[Effects of the Invention]
[0006] In the invention of claim 1, the rollers 15 are configured as a roller unit 17 having a pair of left and right ground contact wheels 16 that contact the crawler belt 20, a crawler guide 25 is provided that contacts the crawler belt 20 between the left and right ground contact wheels 16 of the roller unit 17 and below, a tension adjustment unit 26 (idle roller unit) that adjusts the tension of the crawler belt 20 is provided, and a traveling crawler 10 is formed by the roller unit 17, the crawler guide 25 and a track frame 27 to which the tension adjustment unit 26 is attached, and the track frame 27 has a roller unit 16. Left-right mounting holes 30 are formed for attaching fixing members 29 that secure the knit 17 and crawler guide 25, and the fixing members 29 are configured to be attached and detached in the left-right direction of the machine body, and the tension adjustment unit 26 is configured to be arranged in a straight line in the front-to-back direction with respect to the track frame 27.Since the fixing members 29 that secure the roller unit 17 and crawler guide 25 can be attached and detached from the side of the traveling crawler 10, attachment and detachment work can be performed in a space outside the machine body (any space), which makes it less likely that tool operation will be hindered and improves the efficiency of maintenance work. Furthermore, the mounting holes 30 of the track frame 27, the roller unit 17, and the crawler guide 25 can be aligned with each other and the fixing members 29 can be inserted and temporarily fastened, which prevents the removed parts from falling and being damaged, and also prevents the parts to be attached from being misaligned, which takes extra time for the attachment and detachment work. Furthermore, by positioning the tension adjustment unit 26 in a straight line with the track frame 27, the pressure adjustment rotor 13 comes into contact with the crawler belt 20 near the center of the left-right width of the traveling crawler 10, preventing uneven tension from being applied to the crawler belt 20, preventing the crawler belt 20 from falling off and being damaged, or preventing work from being interrupted. In the invention of claim 2, a rear foot frame 31 that supports the traveling crawler 10 is provided at the rear of the body frame 1 and is positioned toward the outside and downward of the body, and a transmission case 32 that transmits driving force to the traveling crawler 10 is provided at the front of the body frame 1, and the rear foot frame 31 is connected near the joint between the track frame 27 and the tension adjustment unit 26, and a driving rotor (drive sprocket) 12 that drives the traveling crawler 10 is arranged on a traveling output shaft 33 that protrudes from the transmission case 32 to the outside of the body, and the driving rotor 12 and the pressure adjustment rotor (idle roller) of the tension adjustment unit 26 are arranged with fixed members 29 that can be attached and detached in the left and right directions from the outside of the body, so that by connecting the rear foot frame 31 near the joint between the track frame 27 and the tension adjustment unit 26, the strength of the traveling crawler 10 is improved. The fixing member 29 for mounting the drive rotor 12 and the pressure adjusting rotor 13 can be attached and detached from the outside of the machine body, which makes the attachment and detachment work easy, thereby improving the efficiency of maintenance work. In the invention of claim 3, reinforcing covers 35 are arranged on both the left and right sides of the track frame 27, and the reinforcing covers 35 are configured to have a vertical length that protrudes downward below the lower end of the track frame 27, a mounting hole portion 36 for the crawler guide 25 is formed in the reinforcing cover 35, a cylindrical mounting tube 37 into which the fixing member 29 is inserted is arranged facing the left and right direction on the reinforcing cover 35, a flat surface 38 is formed on the upper part of the mounting tube 37, vertical reinforcing plates 39 are provided on the underside of the track frame 27 with their longitudinal direction in the front-to-rear direction, and multiple strength plates (U-blades) 74 that contact the lower end surfaces of the reinforcing plates 39 with the flat surfaces 38 of the mounting tube 37 are provided so as to protrude downward. Therefore, by covering both the left and right sides of the track frame 27 with the reinforcing covers 35, it becomes difficult for soil and debris to come into contact with the wheel units 17, etc., making removal work easier and preventing damage such as the crawler belt 20 falling off. Strength against loads is improved by bringing a strength plate 74 protruding downward from a reinforcing plate 39 provided on the underside of the track frame 27 into contact with a flat surface 38 formed on the upper surface of the mounting tube 37 of the crawler guide 25. Furthermore, by bringing the rectangular lower end surface of the reinforcing plate 74 into surface contact with the flat surface 38, which is also rectangular, the contact area is increased, reducing the applied pressure and the load. In the invention of claim 4, the left and right reinforcing covers 35 have connecting plates 40 at the top and are formed as U-shaped frame covers 41 when viewed from the front and rear, covering the left, right and top of the track frame 27, and the roller unit 17 and crawler guide 25 are configured so that the fixing members 29 are inserted through the frame covers 41.Therefore, by covering the track frame 27 with the U-shaped frame covers 41 and attaching the fixing members 29 for attaching the roller unit 17 and crawler guide 25 through the track frame 27, the mounting strength is improved. In the invention of claim 5, the crawler guide 25 is divided into a front crawler guide 25F and a rear crawler guide 25R, and both the front and rear crawler guides 25 are formed with left and right reinforcing ribs 43L, 43R on the left and right sides of the mounting tube 37, which are tapered so that the left and right width narrows toward the bottom of the vehicle body, and the left and right reinforcing ribs 43L, 43R are formed from the bottom of the mounting tube 37 to a height (approximately half the vertical length of the mounting tube 37) that does not contact the upper end of the crawler core 44 formed on the inner periphery of the crawler belt 20, and Front and rear reinforcing ribs 45F, 45R are formed on the front and rear of the tube 37, respectively, which form concave arcs in a side view, and the arc portion 46 of the rear reinforcing rib 45R, which is located at the rearmost part of the rear crawler guide 25R, is arranged concentrically with the outer peripheral shape of the pressure adjustment rotor 13 of the tension adjustment unit 26. Therefore, by forming reinforcing ribs 43L, 43R on the front, rear, left and right sides of the mounting tube 37, the strength of the crawler guide 25 against loads applied thereto can be improved, thereby preventing damage to the crawler guide 25 and crawler components. The lower ends of the left and right reinforcing ribs 43L, 43R are positioned at a height that does not interfere with the core metal of the crawler belt 20, thereby ensuring strength while preventing the rotation of the crawler belt 20 from being disturbed, stabilizing travel and preventing the crawler belt 20 from falling off. The strength of the front and rear crawler guides 25F, 25R is improved by aligning the longest vertical length of the front and rear reinforcing ribs 45F, 45R with the support portion located at the bottom of the mounting tube 37 and by aligning the lower sides of the front and rear reinforcing ribs 45F, 45R with the guide plate 25. In addition, the front and rear reinforcing ribs 45F, 45R also function as walls that prevent mud from entering from outside the vehicle between the front and rear of the ground-contacting wheels 16, preventing mud from accumulating in the winding area of the crawler belt 20, increasing its weight, and preventing the crawler belt 20 from slipping and falling off, making it unable to travel. In the invention of claim 6, the grounding wheels 16 that constitute the roller unit 17 are arranged on both the left and right sides of the axle holder 51 that houses the rotating axle 50 of the grounding wheel 16, and left and right support members 52 are connected near the front-to-rear center above the axle holder 51 and between the left and right sides of the grounding wheels 16, and mounting protrusions 53 formed in an H shape when viewed from above are erected on each of them, and an air vent valve 54 for releasing excess air from the axle holder 51 is arranged on the front or rear side of the aircraft body of the axle holder 51, below the mounting protrusion 53, and an oil inlet 55 for injecting lubricant into the rotating axle 50 in the axle holder 51 is formed at the connection between the grounding wheel 16 and the rotating axle 50 on the outside of the aircraft body. Therefore, by making the mounting protrusion 53 H-shaped when viewed from above, the strength of the roller unit 17 is improved and damage due to load is prevented. By forming an air vent valve 54 facing the front or rear of the aircraft at the bottom of the mounting projection 53, a space is secured for air to escape when the internal pressure increases, ensuring reliable air venting. By forming a lubricant inlet 55 at the connection between the grounding wheel 16 on the outside of the machine body and the rotating shaft 50, lubricant can be supplied to the periphery of the rotating shaft 50 from a space on the outside of the machine body where it is easier to work, thereby improving maintainability. In the invention of claim 7, the harvesting device 4 is arranged at the front of the machine body, and a sorting device (sorting device (thresher)) 3 that removes unnecessary parts (stems, leaves, etc.) from the harvest is arranged behind the harvesting device 4 and toward the left side of the machine body, and a control unit 6, a power unit (engine, HST, etc.) power unit 60, and a recovery device (storage tank) 5 that stores the harvest are arranged behind the harvesting device 4 and toward the right side of the machine body, a fuel tank 61 is arranged at the rear left side of the machine body, and a tank cover 62 is arranged below the fuel tank 61, and a balance weight 63 is detachably attached to the tank cover 62, and the tank cover 62 is configured to be positioned rearward of the rear end of the traveling crawler 10.Therefore, by attaching the balance weight 63 to the rear left side of the machine body, it is possible to prevent the center of gravity from shifting to the right side of the machine body in the left-right direction, especially when the harvest is being stored, and therefore it is possible to prevent a decrease in straight-line driving ability and cornering driving ability. In addition, the weight of the reaping device 4 at the front of the machine body and the resistance applied during reaping can prevent the machine body from tilting forward, preventing the front end of the reaping device 4 from coming into contact with the field surface and causing reaping / harvesting errors or damage. Since the mounting position of the balance weight 63 does not overlap with the traveling crawler 10, the traveling crawler 10 does not interfere with the attachment / detachment work, and a decrease in work efficiency is prevented. [0009] In a work vehicle having a traveling device 2 provided below a machine frame 1, a reaping device 4 for reaping crops from a field provided in front of the traveling device 2, and a recovery device 5 for storing the crops reaped by the reaping device 4, the traveling device 2 is configured with a pair of left and right traveling crawlers 10, each traveling crawler 10 being configured with a crawler belt 20, a track wheel 15 that contacts the crawler belt 20, and a track frame 27 to which the track wheels 15 are attached, the track wheels 15 being configured as a track wheel unit 17 having a pair of left and right ground wheels 16 that contact the crawler belt 20, and a crawler guide 25 that contacts the crawler belt 20 between and below the left and right ground wheels 16 of the track wheel unit 17, A tension adjustment unit (idle roller unit) 26 that adjusts the tension of the crawler belt 20 is provided at the rear of the roller 10, and each traveling crawler 10 is configured to be formed having a track frame 27 on which the track wheel unit 17, crawler guide 25, and tension adjustment unit 26 are mounted, and multiple left-right mounting holes 30 are formed in the track frame 27 side along the front-to-rear direction for attaching fixing members (bolts) 29 that secure (fix) the track wheel unit 17 and crawler guide 25, and the fixing members 29 are configured to be attached and detached from the left and right of the body, and the tension adjustment unit 26 is configured to be arranged in a straight line in the front-to-rear direction relative to the track frame 27.
[0010] Therefore, by making it possible to attach and detach the fixing member 29 that fixes the roller unit 17 and the crawler guide 25 to the track frame 27 side from the side of the traveling crawler 10, the attachment and detachment work can be performed in a space (any space) outside the machine body, so that the use of tools is less likely to be hindered and the efficiency of maintenance work is improved. Furthermore, the mounting holes 30 on the track frame 27, roller unit 17, and crawler guide 25 can be aligned with each other, and the fixing member 29 can be inserted and temporarily fastened, which prevents attachments such as the roller unit 17, which has been released from the fixing member 29, from accidentally falling and being damaged, and also prevents the position of the part to be attached from shifting, which takes extra time for the attachment and detachment work. By positioning the tension adjustment unit 26 in a straight line relative to the axial direction of the track frame 27, the pressure adjustment rotor 13 can be brought into contact with the crawler belt 20 near the center of the left-right width of the traveling crawler 10, preventing uneven tension from being applied to the crawler belt 20 and preventing the crawler belt 20 from falling off and being damaged, or preventing work from being interrupted.
[0011] A rear foot frame 31 that supports the traveling crawler 10 is provided at the rear of the machine body frame 1, and the rear foot frame 31 is positioned facing downward and outside the machine body and is connected to the track frame 27 near the joint between the track frame 27 and the tension adjustment unit 26. A transmission case 32 that transmits driving force to the traveling crawler 10 is provided at the front of the machine body frame 1, and a driving rotor (drive sprocket) 12 that drives the traveling crawler 10 is arranged on a traveling output shaft 33 that protrudes from the transmission case 32 to the outside of the machine body. The drive rotor 12 and the tension adjusting rotor (idle roller) 12 of the tension adjusting unit 26 are detachably mounted on a fixing member 29 in the left-right direction from the outside of the machine body (FIG. 2). By connecting the rear foot frame 31 to the vicinity of the joint between the track frame 27 and the tension adjustment unit 26, the strength of the traveling crawler 10 is improved. The fixing member 29 for attaching the pressure adjusting rotor 13 to the truck frame 27 can be attached and detached from the outside of the machine body, which makes the attachment and detachment work easy, thereby improving the efficiency of maintenance work.
[0012] Vertical reinforcing covers 35 are arranged on each of the left and right side surfaces of the track frame 27, and the lower end of the reinforcing cover 35 is configured to have a vertical length that protrudes downward below the lower end of the track frame 27. Mounting hole portions 36 for the crawler guide 25 are formed in the reinforcing cover 35. The mounting hole portions 36 of the reinforcing cover 35 are arranged to align with mounting holes 37A of a cylindrical mounting tube 37 into which a fixing member 29 is inserted. A flat surface 38 is formed on the upper surface of the mounting tube 37, and the lower end surfaces of vertical strength plates (U-blades) 74 abut against the flat surface 38 of the mounting tube 37. The strength plates (U-blades) 74 protrude upward and abut and are fixed against the lower surfaces of reinforcing plates 39 that are provided on the underside of the track frame 27 with their longitudinal direction in the front-to-rear direction, and multiple strength plates (U-blades) 74 are provided in the front-to-rear direction at predetermined intervals (Figures 3 to 6).
[0013] That is, the lower ends of the reinforcing covers 35 arranged on both the left and right sides of the track frame 27 are made to protrude downward below the lower end of the track frame 27, and a mounting hole 36 formed in the part of the reinforcing cover 35 protruding downward below the track frame 27 is connected to a mounting hole 37A provided in the mounting tube 37 to form a mounting hole 30, and a fixing member 29 is inserted into the mounting hole 30 to removably attach the mounting tube 37 of the crawler guide 25 to the track frame 27 side, and the mounting tube 37 is fixedly attached to the upper part of the reinforcing rib 45 of the crawler guide 25, and a flat surface 38 is formed on the upper surface of the mounting tube 37, and the lower part of the strength plate (U-blade) 74 abuts against the flat surface 38, and the upper part of the strength plate (U-blade) 74 abuts against a reinforcing plate 39 provided on the underside of the track frame 27.
[0014] In this case, a plurality of reinforcing plates (U-blades) 74 are provided at predetermined intervals in the front-rear direction. Therefore, by covering both the left and right sides of the track frame 27 with the reinforcing cover 35, soil and debris are less likely to come into contact with the roller unit 17, etc., making removal work easier and preventing damage such as the crawler belt 20 falling off. Strength against load is improved by bringing a strength plate 74 protruding downward from a reinforcing plate 39 provided on the underside of the track frame 27 into contact with a flat surface 38 formed on the upper surface of the mounting tube 37 of the crawler guide 25. In other words, if the top surface of the mounting tube 37 were to come into direct contact with the track frame 27, the contact area would wear slightly when a load is applied, which could result in a decrease in strength. However, by interposing the reinforcing plate 39 between the track frame 27 and the mounting tube 37, strength can be maintained.
[0015] Connecting plates 40 are provided on the upper portions of the left and right reinforcing covers 35, and form a frame cover 41 that is inverted U-shaped when viewed from the front and rear and covers the left, right and upper portions of the truck frame 27. The roller unit 17 and the crawler guide 25 are detachably attached to the frame cover 41 side by a fixing member 29. That is, the upper portions of a pair of left and right reinforcing covers 35 are connected by a connecting plate 40 to form a frame cover 41 that is in an inverted U shape when viewed from the front and rear. In this case, it is preferable that the pair of left and right reinforcing covers 35 and the connecting plate 40 are integrally connected in a tight contact state to form a frame cover 41, which can enclose the truck frame 27 from mud. In this embodiment, the frame cover 41 is configured to be detachably attached to the truck frame 27 .
[0016] Therefore, by covering the track frame 27 with an inverted U-shaped frame cover 41 and attaching the fixing member 29 for attaching the roller unit 17 and crawler guide 25 to the track frame 27 via the frame cover 41, the roller unit 17 and crawler guide 25 can be attached to the running frame 11 without reducing the strength of the track frame 27, and attachment can be made easier. The crawler guide 25 is divided into a front crawler guide 25F and a rear crawler guide 25R, and both the front and rear crawler guides 25F, 25R are formed with left and right reinforcing ribs 43L, 43R, respectively, on the left and right sides below the mounting tube 37. The left and right reinforcing ribs 43L, 43R have a tapered shape that narrows in width as they move downwards on the vehicle body. The left and right reinforcing ribs 43L, 43R are formed from the bottom of the mounting tube 37 to a height (≒ approximately half the vertical length of the crawler guide 25 and mounting tube 37) that does not contact the upper end of the crawler core 44 formed on the inner circumference of the crawler belt 20. Front and rear reinforcing ribs 45F, 45R are formed on the front and rear of the mounting tube 37, each drawing a concave arc (in a side view). The arc portion 46 of the rear reinforcing rib 45R, which is located at the rearmost part of the rear crawler guide 25R, is arranged concentrically with the outer circumferential shape of the pressure adjustment rotor 13 of the tension adjustment unit 26.
[0017] Therefore, by forming reinforcing ribs 43L, 43R on the front, rear, left and right sides of the mounting tube 37, the strength against the load applied to the crawler guide 25 can be improved, thereby preventing damage to the crawler guide 25 and crawler components. The lower ends of the left and right reinforcing ribs 43L, 43R are positioned at a height that does not interfere with the core metal 44 of the crawler belt 20, thereby ensuring strength while preventing the rotation of the crawler belt 20 from being disturbed, stabilizing the running and preventing the crawler belt 20 from falling off. Therefore, by aligning the longest vertical length of the front and rear reinforcing ribs 45F, 45R with the support portion located at the bottom of the mounting tube 37, and by aligning the lower sides of the front and rear reinforcing ribs 45F, 45R with the guide plate, the strength of the front and rear crawler guides 25F, 25R can be improved.
[0018] In addition, the front and rear reinforcing ribs 45F, 45R also function as walls that prevent mud from entering from outside the vehicle between the front and rear of the ground-contacting wheels 16, preventing mud from accumulating in the winding area of the crawler belt 20, increasing its weight, and preventing the crawler belt 20 from slipping and falling off, making it unable to travel. As shown in Figure 8, the roller unit 17 is mounted by attaching the left and right reinforcing covers 35 to the track frame 27, and bringing the upper surfaces of the support members 52 and mounting protrusions 53 that make up the roller unit 17 into contact with the underside of the reinforcing plate 39. The roller unit 17 is then attached by passing a fixing member 29 through a mounting hole 30 formed by a mounting hole formed in the top of the support member 52 and a mounting hole formed in the reinforcing cover 35 and tightening it. To remove the roller unit 17, loosen and pull out the fixing member 29, allowing the roller unit 17 to be moved downward. Note that if a receiving member for the fixing member 29, such as a nut, is fixed to the location of the mounting hole 30 on the reinforcing cover 35 opposite the side where the fixing member 29 is inserted, the work of attaching and removing the fixing member 29 can be made easier.
[0019] That is, the roller unit 17 is configured by attaching the left and right ground-contacting wheels 16 to a rotating shaft 50 extending in the left-right direction, the rotating shaft 50 being rotatably mounted on an axle holder 51, and fixedly attaching the lower parts of a pair of left and right support members 52 that stand upright to the top of the axle holder 51 and between the left and right ground contacting wheels 16. Mounting holes 30 are formed in the tops of the support members 52 so as to communicate with mounting holes formed in the reinforcing cover 35, and the roller unit 17 is attached to the track frame 27 by inserting a fixing member 29 into the mounting hole 30. To remove the roller unit 17, the fixing member 29 is loosened and pulled out, allowing the roller unit 17 to be moved downward. Note that if a receiving member for the fixing member 29, such as a nut, is secured to the location of the mounting hole 30 on the reinforcing cover 35 opposite the side where the fixing member 29 is inserted, the fixing member 29 can be easily attached and removed. Furthermore, if the mounting hole 30 is positioned higher than the top surface of the ground contact ring 16, the fixing member 29 can be attached and detached without interfering with the ground contact ring 16, making the attachment and detachment work easier.
[0020] The ground wheels 16 that make up the roller unit 17 are arranged on both the left and right sides of an axle holder 51 that houses the rotating axle 50 of the ground wheel 16, and left and right support members 52 are connected near the center between the front and rear of the top of the axle holder 51, and mounting protrusions 53 formed in an "H" shape when viewed from above are erected on each. An air vent valve 54 is arranged on the front or rear side of the axle holder 51, below the mounting protrusions 53, to release excess air from inside the axle holder 51, and an oil inlet 55 is formed at the connection between the ground wheel 16 and the rotating axle 50 on the outside of the aircraft, to supply lubricant to the rotating axle 50 inside the axle holder 51 (Figure 7). By making the mounting projection 53 H-shaped when viewed from above, the strength of the roller unit 17 is improved and damage due to load is prevented.
[0021] By forming an air vent valve 54 facing the front or rear of the aircraft at the bottom of the mounting projection 53, a space (flow path) is secured for air to escape when the internal pressure increases, ensuring reliable air venting. The harvesting device 4 is positioned at the front of the machine body, and a sorting device (thresher) 3 that removes unnecessary parts (stems, leaves, etc.) from the harvested crop is located behind the harvesting device 4 and toward the left side of the machine body, and a control unit 6, a power unit (engine, HST, etc.) 60, and a recovery device (storage tank) 5 that stores the harvested crop are located behind the harvesting device 4 and toward the right side of the machine body, a fuel tank 61 is located at the rear left side of the machine body, and a tank cover 62 is located below the fuel tank 61, and a balance weight 63 is detachably attached to the tank cover 62, and the tank cover 62 is configured to be positioned rearward of the rear end of the traveling crawler 10 (Figures 10 and 11).
[0022] By attaching a balance weight 63 to the rear left side of the machine body, it is possible to prevent the center of gravity in the left-right direction from shifting to the right side of the machine body, especially when harvested products are stored, and therefore it is possible to prevent a decrease in straight-line running ability and turning running ability. In addition, the weight of the reaping device 4 at the front of the machine body and the resistance applied during reaping can prevent the machine body from tilting forward, preventing the front end of the reaping device 4 from coming into contact with the field surface and causing reaping / harvesting errors or damage. Since the mounting position of the balance weight 63 does not overlap with the traveling crawler 10, the traveling crawler 10 does not interfere with the work of attaching and detaching the balance weight 63, and a decrease in work efficiency is prevented.
[0023] The square tube 71 of the track frame 27 is covered from above with a frame cover 41, a frame 70 is provided below the square tube 71, the square tube 71 and frame 70 are placed inside the frame cover 41, the mounting tube 37 of the crawler guide 25 is positioned below the frame 70, and the fixing member 29 is inserted into this mounting tube 37 from the side of the machine body and tightened (Figure 5). Therefore, the frame 70, the square tube 71 and the frame cover 41 are fixed together by the fixing member 29. Therefore, the vertical load resistance can be strengthened.
[0024] In addition, durability is improved (to prevent damage to the roller shaft and bearings) and deformation of the track frame 27 is prevented, making it possible to stabilize the machine's posture (forward / backward and left / right) when crossing wet paddy fields, ridges, entering fields, and turning. In addition, the roller units 17 can be detached one by one, improving maintenance performance. The detachable crawler guide 25 (mounting tube 37) is installed in close contact with the frame cover 41 of the track frame 27 and the underside of the frame 70 inside it, and is fastened from the side of the machine body by a fixing member 29 (Figure 5). This allows for stronger support for loads in the vertical direction.
[0025] In addition, durability is improved (to prevent damage to the roller shaft and bearings) and deformation of the track frame 27 is prevented, making it possible to stabilize the machine's posture (forward / backward and left / right) when crossing wet paddy fields, ridges, entering fields, and turning. In addition, the roller units 17 can be detached one by one, improving maintenance performance. The square tubes 71 in the front-to-rear direction within the frame covers 41 arranged at the left and right lower parts of the traveling frame 11 and the idle roller tension arms 72 inserted into the square tubes 71 are arranged in a straight line. Therefore, durability is improved (prevention of damage to the roller shaft and bearings), deformation of the track frame 27 is prevented, and the machine attitude can be stabilized (forward / backward / left / right) when going over wet rice paddies, ridges, entering fields, and turning. In addition, each roller unit 17 can be detached and attached individually, improving maintenance performance.
[0026] That is, since the track frame 27 of the running frame 11 is attached to the front and rear foot frames 31 on the machine side, if it is damaged, replacement work will be extensive, but the reinforcing cover 35 etc. can be attached and detached from the track frame 27 relatively easily. Therefore, since forming mounting holes in the track frame 27 may make that part weak against loads, the track frame 27 is made in the shape of a square pillar without holes to ensure strength while minimizing weight gain, and the track wheel unit 17 and crawler guide 25 are attached indirectly via a reinforcing cover 35 or the like. In other words, the configuration of the running frame 11 is arbitrary, but in this embodiment, the square tube 71 of the track frame 27 and the frame 70 below the square tube 71 are arranged stacked in the vertical direction, and the square tube 71 and the frame 70 are covered integrally by the frame cover 41, and the roller unit 17, crawler guide 25 and tension unit 26 are attached to the frame cover 41 (running frame 1) side.
[0027] The insertion portions of the angular tubes 71 and idle roller tension arms 72 in the front-rear direction within the frame covers 41 arranged on the left and right lower portions of the traveling frame 11 are arranged in a straight line. The rear foot frame 31 is placed at the joint between the front-to-rear angular tube 71 and the insertion part of the idle roller tension arm 72 inside the frame cover 41 located at the left and right lower parts of the running frame 11 (Figure 2).
[0028] The rear foot frame 31 is disposed at the joint of the insertion portion of the idle roller tension arm 72 and the front-rear angular tube 71 in the frame cover 41 disposed on the left and right lower portions of the traveling frame 11. The fastening directions of the fixing members 29 of the traveling crawler 10, the driving rotor 12, the pressure adjusting rotor 13, the crawler guide 25, and the roller unit 17 are all perpendicular to the traveling direction of the machine body, on both the left and right sides. This makes maintenance easier. The joint configuration between the crawler guide 25 and the track frame 27 is such that the upper ends of the mounting tubes 37 (hubs) of the track frame 27 form a flat surface 38, reinforcing plates 39 are provided below the track frame 27 across the front-to-rear direction, and the upper parts of strength plates 74, which are rectangular parallelepiped plates protruding downward, are fixed to these reinforcing plates 39, with the strength plates 74 provided at multiple locations at predetermined intervals in the front-to-rear direction. Specifically, the same number of strength plates 74 as the mounting tubes 37 are provided at the same front-to-rear intervals, and the lower end faces of the strength plates 74 are in surface contact with the flat surface 38, which distributes pressure when a load is applied, thereby maintaining strength; in other words, a configuration in which durability is less likely to decrease due to load.
[0029] This improves durability (prevents damage to the roller shaft and bearings) and prevents deformation of the track frame 27. The installation portion of the crawler guide 25 has a shape whose width increases up to the center when viewed from the front. The mounting portion of the crawler guide 25 (the portion for mounting the crawler guide 25 to the frame cover 41) is configured such that, when viewed from the front, the left-right width from near the upper end to the center is wider than the left-right width from the center to the lower end, and by making the left-right width from the center to the lower end the same, the shape does not obstruct the crawler core wire passing area through which the core wire 44 of the crawler 10 passes.
[0030] The outer shape of the rear end connecting plate 40 of the crawler guide 25 and the outer periphery of the idle roller pressure adjusting rotor 13 are formed into a concentric arc shape. Therefore, when the idle roller pressure adjusting rotor 13 is moved forward and stored when transporting the work machine, the pressure adjusting rotor 13 can be brought closer to the crawler guide 25, making it possible to make the machine more compact. The roller unit 17 is detachable from the running frame 11 independently. The roller units 17 can be detached one by one, improving maintenance performance. The mounting projection 53 of the mounting member 28 that is joined to the track frame 27 of the roller unit 17 that is independently detachable from the running frame 11 is configured to be H-shaped in plan view (FIG. 7). Therefore, the strength of the mounting member 28 can be maintained and the weight can be reduced.
[0031] The mounting member 28 of the roller unit 17, which can be detached independently from the running frame 11, is configured in an H-shape in plan view, and a grease inlet 55 is disposed between the mounting member 28 and the rotating shaft 50. The air vent valve 54 provided on the mounting member 28 is oriented toward the side where the space is located. This makes it easier to handle tools used for bleeding air. In the crawler guide 25, the fixing member 29 is disposed above the upper surface of the ground contact wheel 16 of the roller 15 in a side view. Therefore, wear can be prevented. Of the rollers 15 of the detachable roller unit 17 arranged side by side in the front-to-rear direction, the central and upper rollers have small diameters. This reduces weight and prevents vibrations when crossing overbanks.
[0032] The installation portion of the track frame 27 of the detachable crawler guide 25 is configured so that the upper part is inscribed inside the frame cover 41 of the track frame 27 and is fastened from both sides by fixing members 29. Therefore, it is possible to strengthen the entire structure. The installation portion of the track frame 27 of the detachable roller is configured so that the upper part is inscribed inside the frame cover 41 of the track frame 27 and is fastened from both sides by fixing members 29. Therefore, it is possible to strengthen the entire structure. The detachable roller unit 17 is installed in close contact with the frame cover 41 of the track frame 27 at both ends of the running frame 11 and the underside of the square tube 71 inside it, and is fastened from both sides by the fixing members 29. Therefore, it is possible to strengthen the ability to withstand loads in the vertical direction.
[0033] A balance weight 63 made of a square timber (thin plate shape) can be installed under the tank cover 62 (LH, RH) of the fuel tank 61 (FIG. 10). By attaching or removing the required number of balance weights 63, the weight balance between the left and right and the front and rear can be improved, which reduces shaking of the operator caused by the front and rear or left and right tilt of the machine body, and reduces fatigue during long hours of work. In addition, since it is possible to prevent deviations in the cutting height and cutting position of the stalks, the amount of stalks left uncut in the field is reduced, and manual work time and labor are shortened. A plurality of balance weights 63 having the same shape are prepared, and one or more of them can be installed one on top of the other. This allows more balance weights 63 to be mounted in a limited mounting space, making it possible to appropriately adjust the weight balance.
[0034] A plurality of balance weights 63 are installed under the tank cover 62 (LH, RH) of the fuel tank 61, and are arranged so as not to overlap with the rear ends of the left and right traveling crawlers 10. Therefore, a space for attachment and detachment work can be secured, which makes it easy to attach and detach the balance weight 63, improving work efficiency. The balance weight 63 (tank cover 62) is disposed above the upper surfaces of the left and right traveling crawlers 10, and mounting members such as bolts (not shown) of corresponding lengths are used. Therefore, it is possible to avoid the so-called "mud pushing" caused by the balance weight 63 and the tank cover 62 coming into contact with the field surface, and it is possible to prevent a decrease in traveling speed and adhesion of mud from the field.
[0035] Due to the structure of the machine, heavy objects such as the harvesting device 4 and power unit 60 are concentrated at the front of the machine, and the recovery device 5, which is located towards the rear on one of the left and right sides of the machine, is lightweight when there is little stored material. Therefore, if the balance weight 63 and tank cover 62 are configured to be concentrated in the center of the machine at the rear end or at the left end of the machine, it becomes easier to stabilize the weight balance, the machine's tilt in the fore-and-aft and left-and-right directions is reduced, and it becomes possible to work in a position that is close to horizontal to the ground. A resin guard 81 is installed behind the thighs of the operator seated in the operator seat 80 of the control unit 6 to block heat radiation from the engine (Fig. 12). Therefore, the guard 81 can cope with the temperature rise at the feet of the worker, and reduce fatigue during long hours of work.
[0036] The guard 81 can be opened and closed by a knob bolt 82. That is, the upper part of the guard 81 is attached to the attachment shaft 82 so that the lower part of the guard 81 can rotate freely. This allows the amount of heat dissipated from the engine to be adjusted by rotating the guard 81, improving the seating environment. The guard 81 may have any configuration. For example, the guard 81 may be configured by providing a guard portion 84 on the front side of the insulator 83, and the guard portion 84 may be provided with a knob bolt 82. In FIG. 15, guards 81 are provided behind the thighs of an operator seated on an operator seat 80, and are also provided on the inner side surfaces of side panels 85. [Explanation of symbols]
