Abstract
To provide a level shift circuit that achieves both high-speed operation and low current consumption.SOLUTION: A level shift circuit comprises a first impedance, a second impedance, a first transistor, a second transistor, a current source, and a first capacitor. The first impedance has a first end connected with a positive side power supply voltage. The second impedance has a first end connected with the positive side power supply voltage and outputs an output signal from a second end. The first transistor has a control terminal for receiving an input signal and a first end connected with a second end of the first impedance. The second transistor has a control terminal for receiving a differential signal of the input signal, a first end connected with the second end of the second impedance, and a second end connected with the second end of the first transistor. The current source has a first end connected with the second end of the first transistor and a second end connected with a negative side power supply voltage. The first capacitor has a first end connected with the second end of the second impedance and a second end for receiving a signal with the same phase as the input signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
