Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a sound insulation board and a soundproof wall constructed using the same to block noise generated from a noise source.
Background Art
[0002] On highways, generally, in order to suppress the diffusion of noise generated by the running of vehicles to the surrounding areas, a soundproof wall for blocking the noise is installed. As this soundproof wall, between columns made of H-shaped steel erected at predetermined intervals on the roadside or median strip of the road, a sound absorption material is housed, and a sound insulation board with a large number of sound absorption holes on the front side (road side) is stacked in the height direction to construct a type that is often seen. Such a soundproof wall may also be installed to block noise generated from noise sources such as railway vehicles running on a line and factories.
[0003] By the way, in the above type of soundproof wall, usually, the lower end of the column is attached to a base plate placed on the upper surface of the foundation by welding or the like, and the base plate is fixed to the foundation with anchor bolts to erect the column.
[0004] And when the soundproof wall is provided on the roadside of a bridge or elevated road (viaduct) on the road, when inspecting bolts or the like used in the column attachment part, the load of the inspection work on the front side is small, but the inspection on the back side, which is the outside of the road, has to be carried out using a high-altitude work vehicle such as an over-fence vehicle, and there is a problem that the work load is large.
[0005] In contrast, in Patent Document 1, in order to reduce the load of the inspection work of the soundproof wall, it is proposed to provide an opening in the back surface part of the sound insulation board constructing the soundproof wall so that bolts or the like used in the column attachment part from the front side to the back side of the soundproof wall can be inspected.

Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0007] By the way, in the sound insulation wall proposed in the above Patent Document 1, the sound absorption material is stored in the entire space inside the sound insulation panel with the front side exposed. However, in the type of sound insulation wall in which the sound absorption material is built into the inner space of the sound insulation panel and covers the front side, many of the openings for inspection on the back side provided in the sound insulation panel are larger than necessary, or the structure of the openings is complicated.
[0008] Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a sound insulation wall provided with a sound insulation panel between columns, having a simple structure and enabling easy inspection of the back side from the front side while ensuring sound insulation performance.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0009] To solve the above problems, the sound insulation panel of the present invention includes a front portion with a plurality of sound absorption holes, a back portion facing the front portion with a space therebetween, and a sound absorption material housed in the space between the front portion and the back portion. In the sound insulation panel provided between columns erected at a predetermined interval to construct a sound insulation wall, a through-hole for inspection penetrating from the front portion to the back portion is provided at the lower part of the portion closer to the column when constructing the sound insulation wall. The through-hole for inspection is partitioned from the space for housing the sound absorption material by a wall member, and a door for opening and closing the through-hole for inspection is provided.
[0010] That is, a simple-structured through-hole for inspection penetrating from the front portion to the back portion at the lower part of the portion closer to the column is provided in the sound insulation panel for constructing the sound insulation wall, so that bolts and the like used for the column attachment portion on the back side can be easily inspected through the through-hole for inspection of the sound insulation panel from the front side of the sound insulation wall. At the same time, the through-hole for inspection and the storage space for the sound absorption material are partitioned by a wall member, and a door for opening and closing the through-hole for inspection is provided, so that the sound insulation performance during normal times other than during inspection is ensured.
[0011] In the sound insulation panel having the above-described configuration, the door can be provided so as to be slidable with respect to the back surface portion.
[0012] Further, the sound insulation wall of the present invention is a sound insulation wall constructed by stacking a plurality of sound insulation panels in the height direction between columns erected at a predetermined interval, and the sound insulation panel having the above-described configuration is disposed at the lowermost stage. Therefore, by using a sound insulation panel without an inspection through-hole other than the lowermost stage, the inspection work of bolts or the like on the back side can be easily performed from the front side in a form in which the installation cost and the sound insulation performance are not significantly different from the conventional ones.
Effect of the Invention
[0013] As described above, according to the present invention, since the sound insulation panel for constructing the sound insulation wall is provided with the inspection through-hole penetrating from the front surface portion to the back surface portion, bolts or the like on the back side can be easily inspected from the front side. And, the inspection through-hole of the sound insulation panel is partitioned from the sound absorption material storage space by the wall member, and a door for opening and closing the inspection through-hole is provided, so that the sound insulation performance can also be ensured. Further, the sound insulation panel can simplify the structure of the inspection through-hole, and thus is easy to manufacture.

Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[0015] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIGS. 1, 2(a), (b) and 3 show a soundproof wall using the sound insulation panel 1 of the embodiment. This soundproof wall is constructed by vertically installing columns 3 made of H-shaped steel at predetermined intervals on the upper surface of the foundation 2, and stacking a plurality of sound insulation panels 1, 1' in the height direction between the columns 3. The sound insulation panels 1, 1' are arranged such that the sound insulation panel 1 of the embodiment is disposed at the lowermost stage, and a plurality of conventional sound insulation panels 1' are stacked thereon in multiple stages. Both side portions of each are fitted into the U-shaped cross-sections of the columns 3 on both sides.
[0016] The column 3 has a base plate 4 welded to its lower end placed on the upper surface of the foundation 2, and is fixed on the foundation 2 together with the base plate 4 by embedding anchor bolts 5 passing through the base plate 4 into the foundation 2. On the upper surface of the base plate 4, a pair of ribs 4a for supporting the front side of the lower end of the column 3 are provided. Further, two anchor bolts 5 are arranged on each of the front side and the back side, and the two on the back side are arranged at positions where the heads enter inside the back surface portion of the sound insulation panel 1 (see FIG. 2(b)).
[0017] The sound insulation panel 1 of this embodiment is generally horizontally long rectangular in shape. As shown in FIG. 4, it includes a front plate 11 forming the front portion, a back plate 12 forming the back portion facing the front portion with a space therebetween, side plates 13 forming both left and right side surfaces, and a thick plate-shaped sound absorbing material 14 housed in the space between the front plate 11 and the back plate 12. The front plate 11 is formed of an aluminum alloy plate, the back plate 12 is formed of a laminated steel plate, the side plates 13 are formed of plated steel plates, and the sound absorbing material 14 is formed of polyester fibers. Note that the back plate may be a plated steel plate, and the sound absorbing material may be glass wool. And, in this sound insulation panel 1, inspection through-holes 16 penetrating from the front portion to the back portion are provided at the lower portions of the parts closer to the columns 3 on both sides when constructing the soundproof wall.
[0018] The front plate 11 has a large number of sound absorbing holes 11a formed in a louver shape in the portion excluding the opening of the inspection through-hole 16 in the front portion. Also, an upper plate portion 11b bent to the back side is provided at the upper end.
[0019] The back panel 12 is arranged parallel to the front panel 11, and two notch-shaped recesses 12a (see FIG. 3) are provided to avoid interference between the opening of the inspection through-hole 16 and the anchor bolts 5 on the back side. The opening of the inspection through-hole 16 is opened and closed by a door 17 that slides (slides) with respect to the back panel 12 as will be described later. Also, a recess 12b is formed in the central portion in the height direction, extending in the longitudinal direction of the sound insulation board 1 to improve the cross-sectional strength as a whole.
[0020] An upper plate portion 12c is provided at the upper end of the back panel 12, which is bent toward the front side and connected in a state of overlapping the upper plate portion 11b of the front panel 11. At the lower end, a bottom plate portion 12d is provided, which is bent toward the front side to close the bottom side of the sound insulation board 1. The downwardly bent portion on the front side of the bottom plate portion 12d forms the lower end portion of the front portion of the sound insulation board 1. Also, on the lower surface side of the bottom plate portion 12d, except for the portion placed on the base plate 4, a rubber water stop sheet 18 is provided to close the gap between the lower end of the downwardly bent portion and the upper surface of the foundation 2, so that rainwater and the like do not flow out from the front side to the back side of the sound insulation board 1.
[0021] The front panel 11, the back panel 12, and the side panels 13 are connected to each other and integrated by rivets or spot welding (not shown), and a sound-absorbing material 14 is stored in a portion other than the inspection through-hole 16 in the internal space (the space between the front portion and the back portion).
[0022] As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the inspection through-hole 16 is partitioned from the space for storing the sound-absorbing material 14 by wall members (upper partition 19, bottom partition 20, and side partitions 21 and 22 on both sides) arranged above, below, and on both sides thereof. Thereby, the space behind the sound-absorbing material 14 (the space between the sound-absorbing material 14 and the back panel 12) is sealed, and a predetermined sound-absorbing performance can be exhibited.
[0023] In addition, the upper partition wall 19 and the bottom partition wall 20 each have rail portions 19a and 20a on their respective back sides for slidably guiding the door 17 with respect to the back plate 12 as will be described later. The rail portions 19a and 20a are each bent in a crank-shaped cross section and extend from the back side ends of the upper partition wall 19 and the bottom partition wall 20 toward the longitudinal center side of the sound insulation plate 1 (see FIG. 3).
[0024] The upper partition wall 19 and the bottom partition wall 20 are fixed to the back plate 12 with rivets 23 in a state where the rail portions 19a and 20a are in a state where the bent portions 19b and 20b on their respective front sides are in contact with the inner wall of the front plate 11. The side partition walls 21 and 22 on both sides are fixed to the upper partition wall 19 and the bottom partition wall 20 with rivets 23 in a state where the bent portions 21a and 22a on their respective front sides are in contact with the inner wall of the front plate 11 and the bent portions 21b and 22b at the upper and lower ends are in contact with the upper partition wall 19 and the bottom partition wall 20, respectively. In addition, the side partition wall 21 on the column 3 side is fixed to the back plate 12 with a rivet (not shown) at the bent portion 21c on the back side.
[0025] The door 17 is a plate-like member having bent portions 17a with a U-shaped cross section at the upper and lower ends, and a handle 24 is provided on the inner surface. The bent portion 17a is slidably fitted into a U-shaped cross section formed by the rail portions 19a and 20a of the upper partition wall 19 and the bottom partition wall 20 and the opening edge portion of the back plate 12, and slides in the longitudinal direction of the sound insulation plate 1 to open and close the back side opening of the inspection through hole 16. This door 17 is closed during normal times other than when inspecting the sound insulation wall, and is only opened during inspection on the back side.
[0026] On the other hand, the conventional sound insulation plate 1' serves as the base of the sound insulation plate 1 of the above-described embodiment, and is not provided with an inspection through hole like the sound insulation plate 1 of the embodiment, and a sound absorption material of the same material as the sound insulation plate 1 of the embodiment is housed in the entire space between the front portion and the back portion.
[0027] This sound insulation wall has the above configuration. Since an inspection through-hole 16 that penetrates from the front surface to the back surface is provided at the lower part of the sound insulation panel 1 near the support column 3 at the lowermost stage, the state of the anchor bolt 5 on the back side can be easily inspected from the front side by opening the door 17 on the back side.
[0028] Also, the inspection through-hole 16 and the storage space for the sound absorption material 14 are partitioned by wall members 19, 20, 21, and 22, a door 17 for opening and closing the inspection through-hole 16 is provided, and the inspection through-hole 16 itself is formed in the minimum size necessary for the inspection work on the back side. Therefore, the sound insulation performance and sound absorption performance during normal times other than during inspection are sufficiently ensured.
[0029] And since the inspection through-hole 16 partitions the sound insulation panel 1 vertically and horizontally, the sound absorption material 14 can be stably installed above it. Also, because the structure of the inspection through-hole 16 is simple, it is easy to manufacture.
[0030] In the above-described embodiment, the inspection through-hole 16 is opened and closed by a door 17 that slides with respect to the back panel 12 of the sound insulation panel 1. However, instead of such a sliding type door, a swinging type door can also be used. For example, in the example shown in FIG. 7, the rail portions 19a and 20a of the upper partition wall 19 and the bottom partition wall 20 are eliminated, and an attachment member 25 having an L-shaped cross-section is provided at the back side end of the bottom partition wall 20, and one end of a flat plate-shaped door 26 is swingably attached to the attachment member 25 within a vertical plane. This door 26 is normally in a state of standing vertically, and the other end is fixed to the upper edge of the opening of the back panel 12 by an appropriate means and is closed. During inspection, it swings forward around one end and can be opened. A handle 27 is provided on the surface facing the front side when it is closed.
[0031] The embodiments disclosed this time should be considered as illustrative in all respects and not restrictive. The scope of the present invention is shown not by the above meaning, but by the scope of the claims, and all modifications within the meaning and scope equivalent to the scope of the claims are intended to be included.
[0032] For example, the door that opens and closes the inspection through-hole is provided on the back side in the embodiment, but it can also be provided on the front side so as to improve the appearance from the front side in normal times.
[0033] In addition, in the embodiment, the anchor bolts on the back side can be inspected through the inspection through-hole, but other states on the back side can also be easily inspected through the inspection through-hole.
