a portion that approaches the rod-shaped portion 121 as it goes from the flange portion 123 toward the base end portion, and is provided with a notch corresponding to the inclined surface portion 122. Thereby, when removing the speaker 100 from the member 200 to be attached, it is possible to prevent the temporary fixing pin 120 due to the catch of the flange portion 123 on the member 200 to be attached and the breakage of the member 200 to be attached. Thereby, the removal of the speaker 100 from the member 200 to be attached is facilitated, and the re-temporary fixing of the speaker 100 is made possible.
[0023] In the case of this embodiment, the speaker 100 includes a plurality (two in this embodiment) of temporary fixing pins 120 arranged symmetrically with respect to the plane. Thereby, for example, when temporarily fixing one speaker 100 to either the left or right vehicle door, it is possible to perform the temporary fixing using one of the temporary fixing pins 120. Further, when the plurality of temporary fixing pins 120 are respectively inserted into the corresponding temporary fixing holes 210, the positioning function of the fastening holes 130 with respect to the mounting holes 220 provided in the member 200 to be attached can be exerted, and the mounting work of the speaker 100 can be easily performed. It is desirable that the plane of symmetry of the plurality of temporary fixing pins 120 passes through the winding shaft of the voice coil. According to this, the weight balance when temporarily fixing to either the left or right door can be made substantially the same on both sides. Also, it is possible to emit sound symmetrically from the speakers 100 attached to the left and right doors.
[0024] The fastening hole 130 is a through hole used when permanently fixing the speaker 100 to the member 200 to be attached by piercing through a fastening member 240 or the like. In the case of this embodiment, the plurality of fastening holes 130 are arranged symmetrically with respect to the plane of symmetry of the plurality of temporary fixing pins 120. Thereby, speakers 100 having the same shape can be attached to either the left or right door.
[0025] The sealing member 140 is an annular member disposed between the speaker 100 and the member 200 to be attached after permanent fixing, and seals the space between the rear end surface of the frame 110 and the member 200 to be attached. The sealing member 140 exhibits a sealing function in a compressed state by the tightening force of the fastening member 240. In the non-compressed state, the thickness of the sealing member 140 is set to be approximately the same as or thinner than the distance from the rear end surface of the frame to the flange portion 123. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the temporary fixing pin 120 from coming off from the temporary fixing hole 210 due to the elastic force of the sealing member 140 during temporary fixing.
[0026] According to the speaker 100 of the present embodiment, in the temporary fixing operation, the temporary fixing pin 120 can be inserted into the temporary fixing hole 210 of the member 200 to be attached without being pushed into the temporary fixing hole 210, so that the workability can be improved. In addition, the temporary fixing pin 120 and the temporary fixing hole 210 do not interfere with each other and do not adversely affect the fastening force in the final fixing. As a result, it is possible to prevent the frame 110 from lifting from the member 200 to be attached and water leakage due to insufficient compression of the sealing member 140.
[0027] Further, in the portion corresponding to the inclined surface portion 122, there is no flange portion 123 protruding from the rod-shaped portion 121, so that the mold for injection molding the frame 110 can be simplified. As shown in FIG. 4, when the temporary fixing pin 120 is inserted into the temporary fixing hole 210 and the speaker 100 is suspended, the flange portion 123 can be sufficiently caught by the member 200 to be attached.
[0028] In addition, since the temporary fixing pin 120 has a clearance fit with respect to the temporary fixing hole 210, a large dimensional variation generated in the member 200 to be attached can be tolerated. Further, the temporary fixing hole 210 that was conventionally positioned by press-fitting the temporary fixing pin 120 can be diverted, and the speaker 100 can be attached without changing the structure of the existing member 200 to be attached.
[0029] Note that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, another embodiment realized by arbitrarily combining the constituent elements described in this specification and excluding some of the constituent elements may be an embodiment of the present invention. Further, modifications obtained by applying various modifications conceivable by those skilled in the art without departing from the gist of the present invention, that is, the meaning indicated by the language described in the claims with respect to the above-described embodiment are also included in the present invention.
[0030] For example, in the embodiment, the speaker 100 provided with two temporary fixing pins 120 is illustrated, but the temporary fixing pin 120 may be one or three or more.
[0031] Further, the flange portion 123 may have not only an annular shape with a notch corresponding to the inclined surface portion 122, but also a shape in which there is no portion that catches on the attached member 200 in the temporarily fixed state. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, the flange portion 123 may have a notch that includes at least a part of a rotationally symmetric region of the inclined surface portion 122 with respect to the central axis 129.
[0032] In addition, although the case where the speaker 100 is attached to the attached member 200 disposed in the vertical plane has been shown, the speaker 100 may be attached to the attached member 200 that stands up in an inclined state.
Industrial Applicability
[0033] The present invention can be used for a speaker attached to a plate-shaped attached member 200.
