Abstract

To provide a solar cell panel and a solar cell system that can achieve both of securement of transparency and high conversion efficiency.SOLUTION: A solar cell panel comprises: a solar cell layer 4 that receives sunlight and generates electric power, and has transparency; and a transparent / reflection switch layer 5 capable of switching between a mirror state in which visible light is reflected and a transmission state in which visible light is transmitted. Accordingly, by providing the transparent / reflection switch layer 5, transparency can be secured by switching the transparent / reflection switch layer 5 to the transmission state. Also, by switching the transparent / reflection switch layer 5 to the mirror state, sunlight is reflected to be incident on the solar cell layer 4, thus improving power generation efficiency in the solar cell layer 4. As a result, both of securement of transparency and high conversion efficiency can be achieved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
