Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0004] By the way, in recent years, due to the popularization of electric vehicles, the number of vehicles that do not require an opening communicating with the inside of the vehicle has been increasing. Such vehicles are provided with a front grille as an exterior part for vehicles instead of a radiator grille. For example, a front grille that allows a three-dimensional visual recognition of a shape formed by a light-shielding layer by providing a colored light-shielding layer on the back of a transparent member has also been proposed.

[0005] When exterior parts for vehicles such as a front grille provided with such a transparent member are fastened with screws or the like, the screws or the like can be visually recognized from the outside. For this reason, it is preferable to provide claw portions at the edges and fix them by engaging the claw portions with other members. However, forming a light-shielding layer at the edges of exterior parts for vehicles may take time and cost. However, if there is a portion where no light-shielding layer is provided at the edges of the exterior parts for vehicles, external light is reflected at that portion, and the portion where no light-shielding layer is provided is brightly visible from the outside of the exterior parts for vehicles, which may impair the appearance impression of the exterior parts for vehicles.

[0006] The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and in a vehicle exterior component in which a light-shielding layer is provided on the back surface of a transparent member, it is possible to prevent a part of the back surface where the light-shielding layer is not provided from being visually recognized from the outside.

Means for Solving the Problems

[0007] As means for solving the above problems, the present invention adopts the following configuration.

[0008] A first aspect of the present invention is a vehicle exterior component, which includes a plate-shaped transparent member having an outer wall surface arranged toward the outside of the vehicle and a back surface arranged toward the inside of the vehicle, and a light-shielding layer provided on the back side of the transparent member while avoiding at least a part of the edge of the transparent member. The transparent member has an inclined reflection surface provided at a portion of the back surface where the light-shielding layer is not provided and inclined with respect to the plate thickness direction of the transparent member. The inclined reflection surface is inclined with respect to the plate thickness direction at an angle that totally reflects external light incident on the outer wall surface in parallel with the plate thickness direction and guides it to the light-shielding layer.

[0009] A second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect, the transparent member has a main body portion having the outer wall surface, and a claw portion that protrudes from the back surface of the main body portion, which is the back surface of the main body portion, to the side opposite to the outer wall surface and is located at the edge of the transparent member. The inclined reflection surface is provided on the back surface of the claw portion, which is the back surface of the claw portion.

[0010] A third aspect of the present invention, in the second aspect, the inclined reflection surface is also provided on the back surface of the main body portion.

[0011] A fourth aspect of the present invention, in the second or third aspect, the claw portion has an opening that penetrates in a direction orthogonal to the plate thickness direction, and a part of the inner peripheral surface of the opening is the back surface of the claw portion provided with the inclined reflection surface.

[0012] In the fifth aspect of the present invention, in any of the second to fourth aspects, the front end surface in the protruding direction of the claw portion is the back surface of the claw portion provided with the inclined reflecting surface.

[0013] In the sixth aspect of the present invention, in any of the second to fifth aspects, the claw portion has an inner surface facing the center of the main body portion and an outer surface facing the side opposite to the center of the main body portion in a direction orthogonal to the plate thickness direction, and the light shielding layer is provided on the inner surface of the inner surface and the outer surface.

[0014] In the seventh aspect of the present invention, in any of the first to sixth aspects, at the edge portion of the transparent member, the outer wall surface is curved so that the center of curvature is located on the back side of the transparent member with respect to the outer wall surface.

Advantages of the Invention

[0015] According to the present invention, an inclined reflecting surface is provided for a portion of the back surface of the transparent member where the light shielding layer is not provided. The inclined reflecting surface totally reflects external light incident on the outer wall surface in parallel with the plate thickness direction of the transparent member and guides it to the light shielding layer. Therefore, the external light reflected by the inclined reflecting surface is not emitted from the outer wall surface to the outside of the transparent member. As a result, it is possible to prevent the inclined reflecting surface from being clearly visible from the outside of the vehicle exterior component, and it is possible to prevent at least a part of the portion where the light shielding layer is not provided from being clearly visible. Therefore, according to the present invention, in a vehicle exterior component provided with a light shielding layer on the back surface of the transparent member, it is possible to prevent a part of the back surface where the light shielding layer is not provided from being visible from the outside.

Mode for Carrying Out the Invention

[0017] Hereinafter, with reference to the drawings, an embodiment of an exterior component for a vehicle according to the present invention will be described.

[0018] (First Embodiment) FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a schematic configuration of the vehicle exterior component 1 of the present embodiment. Further, FIG. 2 is an enlarged view including a claw portion 5 described later provided in the vehicle exterior component 1 of the present embodiment. Further, FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken along line A-A of FIG. 2. Further, FIG. 4 is a sectional view taken along line B-B of FIG. 2.

[0019] The vehicle exterior component 1 of the present embodiment is a component to be attached to a vehicle. For example, the vehicle exterior component 1 is a front grille installed at the front of an electric vehicle. However, the vehicle exterior component 1 is not limited to the front grille. The vehicle exterior component 1 may be any exterior component visible from the outside of the vehicle. This vehicle exterior component 1 includes, for example, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a transparent member 2 and a paint film 3 (light-shielding layer).

[0020] The transparent member 2 is formed, for example, by injection molding using a mold. For example, the transparent member 2 is formed of a transparent synthetic resin such as transparent PC (polycarbonate) or PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate resin).

[0021] The transparent member 2 is disposed outside the vehicle relative to the coating film 3 and is formed in a plate shape. The surface of the transparent member 2 on the side opposite to one surface (coating film 3) is a design surface 2a that is disposed toward the outside of the vehicle. Here, the design surface referred to herein is not limited to the surface directly formed with patterns, characters, etc., but may be any surface visible to a person outside the vehicle. That is, the design surface 2a is the outer wall surface of the transparent member 2. Such a design surface 2a of the transparent member 2 is subjected to a hard coat treatment for preventing damage or a clear coat treatment of a urethane-based paint as necessary. Note that if it is a transparent synthetic resin having scratch resistance, these damage prevention treatments are unnecessary.

[0022] Further, the transparent member 2 has a main body portion 4 having a design surface 2a and a claw portion 5 provided so as to protrude from the main body portion 4. The main body portion 4 is a plate-shaped portion whose surface directed toward the outside of the vehicle is the design surface 2a. The claw portion 5 is a portion for engaging the vehicle exterior component 1 of the present embodiment with other members, and two claw portions 5 are provided in the present embodiment. For example, as shown in FIG. 2, an opening 5a is provided in the claw portion 5.

[0023] The vehicle exterior component 1 of the present embodiment having such a transparent member 2 is formed in a plate shape having the claw portion 5 as a whole, as shown in FIGS. 1, 3, and 4. The surface of such a transparent member 2 directed toward the inside of the vehicle is referred to as a back surface 10. That is, the surface of the transparent member 2 directed toward the inside of the vehicle is a part of the back surface 10. Also, the surface of the claw portion 5 directed toward the inside of the vehicle is a part of the back surface 10.

[0024] More specifically, among the surfaces of the main body portion 4 of the transparent member 2, the surface opposite to the design surface 2a forms a part of the back surface 10. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the back surface 10 of such a main body portion 4 is referred to as a main body portion back surface 11. That is, the main body portion 4 has a main body portion back surface 11 directed toward the inside of the vehicle.

[0025] Also, among the surfaces of the claw portion 5, the surface oriented in the same direction as the back surface 11 of the main body portion forms a part of the back surface 10. Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a part of the inner peripheral surface 5b of the opening 5a of the claw portion 5 and the tip surface 5c in the protruding direction of the claw portion 5 form a part of the back surface 10. The back surface 10 of such a claw portion 5 is referred to as the claw portion back surface 12. That is, a part of the inner peripheral surface 5b of the opening 5a of the claw portion 5 and the tip surface 5c in the protruding direction of the claw portion 5 are the claw portion back surface 12.

[0026] In addition, the vehicle exterior component 1 of the present embodiment having such a transparent member 2 has an edge portion R1 provided with the claw portion 5 and a central portion R2 not provided with the claw portion 5. That is, the edge portion R1 of the vehicle exterior component 1 includes the edge of the transparent member 2 and the claw portion 5. Further, the central portion R2 of the vehicle exterior component includes the central portion surrounded by the edge of the transparent member 2.

[0027] Note that the transparent member 2 is a plate-shaped member as a whole with the claw portion 5 provided at the edge portion R1 as described above. The distance from the design surface 2a to the back surface 10 in the central portion R2 of such a transparent member 2 is the plate thickness dimension of the transparent member 2. That is, the direction orthogonal to the design surface 2a in the central portion R2 where the claw portion 5 is not provided is the plate thickness direction of the transparent member 2.

[0028] The coating film 3 is a colored light-shielding layer that covers a part of the back surface 10 of the transparent member 2. The coating film 3 is formed by drying a paint. For example, the coating film 3 is black. However, it is also possible to make the coating film 3 a color other than black.

[0029] In the present embodiment, the coating film 3 is provided on the entire surface of the central portion R2 of the transparent member 2. Also, in the present embodiment, the claw portion 5 has an inner surface 5d directed toward the center of the main body portion 4 and an outer surface 5e directed toward the side opposite to the center of the main body portion 4 in a direction orthogonal to the above-described plate thickness direction. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the coating film 3 is provided so as to cover the inner surface 5d among these inner surface 5d and outer surface 5e.

[0030] In this embodiment, the coating film 3 is not provided on the outer surface 5e. Further, the coating film 3 is not provided on the inner peripheral surface 5b of the opening 5a that penetrates the claw portion 5 in a direction orthogonal to the plate thickness direction. Furthermore, the coating film 3 is not provided on the back surface 10 of the main body portion 4 at the edge portion R1 (a part of the back surface 10 that is located outside the claw portion 5 in a direction orthogonal to the plate thickness direction).

[0031] That is, as shown in FIG. 3, in this embodiment, the coating film 3 is not provided on the claw back surface 12 located on a part of the inner peripheral surface 5b of the opening 5a and the tip surface 5c (claw back surface 12) of the claw portion 5 among the back surfaces 10 of the transparent member 2. In this embodiment, the claw back surface 12 located on a part of the inner peripheral surface 5b of the opening 5a is referred to as the opening back surface 5f. That is, in this embodiment, the coating film 3 is not provided on the tip surface 5c and the opening back surface 5f, which are the back surfaces 10 of the claw portion 5 of the transparent member 2.

[0032] The tip surface 5c and the opening back surface 5f on which such a coating film 3 is not formed are inclined reflection surfaces 20 that are inclined with respect to the plate thickness direction in this embodiment. These inclined reflection surfaces 20 are inclined with respect to the plate thickness direction at an angle that totally reflects the external light L that is incident on the design surface 2a from the outside in parallel with the plate thickness direction and passes through the inside of the transparent member 2 toward the coating film 3.

[0033] The inclined reflection surface 20 is an interface between the transparent member 2 and the air layer. The inclined reflection surface 20 is set at an angle such that the incident angle of the external light L incident on the inclined reflection surface 20 from the outside in parallel with the plate thickness direction exceeds the critical angle. In this embodiment, the inclined reflection surface 20 is inclined so that the reflection surface of the external light L faces the inner surface 5d side of the claw portion 5 from a posture orthogonal to the plate thickness direction.

[0034] In this embodiment, the inclined reflecting surface 20 guides the external light L so that the external light L is incident on the coating film 3 provided on the inner peripheral surface 5b of the claw portion 5 by totally reflecting the external light L. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, a part of the opening rear surface 5f of the inner peripheral surface 5b of the opening 5a totally reflects the external light L and guides it to the coating film 3. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the tip surface 5c of the claw portion 5 totally reflects the external light L and guides it to the coating film 3.

[0035] Note that at the edge portion R1, the design surface 2a is curved. Specifically, the edge portion 2a1 of the design surface 2a is curved such that the center of curvature is located on the back surface 10 side of the transparent member 2 with respect to the design surface 2a. Such an edge portion 2a1 of the design surface 2a forms the side surface of the main body portion 4 of the transparent member 2 and is connected to the design surface 2a located at the central portion R2 without bending. That is, the edge portion 2a1 of the design surface 2a is curved such that the intermediate portion from the central portion R2 to the side surface of the main body portion 4 bulges outward.

[0036] The curved edge portion 2a1 of the design surface 2a inclines the optical path of the external light L incident on the design surface 2a in a direction parallel to the plate thickness direction so that the external light L is easily totally reflected by the inclined reflecting surface 20. In this embodiment, the edge portion 2a1 of the design surface 2a and the claw portion 5 are located at the edge portion R1 of the vehicle exterior component 1. For this reason, when viewed from the direction along the plate thickness direction, the edge portion 2a1 of the design surface 2a and the claw portion 5 are arranged so as to overlap. Therefore, the external light L whose optical path is inclined at the edge portion 2a1 of the design surface 2a is incident on the inclined reflecting surface 20. Thus, the inclination angle of the inclined reflecting surface 20 with respect to the plate thickness direction required for totally reflecting the external light L can be reduced.

[0037] In such a vehicle exterior component 1 of this embodiment, when the external light L is incident on the edge portion R1 in a direction parallel to the plate thickness direction, the external light L passes through the inside of the main body portion 4 of the transparent member 2 and reaches the opening rear surface 5f of the opening 5a and the tip surface 5c of the claw portion 5.

[0038] As shown in FIG. 3, the external light L that has reached the back surface 5f of the opening is totally reflected by the back surface 5f of the opening (the inclined reflecting surface 20) and enters the coating film 3 provided on the inner surface 5d of the claw portion 5. The external light L that has entered the coating film 3 is absorbed by the coating film 3. Therefore, the external light L reflected by the back surface 5f of the opening is not emitted from the vehicle exterior component 1. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent a person outside the vehicle from visually recognizing the back surface 5f of the opening.

[0039] As shown in FIG. 4, the external light L that has reached the tip surface 5c of the claw portion 5 is totally reflected by the tip surface 5c (the inclined reflecting surface 20) and enters the coating film 3 provided on the inner surface 5d of the claw portion 5. The external light L that has entered the coating film 3 is absorbed by the coating film 3. Therefore, the external light L reflected by the tip surface 5c is not emitted from the vehicle exterior component 1. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent a person outside the vehicle from visually recognizing the tip surface 5c.

[0040] The vehicle exterior component 1 of the present embodiment as described above includes a transparent member 2 and a coating film 3. The transparent member 2 has a design surface 2a disposed toward the outside of the vehicle and a back surface 10 disposed toward the inside of the vehicle. The coating film 3 is provided on the back surface 10 side of the transparent member 2 while avoiding at least a part of the edge portion R1 of the transparent member 2. Further, the transparent member 2 has an inclined reflecting surface 20. The inclined reflecting surface 20 is provided at a portion of the back surface 10 where the coating film 3 is not provided. Also, the inclined reflecting surface 20 is inclined with respect to the plate thickness direction of the transparent member 2. Furthermore, the inclined reflecting surface 20 is inclined with respect to the plate thickness direction at an angle that totally reflects the external light L incident on the design surface 2a in parallel with the plate thickness direction and guides it to the coating film 3.

[0041] According to the vehicle exterior component 1 of this embodiment, an inclined reflecting surface 20 is provided at a portion where the coating film 3 is not provided on the back surface 10 of the transparent member 2. The inclined reflecting surface 20 totally reflects the external light L incident on the design surface 2a in parallel with the plate thickness direction of the transparent member 2 and guides it to the coating film 3. For this reason, the external light L reflected by the inclined reflecting surface 20 is not emitted from the design surface 2a to the outside of the transparent member 2. As a result, it is possible to prevent the inclined reflecting surface 20 from being brightly visible from the outside of the vehicle exterior component 1, and it is possible to prevent at least a part of the portion where the coating film 3 is not provided from being brightly visible. Therefore, according to the vehicle exterior component 1 of this embodiment, in the vehicle exterior component 1 in which the coating film 3 is provided on the back surface 10 of the transparent member 2, it is possible to prevent a part of the back surface 10 where the coating film 3 is not provided from being visually recognized from the outside.

[0042] As described above, in the vehicle exterior component 1 of this embodiment, with respect to the back surface 10 located at the edge portion R1, it is possible to prevent such a back surface 10 from being visually recognized from the outside without providing many coating films 3. In the vehicle exterior component 1 of this embodiment, the surface where the coating film 3 is provided at the edge portion R1 is only the inner surface 5d of the claw portion 5. Therefore, according to the vehicle exterior component 1 of this embodiment, the operation of forming the coating film 3 with respect to the edge portion R1 can be simplified, and it is possible to reduce the manufacturing time and manufacturing cost of the vehicle exterior component 1.

[0043] Further, in the vehicle exterior component 1 of this embodiment, the transparent member 2 has a main body portion 4 and a claw portion 5. The main body portion 4 has a design surface 2a. The claw portion 5 protrudes from the main body portion back surface 11, which is the back surface 10 of the main body portion 4, to the side opposite to the design surface 2a and is located at the edge of the transparent member 2. An inclined reflecting surface 20 is provided on the claw portion back surface 12, which is the back surface 10 of the claw portion 5.

[0044] According to the vehicle exterior component 1 of this embodiment, by using the claw portion 5, it is possible to connect to other members without using fastening members such as screws. Furthermore, it is possible to prevent the claw portion back surface 12 from being brightly visible from the outside.

[0045] In addition, in the vehicle exterior component 1 of the present embodiment, the claw portion 5 has an opening 5a that penetrates in a direction orthogonal to the plate thickness direction. Further, a part of the inner peripheral surface 5b of the opening 5a is the back surface 12 of the claw portion where the inclined reflecting surface 20 is provided.

[0046] According to the vehicle exterior component 1 of the present embodiment configured as described above, since a part of the inner peripheral surface 5b of the opening 5a is the inclined reflecting surface 20, it is possible to prevent a part of the inner peripheral surface 5b from being brightly visible from the outside.

[0047] In addition, in the vehicle exterior component 1 of the present embodiment, the tip surface 5c in the protruding direction of the claw portion 5 is the back surface 12 of the claw portion where the inclined reflecting surface 20 is provided. According to the vehicle exterior component 1 of the present embodiment configured as described above, it is possible to prevent the tip surface 5c of the claw portion 5 from being brightly visible from the outside.

[0048] In addition, in the vehicle exterior component 1 of the present embodiment, the claw portion 5 has an inner surface 5d directed toward the center of the main body portion 4 and an outer surface 5e directed toward the side opposite to the center of the main body portion 4 in a direction orthogonal to the plate thickness direction. Further, the coating film 3 is provided on the inner surface 5d of the inner surface 5d and the outer surface 5e.

[0049] According to the vehicle exterior component 1 of the present embodiment configured as described above, the coating film 3 is not provided on the outer surface 5e of the claw portion 5. Therefore, the operation of forming the coating film 3 can be simplified, and it is possible to reduce the manufacturing time and manufacturing cost of the vehicle exterior component 1.

[0050] In addition, in the vehicle exterior component 1 of the present embodiment, the design surface 2a is curved at the edge of the transparent member 2 such that the center of curvature is located on the back surface 10 side of the transparent member 2 rather than the design surface 2a.

[0051] According to the vehicle exterior component 1 of this embodiment, the curved edge 2a1 of the design surface 2a inclines the optical path of the external light L incident on the design surface 2a in parallel with the plate thickness direction in a direction where the external light L is likely to be totally reflected by the inclined reflection surface 20. Therefore, the inclination angle of the inclined reflection surface 20 with respect to the plate thickness direction required for totally reflecting the external light L can be reduced.

[0052] (Second Embodiment) Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 5. In the description of this embodiment, the description of the same parts as those in the first embodiment will be omitted or simplified.

[0053] FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing a schematic configuration of the vehicle exterior component 1A of this embodiment. As shown in this figure, in the vehicle exterior component 1A of this embodiment, an inclined reflection surface 20 is provided at a portion (referred to as the edge back surface 4a) located at the edge R1 among the main body back surfaces 11 which are the back surfaces 10 of the transparent member 2.

[0054] That is, the edge back surface 4a totally reflects the external light L incident on the design surface 2a in parallel with the plate thickness direction and guides it to the coating film 3. In this embodiment, the edge back surface 4a guides the external light L to the coating film 3 through the design surface 2a. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 5, the edge back surface 4a is provided at an angle for totally reflecting the external light L so that the external light L is totally reflected at the design surface 2a and reaches the coating film 3.

[0055] In the vehicle exterior component 1A of this embodiment as described above, as shown in FIG. 5, the external light L reaching the edge back surface 4a is totally reflected by the edge back surface 4a (inclined reflection surface 20) and reaches the design surface 2a. Further, the external light L is further totally reflected at the design surface 2a and is incident on the coating film 3 provided on the main body back surface 11. The external light L incident on the coating film 3 is absorbed by the coating film 3. Therefore, the external light L reflected at the tip surface 5c is not emitted from the vehicle exterior component 1A. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a person outside the vehicle from visually recognizing the edge back surface 4a.

[0056] Thus, in the vehicle exterior component 1A of the present embodiment, similar to the vehicle exterior component 1 of the first embodiment, the transparent member 2 has the main body portion 4 and the claw portion 5. Further, an inclined reflecting surface 20 is provided on the claw portion back surface 12 which is the back surface 10 of the claw portion 5.

[0057] According to such a vehicle exterior component 1A of the present embodiment, by using the claw portion 5, it is possible to connect to other members without using fastening members such as screws. Further, it is possible to prevent the claw portion back surface 12 from being brightly visible from the outside.

[0058] Further, in the vehicle exterior component 1A of the present embodiment, the claw portion 5 has an opening portion 5a penetrating in a direction orthogonal to the plate thickness direction. Further, a part of the inner peripheral surface 5b of the opening portion 5a is the claw portion back surface 12 provided with the inclined reflecting surface 20.

[0059] According to such a vehicle exterior component 1A of the present embodiment, since a part of the inner peripheral surface 5b of the opening portion 5a is the inclined reflecting surface 20, it is possible to prevent a part of the inner peripheral surface 5b from being brightly visible from the outside.

[0060] Further, in the vehicle exterior component 1A of the present embodiment, the tip surface 5c in the protruding direction of the claw portion 5 is the claw portion back surface 12 provided with the inclined reflecting surface 20. According to such a vehicle exterior component 1A of the present embodiment, it is possible to prevent the tip surface 5c of the claw portion 5 from being brightly visible from the outside.

[0061] Further, in the vehicle exterior component 1A of the present embodiment, an inclined reflecting surface 20 is also provided on the edge back surface 4a which is the main body portion back surface 11. According to such a vehicle exterior component 1A of the present embodiment, it is possible to prevent the edge back surface 4a from being brightly visible from the outside.

[0062] (Third Embodiment) Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 6. In the description of the present embodiment, the description of the same parts as those in the first embodiment or the second embodiment will be omitted or simplified.

[0063] FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view showing a schematic configuration of the vehicle exterior component 1B of the present embodiment. As shown in this figure, in the vehicle exterior component 1B of the present embodiment, an inclined reflecting surface 20 is provided on the edge back surface 4a of the main body back surface 11 which is the back surface 10 of the transparent member 2. Further, in the vehicle exterior component 1B of the present embodiment, no claw portion 5 is provided.

[0064] Also in the vehicle exterior component 1B of the present embodiment as described above, the inclined reflecting surface 20 is provided on the edge back surface 4a which is the main body back surface 11. Therefore, according to the vehicle exterior component 1B of the present embodiment, it is possible to prevent the edge back surface 4a from being brightly visible from the outside.

[0065] As described above, the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Needless to say, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments. The various shapes, combinations, etc. of the respective constituent members shown in the above-described embodiments are merely examples, and can be variously changed based on design requirements and the like without departing from the gist of the present invention.

[0066] For example, in the above-described first embodiment and the second embodiment, the inclined reflecting surface 20 provided on the claw portion 5 is inclined so that the reflecting surface of the external light L faces the inner surface 5d side of the claw portion 5 from the posture where the reflecting surface is orthogonal to the plate thickness direction. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the inclined reflecting surface 20 provided on the claw portion 5 may be inclined so that the reflecting surface of the external light L faces the side opposite to the inner surface 5d of the claw portion 5 from the posture where the reflecting surface is orthogonal to the plate thickness direction. In such a case, a coating film 3 is provided on the reflection destination of the external light L (for example, the outer surface 5e of the claw portion 5).

[0067] Also, in the above-described embodiment, the configuration using the coating film 3 as the light-shielding layer has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, a printing layer can also be used as the light-shielding layer. Further, it is also possible to form a light-shielding layer by attaching a resin layer separate from the transparent member to the transparent member.
