8. a first display module for displaying a hot chat panel entrance on a playback page of a target video belonging to a first video collection, wherein the videos included in the first video collection have the same theme content, and the hot chat panel entrance is provided with a posting function entrance for accepting posts for the theme content, and a display area corresponding to the hot chat panel entrance displays hot chat comments for the first video collection, and the videos in the first video collection correspond to the same hot chat comments; a second display module for displaying a hot chat panel on the playback page of the target video in response to a trigger operation on the hot chat panel entrance, the hot chat panel showing hot chat content for the first video collection, the hot chat content including at least a hot chat sentence for the first video collection, and the hot chat panel having a comment entrance for posting a comment on the theme content of the first video collection; a second switching module for, upon receiving a trigger operation for switching from the first video set to a second video set, hiding the hot chat panel entrance downward for a transition from the first video set, and floating the hot chat panel entrance upward for a transition to the second video set, and displaying hot chat comments for the second video set in a display area corresponding to the hot chat panel entrance.

9. A computer readable storage medium having stored thereon instructions which, when executed by a terminal device, cause the terminal device to implement the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.

10. An apparatus comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in said memory and executable by said processor, said apparatus implementing the method of any one of claims 1 to 7 when said processor executes said computer program.

11. A computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
