Abstract
Description
[Technical Field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a capsule. [Background technology]
[0002] It has been reported that ω-3 unsaturated fatty acids have various physiological effects such as a neutral fat lowering effect and an anti-allergic effect, and in recent years, there has been a demand for the use of oils and fats rich in ω-3 unsaturated fatty acids. It has also been proposed to supplement ω-3 unsaturated fatty acids with supplements (for example, Patent Document 1).
[0003] On the other hand, it has been reported that fats and oils containing high concentrations of diacylglycerol have physiological effects such as suppressing an increase in blood triglycerides (neutral fats) after eating and reducing their accumulation in the body.Patent Document 2 proposes a soft capsule filled with an oil and fat composition containing 10.1 to 94.9 wt% triglycerides, 0.1 to 30 wt% monoglycerides, and 5 to 59.9 wt% diglycerides in which 15 to 90 wt% of the constituent fatty acids are ω-3 unsaturated fatty acids having less than 20 carbon atoms.Patent Document 3 proposes a soft capsule filled with a gelatin shell containing fats and oils containing 15 wt% or more diglycerides in which the content of ω-3 unsaturated acyl groups in the constituent acyl groups is 15 wt% or more. [0004] [Patent Document 1] International Publication No. 2015 / 046563 [Patent Document 2] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-138297 [Patent Document 3] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2007-112806 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] Gelatin is the most commonly used capsule shell base due to its excellent mechanical strength, shell-forming ability, etc. (For example, Patent Documents 1 and 3). However, it has been found that gelatin capsules containing diacylglycerol-containing fats and oils containing ω3 unsaturated fatty acids as capsule contents have a problem in that the fats and oils become discolored over time. Therefore, the present invention relates to providing a capsule containing a diacylglycerol-containing oil containing ω3 unsaturated fatty acids, in which discoloration of the oil is suppressed. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] The present inventors have conducted extensive research in light of the above-mentioned problems and have found that discoloration of a diacylglycerol-containing fat containing ω3 unsaturated fatty acids can be suppressed by filling a capsule shell based on non-animal-derived ingredients with the fat.
[0007] That is, the present invention provides a capsule formulation in which a capsule shell based on non-animal-derived ingredients is filled with an oil containing 15% by mass or more of diacylglycerol, of which 20% by mass or more of the constituent fatty acids are omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids. [Effects of the Invention]

[0064] [Table 2]
[0065] Oil a: Refined linseed oil manufactured by Nisshin Oillio Co., Ltd. was used. Oil b: Linseed oil (available from Archer-Daniels-Midland Company) was hydrolyzed with enzymes to obtain fatty acids, which were then cooled stepwise and the precipitated fatty acids were separated by centrifugation. The separated fatty acids and glycerin were then esterified under reduced pressure using an immobilized 1,3-selective lipase as a catalyst. The immobilized enzyme was then filtered off, and the reaction product was subjected to molecular distillation, washed with water, and deodorized to obtain oil b. Oil c: Oil a and oil b were mixed in a ratio of 70:30 to obtain oil c. Oil d: Oil a and oil b were mixed in a ratio of 40:60 to obtain oil d. Oil e: Oil e was obtained by adding 0.01% tocopherol (manufactured by Riken Vitamin Co., Ltd.) and 0.01% ascorbyl palmitate (manufactured by DSM) to oil b. Oil f: Oil f was obtained by adding 0.1% tocopherol and 0.1% ascorbyl palmitate to oil b. Oil g: Oil was produced in the same manner as oil b using high linolenic acid flaxseed oil produced by Summit Essential Oils, and then 0.2% tocopherol, 0.1% ascorbyl palmitate, and 0.3% rosemary extract (produced by Givaudan) were added to obtain oil g. Oil h: 80 parts by mass of algae oil (DSM) and 25 parts by mass of glycerin were mixed and subjected to a glycerolysis reaction using calcium hydroxide as a catalyst. This was followed by molecular distillation, acid treatment, and washing to obtain a treated oil. After deodorization, 0.2% tocopherol, 0.1% ascorbyl palmitate, and 0.3% rosemary extract were added to obtain oil h.
