Abstract
Description
[Technical Field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a back door for a vehicle. [Background technology]
[0002] A vehicle back door, such as a hatchback, is located at the rear end of the vehicle and has a window member above it to ensure the driver's rearward visibility. Also, below the window member, various components that must be protected from water damage (hereinafter referred to as "water damage prevention components") are provided, such as a rear wiper unit having electrical and mechanical components, a lock unit having electrical and mechanical components, various electrical components, and wiring connectors that supply power to the various components and transmit control signals. Condensed water or sprayed water used by users to apply films or the like may adhere and drip onto the interior side of the window member. If the water damage prevention components are exposed to dripping water, rust or other problems may occur, potentially impeding their operation. Therefore, conventionally, the water damage prevention components have been protected by a waterproof structure.
[0003] For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a vehicle back door structure in which an eaves rib is provided on the upper edge side of the door inner panel of the vehicle back door, extending from one outer edge side to the other outer edge side of the door inner panel along the vehicle width direction. In this vehicle back door structure, if rainwater or the like seeps into the gap between the upper edge of the vehicle back door and the vehicle body, the infiltrating rainwater or the like is guided along the eaves rib to the side of the main body, preventing or suppressing the rainwater or the like from seeping inside the vehicle back door.
[0004] Patent Document 2 also discloses a vehicle door structure having a pivot shaft at the upper end of the vehicle and a lower end that can pivot upward, which prevents water from dripping into the vehicle interior when the door is flipped up in an open position. The vehicle door structure includes a protrusion whose upper end protrudes outward from the vehicle when the door is closed, a concave water storage section that is located below the protrusion and opens to the outside of the vehicle when the door is closed, and a door glass (window member) that is fixed to the door panel so that its upper edge covers at least a portion of the water storage section with a vertical gap between it and the protrusion when the door is flipped up. When rainwater or the like is adhering to the exterior side of the door glass (window member) and the door is flipped up, the adhering rainwater or the like is guided into the water storage section and then through the opening of the water storage section to the outside of the vehicle at the rear opening of the vehicle body. This prevents rainwater or the like adhering to the exterior side of the door glass (window member) from dripping into the interior of the vehicle when the door is flipped up. [0005] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2011-195113 [Patent Document 2] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2011-031686 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0006] Neither the vehicle tailgate structure described in Patent Document 1 nor the vehicle door structure described in Patent Document 2 prevents condensation water, spray water, etc. adhering to the inside of the window member from getting on the above-mentioned water prevention parts located below the window member.
[0007] Since it is difficult to prevent the occurrence of condensation water and spray water, conventionally, water exposure has been avoided by making the water exposure prevention parts waterproof. However, if the position where condensation water or spray water drips can be fixed to an appropriate position that does not contact the water exposure prevention parts, there is no need to make the water exposure prevention parts waterproof, and it is possible to suppress the increase in the number of parts and weight required to make the parts waterproof.
[0008] The present invention was devised in consideration of these points, and its objective is to provide a vehicle tailgate that eliminates the need to make waterproof structures for water prevention parts that are positioned below the window member to prevent water from condensation on the inside of the window member or spray water, etc., and that can suppress an increase in the number of parts and weight required to achieve such a waterproof structure. [Means for solving the problem]
[0009] In order to solve the above problems, the first invention is a vehicle tailgate having an outer panel with a window opening, an inner panel joined to the inner side of the outer panel, a water exposure prevention component that is a component that is arranged below the window opening between the inner panel and the outer panel and that should be prevented from being exposed to water, a window member that covers the window opening in the outer panel from the outside of the vehicle, a sealing member that is arranged to surround the window opening between the window member and the outer panel, a gutter portion that is surrounded by the sealing member, the outer panel and the window member below the window opening and has an open upper portion, a water collection portion that is part of the gutter portion and is recessed at a position that avoids being directly above the water exposure prevention component, and a drainage recess or hole portion formed in the outer panel to open the water collection portion.
[0010] Next, the second invention is a vehicle tailgate according to the first invention, wherein the water collection portion has a left bottom surface that slopes downward to the right and a right bottom surface that slopes downward to the left.
[0011] Next, the third invention is a vehicle tailgate according to the second invention, wherein at least one of the left bottom surface and the right bottom surface of the water collection portion is formed by a bottom-raising member provided between the outer panel and the window member.
[0012] Next, the fourth invention is a vehicle tailgate relating to any one of the first to third inventions, wherein the position of the drainage recess or the hole is such that the water prevention part is not present within a predetermined angle range with respect to an imaginary perpendicular line extending vertically downward from the lower end of the drainage recess or the hole. [Effects of the Invention]
[0013] According to the first aspect of the present invention, condensation water, spray water, etc. on the interior side of the window member flows into a gutter provided below the window member (below the window opening), then is collected in a water collection section recessed at a position that avoids directly above the water exposure prevention parts that should be protected from water exposure, and is then discharged through a drainage recess or hole. This allows condensation water, spray water, etc. to drip away from the water exposure prevention parts, eliminating the need to make the water exposure prevention parts waterproof, and suppressing increases in the number and weight of parts required to achieve such a waterproof structure.
[0014] According to the second invention, by arranging the sealing member at an angle, it is possible to easily realize a water collection section having a left bottom surface that slopes downward to the right and a right bottom surface that slopes downward to the left, for collecting water that flows into the gutter section in the water collection section.
[0015] According to the third invention, by adding a bottom-raising member, it is possible to easily realize a water collection section having a left bottom surface sloping downward to the right and a right bottom surface sloping downward to the left, for collecting water that has flowed into the gutter section. Furthermore, while it is necessary to add a bottom-raising member in comparison with the second invention, it is not necessary to provide an inclined sealing member.
[0016] According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the drainage recess or hole can be positioned more appropriately so that water dripping from the drainage recess or hole does not splash on the water exposure prevention component. [Brief explanation of the drawings]

[0018] Hereinafter, an embodiment of a vehicle back door 2 of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Note that when the directions of up, down, front, rear, left, and right are described in the drawings, "up" indicates a direction facing vertically upward, and "down" indicates a direction facing vertically downward. Furthermore, "front" indicates a direction facing the front of the vehicle, "rear" indicates a direction facing the rear of the vehicle, "left" indicates a direction facing the left side of the vehicle, and "right" indicates a direction facing the right side of the vehicle. The up / down direction, the front / rear direction, and the left / right direction are perpendicular to each other.
[0019] <Appearance and structure of vehicle back door 2 (Figs. 1 to 7)> FIG. 1 is a view of a hatchback-type vehicle 1 as seen from the rear. A vehicle back door 2 is provided at the rear of the vehicle 1. FIG. 2 shows a cross section II-II of the vehicle back door 2 shown in FIG. 1 (a cross section including the drainage recess 13), and FIG. 3 shows a cross section III-III of the vehicle back door 2 shown in FIG. 1 (a cross section not including the drainage recess 13). As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the vehicle back door 2 has an outer panel 10, an inner panel 20, a window member 30, a seal member 40, an inner cover 50, etc.
[0020] As shown in FIG. 4, the outer panel 10 has a shape similar to the outline of the vehicle tailgate 2 and includes a window opening 11 at its upper portion. A flange 12 is provided at the edge of the window opening 11, extending inward toward the window opening 11. One or more drainage recesses 13 are formed in the flange 12 below the window opening 11 when the vehicle tailgate 2 is closed (as shown in FIG. 1). For example, the drainage recesses 13 are formed as U- or V-shaped notches extending downward from an edge 12T of the flange 12. The location of the drainage recesses 13 will be described in detail later. The outer panel 10 also includes tail lamp mounting portions 14R and 14L, a license plate illumination hole 14N, and the like. In FIG. 4, the dotted line indicates the position of the seal member 40 when the window member 30 (see FIG. 6) is attached from the exterior of the vehicle to cover the flange 12 and the window opening 11 of the outer panel 10. 4 is a cross section of the outer panel 10 in FIG. 2, and the B1-B1 cross section is a cross section of the outer panel 10 in FIG.
[0021] As shown in FIG. 5, the inner panel 20 has a shape similar to the outer shape of the vehicle tailgate 2, and like the outer panel 10, has a window opening 21 at its upper portion. The edge of the window opening 21 is provided with a flange 22 that extends inward of the window opening 21, like the outer panel 10. A U-shaped or V-shaped drainage recess 23 is formed in the same position as the drainage recess 13 (see FIG. 4) of the outer panel 10. The location of the drainage recess 23 will be described in detail below. The inner panel 20 is also provided with tail lamp mounting holes 24R and 24L, a rear wiper unit mounting hole 24W, a lighting mounting hole 24N, and a lock unit mounting hole 24U for mounting a lock unit that locks and unlocks the vehicle tailgate 2. The inner panel 20 is also provided with a harness hole 24H for a wire harness 60 (see FIG. 1) that supplies power and transmits control signals to various devices (such as the rear wiper, tail lamp, lighting, and lock unit) attached to the vehicle tailgate 2. 5 also shows by a dotted line the position of the wire harness 60 when the wire harness 60 is attached to the inner panel 20. The A2-A2 cross section in Fig. 5 is a cross section of the inner panel 20 in Fig. 2, and the B2-B2 cross section is a cross section of the inner panel 20 in Fig. 3.
[0022] The window member 30 has an appearance as shown in Fig. 6, and as shown in Fig. 1, is shaped to cover the window opening 11 and flange portion 12 of the outer panel 10 from the vehicle exterior, and is made of glass, resin, or the like. An opaque black-colored blackout portion 31 (the hatched portion of the window member 30 in Figs. 1 and 6) is integrally molded with the edge of the window member 30, and the center excluding the blackout portion 31 at the edge is made of a transparent portion 32. A wiper hole 33 for attaching a rear wiper is formed in a lower position of the window member 30. In Fig. 6, the position of the drainage recess 13 of the outer panel 10 and the position of the seal member 40 are indicated by dotted lines when the window member 30 is attached so as to cover the flange portion 12 and window opening 11 (see Fig. 4) of the outer panel 10. 6 is a cross section of the window member 30 in FIG. 2, and the B3-B3 cross section is a cross section of the window member 30 in FIG.
[0023] The sealing member 40 is a member having a width and thickness of, for example, about 10 mm, and is adhesive and waterproof. It is dispensed from a device such as a dispenser gun and applied to the vehicle interior side of the window member 30 as shown in Fig. 6, or to the vehicle exterior side of the outer panel 10 (flange portion 12 of the outer panel 10) as shown in Fig. 4. The inner cover 50 has the appearance shown in Fig. 7 and is made of resin or the like. Note that the A4-A4 cross section in Fig. 7 is a cross section of the inner cover 50 in Fig. 2, and the B4-B4 cross section is a cross section of the inner cover 50 in Fig. 3.
[0024] 2 and 3, the outer panel 10 is located on the vehicle exterior side of the vehicle back door 2, and the inner panel 20 is joined to the vehicle interior side of the outer panel 10 to form the vehicle interior side of the vehicle back door 2. The flange portion 12 of the outer panel 10 and the flange portion 22 of the inner panel 20 are overlapped and joined so that the window opening 11 of the outer panel 10 and the window opening 21 of the inner panel 20 overlap. Then, as shown in FIG. 1, the window member 30 is attached so as to cover the window opening 11 and the flange portion 12 of the outer panel 10 from the vehicle exterior side.
[0025] 2 and 3, the seal member 40 is provided between the window member 30 and the flange portion 12 of the outer panel 10, and is provided so as to surround the window opening 11, bonding the window member 30 to the flange portion 12. Furthermore, as shown in Fig. 1, the seal member 40 is provided in a position that is farther away from the center of the window opening 11 than the edge portion 12T of the flange portion 12 of the outer panel 10, and in a position that is sandwiched between the flange portion 12 and the window member 30. In other words, the seal member 40 is not provided on the edge portion 12T of the flange portion 12, and the flange portion 12 protrudes inward from the seal member 40 (toward the center of the window opening) (see Fig. 1).
[0026] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the inner cover 50 is attached to the inner panel 20 below the window opening 21 on the vehicle interior side, and covers and conceals the portion of the inner panel 20 below the window opening 21.
[0027] Next, various components provided in a vehicle back door 2 will be described with reference to Figure 1. As shown in Figure 1, various components and a wire harness 60 for supplying power and transmitting control signals to the various components are arranged below the window openings 11, 21 between the outer panel 10 and the inner panel 20 of the vehicle back door 2 (panel space K1 shown in Figures 2 and 3). The wiring portion of the wire harness 60, excluding connectors 61C to 64C, has a waterproof structure, and the wiring portion does not fall under the category of water-protected components that should be protected from water exposure. Figure 1 shows the wire harness 60, tail lamps 61R, 61L, a rear wiper unit 62U, a lock unit 63, a lighting device 64, and various connectors 61C to 64C as examples of the various components.
[0028] As shown in FIG. 1 , the tail lamp 61R (electrical component) is provided at the right end of the vehicle back door 2, and the tail lamp 61L (electrical component) is provided at the left end of the vehicle back door 2. In addition, a connector 61C (electrical component) branched from the wire harness 60 is disposed near each of the tail lamps 61R and 61L. The connector from the tail lamp 61R and the connector from the tail lamp 61L are connected to the connector 61C disposed nearby. In this case, the tail lamps 61R and 61L are exposed to the vehicle exterior of the outer panel and therefore have a waterproof structure, but the connector 61C is not waterproof.
[0029] As shown in Fig. 1, the rear wiper 62 is provided on the vehicle back door 2. A rear wiper unit 62U (electrical and mechanical components) having a rear wiper motor and the like is provided below the rear wiper 62. A connector 62C (electrical component) branched from the wire harness 60 is disposed near the rear wiper unit 62U. The connector from the rear wiper unit 62U is connected to the connector 62C. In this case, the rear wiper unit 62U and the connector 62C are not waterproof.
[0030] The lock unit 63 (electrical and mechanical components) locks and unlocks the vehicle back door 2, and is provided below the vehicle back door 2 as shown in FIG. 1. A connector 63C (electrical component) branched from the wire harness 60 is disposed near the lock unit 63. The connector from the lock unit 63 is connected to the connector 63C. In this case, the lock unit 63 and the connector 63C are not waterproof.
[0031] Illumination device 64 (electrical component) is an illumination device for a license plate, and is provided directly above license plate 64N as shown in FIG. 1. A connector 64C (electrical component) branched from wire harness 60 is disposed near illumination device 64. The connector from illumination device 64 is connected to connector 64C. In this case, illumination device 64 is exposed on the outer side of the outer panel and therefore has a waterproof structure, but connector 64C does not have a waterproof structure.
[0032] The water exposure prevention parts are parts that are arranged in the panel space K1 (see Figures 2 and 3) below the window opening and do not have a waterproof structure, and in the above example, the water exposure prevention parts are the connectors 61C to 64C, the rear wiper unit 62U, and the lock unit 63, which do not have a waterproof structure. Also, in the above example, the wiring parts of the wire harness 60, excluding the connectors 61C to 64C, the tail lamps 61L, 61R, and the lighting device 64, which have a waterproof structure, do not qualify as water exposure prevention parts.
[0033] Condensation water or sprayed water sprayed by a user when applying a film may adhere to and drip onto the interior side of the window member 30. If this dripping water gets on the rear wiper unit 62U, lock unit 63, or connectors 61C to 64C (water exposure prevention components), rust or the like may form on these components, potentially hindering their operation. Conventionally, these water exposure prevention components have been designed to be waterproof, but this is undesirable because it increases the number of components and weight. In the present application, by fixing the position where the condensation water or sprayed water drips to a position where it does not get on the water exposure prevention components, it is no longer necessary to waterproof the water exposure prevention components, and it is possible to suppress the increase in the number of components and weight required to achieve a waterproof structure.
[0034] <Structure of the gutter formed below the window member (Figs. 1 to 3, 8 to 11)> As shown in Figures 1 to 3, a gutter portion 41 is formed below the window opening 11 when the vehicle back door 2 is in the closed state (at a window member lower position 30Z that is a position below the window member 30). Note that Figure 8 is an enlarged view of the periphery of the gutter portion 41 in Figure 2, and Figure 9 is an enlarged view of the periphery of the gutter portion 41 in Figure 3. The gutter portion 41 shown in Figures 8 and 2 is a cross section taken along II-II of the vehicle back door 2 shown in Figure 1, which is a cross section passing through the drainage recess 13. The gutter portion 41 shown in Figures 9 and 3 is a cross section taken along III-III of the vehicle back door 2 shown in Figure 1, which is a cross section at a position away from the drainage recess 13.
[0035] As shown in Figures 8 and 9, the gutter portion 41 is surrounded by the seal member 40 (bottom surface), the outer panel 10 and the inner panel 20 (flange portions 12, 22) (one side surface), and the window member 30 (other side surface), and is open at the top. Note that, as shown in Figure 10, one side surface of the gutter portion 41 may be formed only by the flange portion 12 of the outer panel 10. Also, as shown in Figures 1 and 8, in the gutter portion 41, the height of the seal member 40 (bottom surface) and the height of the outer panel 10 and the inner panel 20 (flange portions 12, 22) (one side surface) are approximately the same at the location where the drainage recess 13 is formed, but the seal member 40 (bottom surface) may be slightly higher.
[0036] 1, a water collecting portion 41S that is recessed from the surrounding gutter portion 41 is provided in a portion of the gutter portion 41 and in a position that avoids being directly above the above-mentioned water exposure prevention components (rear wiper unit 62U, lock unit 63, connectors 61C to 64C). Drainage recess 13 is provided in outer panel 10 and inner panel 20 (flange portions 12, 22) so as to open water collecting portion 41S. As shown in FIG. 1, drainage recess 13 shown in this embodiment is a notch formed downward so as to extend from edge portions 12T, 22T (see FIGS. 4 and 5) of flange portions 12, 22 of outer panel 10 and inner panel 20 to the vicinity of seal member 40.
[0037] As shown in Fig. 1, the seal member 40 is inclined at the window member lower position 30Z to form a water collecting portion 41S. As shown in Fig. 1, the water collecting portion 41S has a left bottom surface 41L that slopes downward to the right and a right bottom surface 41R that slopes downward to the left, with the joining point of the left bottom surface 41L and the right bottom surface 41R being at the lowest end, and a drainage recess 13 being provided at this lowest end. As shown in Fig. 11, the inclination angle θ2 of the left bottom surface 41L with respect to an imaginary horizontal line HA and the inclination angle θ3 of the right bottom surface 41R with respect to the imaginary horizontal line HA are each, for example, about 10 degrees.
[0038] <Flow of water W adhering to the interior surface of the window member 30> Since the gutter portion 41 has the configuration described above, the condensed water and sprayed water adhering to the interior side of the window member 30 flows as follows (1) to (4).
[0039] (1) When the water W, such as condensed water or sprayed water, adheres to the interior surface of the window member 30, becomes large, it moves downward by its own weight and flows into the gutter portion 41 (see FIGS. 2 and 3).
[0040] (2) Water W3 that flows into gutter portion 41 flows within gutter portion 41 toward the recessed, low-positioned water collection portion 41S (see FIG. 1). Water in gutter portion 41 that has deviated from drainage recess 13 flows within gutter portion 41 without overflowing (see FIG. 9). As shown in FIG. 9, in gutter portion 41 that has deviated from drainage recess 13, the height H1 of one side of outer panel 10 and inner panel 20 (flange portions 12, 22) from the bottom is, for example, about 20 mm. The width of gutter portion 41 is the thickness of seal member 40, and is, for example, about 10 mm.
[0041] (3) Water that flows into the bottom end of the water collecting section 41S in the gutter section 41 is discharged and drips from the drainage recesses 13, 23, as shown by symbols W1 and W2 in Fig. 8. At the bottom end of the recessed water collecting section 41S, the drainage recesses 13, 23 make the height of the bottom and the height of one side surface (the flange portions 12, 22 of the outer panel 10 and the inner panel 20) approximately the same height, as shown in Fig. 8. The drained water drips onto the inside of the inner panel 20 (between the inner panel 20 and the inner cover 50 (see Fig. 2)) as shown by symbol W1 in Figs. 2 and 8, or onto the space between the inner panel 20 and the outer panel 10 as shown by symbol W2 in Figs. 2 and 8.
[0042] (4) Water discharged from drainage recess 13 of water collection section 41S drips along imaginary perpendicular line VA (an imaginary line extending vertically downward from the bottom end of drainage recess 13) shown in Fig. 11. Because drainage recess 13 of recessed water collection section 41S is located away from the position directly above the water exposure prevention components, the dripping water does not get on the water exposure prevention components (in this case, rear wiper unit 62U, lock unit 63, and connectors 61C to 64C).
[0043] <The relationship between the location of the water collection section and the location of the water protection parts (Fig. 11)> In the above description, when the vehicle tailgate 2 is viewed from the rear of the vehicle in the closed state, the position of the drainage recess 13 of the water collection section 41S is set to a position that avoids being directly above the water prevention component, but it is more preferable to set it to the position described below.
[0044] 11, when the vehicle back door 2 is closed, the position of the drainage recess 13 is preferably such that, with respect to each imaginary perpendicular line VA extending vertically downward from the lower end of the drainage recess 13 formed in each water collection section 41S, no water damage prevention components are present within a drainage range M1 that is within a predetermined angle θ1 (predetermined angle range) from the lower end. Note that the predetermined angle θ1 is, for example, approximately 10 degrees.
[0045] <Example of constructing a water collection section using bottom-raising members (Fig. 12)> In the above description, the water collection section 41S, which is recessed relative to the surrounding gutter section 41, is constructed using a sealing member 40 that is arranged at an angle, but as shown in Figure 12, the right and left bottom surfaces of the water collection section 41S may also be constructed using waterproof bottom-raising members 42A, 42B, and 42C.
[0046] 12, the seal member 40 is disposed substantially horizontally without any inclination at the window member lower position 30Z. However, the bottom-raising members 42A, 42B, and 42C (provided in the gutter portion 41) provided between the flange portion 12 of the outer panel 10 and the window member 30 form a left bottom surface 41L that slopes downward to the right in the water collecting portion 41S, and a right bottom surface 41R that slopes downward to the left in the water collecting portion 41S. The inclination angles of the left bottom surface 41L and the right bottom surface 41R of the water collecting portion 41S formed by the bottom-raising members 42A, 42B, and 42C are the same as the inclination angles θ2 and θ3 shown in FIG. 11.
[0047] <Advantages of the trough portion 41 of the present invention (FIG. 11) over the conventional trough portion 141 (FIG. 13)> FIG. 13 shows an example of a conventional vehicle back door 102 having a conventional gutter portion 141. In the conventional vehicle back door 102, the seal member 140 is provided substantially horizontally at a position 130Z below the window member, and the height of the edge portion 112T (one side surface of the gutter portion 141) of the flange portion 122 of the outer panel 110 is also provided substantially horizontally, and no water collection portion is provided. Therefore, condensation water, spray water, etc. adhering to the interior side of the window member 130 flows into the gutter portion 141 and then overflows and drips from the gutter portion 141 at various positions, as shown by the symbol WZ in FIG. 13. In the past, the position where water overflows and drips from the gutter portion 141 was not fixed, so water-prevention parts had to be waterproof, which increased the number of parts and weight.
[0048] However, as shown in Figure 11, the vehicle tailgate 2 of the present application can fix the position of the water dripping from the gutter portion 41 so that the water does not get on the water prevention parts, so there is no need to make the water prevention parts waterproof, and an increase in the number of parts and weight can be suppressed.
[0049] The vehicle back door 2 of the present invention is not limited to the configuration, structure, shape, appearance, etc. described in this embodiment, and various modifications, additions, and deletions are possible within the scope of the present invention. For example, a hole (through hole) that serves as a drainage recess may be provided at the lower end of the drainage recess 13. Furthermore, the water prevention parts are not limited to the parts described in this embodiment.
[0050] In the present embodiment, an example has been described in which the water collection portion 41S and the drainage recess 13 are provided in two locations, but they may be provided in one location or in three or more locations. Furthermore, when provided in multiple locations, they may be provided in symmetrical or asymmetrical locations. Increasing the number of water collection portions 41S and drainage recesses 13 can reduce the amount of water drained from each location, thereby reducing the amount of dripping water and the amount of water that splashes up after falling, and further preventing water from getting on the water prevention components.
[0051] In the example of Fig. 12, all of the left bottom surfaces 41L and right bottom surfaces 41R of the water collecting section 41S are configured with a bottom-raising member, but at least one of the left bottom surface and the right bottom surface may be configured with a bottom-raising member. Furthermore, if there are multiple water collecting sections, the left bottom surfaces or the right bottom surfaces of some of the water collecting sections may be configured with a bottom-raising member. In this case, the left bottom surface or the right bottom surface that does not use a bottom-raising member is configured with an inclined sealing member.
[0052] Furthermore, the numerical values used in the description of this embodiment are merely examples, and the present invention is not limited to these numerical values. [Explanation of symbols]
