Abstract
The present invention discloses a water-lubricated high-pressure pump using rolling bearings, and relates to the technical field of high-pressure water pumps. The water-lubricated high-pressure pump using rolling bearings includes a driving mechanism, a housing, a rolling bearing, an isolation structure, at least one plunger, and a plunger chamber. The driving mechanism includes a main shaft and at least one eccentric structure, and the main shaft is rotatably connected to the housing via a rolling bearing on at least one side. The eccentric structure is located in a first cavity of the housing, and the first cavity is used to fill water or an aqueous solution. The rolling bearing is located in a second cavity of the housing, and the isolation structure seals the water or aqueous solution in the housing from entering the second cavity. When the eccentric structure rotates, it pushes the plunger to move in the plunger chamber, thereby realizing pressurization of the water or aqueous solution. The driving mechanism according to the present invention does not use lubricating oil, and uses a traditional rolling bearing for the support structure of the main shaft, avoiding hydrostatic support, and has a simple structure.
