Provided is a distribution control device comprising: a first creation unit that is configured to create, for each of a plurality of virtual viewpoints disposed with respect to an object indicated by three-dimensional data which constitutes three-dimensional video content, one side three-dimensional data in which the amount of data for a portion of the object that cannot be seen from that virtual viewpoint is reduced; and a distribution unit that is configured to distribute, to a user's terminal, data that includes a mesh and a texture, as the one side three-dimensional data for one virtual viewpoint among the one side three-dimensional data of the virtual viewpoints, in accordance with the viewing angle of the user in a virtual space in which the object is disposed.
