Abstract

To provide a packaging box that enables efficient breaking operations while suppressing strength deterioration.SOLUTION: The packaging box includes: a body having a pair of first side walls facing in a first direction and a pair of second side walls facing in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction; a bottom wall closing the lower opening of the body; a top wall closing the upper opening of the body; a hand hole 17 in each of the pair of first side walls; cutting means T formed on the inner surface of the body and extending from one of the side walls to the other of the first pair of side walls via the second pair of side walls; and a plucking part 41 provided on each of the first pair of side walls with the cutting means attached to the inner surface. The hand hole portion has a first cut line and forms an opening when pushed in the first direction. [0001] The present invention relates to a packaging box. [Background technology]

[0002] In some cases, a packaging box is used in such a way that the contents contained therein are not transferred but are simply taken out of the box when needed. In this case, it is preferable for the packaging box to have a lid, as this makes it difficult for dust and the like to get into the box.

[0003] Generally, when a packaging box is opened and the opened portion is to be used as a lid, it is necessary to break a portion of the packaging box. Conventionally, as a means for causing the film to break, it has been known to provide a cutting tape for inducing the break or to provide a tearable perforation. Patent Document 1 discloses a packaging box in which tear-off tape is provided on the inner surface of both side wall panels, and the box is opened into a tray-like shape by cutting both side wall panels with the cut tape from the tear-off starting point, which is an H-shaped cut formed in the side wall panels.

[0004] The packaging box of Patent Document 1 has a problem in that it is necessary to press into an H-shaped slit formed in a flat side wall plate and pick up the end of the cutting tape, which is time-consuming. Patent Document 2 discloses a packaging box in which cutting tape is provided on the side wall panels and inner flaps, and a gripping portion is provided at the tip of each inner flap with a pair of tear initiation slits formed along the top and bottom of the tearing portion, and multiple slits toward the gripping portion are provided on both side ends of the abutting portion of at least one of the top and bottom outer flaps, and the slits form a push-in portion that can be freely pushed in to allow fingers to hook onto the edge of the gripping portion. [0006] In the packaging boxes of Patent Documents 1 and 2, when the end of the cutting tape is pinched, an additional step of pushing the cut is required. Therefore, there is a need for an improvement in the efficiency of the work of tearing packaging boxes. Furthermore, there is a problem in that the hand holes provided in the side walls of the packaging box and the H-shaped cuts that serve as a handle when cutting the box can both cause the strength of the packaging box to deteriorate.

[0007] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above points, and has an object to provide a packaging box that can suppress deterioration in strength and that can be efficiently broken. [Means for solving the problem]

[0008] The present invention has the following aspects. [1] A packaging box comprising: a body portion having a pair of first side walls opposing each other in a first direction and a pair of second side walls opposing each other in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction; a bottom wall closing a lower opening of the body portion; a top wall closing an upper opening of the body portion; hand holes provided in each of the pair of first side walls; cutting means formed on the inner surface of the body portion and extending from one of the pair of first side walls via the pair of second side walls to the other of the pair of first side walls; and gripping portions provided in each of the pair of first side walls, the cutting means being attached to the inner surface of each of the pair of first side walls, wherein the hand holes have first cut lines extending in the vertical direction on both sides of the second direction, and an opening is formed when the box is pushed in the first direction; and the gripping portions are located outside the first cut lines in the second direction, and are formed in an area surrounded by the first cut lines and a pair of second cut lines formed at a distance in the vertical direction and extending in the second direction. [2] The packaging box according to [1], wherein the cutting means includes a cutting tape. [3] The packaging box according to [1] or [2], wherein the first side wall has either an inner flap or an outer flap that protrudes upward and downward, respectively, the second side wall has either an inner flap or an outer flap that protrudes upward and downward, respectively, and the top wall and the bottom wall are formed by the folded inner flap and the outer flap, respectively. [4] The packaging box according to [1] or [2], wherein the second side wall has a side flap, the first side wall has a pair of the side flaps abutted in the second direction, and the hand hole portion is formed across the pair of the side flaps abutted in the second direction. [5] The packaging box described in [4], wherein the top wall has an upper flap protruding in the first direction, the bottom wall has a lower flap protruding in the first direction, and the upper flap and the lower flap are attached to the first side wall from the outside in the first direction with the hand hole portion and the grip portion exposed, respectively. The following embodiment shows one aspect of the present invention, does not limit the present invention, and can be modified as desired within the scope of the technical concept of the present invention. The cutting means T is, for example, a liner cutter, a zipper, a cutting tape, etc. In the present invention, a cutting tape that does not affect the strength of the packaging box 1 is most preferable. In the blank sheet S, the cutting tape T is arranged on the inner surface of the body 10 across the first side wall 12, the second side wall 14, the first side wall 11, the second side wall 13, and the joining piece 15, in the vertical center of the hand hole 17. In the assembled packaging box 1, the cutting tape T extends from the first side wall 11 through the second side wall 14 to the first side wall 12, and also extends from the first side wall 11 through the second side wall 13 to the first side wall 12. The cutting tape T is parallel to the creases L5 to L8 that form the lower edges of each wall and parallel to the creases L9 to L12 that form the upper edges of each wall. The packaging box 1 can be opened and separated into upper and lower parts by cutting off the area including the cutting tape T in a strip shape.

[0027] The gripping portions 41 are provided on both sides of the hand hole 17 in the Y direction. Cutting tape T is attached to the inner surface of the gripping portion 41. The gripping portion 41 is formed in an area surrounded by a first cut line 52 and a pair of second cut lines 56A, 56B. Therefore, in the packaging box 1 of this embodiment, it is possible to suppress deterioration in strength, and to efficiently perform the breaking operation for opening the packaging into tray-like form.
