Abstract
Description
[Technical Field]
[0001] The present invention relates to building materials, and more particularly to building materials equipped with slidable shoji screens that can be attached to exterior wall openings of reinforced concrete apartment buildings and the like. [Background technology]
[0002] When installing sliding sashes or the like in exterior wall openings of reinforced concrete apartment buildings, a wet construction method is typically used, in which anchor parts attached to the sash frame are welded to connecting bars fixed to the main body, and mortar is filled into the gap between the sash frame and the main body. On the other hand, in recent years, dry fitting structures for sash frames that are not filled with mortar have also come to be adopted (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0003] In Patent Document 1, in order to suppress deformation of the sash frame in the event of a fire, a structure is adopted which includes at least two body fixing parts attached to the body side of the sash frame with a gap in the longitudinal direction of the sash frame, and a sash frame reinforcing material attached to the body side of the sash frame and extending along the longitudinal direction of the sash frame over a length range that includes the attachment positions of the at least two body fixing parts. [0004] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2015-94083 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] In Patent Document 1, in addition to the frame fixing portion, a sash frame reinforcing material must be provided, which poses a problem of increasing costs because the sash frame reinforcing material must be prepared according to the dimensions of the sash frame. On the other hand, in order to realize a dry fitting structure using the same anchor parts as in the wet construction method, the inventors conducted a fire resistance test and discovered the following new problem. That is, when a sash frame is fixed to a frame frame with multiple anchor parts, the number of anchor parts is set according to the length of the sash frame. To minimize the number of anchor parts, end anchor parts are attached to the top and bottom frames and the left and right vertical frames of the sash frame at positions a certain distance from the corners of the sash frame, and intermediate anchor parts are attached at specified intervals between the end anchor parts of each frame. Because this sash frame does not have anchor parts attached to the corners, when the sash frame heats up during a fire, the vertical frames expand vertically, and the top and bottom frames expand horizontally. In a dry-fitting structure, because no mortar or other materials are filled in, the thermal expansion of each frame causes the left and right ends of the bottom frame to curve downwards. Therefore, if a sliding screen is installed that can move on a rail formed in the bottom frame, the gap between the bottom surface of the bottom edge of the bottom frame of the sliding screen and the top surface of the bottom frame becomes large, making it more likely for gaps to form. Gaps are particularly likely to become large in fittings with long vertical frames, such as stepped windows. In the case of an indoor fire, if the airtight material installed between the interior surface of the inner shoji screen and its bottom frame is burned, air will flow from the outside (non-heated surface) to the inside (heated surface) via the underside of the edge of the bottom frame of the inner shoji screen, and this air may mix with gas generated by melting the plastic parts of the inner shoji screen, such as the rollers, and flow inside the room. Because this mixed gas also flows slightly to the non-heated surface, if the mixed gas burns on the heated surface side, flames may also spread to the non-heated surface, causing a flame to break out on the non-heated surface of the edge of the bottom frame of the inner shoji screen. These issues are more pronounced with dry construction methods, but can also occur with wet construction methods. For example, if there are gaps in the cross section of the sash, such as hollow spaces, the thermal expansion of the vertical frames during a fire can crush the gaps in the corners of the sash, causing the sash to sink. Also, if there are corners of the sash that are difficult to fill with mortar, the thermal expansion of each frame during a fire can cause the corners of the sash to sink. In these cases, as with dry construction, there is a risk of fire starting on the unheated surface of the bottom frame of the inner shoji screen on the door edge.
[0006] The object of the present invention is to provide a fitting with a dry fitting structure that can prevent flames from breaking out on the exterior surface of the door edge of the bottom frame of an inner shoji screen in the event of an indoor fire. [Means for solving the problem]
[0007] The building fixture of the present invention comprises a frame body formed by framing an upper frame, a lower frame, and left and right vertical frames, and at least one movable shoji screen that is freely slidable within the frame body, the frame body being fixed to the main body using at least an end fixing device that is attached at a position a certain distance away from the joint between the upper frame, the lower frame, and the left and right vertical frames, the upper frame and the lower frame having a rail that guides the movable shoji screen, the movable shoji screen having a groove that straddles the rail, and the lower frame of the inner shoji screen that is positioned closest to the interior of the room has a first heated foam material provided on the interior side of the groove and a second heated foam material provided on the exterior side of the groove, at least in the area closer to the door edge than the end fixing device located on the door edge side of the inner shoji screen when it is in the closed position in the lower frame. [Effects of the Invention]
[0008] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a fitting with a dry fitting structure that can prevent flames from igniting on the exterior surface of the door edge of the bottom frame of an inner shoji screen in the event of an indoor fire. [Brief explanation of the drawings]

[Figure 4] This is a cross-sectional view showing the bottom frame and bottom stile of the inner shoji screen of the building fixture. [Figure 5] (A) is a front view of the bottom frame of the inner shoji screen, and (B) is the underside of the bottom frame of the inner shoji screen. [Figure 6] FIG. [Figure 7] (A) is a top view showing part of the lower frame, (B) is a top view showing part of the lower frame and inner shoji screen, and (C) is a diagram showing the lower frame and the lower stile of the inner shoji screen. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0010] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The fitting 1 of this embodiment is a fitting to be attached to an opening in the exterior wall of a reinforced concrete apartment building or the like, and is a stepped window with a lower window and an upper window. Figure 1 is an interior view of the stepped window that is the fitting 1, Figure 2 is a vertical cross-sectional view of the fitting 1, and Figure 3 is a horizontal cross-sectional view of the lower window portion of the fitting 1. 1 to 3, the fitting 1 comprises a frame 10, an inner shoji screen 20A and an outer shoji screen 30A for the lower window, and an inner shoji screen 20B and an outer shoji screen 30B for the upper window. In other words, the fitting 1 of this embodiment is a stepped window in which the upper and lower windows are each sliding windows.
[0011] [Frame] The frame body 10 is constructed by framing an upper frame 11, a lower frame 12, and left and right vertical frames 13, 14 in a rectangular shape, and further by suspending a lattice 15 between the vertical frames 13 and 14. The frame 10 is fixed to a skeleton (not shown) by fasteners 6 in a dry-fitting structure. That is, connecting bars 7 made of reinforcing bars or the like are fixed to the skeleton, which is made of reinforced concrete or the like. Meanwhile, anchor parts are attached to the frame 10 as fasteners 6. Then, the frame 10 is fixed to the skeleton of the building by welding the fasteners 6 to the connecting bars 7.
[0012] The fasteners 6 include end fasteners 6A located at a predetermined distance L1 from the inner circumferential corners of the corners of the frame body 10, i.e., where the upper and lower frames 11 and 12 are joined to the vertical frames 13 and 14, and intermediate fasteners 6B located between the end fasteners 6A in each of the frames 11-14. The predetermined distance L1 is set appropriately, but is, for example, 100 mm. The intermediate fasteners 6B are not essential, and may not be necessary for small-sized building fixtures 1. Since Figure 1 is an interior view of the fitting 1, the right side of Figure 1 shows the inner shoji screens 20A and 20B, and the left side shows the outer shoji screens 30A and 30B. Therefore, of the fasteners 6 that secure the bottom frame 12, the middle fastener 6B is located at the join position, the end fastener 6A provided to the right of the middle fastener 6B is the end fastener on the door edge side of the inner shoji screen 20A, and the end fastener 6A provided to the left of the middle fastener 6B is the end fastener on the door edge side of the outer shoji screen 30A. The presence or absence and location of the middle fastener 6B are appropriately determined depending on the size of the fitting 1. For example, if two middle fasteners 6B are provided to secure the top frame 11 and the bottom frame 12, the middle fastener 6B is located not at the join position but between the left and right end fasteners 6A and the join position.
[0013] As shown in FIG. 2, the upper frame 11 includes a projection portion 110, and an inner rail 111 and an outer rail 112 that protrude downward from the projection portion 110.
[0014] As shown in Figure 4, the lower frame 12 comprises a projection piece 120, an inner rail 121 and an outer rail 122 protruding upward from the projection piece 120, a seal retaining piece 123 extending from the lower end of the inner rail 121 to the outside of the room, a connecting piece 124 extending from the lower end of the inner rail 121 to the inside of the room, and an indoor piece 125 protruding upward from the indoor end of the connecting piece 124. The seal retaining piece 123 is cut approximately in the center in the left-right direction, which is the longitudinal direction of the lower frame 12. An airtight material 126 that abuts against the outer shoji screen 30A is attached to the portion of the seal retaining piece 123 that is located on the inside of the outer shoji screen 30A in the closed position, and an airtight material 127 that abuts against the inner shoji screen 20A is attached to the indoor piece 125. The lower frame 12 is configured so that the height position of the inner rail 121 is higher than the outer rail 122. Therefore, the projection portion 120 has a gentle slope that forms a water gradient in the outer rail 122 portion, but is formed to rise sharply upward from near the lower position of the inner rail 121.
[0015] As shown in Figure 2, the transom 15 is formed into a hollow cylindrical shape and includes an upper projection portion 150 and a lower projection portion 160. The upper projection portion 150 is configured similarly to the lower frame 12 and includes an inner rail 151 and an outer rail 152 protruding upward from the upper projection portion 150, a seal retaining portion 153 extending from the lower end of the inner rail 151 toward the outside of the room, a connecting portion 154 extending from the lower end of the inner rail 151 toward the inside of the room, and an interior portion 155 protruding upward from the interior end of the connecting portion 154. An airtight material 156 that abuts against the outer shoji screen 30B is attached to the seal retaining portion 153. An airtight material 157 that abuts against the inner shoji screen 20B is attached to the interior portion 155 along the entire length of the lower frame 12. Like the lower frame 12, the upper surface projection portion 150 is configured so that the height position of the inner rail 151 is higher than the outer rail 152. Similar to the upper frame 11, the lower surface projection portion 160 has an inner rail 161 and an outer rail 162 protruding downward.
[0016] As shown in Figure 3, the vertical frames 13, 14 are formed with projection pieces 130, 140, and protruding pieces 131, 141 and seal retaining pieces 132, 142 that protrude inward from the projection pieces 130, 140. The projection direction positions of the projection pieces 131, 141 are approximately the same as the outer rail 122 and inner rail 121 of the lower frame 12, respectively. Airtight materials 133, 143 that abut against the door edge frames of the outer shoji screens 30A, 30B and inner shoji screens 20A, 20B are attached to the seal retaining pieces 132, 142, respectively. The protruding pieces 131, 141 and seal retaining pieces 132, 142 of the vertical frames 13, 14 have been removed at the portions where the end faces of the upper frame 11, lower frame 12 and interlining 15 are joined.
[0017] [Shoji screen] Next, we will explain the configuration of the inner shoji 20A, 20B and outer shoji 30A, 30B that are incorporated into the frame body 10. The inner shoji 20B and outer shoji 30B for upper windows have smaller height dimensions than the inner shoji 20A and outer shoji 30A for lower windows, and therefore have a similar configuration except for differences in the size of the rollers 70, etc. Therefore, in the following explanation, we will explain the inner shoji 20A and outer shoji 30A for lower windows, and will omit explanations of the inner shoji 20B and outer shoji 30B for upper windows.
[0018] [Inner Shoji Screen] As shown in Figures 1 to 3, the inner shoji screens 20A and 20B are constructed by framing an upper frame 21, a lower frame 22, a door edge frame 23, and a door joint frame 24 in a rectangular shape, with double-pane glass 25 installed inside. The upper frame 21 has a groove portion 210 that straddles the inner rail 151. 4, the lower frame 22 has a groove 220 that straddles the inner rail 121. The groove 220 comprises an indoor piece 221 that is arranged on the indoor side of the inner rail 121, an outdoor piece 222 that is arranged on the outdoor side of the inner rail 121, and a connecting piece 223 that connects the indoor piece 221 and the outdoor piece 222. Therefore, the surface of the indoor piece 221 that faces the inner rail 121 is the indoor side surface 221A of the groove 220, and the surface of the outdoor piece 222 that faces the inner rail 121 is the outdoor side surface 222A of the groove 220. The indoor piece 221 and the outdoor piece 222 are also provided with a connecting piece 224 above the connecting piece 223, and a hollow space is formed between the connecting piece 223 and the connecting piece 224. Door rollers 70 inserted into the hollow space are provided at both left and right ends of the lower frame 22.
[0019] As shown in FIG. 5 , the door roller 70 includes a guide member 71 press-fitted into the hollow portion, an outer frame 72 fixed to the guide member 71, an inner frame 73 whose height position is adjustable in the vertical direction relative to the outer frame 72, and a roller 74 rotatably supported on the inner frame 73. The roller 74 is a component made of POM (polyacetal resin). PEEK (polyether ether ketone resin) can also be used as a material for the door roller roller 74, but it is more expensive than POM, increasing costs. For this reason, in this embodiment, the roller 74 is made of POM, which has a lower melting point than PEEK but is less expensive. The portion of the connecting piece 223 where the roller 74 is located is open, and the lower end of the roller 74 protrudes below the connecting piece 223 to be able to run on the inner rail 121.
[0020] As shown in FIG. 3, the door frame 23 of the inner shoji screen 20A has a groove 230 that straddles the protruding piece 141 of the vertical frame 14. The joint frame 24 of the inner shoji screen 20A has a projection piece 241 that faces the outer peripheral surface of the double-glazed glass 25, and an exterior surface 242 that faces the joint frame 34 of the outer shoji screen 30A.
[0021] [Outer Shoji Screen] The outer shoji screen 30A has the same configuration as the inner shoji screen 20A, and as shown in Figures 1 to 3, is constructed by framing an upper frame 31, a lower frame 32, a door edge frame 33, and a door joint frame 34 in a rectangular shape, with double-pane glass 35 installed inside. The upper frame 31 of the outer shoji screen 30A has a groove portion 310 that straddles the outer rail 152.
[0022] The bottom frame 32 of the outer shoji screen 30A has a groove 320 that straddles the outer rail 122. The groove 320 includes an exterior piece 321 that is arranged on the exterior side of the outer rail 122, an interior piece 322 that is arranged on the interior side of the outer rail 122, and a connecting piece 323 that connects the exterior piece 321 and the interior piece 322. The exterior piece 321 and the interior piece 322 have connecting pieces 324 and 325 above connecting piece 323, and hollow spaces are formed between connecting piece 323 and connecting piece 324, and between connecting piece 324 and connecting piece 325. A door roller 70 is provided in the lower hollow space, similar to the inner shoji screen 20A.
[0023] As shown in Figure 3, the door frame 33 of the outer shoji screen 30A has a groove portion 330 that straddles the protruding piece 131 of the vertical frame 13. The joint frame 34 of the outer shoji screen 30A has a projection piece 341 facing the outer peripheral surface of the double-glazed glass 35, and an interior surface 342 facing the joint frame 34 of the outer shoji screen 30A.
[0024] [Heated foam material for frame] Next, the heat-foaming material provided on the frame 10 of the fitting 1, which is a stepped window, will be described. Heat-forming foam material 41 is attached by adhesive or the like to the indoor piece provided on the outdoor side of the inner rail 111 of the upper frame 11. Heat-forming foam material 41 is provided over the entire longitudinal length of the upper frame 11, and in the event of a fire, foams in the space between it and the inner rail 111, sealing off the space between it and the upper frame 21 of the inner shoji screen 20B.
[0025] As shown in Figures 4 and 6, heat-foaming material is attached to the lower frame 12 according to the closed positions of the inner shoji screen 20A and the outer shoji screen 30A. That is, in the longitudinal direction of the lower frame 12, i.e., in the area from the middle position in the left-right direction to approximately half the area toward the vertical frame 14, a heated foam material 42 is attached to the upper surface of the connecting piece 124 on the indoor side of the inner rail 121, and heated foam materials 43, 44 are attached to the upper surface of the seal retaining piece 123 on the outdoor side of the inner rail 121. The heated foam material 42 is formed in the shape of a long plate and is attached to the upper surface of the connecting piece 124 between the inner rail 121 and the indoor piece 125. This heated foam material 42 is provided from the edge of the lower frame 12 on the vertical frame 14 side to the position of the wind stop plate 26 provided at approximately the middle position of the lower frame 12 in the left-right direction. The heated foam material 43 is formed in a plate shape with an L-shaped cross section, and is attached to the upper surface of the seal holding piece 123 and the outdoor surface of the inner rail 121 at the end of the lower frame 12 on the vertical frame 14 side. The heat-foamed material 44 is formed in a long plate shape and is attached to the upper surface of the seal holding piece 123 from the edge of the joining side of the heat-foamed material 43 to the cutting position of the seal holding piece 123. These heated foaming materials 42, 43, 44 foam in the event of a fire and expand to seal the space between the underside of the inner shoji screen 20A and the lower frame 12.
[0026] In the projection portion 120 of the lower frame 12, heated foam materials 45, 46 are attached between the inner rail 121 and the outer rail 122. The heated foam material 45 is provided below the door frame 34 of the outer shoji 30A. The heated foam material 46 is provided below the door edge frame 33 of the outer shoji 30A. These heated foaming materials 45, 46 foam in the event of a fire and expand to seal the space between the underside of the outer screen 30A and the lower frame 12.
[0027] Although not shown in the figure, in the vertical frame 13, in the projection piece portion 130, a heat-foaming material is arranged above the transom 15, i.e., in the portion facing the door stile 33 of the outer shoji screen 30B, and on both the outdoor and indoor sides of the protruding piece 131. On the other hand, in the projection piece portion 130, a heat-foaming material is not arranged below the transom 15, i.e., in the portion facing the door stile 33 of the outer shoji screen 30A. Although not shown in the figure, in the vertical frame 14, in the projection piece portion 140, a heat-foaming material is arranged above the transom 15, i.e., in the portion facing the door stile 23 of the inner shoji screen 20B, and on both the outdoor and indoor sides of the protruding piece 141. On the other hand, in the projection piece portion 140, a heat-foaming material is not arranged below the transom 15, i.e., in the portion facing the door stile 23 of the inner shoji screen 20A.
[0028] The underside of the transom 15 is provided with a heat-foaming material similar to that of the upper frame 11, and the upper side of the transom 15 is provided with a heat-foaming material similar to that of the lower frame 12. Therefore, a description thereof will be omitted.
[0029] [Heated foam material for shoji screens] Next, we will explain the heat-foaming material provided on the inner shoji 20A and outer shoji 30A. Note that the heat-foaming material provided on the inner shoji 20B and outer shoji 30B is the same as that of the inner shoji 20A and outer shoji 30A, so explanations will be omitted.
[0030] A heated foam material 51 is provided on the bottom surface of the groove portions 210, 310 of the upper frames 21, 31 of the inner shoji screen 20A and the outer shoji screen 30A, over the entire longitudinal length of the upper frames 21, 31.
[0031] As shown in Fig. 4, in the lower frame 22 of the inner shoji screen 20A, a pocket is formed on the interior side surface 221A of the interior piece 221, and a heat-foaming material 52 is attached to this pocket. The heat-foaming material 52 is inserted and attached from the end face of the pocket, and as shown in Fig. 5, it is arranged over the entire length of the lower frame 22. As shown in Fig. 4, a heat-foamed material 53 is adhered to the exterior side surface 222A of the exterior piece 222. As shown in Fig. 5, the heat-foamed material 53 is arranged within a certain range from the left and right end faces of the bottom frame 22. Specifically, one end 53A of the heat-foamed material 53 is arranged to align with the end face of the bottom frame 22, and the other end 53B of the heat-foamed material 53 is arranged so as to be at least closer to the center of the bottom frame 22 than the door roller 70. Furthermore, as shown in Figure 7, the heated foaming material 52 and the heated foaming material 53 are disposed at least in the area of the lower frame 12 closer to the door edge than the end fixing device 6A provided on the door edge side of the inner shoji screen 20A. Here, the area closer to the door edge than the end fixing device 6A means the area closer to the door edge than the end edge of the end fixing device 6A, i.e., the edge of the vertical frame 14, in a plan view of the lower frame 12 as shown in Figure 7. In this embodiment, the heated foaming material 52 is disposed along the entire length of the lower stile 22, and the end 53B of the heated foaming material 53 is located closer to the joint frame 24 than the end fixing device 6A. Therefore, in a plan view, the heated foaming material 52 and the heated foaming material 53 are disposed so as to overlap the end fixing device 6A.
[0032] As shown in Figure 2, heat-foaming materials 52, 53 are arranged on the bottom frame 32 of the outer shoji screen 30A, similar to the bottom frame 22 of the inner shoji screen 20A. Additionally, in the hollow portion above the hollow portion where the rollers 70 of the lower frame 32 of the outer shoji screen 30A are located, heated foam material 54 attached to metal fittings 326 is placed. Metal fittings 326 are placed at the left and right end positions of the hollow portion, and heated foam material 54 is placed in line with the drainage hole portion formed in the lower frame 32.
[0033] As shown in Figure 3, in the door frames 23, 33 of the inner shoji screen 20A and the outer shoji screen 30A, a heated foam material 55 is attached to the indoor side of the groove portions 230, 330 over the entire length of the door frame frames 23, 33, respectively. In each of the joint frames 24, 34 of the inner shoji screen 20A and the outer shoji screen 30A, a heated foam material 56 is attached to the inner and outer sides of the projection pieces 241, 341, respectively, with a spacer in between. In addition, a heat-foaming material 57 is attached to the exterior surface 242 of the joint frame 24, and a heat-foaming material 58 is attached to the interior surface 342 of the joint frame 34.
[0034] Of the heat-foaming materials provided in the fitting 1, the heat-foaming material 53 on the lower frames 22 and 32 and the heat-foaming materials 42 to 46 attached to the lower frame 12 are low-temperature expansion type heat-foaming materials. The other heat-foaming materials are ordinary heat-foaming materials. In addition, the first heated foaming material of the present invention is heated foaming material 52 on the door edge side of the bottom frame 22 of the inner shoji screen 20A, the second heated foaming material is heated foaming material 53 on the bottom frame 22 of the inner shoji screen 20A, the third heated foaming material is heated foaming material 42 on the bottom frame 12, and the fourth heated foaming material is heated foaming material 43, 44 on the bottom frame 12.
[0035] In this embodiment, the operation of the heated foam material between the lower frame 22 and the lower frame 12 of the inner shoji screen 20A in the event of an indoor fire will be described. In the event of an indoor fire, the indoor surfaces of the sill 12 and the bottom frame 22 heat up. As a result, the low-temperature expansion type heating foam material 42 foams first, expanding upward in the space between the inner rail 121 of the sill 12 and the indoor piece 125 to close this space. Also, because the outdoor piece 222 of the bottom frame 22 is prone to heat up and temperature rise, even the normal type heating foam material 52 foams early, expanding toward the inner rail 121 to close the gap between the indoor piece 221 and the inner rail 121. Because this heating foam material 52 is provided, the gap can be closed even if the bottom frame 12 and the bottom frame 22 separate vertically due to thermal expansion of the vertical frame 14 and the bottom frame 12. Furthermore, since the heat-foaming material 53 is a low-temperature expanding type, it foams not long after the heat-foaming material 52 foams, and expands toward the inner rail 121. Since the heat-expanding materials 43 and 44 are also of the low-temperature expansion type, they expand not long after the heat-expanding material 53 expands, and close the gap with the lower frame 22. These heated foam materials 42-44, 52, 53 complete the closure of the roller 70 in both the forward and backward directions, blocking the flow of air between the heated and non-heated surfaces. Even if the roller 74 melts and gas is generated, flames are prevented from occurring on the non-heated surface, eliminating the risk of smoke. Furthermore, in the event of an outdoor fire, since the heat-receiving surface of the bottom frame 12 exposed to the outside of the room is large, the heating foam materials 42 to 46 attached to the bottom frame 12 expand efficiently, and the burning of the airtight materials 126, 127 is delayed, so gaps are less likely to occur between the bottom frames 22, 32 of each shoji screen 20A, 30A and the bottom frame 12, preventing fire from breaking out along that route.
[0036] [Effects of this embodiment] According to the fitting 1 of this embodiment, a first heat-expanding foaming material 52 is provided on the interior side 221A of the groove 220 that straddles the inner rail 121, at least in the area of the bottom frame 22 of the inner shoji screen 20A closer to the door edge than the end fixing device 6A, and a second heat-expanding foaming material is provided on the exterior side 222A of the groove 220. Even if a gap opens between the bottom frame 22 on the door edge side of the inner shoji screen 20A and the bottom frame 12 due to thermal expansion of the vertical frame 14 or the bottom frame 12 during an indoor fire, the heat-expanding foaming materials 52, 53 provided in this area can expand to close the gap with the bottom frame 12. This prevents air from circulating between the heated side (indoor side) and the unheated side (outdoor side), preventing the occurrence of flames on the unheated side. This improves fire resistance even for fittings 1 with long vertical frames 13, 14, such as stepped windows.
[0037] Because rollers 74 of door roller 70 are made of POM, a resin material with a melting point of 300°C or less, costs can be reduced compared to using PEEK, which has a higher melting point. Also, first heated foam material 52 and second heated foam material 53 are positioned in accordance with the placement area of door roller 70, so that in the event of a fire, each heated foam material 52, 53 can foam and cover door roller 70, preventing gas generated by melting roller 74 from flowing onto heated or unheated surfaces.
[0038] Since the second heating foaming material 53 of low-temperature expansion type is used, the difference between the timing at which the first heating foaming material 52 foams and expands during an indoor fire and the timing at which the second heating foaming material 53 foams and expands can be reduced, and the gap between the door edge side of the lower frame 22 of the inner shoji screen 20A and the lower frame 12 can be effectively sealed at the appropriate timing. By providing the third heating foam material 42 on the indoor side of the inner rail 121 of the lower frame 12, in the event of an indoor fire, the third heating foam material 42 will foam and expand from the lower frame 12 side in addition to the first heating foam material 52 of the lower frame 22, so that the gap between the lower frame 22 and the lower frame 12 of the inner shoji screen 20A can be more reliably sealed. Furthermore, by providing the fourth heated foaming material 43, 44 on the outdoor side of the inner rail 121 of the lower frame 12, the fourth heated foaming material 43, 44 foams and expands from the lower frame 12 side in addition to the second heated foaming material 53 of the lower frame 22, so that the gap between the lower frame 22 and the lower frame 12 of the inner shoji screen 20A can be more reliably sealed.
[0039] The first heated foaming material 52 is attached by being inserted into a pocket formed on the indoor side surface 221A of the indoor piece 221, so that assembly can be automated, and the attachment strength can be improved because it is engaged with the pocket.
[0040] The indoor surface of the lower frame 12 is covered with flooring and wall materials, and for example, only the indoor piece 125 is exposed to the indoor space, so it is difficult to heat up in the event of an indoor fire, but because the heating foaming materials 42 to 46 attached to the lower frame 12 are of the low-temperature expansion type, they can foam and expand at the appropriate time. Similarly, the second heating foaming material 53 attached to the outdoor surface 222A of the lower frame 22 is also of the low-temperature expansion type, so it can foam and expand at the appropriate time. On the other hand, in the building fixture 1, except for the heat-expanding materials 42 to 46 attached to the bottom frame 12 and the heat-expanding material 53 attached to the bottom frames 22 and 32, the normal type, which has a higher foaming and expansion temperature than the low-temperature expansion type, is used, thereby reducing costs.
[0041] [Variations] In the above embodiment, anchor parts welded to the connecting reinforcement 7 are used as the fixing devices 6 for fixing the fitting 1, but it may also be fixed by a non-welding method in which it is fixed to the skeleton with screws, bolts, etc. Also, the structure for fixing the frame 10 of the fitting 1 to the skeleton is not limited to a dry fitting structure that does not require mortar filling, and a wet method in which mortar is filled may also be used. The first heated foaming material 52 and the second heated foaming material 53 may be provided at least in the area closer to the door leading edge than the end fixing device 6A of the door roller 70. Therefore, the first heated foaming material 52 and the second heated foaming material 53 may be provided, for example, only in the area from the edge of the end fixing device 6A on the door leading edge side. In the above embodiment, the first heated foam material 52 was arranged along the entire length of the bottom frame 22, but it may be arranged only in the area where the left and right door rollers 70 are arranged on the bottom frame 22, or it may be arranged only in the area closer to the door tip than the end fixing device 6A, without being arranged on the side of the door frame 24. Similarly, the second heated foam material 53 was provided in the area where the left and right door rollers 70 of the lower frame 22 are arranged, but it may not be provided on the side of the door frame 24, but may be provided only in the area closer to the door tip than the end fixing device 6A.
[0042] The material of the rollers 74 of the door rollers 70 is not limited to POM, and may be PEEK, etc. Furthermore, the second heat-foaming material 53 is not limited to a low-temperature expansion type, and may be a normal type. It is not necessary to provide the third heated foaming material 42 and the fourth heated foaming materials 43, 44. In other words, if the foaming ratio and expansion amount of the first heated foaming material 52 and the second heated foaming material 53 are set so that the gap between the lower frame 12 and the area on the door edge side of the lower sill 22 can be closed using only these heated foaming materials 52, 53, it is not necessary to provide the third heated foaming material 42 and the fourth heated foaming materials 43, 44.
[0043] The fitting 1 is not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, the upper window of the fitting 1 is not limited to a sliding window, but may be a fixed window, an outward-opening window, or other casement window. Furthermore, the lower window of the fitting 1 is not limited to a sliding window, but may be a single-sliding window, as long as it has at least one movable shoji screen, and the number of shoji screens is not limited to two, but may be three or four panels. Furthermore, the fitting 1 is not limited to a stepped window, but may be a regular double-sliding window or a single-sliding window, and is particularly effective for double-sliding windows with large height dimensions, such as terrace doors.
[0044] [Summary of the present invention] The building fixture of the present invention comprises a frame body formed by framing an upper frame, a lower frame, and left and right vertical frames, and at least one movable shoji screen that is freely slidable within the frame body, the frame body being fixed to the main body using at least an end fixing device that is attached at a position a certain distance away from the joint between the upper frame, the lower frame, and the left and right vertical frames, the upper frame and the lower frame having a rail that guides the movable shoji screen, the movable shoji screen having a groove that straddles the rail, and the lower frame of the inner shoji screen that is positioned closest to the interior of the room has a first heated foam material provided on the interior side of the groove and a second heated foam material provided on the exterior side of the groove, at least in the area closer to the door edge than the end fixing device located on the door edge side of the inner shoji screen when it is in the closed position in the lower frame. According to the fixture of the present invention, a first heat-generating foaming material is provided on the interior side of the groove that straddles the rail in the area of the bottom frame of the interior shoji screen closer to the door edge than the end fixing device that secures the bottom frame to the frame, and a second heat-generating foaming material is provided on the exterior side of the groove. Even if a gap opens between the bottom frame and the bottom frame at the door edge of the interior shoji screen due to thermal expansion of the vertical and bottom frames during an indoor fire, the heat-generating foaming materials provided in this area can expand and close the gap with the bottom frame. This prevents air from circulating between the heated side (indoor side) and the unheated side (outdoor side), and also prevents flames from breaking out on the unheated side. This improves the fire resistance of fixtures with long vertical frames, such as stepped windows.
[0045] In the building fixture of the present invention, a door roller that runs on the rail is provided at each end of the bottom frame of the inner shoji screen on the door edge side and the door joint side, and the rollers of the door rollers are made of a resin material with a melting point of 300 degrees or less, and it is preferable that the first heated foaming material and the second heated foaming material are provided at least in the range from the door edge side end of the bottom frame of the inner shoji screen to the door edge side door roller is located. According to the fittings of the present invention, the rollers of the door rollers are made of a resin material with a melting point of 300 degrees or less, so that rollers can be made of POM, for example, which reduces costs compared to using PEEK, which has a higher melting point. In addition, the first and second heated foam materials are positioned in accordance with the placement areas of the door rollers provided at both ends of the lower frame in the longitudinal direction, so that in the event of a fire, each heated foam material can foam and cover the door roller area, preventing gas from escaping due to the rollers melting.
[0046] In the fitting of the present invention, the second heat-foaming material is preferably a low-temperature expansion type heat-foaming material that expands at a lower temperature than the first heat-foaming material. In the case of an indoor fire, the temperature rises more slowly on the exterior surface of the bottom frame than on the interior surface, but if the second heated foaming material placed on the exterior side is a low-temperature expansion type, the difference between the timing at which the first heated foaming material foams and expands and the timing at which the second heated foaming material foams and expands can be reduced, making it possible to effectively seal the gap between the edge of the bottom frame of the inner shoji screen and the bottom frame at the appropriate time.
[0047] In the fitting of the present invention, it is preferable that a third heated foaming material is provided on the indoor side of the rail that guides the inner shoji screen of the lower frame, facing the inner shoji screen in the closed position. By providing a third heating foam material on the interior side of the rail that guides the inner shoji screen of the lower frame, in the event of an indoor fire, the third heating foam material will foam and expand from the lower frame side in addition to the first heating foam material on the lower frame side, making it possible to more reliably seal the gap between the lower frame and the lower frame of the inner shoji screen.
[0048] In the building fixture of the present invention, it is preferable that a fourth heated foaming material is provided on the outdoor side of the rail that guides the inner shoji screen of the lower frame, facing the inner shoji screen in the closed position. By providing the fourth heated foaming material on the outdoor side of the rail that guides the inner shoji screen of the lower frame, the fourth heated foaming material will foam and expand from the lower frame side in addition to the second heated foaming material on the lower frame side, making it possible to more reliably seal the gap between the lower frame and the lower frame of the inner shoji screen.
[0049] In the fixture of the present invention, the frame body is a frame body for a stepped window that is composed of an upper frame, a lower frame, left and right vertical frames, and a crosspiece, and it is preferable that the inner shoji screen is provided between the crosspiece and the lower frame, and the crosspiece functions as an upper frame that is equipped with a rail that guides the inner shoji screen. According to the present invention, even if the length dimension of the vertical frame increases, causing the vertical frame and the bottom frame to thermally expand and increasing the gap between the door edge of the bottom stile of the inner shoji screen and the bottom frame, the gap can be sealed by the first heated foam material and the second heated foam material.
